I got a divorce and so I had all that debt on me. The process with National Debt Relief took four hours on the phone and then a couple of days before it was finalized. So far, they're doing fine, but I don't think they're calling my creditors fast enough because I keep getting calls and letters from my creditors. I assumed that once I start with NDR, they would call all my creditors stating that they're in charge of it so the creditors would leave me alone, but that didn’t happen. They only call me when they're going to settle a bill. And the way that I understand it is that I have seven different debt people and as I paid those off, then I'd be done paying. Overall, they're awesome and I'd recommend National Debt Relief.

I like National Debt Relief's ratings and the way that they worked with me, like their customer services. They went into real details to explain to us everything that we need to know, like it will take us a certain amount of years if we do it ourselves paying all the interests and our credit cards, and over ten years to pay out everything. But with them, it will take us no more than two and a half years. They also answered questions if we have them. The negotiators have done a loan and two credit cards in a span of six months. I'm really grateful that that's going down and they're really helping me a lot. Cost seems pretty fair. They're doing basically all the heavy lifting. If my friends were in debt like me, I will send them straight to National Debt Relief, no question asked, 100%.

National Debt Relief is negotiating my debt and I’m paying one monthly payment. The timeframe they gave me was forty-eight months and now I’m about six months in the program. They have lowered some of my payments. Their reps were all pleasant and any question I had, they answered it. Everything that I asked was done and I’m very comfortable with them. The payment plan they gave was good and it's easy to make the payment. The program seems very beneficial and I will recommend them.

National Debt Relief has been very helpful, and I'm thankful that our communication is good. We've been doing our credit card debt settlement with them for almost a year. They are doing a great job and it has eased our stress for our situation. Our negotiator has been very good. We make our payments twice a month, and we have it on the fifth and the twentieth of the month. And we negotiated with that because it's better for us to pay half-half on our monthly payment. It was easy enrolling with National Debt Relief. They are good and so far, it’s been working for me. I get a statement every now and then but they could keep a little more in touch so I know where I stand.

I love National Debt Relief. My debt-to-income ratio was very high and so I was looking to consolidate my credit and get it back to what it should be instead of what it is. I was doing some online research and they were rated number one and so I went with them to alleviate some of the debt that I have. I had to show them my credit report and then show them my bills to what I make and it was considered I'm paying more out in bills than what I'm making. I had to write a letter and I gave them the letter and then from the letter they were able to start consolidating my bills.

National Debt Relief could handle for me all the credit debt and loan I have at once and they had good communication from the get-go. The rep was nice and very informative. With any email I sent to him, he would get back to me within an hour at most. Even when I called and left a message, he would return my phone call almost immediately.

I would recommend National Debt Relief. They are a good group to work with. When I googled the best debt relief company, I read some good reviews on NDR so I used them since I was looking at consolidating some debt. I used their services to negotiate my debt down to a lower premium that I can afford. During the enrollment, they had me compile all of the most recent bills associated with the different credit lines or the people I'm indebted too. I scanned the bills over and sent it to them then they put together a plan and restarted drafting out of my bank account every couple of weeks. Then, they did all the negotiating on my behalf.

I was busy out of a job and was unable to just get rid of my credit card payments so I sought help from National Debt Relief. Enrolling was quick and easy. I called a gentleman. He was pretty detailed with his explanation and went through a plan with me on how soon the debt will be paid off with National Debt Relief as opposed to if I decide to stay and just pay my credit card payment.

He walked me through the enrollment process and everything was sent electronically and signed through electronic signatures. I told them what I needed to be around and they let me know whether or not it would work or if I was completely out of my mind. It was a give and take type of situation. They had my monthly payment fit in to my budget and if I need to move a date, it's really easy to do on their portal. When I have questions, I call their negotiator and they always get with me.

For the most part, the experience has been fine. I started in June and they have only settled two out of all my things. It has put me in the bind right now but I do know that once they start paying stuff off, it will get better.

I had some credit card debt and I wanted to get some negative stuff off my credit so that in the future, if I needed to buy a home or anything else like that, my credit would be okay. The process with National Debt Relief was not difficult and there wasn’t a lot of paperwork. They call you ever so often and negotiate with the people you owe money to. They ask you if you think the amount is fair and they take it from there. It worked fast. They’ve been working to take a few things off, but I still have to wait. The fee was a little steep, but they also handle all the calls. For what it costs, it's about the same if I would've done it myself, but it's just nice to have them handle my debts for me. I only have six months since I started this and it resulted in a lot less stress in my life on a daily basis. I'm pretty happy with NDR.

