    I needed to consolidate my debt. I had gone to several other people and they denied my application because the income-to-credit wasn’t good. I had been to the Better Business Bureau and National Debt Relief used to have a good standing with them. I checked them out online, and I enrolled over the phone. Their reps were very helpful and very informative. If I had questions, I could call back. All the people that I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable and patient. So far, the one bill has been paid off, and they’re starting on another already. It makes me feel good, but I hate to come to terms with myself as not being a very, very, very strong person when it comes to money.

    I only have two credit cards but because my bills are so high and I’ve worked on some of them myself, there are bills that NDR cannot help me with. They can’t help me with my telephone bills, cell phone bills, and all of the little vices that I have. I have to be strong enough to manage those myself. And then you have the day-to-day things that you have to do. I don’t make that much money. I’m considered to have a decent retirement income, but unfortunately, I am not one of those people who also collect social security. So, I reached out to National Debt because my bills were just overwhelming. And I would never have been able to manage it without NDR. Overall, I had a good experience and I would recommend them.

    My experience with NDR was wonderful. I had too much debt and NDR was in the Better Business Bureau so I went with them. All I did was give them my information and they were able to take care and pull everything up. Their program helped my credit score go up and it's a great program for people. The negotiator was excellent. He answered every question, was polite in finding all the answers that I needed and helped me out in every way. They worked with me according to what I could do.     I'm happy with the direction I was going with NDR except for the time they tried to wheel me into Liberty and get a loan at 20% instead of just doing what we'd been doing. They told me that instead of taking the payment from my checks every two weeks, it will come from Liberty. However, that would have had me paying them for three years instead of two. I'd also have to pay more every few weeks and I was going to end up paying interest to Liberty. They did it right away and when I told them that I didn't want to do that, they told me that it was too late so I was upset. I was also upset when I found out that they were partner companies. They acted like it was a great deal for me and that I would be debt free in less time. They wanted me to jump through hoops to stop it and it became a huge problem. But once I talked to a couple of managers, they also figured out that it was bad. Everything else has been good.

    I got sick and I couldn't afford to work anymore and I couldn't afford to pay my bills. I spoke to the companies asking them to lower my interest rate but it was difficult to speak with them. They were not willing to work with me and help me a little, even though I was trying to explain to them my situation. That was the reason why I decided to consolidate my debts. I called National Debt Relief and I spoke with one of the girls who did everything on the same day. Her name is Sophia, and she was really nice. Because of speaking with her, it gave me the encouragement that I should do it. She explained everything to me and I was able to understand what she was saying.

    Being completely enrolled took a while because I had to wait for the package to come so that I could sign it. As soon as I got the package, looked it over and signed it, I sent it back to National Debt Relief and then they called me and we put things together. I give them the bills that I want them consolidated, and they give me a figure to pay monthly. So far it's working fine. They've completed two accounts and at present, they're doing two more. They're doing a great job for me and it's been a lot of stress relief.

    To be honest I can't rave about the company but I do believe they are doing a great job at helping us (consumers) get rid of debt... It is after all mostly our fault we are in this predicament to begin with. The process has been pretty smooth thus far and we have 2 debts out of 6 that are in a settlement agreement which is wonderful news. I do however feel that the fees and commission for the resolved debt are a little drastic but understandable that NDR and its employees need to get paid as well.     So far (we just got enrolled, but we took a week of carefully studying NDR and our situation first), we're very impressed with NDR. When I thought about calling, I expected someone to quickly take down my contact info, then to have to sort through haranguing emails and phone calls to try to figure out if this would work for us. I called anyway. And I was wrong. The first person I spoke with worked with us as we weighed our options for a week. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Right now, I don't see a significant downside to this agreement. Yes, our credit will be affected, but it was going down the drain anyway. Looks like we'll be free of our debts in a reasonable time and will be making payments to NDR that will be half of what our payments to our creditors will be.

