The representatives were very knowledgeable and courteous which made me feel very comfortable. This is my first experience with debt relief so I had several questions in which all of them were thoroughly answered. Excellent A+ customer service overall and I'm happy I made this decision.

I think both the reps I spoke with was very professional. And they were very detailed. I think really enjoyed talking with both reps. I appreciate what you guys can do for me with my current situation. I'm in a jam, and I think you guys will be a very big help.

I wanted to get out of debt so I sought for National Debt Relief and they had been good. The enrollement was easy and their negotiator was understandable. The payment plan was also good because I got to set the payment days. They stayed true to their words. What they told me they would do they step to it. And there wasn’t going to be added debt so far. If you’re in debt situation go with National Debt Relief.

My income wasn’t sufficient enough to keep me afloat, so I wanted to make things better. A coworker who was dealing with National Debt Relief referred me. It was easy to enroll but there were some things that I don’t remember being told about how much I would pay them. I'm extremely disappointed in that portion because I probably could have paid it myself. I thought it was something way lower than what it actually was that they're getting paid. That was a huge misunderstanding. I'm pretty good at asking questions, but I don’t know what happened there. I believe I asked how much the cost would be and I'm told it was around 2% of my total debt.

I called National Debt Relief and gave them all my information then they took it from there. Even when I had a little struggle, they still made some type of arrangement to get things done. Plus they stayed in contact with me about what's going on. Everything has been 100 overall. I was very comfortable working with them. My credit score has also gone up even though I still have six more months to go. I would highly recommend National Debt Relief.

A few years ago, my parents worked with National Debt Relief, so I had the name in the back of my mind. I started out with a different debt company and then switched over to National Debt Relief. The process was simple and spent not more than half an hour on the phone. I explained that I was working with a different debt consolidation agency and they sent me an email and told me what we needed to negotiate with the creditor. They asked me if I agree or disagree, and if I approved, I just hit the okay button. The program has been pretty seamless and the people that I’ve spoken were all very knowledgeable too. They were able to answer all of the questions and concerns that I had.

It was my Mom and my sister who got National Debt Relief's services. My mom was staying here at one time with Grandma and she ran up all the bills. It was so high, it wasn’t even funny. So, Mom had no other choice. I fax the bills to National Debt Relief when it comes through. National Debt Relief was supposed to clean up my Grandma's credit and take care of the bills and so far, it is doing that. However, it is breaking her too. My Mom makes the payment that they need but taking $700 a month is a little high for someone who only makes like $900 a month. There are still a few others that National Debt Relief has control of that’s calling and sending letters. They still haven’t stopped the phone calls and it is annoying. Still, there were one or two of the cards that was already paid off so overall, it is good.

I had credit card debt. Some of my friends said that the good thing to do was to join a debt consolidation program while other people said that I could do it by myself if I wanted to. I had to be that person who fought for better rates but I didn’t have time to do all that. I looked online and saw that National Debt Relief was highly reviewed. I spoke to their rep on the phone then they had me fill out a couple of forms that they emailed to me and I sent them back in. They also went through all my accounts and asked me a bunch of questions. I feel like the reps who sent me an email or called me have been different people, but it has worked out pretty well because if I have a whole team of people working for me, there’s a benefit to that.

I read up about National Debt Relief and did a lot of praying. I went to their office in Manhattan, Bowling Green and got a very warm reception. I met the guy that I'm working with now and he was very wonderful. He explained everything to me and made me aware of some things. Plus, he was very honest with me. He also told me that I was the first person that came down there and signed the papers. I'm the type of person who can’t do everything online and need to physically see the one I'm dealing with face to face. I enrolled at the office and he told me what my options were. He told me what my budget was gonna be and that I can break it down into two parts, which I love and that’s how I pay my bill now. He also told me to call them if I cannot physically pay and they'll make arrangements. I'll be able to pay some time later. He even left me at the table for a minute so that I can really think if it’s what I wanted to do.

I would recommend National Debt Relief. I couldn’t make my payments so I got their debt consolidation service because of their rating. They’re working with my creditors to get rid of my debt. They have contacted three creditors and worked out a payment plan which I just needed to approve. National Debt Relief is wonderful and I'm very comfortable working with them. Their customer support is on top of everything.

I'm in a program of National Debt Relief and it's wonderful. They broke everything down and they just take one lump sum and then take care of the rest. But there's one debt that they're not getting on the same page with the creditor. Other than that, they worked out something that's comfortable for me and I can afford. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They provided the information and different options and that helped me get the solution. They are very friendly and very encouraging. I'm very, very pleased with National Debt Relief and I would recommend anyone else to just stick to it.

So far my experience has been going good. Very friendly staff and helpful in making sure all my questions were answered. I'm still very new to all of this, so I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous. After the hurricane, I’ve been in a financial tension. I signed up with National Debt Relief and signed the contract to pay so much. But I don’t think there’s one thing that’s been paid off during the whole time that I’ve been with them, except for one of the credit cards that got paid off and that has been a while. I was paying $240 a month and then I got behind, and I called back up. And then the hurricane came through and I lost everything, and I’m trying to catch up with it.