I was accumulating debt. I called NDR and one of their reps answered. He asked me questions and I told him what was going on. I want to go for the program and they asked me about how much I owed and my credit cards. They settled a lot of debt for me. However, they called me and asked me if I wanted to get a loan. I had to close a business since the mall I was in went bankrupt. And when it closed, I was overwhelmed by debt. National Debt Relief has nice customer service and they are polite and easy going people, but I was concerned about the high fees that they charged me and I didn't understand it. I did two payments of 500 and 650 dollars. They paid my debt collector 50 dollars each and then they charged me 550 dollars upfront. I owe Chase Cars 2000 and they’re sending me a settlement for 1800. National Debt will charge me a thousand dollars for that. I also had a settlement with American Express, Bank of America and Capital One. I used to pay them 75 dollars every month and I thought National Debt Relief will help me out with that, but I figured out I can’t pay all this money for them. I will just call my collectors again and I will go ahead with all settlements that I have if they can do that.

I needed help getting back on the right track financially. I have talked to other people who have been in the same predicament and National Debt Relief came highly recommended. National Debt handled pretty much everything. What stuff I did have to do, they walked me through it and they made me feel like somebody cared and it wasn't all my fault. We didn’t read the fine print that after such and such the interest and all those stuff was gonna go through the roof and we hit that point with our credit cards and that’s what nailed us. National Debt had a good grade with the National Business Bureau and I also had heard a lot of good things about it. I had a lot of debt and was having a very difficult time paying it off. I reached out to them and we’re just at the beginning of the program but they're doing a really good job so far. The enrolment process was easy. I talked to them and viewed our accounts. National Debt's negotiators were very knowledgeable. I really like the company and how good they’ve been with us and I feel like they’re helping us out.

I got a consolidation form National Debt Relief due to an unexpected financial situation. I read through their website and information, and it seemed to me that it was somewhat better than the other ones that I have been familiar with. I completed all the paperwork, including a listing of which debts I wanted to include in the consolidation program. The negotiator seemed to be very knowledgeable. He initially contacted me and discussed whether or not some certain debts could be approved. He was very efficient in reviewing the debts, telling me which would be automatically excluded because I’m under the program guidelines they didn’t qualify, and the process went pretty rapidly.

I was over my head in debt. And with National Debt's help, we are in the process of clearing up some debt. So the program is working. National Debt had good reviews and they were approved by the Better Business Bureau. And enrolling with them was not very difficult at all. There wasn't a lot of paperwork, and their guys were very helpful and walked me through any questions I had over the phone. I felt very comfortable working with my negotiator, too. Some of the payments are manageable. I send a payment every month and then National Debt divides it between the creditors that we have settled. National Debt relieved some stress. It's tough in this day and age not having any credit to fall back on, but these are the things you have to do to get out of debt.

I’m on a fixed income and I’ve got enough income that I would be able to pay off my debts. I could pay the principal, but then the interest that would add on to each account would be growing. That got me interested in NDR otherwise, I was making the minimum payment, and the debt was still going up. I had one company tell me that they weren’t legit, which I didn’t believe. When I went online, it was debtrefief.gov, and I’ve got notification from them which was debtrelief.com, which I didn’t understand why it changed from .gov to .com.

Synchrony Bank had morphed my account like Toys“R”Us and PayPal and some other accounts I had. They were making it really miserable for me to deal with anybody. Credit Karma recommended National Debt Relief so I gave them a try. I called NDR and then they called me back. The rep asked me what account I had, then I gave them all my accounts and showed the guy that I owed so much. I signed up for 48 months and I've only paid 10 so I still got 38. We're taking baby steps right now, but I've resolved a couple of my accounts, which is good. They settle for less and then make monthly payments for me.

My husband was in the Marine Corps and after he retired, we moved back to this home state of Missouri. We incurred some debt in California. We needed to fix our credit to buy houses. I could barely request for it to speed up so it was a weight off that things started to kick in recently and that two of the creditors had agreed to a number.

The people at National Debt Relief were really helpful. They respond to my emails rapidly, and most of it was the time that they gathered all the information and talked to the accounts. They were efficient, accurate, and on top of the game. The cost of the service was worth it as they were able to consolidate the accounts in one payment in a fast phase. So far, it has been great and I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief.