    I would have given five stars if it was not for the time that it took to get the last agreement. I am 5 (star) happy with the final debt settlement on my Capital 1; however, the prior agreement had been closed since 07/26/207. I actually recently reached out (via email) to ask if something was being done at all. I was charged $279 for Credit Control, $3 for phone fee, $60 for Customer Fee U, $51.61 for Customer Fee S1 and $30.40 for the Monthly Fee which came to a grand total of $424.01 deductions with no activity/payments/etc from 7/27/2017 to 01/12/2017 (And any pending deduction from today until 01/11/2017.). I guess my question would be why it took so long to get the final settlement but yet $424.01+ fees were still deducted during this same time frame.

    In Sept 2016 my husband and I owed $56,400 on credit cards and were going to be unable to pay on them and on our home mortgage, too.     We haven’t had a cost-of-living raise in 11 years at my job. I relied on credit cards to help me and my family get by. I’m a review person and I was hesitant at first because National Debt Relief had some bad reviews. However, I saw that the reviews got a little bit better. So we gave it a roll and the person that I spoke to really explained things. We were trying to look for a house and if we did this program, it wouldn’t benefit us. But we had so much debt, even though I am 100% on time with my payments. The only time I’ve missed payments on my credit cards was with this program now. But it also shows that it's going through a program too.

    So far, National Debt Relief settled two of my accounts. I started in May and within the fourth month, they picked one and resolved it. Then within the following month, they settled another one. They’re going to be making the last payment to two cards next month. I still have six left, but they’re picking up a little bit faster than what I originally assumed.

    I’m doing a little bit better since I’m paying only $300 versus paying almost $1000. Plus, they’ve already settled two for half of what I spent. I have 11 months left on my car because I’m adding an extra payment on that. My OneMain Financial account will be paid off in 13 months. Once those are paid off, I'll add more to my debt relief payment. I’m on a 36-month plan, but I’m one of those people who want to add a little bit more and get it to speed up a little bit. I feel good about the cost and it's less than I expected. I was expecting an outrageous amount. My debt was 14,000 and I'm already down to 10,000 so it's something I can afford. The communication with National Debt Relief is really good. They call me to get my approval or to let me know what’s going on. I also check my accounts, and if I had a question, they always responded and explained stuff thoroughly.

    I had unsecured debt with three credit cards and I went with National Debt Relief since my wife had a successful resolution with them earlier. I got into a debt settlement program first, and then they work their process until eventually, it becomes debt consolidation. They went through my situation, my numbers, what my pertinent information was and all the stuff that I owed.

    Two-thirds of our situation has been resolved, but there is still a missing piece so we're not 100% successful yet. I've been thinking about calling them and asking them what is going on with this last piece. It seems to have fallen into a limbo black hole and I'm not too sure what's going on. They haven't been as successful and it's the same company they settled with before. I haven't had a lot of success with understanding what they're doing. Up until that point, the service was phenomenal and it let me sleep better. But now, the anxiety is back up again because of the judgment that has been put on me to reduce the half and because of no support from NDR. Overall it's feasible to have them work on my behalf, but I'm not happy with the follow up with their final negotiations for my last debt.

So far, there’s one or two that are pending and they might have settled one of them. The cost of service was okay, but they keep asking for more and they wanted to change the price than what it was in the beginning. When I asked, they didn’t really have much to say.     I was changing jobs and I had credit card debt that I wanted to pay off. Based on my search, National Debt Relief seemed to be the one with the best rating and reviews. They signed an agreement that they would pay off or we would pay off the debt together. They would talk to the credit card companies and negotiate a settlement, and we pay that settlement from my bank account where I deposit my money. They call me any time they reach a new settlement to see if we accept, and they have kept in contact with me when needed.

    Their payment plan is very reasonable. They based it on a percentage of the debt that I owe, and I needed to move the payment out to a different day because I got a different job which was better but my pay schedule had changed. They worked with me on moving that and it’s been very good. They’ve also given me options. There was a resettlement that I had to do right away where the company was going to sue me, and NDR moved their fees so that we could get that taken care off right away.

