Discovering National Debt Relief has definitely been a financial relief for me. With having so much more important life demands to deal with, I grew tired of certain creditors I owed money to hanging over my head. NDR made the process of eliminating my debt easy, quick, and professional. I have been receiving phone calls from NDR about Liberty Lending. I was told that I have a good record of making my agreed deposits that I qualified borrow $16,068.07 to quickly pay off the balances with the remaining 7 of my creditors and any fees to collect to NDR. The loan interest rate is 21%. My payments would be $438.00 per month for a term of 60 months. I asked to receive a callback so I would have time to think about it and do some figuring. I would end up paying more on the loan to Liberty Lending than the total amount I went to NDR with in the very beginning! And that amount included the amounts before the totals were adjusted after negotiation!!!

My experience has been very positive under the circumstances. During a very difficult and challenging period the NDR staff have been extremely courteous, straightforward and professional. In addition they have made clear their requirements and updated me in timely fashion as things have progressed. This has been my experience thus far.

I spoke with Kelli ** regarding signing up with National Debt Relief. I found her to be very friendly and intelligent. She answered all my questions and helped me with things I didn't understand. So far everything is running smoothly. It's only been 4 days since I agreed to sign up with NDR. So far I'm very impressed with their professional attitude.

My income to debt ratio equation changed drastically when I retired and my income was cut to about 45% of what it was. I had to do something so I called National Debt Relief to find out about their program. My negotiator explained pieces of the program that I didn't realize were going to fall into place later on, rather than immediately. But as far as that goes, he did fine. So I signed up with the program where National Debt negotiates the settlement of the accounts for less than half, then I pay them a base amount to negotiate with.

We had too much debt. National Debt Relief had a very simple program, and we got them for both settlement and consolidation. The reps went through our questions and they were very upfront. Everything was completely transparent and the experience was great. They don’t just reconstruct. They negotiate a payoff and it was very streamlined. They provided a single payment and then they would help with the cards and with everything as far as getting them paid off. We’re maybe six months far into the program and we’re still making payments at this point, but we’re doing a pretty good. We have control over finances. I like National Debt Relief and I would tell my friends to look into it.

Everything has been great with National Debt Relief. They asked me what my budget was for each month and they really worked with me to get me on something that’s affordable while resolving all the issues that I had. I pay monthly into an account and then they can make bills based on that. I have more than half of the debt already settled. Getting rid of my credit card is a nice feeling.

I was going to get another house based on the increased value of the house to pay off all our debt. The game plan was I was going to use Home Depot or Lowe's cards to buy the materials to fix up my house. Well, my plan didn't work because I wound up borrowing too much money. And by the time the house was picked up, nobody would loan me money with a lower interest rate. I really put myself in a bad position where I was faced with decades of interests and I didn't see how I could get out of this hell. I hooked up with an NDR rep, Mark, and he told me that we could do a consolidation loan and we were still going to pay the principal and some of the interest instead of trying to pay all the interest and generally ripping people off. Basically, Mark said, "We're going to be able to cut your debt in half and stop the interest and you'll be able to pay it off in about five or six years." He also said to go and look at their rating with the Better Business Bureau.

National Debt Relief helped me out. I was in a bind due to a court case I’ve undergone. I put my lawyer fees into my credit cards and at the end of it, my lawyer bill was $210,000. I couldn't keep off of the payments on my credits cards. That's why I called National Debt Relief. My wife told me to go with them. She said they have good service and good reviews on Better Business Bureau. And it was a really good experience that we had with their negotiator. He was really helpful and he explained everything right on to the wire for me, how things were going to work and how long it would take. The enrollment took about a week. And after I put my signature on them, my wife decided to put her credit cards in too.

I'm getting a lot of my debt resolve and then get my credit score up. National Debt Relief is doing the work, where the other ones, I see as a scam and they will say, "Oh, well, just monitored our..." stuff like that. They mean work, work, work to bring down my debt. I would pay so much and so much of it goes to pay the debt, so much goes for negotiation fees and all. First I have to talk to them and tell them all my debtors and how much was own each. And then once they get done, they said, well, I am qualified for a program that they were talking about before each month, I would put in and each month they would pay these debts once they get into the settlement of less than half or almost to a third of what the debt is.The program has been working because I have seen the increase in my credit score gradually as it goes up.

They were very pleasant to work with and good about following up. They answered all my questions and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is over their head in debt and needs help getting caught back up like me. Be proactive and give them a call today.

If I had to critique NDR, I would only say that the deposits for eliminating my debts is very high for my budget. I do understand that the more I can pay, the faster my debts are cleared. Also, the percentage of fees that NDR charges is high as well. I have had to get my deposits reduced by half in order to survive and that is still a struggle. After all, I overspent trying to start a business and a lot of my debtors sent me the reduced amounts for payoff before NDR ever contacted me about possible settlements. I do appreciate what NDR does, but the fees and deposits are too high to be very satisfied with.

I want to learn more about how to handle my debt. I filled out a short form online. Then quickly received a call. I was never about the this process but the representative talked me through the process. The representative was very friendly and answered all my questions.