I was in debt and and National Debt Relief negotiated the debt settlement. The representatives have been great, except for a couple occasions when I had asked them to postpone a payment but I ended up not getting them anyway and it caused some overdraft. The cost has been good in comparison to the quality of service and the payment plan has been reasonable. The last settlement that they negotiated for me was a Chase account and Chase was playing hardball and wanted things structured in a certain way. But at the end of the day, National brought a $13,000 debt down to about $3,000 so I can't really argue too much with them. National Debt Relief has impacted my life for the better. Others should give them a call and see what they can do for them.

So far I have had Excellent Service. The people are nice and friendly. It has been a great experience so far. My have resolved most of my debt quickly. I have mentioned National Debt Relief to a couple of people I know who are struggling like I was.

I sought for debt relief help so I could get my debt paid off, and I went with National Debt Relief because of their rate. They asked me how much I had in debt, what was due, and they went from there. I’ve been with them for four months, and instead of spending $1000 a month, I’m only paying about $400. They addressed me over the phone, and their negotiator was very good. I have a good deal at 8.14%, and most half my unsecured loans, I’ll never get it that cheap. I am on autopay, and out payment plans are going pretty good. NDR has saved me a lot of money, and I’m a lot less stressful.

National Debt Relief worked on giving me a loan. Getting enrolled in their debt settlement program was okay, but there were a lot of things they mentioned that I had to do, so it had taken a while. Other than that, my negotiator was good. And I would recommend National Debt Relief.

I have a lot of debt and it was getting very tight. Every single month, I make a payment and I felt like my debt was never coming down because of the interest with all the credit cards and others they had. National Debt Relief provided a settlement program for me. The guy helped me throughout the enrollment process. He answered a lot of questions and I wanted to make sure that I got every single little detail before I sign myself because I knew that it was going to take a hit on my credit. The enrollment was quick but he wasn’t too specific in a certain detail which was what he informed me when I was looking into the program. He was very specific when he told me that NDR takes their money once I’m done paying all my debt. I found out that it was not that way, they take the part of their money when they make a settlement with somebody. They take out their money at that time and that upset me.

National Debt Relief has good reviews so I had them settle my credit card debt. The application process was easy. They called me and asked me a simple question. Then, they looked at the amount of debt I had, told me what my minimum payment needed to be and I approved it. The program has settled some of my debts and I like the settlements that I've received so far. NDR is a good company and I'm happy I went with them. They're worth it.

I couldn’t get to the point where I could keep up with all my credit card accounts I got over my head. National Debt Relief took all my credit card accounts and now, I pay a monthly fee and they make deals on each one as I go. They let me know when they make a new deal, and I approve it. One person set me up, then I received a call every so often from different people. They're professional and they took care of everything.

I wanted to get some of my bills consolidated to one payment a month. National Debt Relief was referred by another debt relief company. I read all the reviews and it had 5 stars and everybody said very positive things about them. And then, I liked the level of care from the representative at the initial application process. And also, their representatives were very thorough, very polite, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to talk over me but they listened to me. And then, the processing was done in an hour and now, I just pay a monthly payment.

When I was going through a very difficult situation, I heard about National Debt Relief and I did some research on the web. I was more interested in contacting them than any other company and I don’t regret it because they have helped me a lot. I'm still in the process and they have settled my debts. They’ve been all the time updating me what is going on and they’ve been very professional. How much they charge me is nothing compared to what they have done. They're wonderful. My former wife and I are very happy to use them. I also have recommended them to some other people who have approached me, especially officers. My advice is that if someone is in debt situation, it has to be settled now and the best people for it is National Debt Relief.

I was in debt and National Debt Relief had good reviews and I was impressed by their willingness to help me out. I’ll be a year in with National Debt Relief and I'm getting my debt taken care of. The cost is fair for what I had. I just got to make sure I have money for the week every month.

I called National Debt Relief to see if I could get a loan. They told me to try them. I got their debt settlement services and they treated me with respect. Their service worked for me but some of the prices were a bit higher than what I told they were going to be.

Enrolling in National Debt Relief was easy. I just filled out some of my information online, then somebody called me back, and then just talked about my case on the phone, then they helped me to set up everything. It only took a couple of days. The customer service agent named Gaber was very nice, and he helped me to start it. I started in July of 2016 and it will not be done yet until July 2018, so I am halfway done already. Everything is going well right now, but, in the middle, somebody did not understand what I was saying. I have two credit cards, and they transfer my balance to Citibank because they changed my credit card from Costco. I had some troubles on that, but it is fine right now. Also, they can't cover all my debt too.

