Very informational on the NDR program. He answered all my questions. Followed through with everything I asked him about. Just started the plan so can't give any real additional feedback about service or outcome of the program yet.

They are a very good company, they really delivery they promise. Making life really easy, helping me get out debt, they also have a very good support people very polite and helpful. Thank you very much National Debt Relief and their crew.

National Debt Relief is doing a very good job of paying off my debts with the amount of money I have available. I had lots of debt after my wife died. She had debts. I paid her debts off by putting them on my credit card accounts. Then I was having a hard time paying off both of our debts. Thank you National Debt Relief!

We began working with National Debt Relief in August of this year (2017), and have been very pleased throughout. Easy to apply but a lot of paperwork after. Excellent customer service. Those without computer may have trouble. Wasn't able to talk on cell and look at documents on cell at first. Then pulled up email and they called me and it worked.

Since l was in the program in order to make my financial problem better NDR do the best they can and try to accommodate my situation. Several times l miss payment and told them l am still struggling and they are not hard to talk to and they adjust my next payment. I want to learn more about how to handle my debt. I filled out a short form online. Then quickly received a call. I was never about the this process but the representative talked me through the process. The representative was very friendly and answered all my questions.

I was happy with how everything was explained to me on the program. It was explained in clear, understandable, and easy to decipher language, and there was clarification regarding things that I had not understood before. The representative spoke in a pace that wasn't too slow or too fast for me to keep up with, even while handling my infant son, and with my 9 year old daughter playing the TV in the background.

I was so depressed under all the debt I have. I feel lighter every time I get an offer. I have been impressed with the professional customer service I have gotten anytime I have a question. I needed to consolidate my debt. I had gone to several other people and they denied my application because the income-to-credit wasn’t good. I had been to the Better Business Bureau and National Debt Relief used to have a good standing with them. I checked them out online, and I enrolled over the phone. Their reps were very helpful and very informative. If I had questions, I could call back. All the people that I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable and patient. So far, the one bill has been paid off, and they’re starting on another already. It makes me feel good, but I hate to come to terms with myself as not being a very, very, very strong person when it comes to money.

My experience with NDR was wonderful. I had too much debt and NDR was in the Better Business Bureau so I went with them. All I did was give them my information and they were able to take care and pull everything up. Their program helped my credit score go up and it's a great program for people. The negotiator was excellent. He answered every question, was polite in finding all the answers that I needed and helped me out in every way. They worked with me according to what I could do. People should give NDR a chance for getting out of debt since they're great. They have different options and they’re willing to work with people.

Everything seems to be going okay with National Debt Relief. Enrollment took a little time, but I've got more time than I got money. They were very helpful in giving me information and cluing me in on what to do. They also keep me up-to-date on things and if I've got a question, I just call them and they let me know what's going on. Being with them has relieved some stress, and I know it's going to get better. I'll tell friends that they're very well qualified to do what they say they're going to do.

I'm happy with the direction I was going with NDR except for the time they tried to wheel me into Liberty and get a loan at 20% instead of just doing what we'd been doing. They told me that instead of taking the payment from my checks every two weeks, it will come from Liberty. However, that would have had me paying them for three years instead of two. I'd also have to pay more every few weeks and I was going to end up paying interest to Liberty. They did it right away and when I told them that I didn't want to do that, they told me that it was too late so I was upset. I was also upset when I found out that they were partner companies. They acted like it was a great deal for me and that I would be debt free in less time. They wanted me to jump through hoops to stop it and it became a huge problem. But once I talked to a couple of managers, they also figured out that it was bad. Everything else has been good.

I got sick and I couldn't afford to work anymore and I couldn't afford to pay my bills. I spoke to the companies asking them to lower my interest rate but it was difficult to speak with them. They were not willing to work with me and help me a little, even though I was trying to explain to them my situation. That was the reason why I decided to consolidate my debts. I called National Debt Relief and I spoke with one of the girls who did everything on the same day. Her name is Sophia, and she was really nice. Because of speaking with her, it gave me the encouragement that I should do it. She explained everything to me and I was able to understand what she was saying.

I have to say From beginning with just inquiries they have been outstanding. They explained exactly the way things will go, what impact it will have, when to expect, what is next. I am thus far 100% happy with the services they have and are providing for me. Reluctant at first, I am happy and confident this was the way to go for me.