    Now I’ve paid off almost $20,000 in three to four years, and it's reduced my stress level quite a bit. I could’ve filed bankruptcy and we wouldn’t be in the situation we’re in now, but we had to pay the debt back which is important to me. The experience with National Debt Relief has been much better than I experienced with the credit card companies. They have taken that weight off my shoulders. I would only suggest to get a call maybe once a month, even if there’s no new settlement that has been reached yet by one of the companies that I owe money to, to let know that they are working on it for me.

    I lost my job and went on unemployment. Some of the bills were too high and I have a mortgage to take care of and so I called National Debt Relief up. I asked questions and they gave me a good answer so I went with them. I've been in the program for five months and I'm happy with NDR. Working with them takes a big load off my shoulder.

    The total process is going to take close to a year. It’s going fast because some of the companies said, “Okay, yeah, we can work with you guys. Instead of $1,000, let’s do $600." It’s working out great. My credit is gonna go down but that’s only gonna be for a couple of months and then as soon as we pay out one debt, it would take more than a month to get it up there.

    The first guy that I talked to was great. He answered all my questions then after that, I went to another. The rep explained how the process was going to take and how they were gonna do it and that if I make more payments, it will be easier. They also worked with me for my payment plan. They asked me how much I can pay. I told them I can do $150 and from there we created a plan. They were friendly and they provided good customer service.

    The cost of service is reasonable. National Debt Relief is helping me out. They always sent me e-mails about updates. If there’s a problem, they will send me an e-mail to call them right away. I call them and we take care of that situation. In the beginning, I was stressing out a lot. "How am I gonna pay this?" "How am I gonna pay that?" Before I can’t sleep because there’s a payment or the mortgage. Now it’s okay. It’s kind of scary at the beginning because you're giving all your information out. It’s hard to give your Social Security number out, your birthday, etc. But we have to go forward if you really want to make your life comfortable and be debt-free. It’s worth it. I’d recommend NDR's program to everybody.

    National Debt Relief had good reviews so when my brother has credit card debt he got them to reconcile and pay off his debt. They had told us that it was going to be three and a half to four years. They’re definitely going to save him some money and the structure that they have is set up in a way that if you make a payment to them then they’re going to work on your behalf to settle some of the debts or hopefully all of them. But I understand they’re in business to make money. I looked at the numbers and what we would have paid if my brother can pay it off right now, which wasn’t an option for him. It’s less than what they represent.

    If my brother could or I have the time to do it then we could try to negotiate with each one of the creditors but there were over 20. It wasn’t just a few. We had a lot of activity initially but there's not much activity lately so we're getting a little bit concerned to the point of contacting them. But so far National Debt has been good. They have settled around six accounts out of maybe 22 so we’re almost a third of the way there.

    When I called National Debt Relief, the rep went through the enrollment steps. We got into their 48-month program and we’re now on our 9th month. We got a couple of items taken care of. However, it takes longer than how we were expecting it to work. Right now, I'm still waiting for the others to get completed and waiting on NDR to negotiate the other items. And they keep saying they're still working on the other ones, and I’m not sure what that process is because there's no update on their website. I have 7 items that I'm working on. But they said they're only doing the two, and I don't know if they're talking to the other ones. I'm worried and I don't want to sit there in the process like I’m going to get a letter soon from the attorney. I wish they would have been more clear upfront on how the process works.

    I was struggling from check to check and it became a little more than I could handle. I didn't know what to do. I was only paying the minimum and my debt was growing. I did some research and came across National Debt. They had a better rating and based on some of the reviews, they seem more caring about you as a person as opposed to just trying to get you out of debt. They didn't focus on you as a bad person because you were in debt. I used their debt consolidation service and it's been great ever since. I know they're taking care of things and they've relieved me from the stress of the calls, mail and all that stuff.

    I signed up over the phone and they asked a few questions to see if I qualified. I told them about my debt and my struggles. It was a quick process. They're doing negotiations on my behalf and they keep me in the loop. I get emails from them and there's a website I can visit to check the status of my account. I talked with the counselor about how we got there and how we're going to move ahead. I was told that if I had any questions, I could call and they would answer my questions.

