Start up - This part of the process was lengthy and crammed full of information, but required (lots of red tape). The people I spoke with were friendly and patient, which I appreciated (Being in this situation is enough to deal with, so dealing with grumpy people wouldn't work). My only (somewhat) complaint is the charge rate of 23%, it just felt a bit "lofty" to me, although (to be fair) I have no idea what efforts are required to make this debt relief happen! Being a loser is just expensive!

My debt was becoming more of a problem and I’m not able to get rid of any of it since I’m on a limited income. I liked National Debt Relief’s reputation and their reps were very professional. NDR contacts the debtors and try to work out a satisfactory deal that they come back to me with which I can either accept or decline. It's an ongoing thing and they have rectified a few of the accounts. I give them money every month and they're working as fast as they can with the amount of money that they have collected from me. It would be nice if the debt was all disappearing at the same time but NDR gave me a timeframe of up to two years. They were very thorough about what they expect to happen.

Just enrolled but thus far everything has been smooth, can't give any more information than what's given besides the enrollment process. All questions have been answered to my satisfaction except one question I have about funds withdrawn from my bank account which I will address prior to the date of withdrawal.

Just enrolled in the program. Very satisfied with the enrollment process. Very clear and concise counselor and program set up. Lots of variation to choose from, depending on the situation. Best decision to get back on track with your finances.

The interest level on what I’m paying on everything was making it even worse, but I wasn’t making a dent in my debt, and the payments were overwhelming. I talked to smaller companies, but National Debt Relief was a lot more straightforward and they tried to explain everything in more detail. The enrollment process was easy and the program has gotten collections off my back. When they became aware of an old debt that popped out, they were able to negotiate that down substantially for me. However, they didn’t warn me that my credit was gonna take a hit during this process and it has gone up by about 45 points from when I started. I am now about a third of the way through the completion of the program.

The only concern I have was that they kinda scare you with all the legal issues that can happen. It makes you second guess if you are doing the right thing. I do not want to have to go to court. I do not want my personal life to be public.

I did a consolidation with National Debt Relief and the enrollment process was easy. However, I was about to cancel because it was going on seven months and still no creditors had come to an agreement. Then finally, three of them did but one of them still hasn’t and it’s been a year now. On the other hand, the negotiator was polite and he had told me how the process worked. But I didn’t realize it was gonna take that long. The payment plan was pretty good and NDR has helped take a load off me. They can help you out, but it may take a while.

National Debt Relief offered me a program where I still pay but they try to negotiate with the creditor to remove the high interest that I had. First, we talked about what I owed and then I gave the representative all the account information. Then I was told that for this program to work, I would have to be in bad debt so that they can go and do a negotiation with the creditors. If I’m paying, the creditors would not be motivated to try to come to a resolution. I had to stop any payments, not communicate with the people calling me and wait to be in bad debt. That was tough to do and because I was trying not to do that and I didn’t want to have to do that. It was stressful. I was hoping that they would put stuff together and do a payment.

I wanted to get a better interest and pay my debts. I enrolled with National Debt Relief and their process was steady and efficient. Cost-wise, they were able to match what was available and it was reasonable for me to make that payment. It has been a year now and I'm almost done with the program. My interactions with their rep have been good as well. I call him and he gives me an update of what's going on. He also calls me when there is a settlement or an offer and asks if I wanna accept it. He's been very respectful and he listens to me. Everything has been good so far and I would tell my friends to go and call National Debt Relief.

This was a very easy process, a bit lengthy, but well worth the time. NDR has a pleasant staff who are knowledgeable about the subject matter and are willing and able to answer all questions posed. Both representatives I spoke with were wonderful. Both were warm, friendly and helpful. When I called I was a little wary but the first rep I spoke with calmed my nerves a bit and made me comfortable. The second rep discussed some things with me I might have missed on the first call. Very happy with the process.

I had a very good experience with customer service. Everything was easy to understand. All of my questions were answered. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and efficient with answering all of my questions. And I didn't have to leave from home. Everything was done by phone and online. Pretty cool.

They did a great job with the enrollment process and explaining everything. I did enjoy entering this program because it was really easy and everything was as acorde. No Trick or some stuff like other programs! Good phone communication. Everything good.

I just joined up for the program but they definitely seem very knowledgeable. Everything has been very professional. I have received the emails quickly. They are always asking if there are any questions and if you do have questions they answer them right then and there. No reason to wait for an answer.

Updated 05/04/2019: So far, they are doing great and they've already settled two cases. The debt relief negotiator always asks if I need any additional help for anything or is generally concerned about my financial status. I am happy with the progress that we have been making. The payment plan is more reasonable than paying all the credit cards. My credit report is not good, but other than that, it is okay. Working with National Debt Relief has lowered my credit cards.

Quick, easy and very thorough! All the representatives that i interacted with were all pleasant and professional. They made sure that I was well aware of what I was signing up for and explained where and how every penny will be used. I am thoroughly pleased. :-)

I did some research and felt that National Debt Relief was my best option. So, I enrolled with them and my experience was good. Everybody I worked with there has been great. Whenever I had any concerns, they have always been able to help answer my questions with what seems to be reliable information and kind of relieve my fears. They set up a payment plan and I’ve been paying that every month. It was gonna be for four years, so I took some money out of my retirement to accelerate the plan. So, I’m hoping that we’ll be done within the next six months. With NDR, I feel like I'm spending some money to resolve everything and ultimately save money. And I’ve been really happy with everything at this point.

I decided to take matters into my own hand, looked up National Debt Relief and called them. Enrollment was relatively easy. They asked me a few quick questions about some things and then I was able to get what I needed. The program would last 12 to 24 months and the payment plan is affordable. Sometimes it could get very inconvenient but when I see it's affecting my credit score in a good way, I realize it's best if we keep it up. Sometimes I wish I had to pay less but I got myself in this situation. I've been in their program for almost a year and I have seen the tangible result. I already have one car paid off and they've settled a lot of debts. It's also very easy to get a hold of them. Everything has been good so far and National Debt Relief has been exactly as advertised.

When I spoke with Blake about my new account with National Debt Relief, he went over all of the clauses in the application and he was able to explain everything. He answered all my questions quickly and respectfully. He was very friendly and had great customer service skills.

I signed up with National Debt Relief over 1 year ago. Twice I have been served with papers threating court action twice. This resulted in me having to spend over $80.00 on money orders, sending papers by certified mail, spending extra money deposited to my account to pay to this creditor more money. I have faithfully contributed $400.00 per month to pay my credit card debt. NDR told me that the creditor Capital One Bank is difficult to deal with. That would indicate to me they should have been on top of these accounts. I have never had a judgment nor been served with court papers until signing up with NDR. I am less than pleased with their service or excuses.

I'm new to this but it has been nothing but a wonderful experience working with these people. My confidence increased with every conversation I had during the enrollment process. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