To be honest I can't rave about the company but I do believe they are doing a great job at helping us (consumers) get rid of debt... It is after all mostly our fault we are in this predicament to begin with. The process has been pretty smooth thus far and we have 2 debts out of 6 that are in a settlement agreement which is wonderful news. I do however feel that the fees and commission for the resolved debt are a little drastic but understandable that NDR and its employees need to get paid as well. I'm hoping we can get our debt resolved in the 3 years quoted to us... God willing that will be a glorious day!

Patience!! Very friendly and made everything clear!! Did not have any problem or attitude re-explaining things to me. He also reassured me to call any time I need help with things I don't understand. He also gave me a number to give to my creditors if they need to call you.

My debt will decrease $19000 after the program is complete. They combined several creditors to one payment a month which was a lot lower than me paying them individually. You will also be backed by there on personal attorneys. NDR are very personal and make sure you are satisfied with the program.

So far we're very pleased with the professionalism exhibited during our enrollment and the welcome aboard process. We only wish our credit union had counseled us and suggested debt consolidation when they pointed out that our debt to income ratio was too high to apply for any additional credit. So far (we just got enrolled, but we took a week of carefully studying NDR and our situation first), we're very impressed with NDR. When I thought about calling, I expected someone to quickly take down my contact info, then to have to sort through haranguing emails and phone calls to try to figure out if this would work for us. I called anyway. And I was wrong. The first person I spoke with worked with us as we weighed our options for a week. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Right now, I don't see a significant downside to this agreement. Yes, our credit will be affected, but it was going down the drain anyway. Looks like we'll be free of our debts in a reasonable time and will be making payments to NDR that will be half of what our payments to our creditors will be.

Words cannot describe how helpful Esther was today. She was extremely helpful in describing how the program works and helping me understand everything. I had no idea I would feel this confident in enrolling. She deserves a raise, bonus, hug, or something. I would have given five stars if it was not for the time that it took to get the last agreement. I am 5 (star) happy with the final debt settlement on my Capital 1; however, the prior agreement had been closed since 07/26/207. I actually recently reached out (via email) to ask if something was being done at all. I was charged $279 for Credit Control, $3 for phone fee, $60 for Customer Fee U, $51.61 for Customer Fee S1 and $30.40 for the Monthly Fee which came to a grand total of $424.01 deductions with no activity/payments/etc from 7/27/2017 to 01/12/2017 (And any pending deduction from today until 01/11/2017.). I guess my question would be why it took so long to get the final settlement but yet $424.01+ fees were still deducted during this same time frame.

Good service. They do what they say, call you and then follow up on it. I hope it be that way for the next three years because good service is hard to find. I really hope that it will. Work out for me real well.

National Debt Relief resolved another account and saved me hundreds of dollars. I received an email from National Debt Relief to verify and review a proposal on my account to resolve an account. I had to review it before submitting it in. The process was fast and easy.

The team of workers were able to explain and help me resolve my excess debt. I have been struggling and paying only interest and not getting anywhere. I feel this is the answer to my problems. It help me from having to go bankrupt, but resolve and pay off.

In Sept 2016 my husband and I owed $56,400 on credit cards and were going to be unable to pay on them and on our home mortgage, too. The NDR counselors were able to manage our income and debt in such a way that we were able to keep paying our home mortgage until we sold it in May of 2017. They have also negotiated with all the credit cards so that we will definitely be debt-free on or before the 48-month goal we set in the beginning.

I was behind debt and needed to get everything paid off. I called NDR and they were very responsive and said they would do that for me so I didn't look into any other company. They walked me through everything I needed to do. Talking with their negotiators have been perfect and I love the way the program works. It's beautiful and it's worth it. They informed me when I first thought that my credit was going down before it's going to come back up. And it's just what it’s doing. I still have one or two more things to clear up but I thank them for a wonderful service.

We haven’t had a cost-of-living raise in 11 years at my job. I relied on credit cards to help me and my family get by. I’m a review person and I was hesitant at first because National Debt Relief had some bad reviews. However, I saw that the reviews got a little bit better. So we gave it a roll and the person that I spoke to really explained things. We were trying to look for a house and if we did this program, it wouldn’t benefit us. But we had so much debt, even though I am 100% on time with my payments. The only time I’ve missed payments on my credit cards was with this program now. But it also shows that it's going through a program too.