    They've been really helpful and they are on top of everything. The negotiator addressed my concerns about how does this program work. I've read the literature but I had some questions. They answered my questions so that I'd be comfortable with them. I didn't think it was a rip-off, just taking my money and doing nothing for me. I want to be debt free and if this is what it I need to do, then that's what I'm going to do.

    My payment plan was based on my income and expenses. They came up with a dollar amount that seemed reasonable to me. When I look at everything that I was spending in a month, it was more than that and that was my problem. It seemed fair and reasonable that I could still survive on my income. It worked really well for me. I went on the program this year and they've already cleared two accounts. Normally, it's a process and even NDR was surprised that it was that quick. It's been a positive experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs relief. I'm happy I did it.

    National Debt Relief had the best reviews when I looked them up. I got in a consolidation program wherein they narrowed down less than what we had to pay. Enrolling with them was pretty easy to do and it's cool when we got them. I’ve been with the company for about six months now and the service is great. Their rep was a nice guy and he explained a lot of stuff to us. This company helped in getting my credit cards paid off and it had a good impact on me. I’d recommend them.

    National Debt Relief provided me a service to get rid of my credit all at once. The enrollment was easy. I just had to call and give them my information and they paid off all my credit. I've been in the program for about eight months and it's going a good a direction. I’m in it for two years and all throughout I would do two payments a month. They squared it up for me so it's easier. They take care of things when they can. And then they would phone call whenever they need to tell us about the debt. They're taking a good chunk of the debt away and I’m very comfortable working with our negotiator. It's still so long up to the end but I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief.

    I wanted to cut my debt and pay it off and my goal was to get that done in a time frame of three years. When I heard about NDR on the radio, I called them and they called me back. I liked their plan and I wasn’t going to pay any exorbitant fees to them. It was relatively easy to enroll in their program. All I did was do an interview where I laid out what my income was, what my debt ratio was, what money I had coming in and my employment history. They got me approved for a certain amount that they took out and we agreed to it. Then they started working on it right away. Their plan of taking money out was good. They’ve been very successful at getting my debt reduced and paying out several of my debtors already.

    The NDR team has been very good, very courteous and very knowledgeable about the programs. All of them are very well-trained and they’re doing a great job. I'm very comfortable working with NDR. When I state what I need, they get it and make it happen. They looked at what my expenses are versus my income, my income to debt ratio, and figure what excess money I’ve got. Based on that, we arrive at an amount of so many hundreds of dollars per month. They saved me about $2,000 on one of my big creditors which is now paid off. I've been in their program for a year now. They are paying another one right now and they’re on target in paying everything off within the three-year time plan. It should work out well. I had a bit of an income dip but that didn’t seem to bother them. I told them to continue on with the money value we have now and that worked fine.

    NDR called to update me a couple of times to see if I could come up with an additional batch of money. They reached a negotiation with somebody but it was based on being able to pay out a certain amount. I told them that I don’t have that money and so they said that they are going to renegotiate. Within 20 minutes, I got an email back saying that they have renegotiated under a payment plan with my creditor, which I approved and they went forward with it. I also check online occasionally to see if I have any money in there and that they’re paying it off. It's going from the amount they take off every month to paying off another loan and having $3.00 in there waiting for the next amount to come in. I go with what I have.

    Their cost is right in the middle. I pay a few dollars a month for support of legal fees, if necessary. But anytime I had an issue with any of my creditors at the very beginning, I tell them who I was with and who to call, then there would be a minimum of creditors calling me a second time. I work off of a salary that’s on a bonus structure, so I’ve been able to not only pay off my debt but I have a little extra money available, and that’s been good for a vacation here and there. Overall, NDR has taken the stress off.

    So far it has been helpful as far as lessening our debts which is a plus with your services provided. The only concern on our part is that our credits have been reported by the creditors and ones that are settled are taking time to delete our records even if they are paid in full. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. Yes it has eased our financial burden but still we are also dealing with paying off other creditors that do not accept your program.