I needed to consolidate my debt. I had gone to several other people and they denied my application because the income-to-credit wasn’t good. I had been to the Better Business Bureau and National Debt Relief used to have a good standing with them. I checked them out online, and I enrolled over the phone. Their reps were very helpful and very informative. If I had questions, I could call back. All the people that I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable and patient. So far, the one bill has been paid off, and they’re starting on another already. It makes me feel good, but I hate to come to terms with myself as not being a very, very, very strong person when it comes to money.

I'm happy with the direction I was going with NDR except for the time they tried to wheel me into Liberty and get a loan at 20% instead of just doing what we'd been doing. They told me that instead of taking the payment from my checks every two weeks, it will come from Liberty. However, that would have had me paying them for three years instead of two. I'd also have to pay more every few weeks and I was going to end up paying interest to Liberty. They did it right away and when I told them that I didn't want to do that, they told me that it was too late so I was upset. I was also upset when I found out that they were partner companies. They acted like it was a great deal for me and that I would be debt free in less time. They wanted me to jump through hoops to stop it and it became a huge problem. But once I talked to a couple of managers, they also figured out that it was bad. Everything else has been good.

I got sick and I couldn't afford to work anymore and I couldn't afford to pay my bills. I spoke to the companies asking them to lower my interest rate but it was difficult to speak with them. They were not willing to work with me and help me a little, even though I was trying to explain to them my situation. That was the reason why I decided to consolidate my debts. I called National Debt Relief and I spoke with one of the girls who did everything on the same day. Her name is Sophia, and she was really nice. Because of speaking with her, it gave me the encouragement that I should do it. She explained everything to me and I was able to understand what she was saying.

Everything seems to be going okay with National Debt Relief. Enrollment took a little time, but I've got more time than I got money. They were very helpful in giving me information and cluing me in on what to do. They also keep me up-to-date on things and if I've got a question, I just call them and they let me know what's going on. Being with them has relieved some stress, and I know it's going to get better. I'll tell friends that they're very well qualified to do what they say they're going to do.

To be honest I can't rave about the company but I do believe they are doing a great job at helping us (consumers) get rid of debt... It is after all mostly our fault we are in this predicament to begin with. I do however feel that the fees and commission for the resolved debt are a little drastic but understandable that NDR and its employees need to get paid as well. I'm hoping we can get our debt resolved in the 3 years quoted to us... God willing that will be a glorious day!

Patience!! Very friendly and made everything clear!! Did not have any problem or attitude re-explaining things to me. He also reassured me to call any time I need help with things I don't understand. He also gave me a number to give to my creditors if they need to call you.

So far (we just got enrolled, but we took a week of carefully studying NDR and our situation first), we're very impressed with NDR. When I thought about calling, I expected someone to quickly take down my contact info, then to have to sort through haranguing emails and phone calls to try to figure out if this would work for us. I called anyway. And I was wrong. The first person I spoke with worked with us as we weighed our options for a week. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Right now, I don't see a significant downside to this agreement. Yes, our credit will be affected, but it was going down the drain anyway. Looks like we'll be free of our debts in a reasonable time and will be making payments to NDR that will be half of what our payments to our creditors will be.

I would have given five stars if it was not for the time that it took to get the last agreement. I am 5 (star) happy with the final debt settlement on my Capital 1; however, the prior agreement had been closed since 07/26/207. I actually recently reached out (via email) to ask if something was being done at all. I was charged $279 for Credit Control, $3 for phone fee, $60 for Customer Fee U, $51.61 for Customer Fee S1 and $30.40 for the Monthly Fee which came to a grand total of $424.01 deductions with no activity/payments/etc from 7/27/2017 to 01/12/2017 (And any pending deduction from today until 01/11/2017.). I guess my question would be why it took so long to get the final settlement but yet $424.01+ fees were still deducted during this same time frame.

Good service. They do what they say, call you and then follow up on it. I hope it be that way for the next three years because good service is hard to find. I really hope that it will. Work out for me real well.

In Sept 2016 my husband and I owed $56,400 on credit cards and were going to be unable to pay on them and on our home mortgage, too. The NDR counselors were able to manage our income and debt in such a way that we were able to keep paying our home mortgage until we sold it in May of 2017. They have also negotiated with all the credit cards so that we will definitely be debt-free on or before the 48-month goal we set in the beginning.

We haven’t had a cost-of-living raise in 11 years at my job. I relied on credit cards to help me and my family get by. I’m a review person and I was hesitant at first because National Debt Relief had some bad reviews. However, I saw that the reviews got a little bit better. So we gave it a roll and the person that I spoke to really explained things. We were trying to look for a house and if we did this program, it wouldn’t benefit us. I went with NDR's debt consolidation program because I had too much credit card debt. They seemed to be the most accredited and had the best result when I searched online. Then, I simply talked to somebody, filled out the forms they've sent me and we started the program. It's been great ever since. At first, I had reservations because of all the scams I hear. But they did everything to make me feel very comfortable with it all. They worked with me on when my paydays fall and how much I was able to pay them monthly. Most of the interactions have been through email, which what I prefer as well, and I hear back from them within the day. I had an excellent experience where my concerns were taken care of very professionally. During my call, the lady explained how my account is being handled and that I need not worry about any collections that may occur because National Debt is taking care of my creditors.

So far the company has been very kind and understanding. I cannot yet attest to the reliability, so I may update my review once I know more. The only thing I find a bit frustrating is that they don’t stick to the times you tell them you are available to speak and the call often.