I went with NDR's debt consolidation program because I had too much credit card debt. They seemed to be the most accredited and had the best result when I searched online. Then, I simply talked to somebody, filled out the forms they've sent me and we started the program. It's been great ever since. At first, I had reservations because of all the scams I hear. But they did everything to make me feel very comfortable with it all. They worked with me on when my paydays fall and how much I was able to pay them monthly. Most of the interactions have been through email, which what I prefer as well, and I hear back from them within the day. Everything they’ve done has gone above and beyond what I expected but what impressed me the most was their ability to get things settled quickly. The cost seems reasonable as they get paid for what they do. So far, it's taken a lot of stress off of me. I'm happy and just waiting for the end result.

I had unsecured debt with three credit cards and I went with National Debt Relief since my wife had a successful resolution with them earlier. I got into a debt settlement program first, and then they work their process until eventually, it becomes debt consolidation. They went through my situation, my numbers, what my pertinent information was and all the stuff that I owed.

I will study in a medical school soon so I wanted to fix my credit. I got National Debt Relief's services after I looked them up online and saw that they had a lot of good reviews. And since then, I've been paying my monthly payments and everything's been going smoothly. They call me every two weeks to make sure everything's going well. Then, whenever I have a settlement, they let me know what's going on. I can access everything online on my account so I can keep up with everything. I've been able to manage my bills now and make timely payments. I've had an awesome experience with NDR and I would definitely recommend them.

The process was fast & easy before and after I was approved. My credit card debt has been an issue for me for a while but immediately after I had completed the paper I felt a sense of relief. I have been very pleased with the sign up process and the communication with this company have been outstanding. They make it very easy to sign the agreements online and they get the confirmation immediately after you sign. Failed to mention that once the cards are closed that the interest & late fees keep adding up, was under the impression that once closed the amount would stay the same but it didn’t so they make it sound like they are saving you a lot more money than they really are because of all the extra interest & late fees that keep building until a settlement is made. Was also told all the cards/debt I put in the program would be paid off in 3 years but because of certain “fees” they have they have now extended my debt free date out 10-12 months which really makes me unhappy!

I got too much credit, then Hurricane Irma hit me and I got a lot of damage in my house. My friends told me that NDR is good. I saw NDR online a couple of times and they were my first choice. When I enrolled, they told me the deal and sent me the contract. They paid those credit cards and it's proving good so far. My negotiator was very good. I was very comfortable working with him. I was a little confused sometimes but they connected me to the big boss and she explained everything. With NDR, I got no headaches and no more stress. I just started but everything is okay.

I needed help so I reached out to National Debt Relief. The few reps that I talked to were nice. They answered any questions I had. So far, there’s one or two that are pending and they might have settled one of them. The cost of service was okay, but they keep asking for more and they wanted to change the price than what it was in the beginning. When I asked, they didn’t really have much to say. I pay three hundred and some now, and then for one of the settlements, the one now, it’s an extra $300 and I can’t afford that.

They signed an agreement that they would pay off or we would pay off the debt together. When I called National Debt Relief, the rep went through the enrollment steps. We got into their 48-month program and we’re now on our 9th month. We got a couple of items taken care of. However, it takes longer than how we were expecting it to work. Right now, I'm still waiting for the others to get completed and waiting on NDR to negotiate the other items. And they keep saying they're still working on the other ones, and I’m not sure what that process is because there's no update on their website. I have 7 items that I'm working on. But they said they're only doing the two, and I don't know if they're talking to the other ones. I'm worried and I don't want to sit there in the process like I’m going to get a letter soon from the attorney. I wish they would have been more clear upfront on how the process works.

I've been in the program for about eight months and it's going a good a direction. I’m in it for two years and all throughout I would do two payments a month. They squared it up for me so it's easier. They take care of things when they can. And then they would phone call whenever they need to tell us about the debt. They're taking a good chunk of the debt away and I’m very comfortable working with our negotiator. It's still so long up to the end but I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief.

I wanted to cut my debt and pay it off and my goal was to get that done in a time frame of three years. When I heard about NDR on the radio, I called them and they called me back. I liked their plan and I wasn’t going to pay any exorbitant fees to them. It was relatively easy to enroll in their program. All I did was do an interview where I laid out what my income was, what my debt ratio was, what money I had coming in and my employment history. They got me approved for a certain amount that they took out and we agreed to it. Then they started working on it right away. Their plan of taking money out was good. They’ve been very successful at getting my debt reduced and paying out several of my debtors already.

So far it has been helpful as far as lessening our debts which is a plus with your services provided. The only concern on our part is that our credits have been reported by the creditors and ones that are settled are taking time to delete our records even if they are paid in full. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. Yes it has eased our financial burden but still we are also dealing with paying off other creditors that do not accept your program.
