Christopher ** is the counselor who handled my plan. He was patient, polite, considerate, professional and made every thing very clear. The final step was just as easy as the first steps. The women was so pleasant and helpful. She broke down and explained things and gave examples.

The whole process has been as pain-free as possible. Everyone I spoke with has been knowledgeable and courteous. The credit recovery service offered was a major factor in deciding to go with National Debt Relief. They answered every question I had and I’m confident I made the right choice.

My husband passed away. We had a lot of debt and I can’t pay it. I signed up with National Debt Relief's program to reduce the bills and they take money out of my paycheck every two weeks. So, that way I can pay off my debts. However, it’s not working out too good because I really don’t like the program. When I called and I asked questions, they never seemed to know the answer to anything. I've been asking if they could send me a list of everything I owed, which ones were satisfied, which ones still needs to be satisfied, and what’s the amount that they negotiated and I feel like I got the runaround. I have called a couple of times and I’m not really happy with it.

I called National Debt Relief to get information and the girl I talked to walked me through everything. We got the whole process going. Then once things officially got started, when there were offers the process has been done through email. I pay NDR a certain amount once per month and then that’s the money that’s being used to pay off different debt agreements. They’ve helped me in getting a reduced debt.

It wasn't bad by no means and maybe stuff I didn't get because there was SO MUCH INFO for someone with the problems that I have. Either way, everyone seemed nice and when ask questions I didn't know all the info. I really want to go through it all again to double taken.

National Debt Relief had better ratings and compared to the other companies, they take the lowest money out of my pocket. I was not able to pay my credit card before and NDR is doing monthly payments to pay that down. Now, I’m not robbing from Peter to pay Paul every month. My son got sick in November and then fell on a T-post and split his leg up really bad in April. I was stuck with a $4,600 deductible and 20% of $61,000, and it overwhelmed me. I tried keeping up but my credit cards were maxed it was unsustainable with the medical bills. National Debt Relief added up all my credit card debt and the loans I had taken out, and they gave me a monthly installment. They said this usually goes on for about anywhere from two to three years, and they work with the collection agencies and pay them off. They've already settled two personal loans and they've gotten two or three of the credit cards taken care of. I get an email from them occasionally stating that they've settled a debt, then I accept and they go on. Even when the creditors first started calling, I gave them the number to Debt Relief. It's been hassle-free for me. I know that NDR settles for a little less than what was originally owed, but it's better than bankruptcy.

A co-worker of mine used National Debt Relief and I’ve been using them for nine months. They consolidated all of my debts and got me lesser payments. The rep would either call me or send me an email and I would accept it. They told me that there is no cost for the service. Whatever that’s coming out of my checking account, that goes into an escrow and when I’m done with the program, whatever’s left, I get back. One time, I called to switch a payment date and I asked the rep if I had any payments coming up to which she said no. After I agreed, she told me that I had a payment after the day that I changed it to and that annoyed me. Nevertheless, they have settled five debts already and this program has made me feel like a huge weight have been lifted off my shoulders.

A friend told me about National Debt Relief and I have been with their program since September. I'm very satisfied with them. Their program is like 50-50. I paid $250 a month but when they got the settlement, they asked for so much payment on a certain amount of time. But it was not bad. Also, I have finished off two settlements. My debt over the years has piled up and I was getting nowhere with minimum payments. I researched National Debt Relief online and they were on top in the many different resources I checked. Now, they are helping me just fine. They've been great all the way across the board. I make one payment instead of several payments with all the different accounts I have, so it freed me up from the get-go. I could have a sense of freedom, and I already have more money that I can utilize now because I'm not dumping all my money in all those different accounts and payments. It also takes me out of the equation where they deal with the creditors instead of me. They also settle on my accounts with a lot lower amount than what I originally would be paying.