National Debt Relief was recommended higher than others with Better Business Bureau and backed a little more positively. I'm on their 3-year debt settlement program and the enrollment was easy and was done on the same day. Their people have been very friendly and they've made everything clear. Their price is also reasonable considering they're doing all the work to reduce what we owe. Even with the cost of what I have to pay them, it's still a bit less than having to continue to pay how it was. My credit took a ding and I knew that was going to happen but it's slowly going back up. I'm almost done with the first year and it has now forced me not rely on credit card anymore. Do your research and make sure NDR is the company you go with.

National Debt Relief is a good company. I had major financial issues and I was very satisfied with the process that I went through with them. They worked with me on a payment plan and unfortunately, I have to call them back and start a new plan. The plan could have been a little better. Too much was taken out and the original amount should have been a little lower. Their online interface can be a lot better, too. If they show how much we paid towards the balance and which ones were paid when we are logged in our main profile page, it would have been much clearer. But overall, the cost and the service are excellent. And I've been re-enrolling the same plan because they're the best. They paid off a lot of stuff. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

I got National Debt Relief's services because I had extreme credit card debts. I didn't want to file for bankruptcy and wanted to be responsible for my debt in a way that was affordable and they provided that. I talked to their rep over the phone and he was friendly. The paperwork then came online, which I signed and sent back. The negotiator I dealt with answered my questions and was helpful. I also felt comfortable with him. I already had a plan of what I wanted to do and he executed it. The process is moving forward and I've already had two settlements. NDR has been there when I requested them.

I have some loans that were doubled with interests and I changed job so it was hard to keep up with it after. I did some research about National Debt Relief. They had a good rating and good reviews from other customers so I gave them a call. Their enrollment process was easy. I just had to give them all my information and they were able to look up everything I needed to add. So far, I'm more than halfway through my program. There's just one creditor left and they've been working on it.

NDR was the biggest debt relief company. They had the commercial on TV and there were some reviews that I’ve read that I investigated a little bit on the internet and it was only positive things. I spoke with their rep for a good 45 minutes on the phone. He explained what the process was and all the ins and outs of it. Then I called him again to sign off and they did a good job. They sent a lot of emails and everything was done quickly and efficiently. They had resolved one of the bills for a little more than a third of what it actually was. There was another one that we didn’t process but I dropped out before that was actually done because my lawyer said so, so it was going along the schedule.

I stopped working for a while and my bills got delayed a little bit. I felt like I needed help, so once I researched my options, I felt like National Debt Relief was my best option. They gave me all the options that were offered and they were really consistent with me. They followed up after every phone call I make and they made sure everything was going well. If I had to delay a payment or if I couldn’t make it that month, they let me know what my options were and what the consequence was, if I were to do so. They walked me through it each time.

I want to get back on top of my debt through a debt reduction service, and I found National Debt Relief online and it seems they are the best. The negotiator knew the questions, and he was definitely professional and willing to help. When they consolidated all my debt, they lumped it up in one smaller payment, depending on my income. I set up for automatic withdrawal for it. Overall, the service and quality are very good. Since working with NDR, I haven't had any debt collectors calling me, which is great!

Earlier, you put a certain amount of money in the bank and they get the late payment taken off from your debts. You get to pay a little less sometimes.

National Debt Relief is a great company to work with. I was enrolled in a couple of hours and the process was very easy. They were very nice too. My payment is once a month and I've been with them for seven months now. I was behind in a lot of credit card debt, hospital bills and medical bills, but now they have settled a couple of accounts already. They're working on three or four more and they're making payments to one, so the experience has been very nice and I have not been bothered by people calling me all the time. National Debt Relief has kept all their promises to me, and they have done everything they said they would, and more.

We had a debt primarily from a medical situation. I did a lot of research since I have the impression that a lot of these companies are scammy. National Debt Relief consistently came up with real, positive reviews. Getting started was really easy and the rep made it very simple. At some point, when I didn't have time, he called me back when it was convenient. They also did a good job of being very persistent without being pushy and without feeling any kind of pressure which I really appreciated because it was already a stressful situation to be in. They did a good balance of making the process really fast but also making it feel like we're going to get it done at my own time.

I went with an attorney in Florida before and he was horrible. I ended up finding out that he was nothing more than a rip-off artist and he wasn't doing anything he said he was going to do. Then National Debt Relief called me and I asked them questions. They helped me get out of the arrangement I was in and I signed up for their program where they would negotiate and settle my credit cards. They wanted to deliver $400 a month and said that they’d have me out of debt in 28 to 36 months. I had about $30,000 worth of debt and I get paid every other week, so they worked out a payment plan with me that I could easily accomplish and they get $207 every other week. I had a $5,000 credit card with Citicorp for a long time and National Debt Relief negotiated it down to $1,500 then they paid it off.

We were trying to find a way to consolidate everything down and National Debt Relief was one of the ones that answered most of my questions when I had them. They were also a little more timely as far as responses. They're very upfront with information. There were a couple of times I wasn't ready, but they worked with it and we went through the way that best worked for both of us instead of just their standard operating procedure on it. They looked into my actual concern instead of rolling with how they usually do.

I recently had my first debt resolved, which is great, the program is working as I had hoped. My hang up is that how high the fees NDR charge are. I really appreciate what they are doing but the fees seem to be about 1/3 of what they save you. My debt was resolved for $3856 less than what I owed, the fees on that amount were $1391.04. That's 36.07% of the debt settled. While the payment I send to NDR saves me money monthly, the % of fees they charge are more than the credit card companies! All in all I am satisfied, just not completely happy with the program.

NDR has been a fantastic organization to work with as they help me to get my "out of control" unsecured debt negotiated and paid off. From start to finish my experience with National Debt Relief was awesome. Everything was explained step by step. If I had any questions they were answered. I was provided with all the contact numbers, emails, faxes, and websites that I would need. National Debt Relief checked on everything that we needed to get settled and they gave us orientation on what to do and explained everything properly. Then they started to process. I had NDR consolidate all of my credit cards and the negotiators were pretty professional. They tried to make a follow up with things that you need to do. The cost of their service is not bad although I wish they'll give us more calls lately. But it's a good program and I have settled with three companies so far. Overall, I'm happy with the service.

We had credit card debt and we talked to a couple of debt relief companies. My daughter got online and did a check. NDR was the best one of all of them, and enrolling was not difficult at all. We had to get all the paperwork and the representatives who we talked to on the phone went through everything with the steps to take and a couple of suggestions to closing accounts like writing a letter to each credit company, and we went from there. So far, they have already settled three accounts. They told us what they were doing and the amount they settled on. We were satisfied with everything.

I was struggling to pay my bills and I had too many of them so I reached out to National Debt Relief. I’ve been in their program for only a couple of months now. So far, we settled on two of the debts, and I have seven more that we’re working on. It’s a relief having NDR. They take the payment directly out of my bank every two weeks. So, it’s a big stress relief. Every time I call or every time someone calls me, their rep was extremely nice and helpful. The cost of their service was inexpensive compared to if I had to do all this on my own and deal with all the creditors myself. I’m sure I can do it on my own but having somebody else do it is awesome. I would recommend them, absolutely.

I've been working with National Debt Relief for eight months now and it has been easy to work with them. Their representatives have been good, too. But they should have been more upfront with the detail about fees, what they charge, and how they're going to do that. They didn't tell me about those in the beginning. But their payment plan is reasonable and their service has been good.

National Debt Relief is doing what they’re supposed to, so I’m not worried. I had every creditor in the world coming after me, but they consolidated everything and they’re doing awesome so far. They are professional every time they call and their payment plan is reasonable.

We got our budget and debt deeper than we thought. After seeing the reviews for National Debt Relief on the internet, we enrolled in their program in May. The process was very easy and took about 3 hours. Our customer service rep was Tony and he was very friendly, courteous, and non-judgmental. He weighed most of the stuff out right away so we didn’t have many questions. He answered the questions we had very quickly and he calls or emails if he has questions. The cost of their service is a little bit high, but it’s probably worth it for the customer service and for what the reviews were. I'm trying to suck everything we can onto this but we’ve got a consolidation on things and they’re helping out considerably.

National Debt Relief helped my son and my daughter-in-law, so they recommended NDR to me. I had credit and debts and I spoke to NDR on the phone. I filled up some forms on the computer, emailed it to them and we've been in touch since. They're lowering my debts a lot and when I talked to them, they answered my questions, anything I wanted to know. They do an excellent job and I have extra money to do other payments. Plus, I don't get a lot of phone calls from my creditors. NDR works with me and I'm 100% satisfied with them in every aspect. They still have to make a deal with some of my creditors but most of them are almost done and I had a good experience. If I have a friend who needed to consolidate, I'd definitely recommend NDR.