I currently have the debt settlement service from National Debt Relief. Their enrollment process was easy. I spoke to Cynthia over the phone. She was really good. I understood everything before she got off the phone with me. She then emailed me the stuff to find and did all the paperworks. NDR has helped me out. It has been a tremendous help. I'm not sinking anymore and staying afloat for the most part. They have settled on four of my accounts and I still have five that's open. I have less stress because of the ease that they were taking care of everything and transferring all of my contact information. The process was pretty easy and self-explanatory. Their program brought everything down to one payment and I know things were happening and otherwise, where if I was just paying each regular credit by itself, it'd take forever.

They told me though that it was going to be one fee and then it got bumped up. While they settled one debt, it changed the cost of it. So I had to pay out more than I anticipated.

The negotiator was good and they helped me out fine. They are, however, trying to charge me any more money than what they're giving, but I have given enough, but considering they got me away from paying $14,000 back compared to what I'm paying back, I think I made out pretty good. Overall, they are great. Go with National Debt Relief!

I got into credit cards too much and National Debt Relief looked the best to me. The reps were all okay and they told me everything correctly. They went through everything really well with me and their customer support has been very good. National Debt Relief has been taking care of all the consolidation and settlements for me. I couldn’t pay all my debts or my bills and it drowned me, so my sister helped me get a hold of National Debt Relief. They’re the ones that talked to my sister very clearly and explained what they were going to do. They even sent papers to me and put down what they do and how they talk to people, trying to cut their rates. When we have any questions, my sister gets them on the phone or on the computer. The settlements have been really well as far as what I have to pay. It definitely fits my budget well. Also, it's been real easy to contact them all. They're really helpful. Anytime I have a question, they answer it.

Representative and underwriting are very knowledgeable on the services they offered. Provides honest answers on questions I have to get my debt settlement. Provided more than enough contact details information to reach them whenever further help or questions arises.

They were easy to work with and always on top of getting the next debt resolved. At the end they sent my request for lump sum payment and made sure there was enough to cover it and stopped my further unnecessary payment.

I’m on a debt consolidation program with National Debt Relief. Their cost is really expensive and it’s definitely a downside. They also want their fee first and they’re not flexible with allowing me to pay off the credit cards first, which is more important for me since that expects my credit and it was a little frustrating. It’s obvious, too, that their reps hide behind a script so when you catch them off-guard, they repeat what they already said. So, I had to go higher than the random people that I have spoken with to get real information. But other than that, I have a good experience with them. They answered my questions to the best of their ability and they've been helpful whenever I call. I have two of my credit cards settled and it was a huge relief.

National Debt Relief helped me consolidate my debt and reduce my payments. I was having trouble paying my credit cards, and it got to where I was using the credit cards to live month by month. Stuff would break at home and I’d have to use my credit cards to get it fixed. I was caught in a vicious cycle that I couldn’t get out of. The enrollment process with NDR wasn't too bad and it took about an hour and a half. While I did most of it over the phone, I had a few things I did online. Everybody was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The program helped me have a little bit of extra cash. It was not much, but it's made it easier to get through month by month. I still got three years left, but we’ve gotten rid of two and we’re working on the third right now. And it’s a little bit faster than I’d anticipated.

Everything was going great the first three years. I kept being told everything was on pace to finish in the four years. They kept telling me I was doing good and everything was smooth. Then, with 14 months left, all of the sudden things are going to take an extra year. Now they're offering me a loan at 21% interest to get it done. With just over one year left until I'm done paying an insane amount of money every month, I magically have two years left instead of one, without ANY warning what-so-ever. Up until I got the call offering me that magical 21% interest loan, I was on pace and doing great. Unbelievable. Completely unbelievable.

Customer service I talked to was not friendly at all and kind of rude. I want to ask some questions about the settlement she wants to discuss but it was obvious that she just wants to just go over it with me so she can get her job done. So different from the nice customer service rep that I talked to about the same issue a few months ago. This one really delivers poor customer service.

NDR has been diligent. After 6 months, they've resolved one of several issues. This isn't a quick process and one must be ready for the stress associated with an extended process. So far, they’ve been able to resolve four creditors. I like the feedback and the simplicity of the website. I can go there with one click and check what’s happening. I also get feedback by email and if there is anything that I need to know, someone calls me and I really appreciate it. We have an open conversation when they call. They’re doing a great job. When they call me, they have a settlement already and we discuss it a bit and then approve or otherwise. Usually, they come up with the plan and they are great. The cost is delayed until everything has been paid off. I put money in the savings account and then they settle some accounts, and it keeps on going like that. National Debt Relief took care of my life. It’s a 5-star service and I’ll recommend it to anyone.

During enrolment, I was a little nervous about it but after everything calms down on my nerves, everything went pretty smooth. From what I've seen, for the three quarters of the year that I've been with them, it's been really great. My father just got done using them all and he had good experience as well.

I looked National Debt Relief up and I did some research on them, they appeared to be a good company. They negotiated some credit card debt for me and the enrollment process took about an hour. I faxed some papers back and forth and it was nothing too hard to do. I am about a fifth of the way through the program and they have settled two out of five of our debts so far. The payment plan that we have requested worked out good. I had no problems with them and any time we have had a question, they answered it. The program is going to save us some money, so I’m happy with that NDR is a very good company to work with.

National Debt Relief’s negotiator gave me all the information I needed. They got one of my cards paid off and there is two more. Everything has been going smooth but things went a little weird when one of my credit cards got moved to a debt collection agency and NDR wouldn’t work with them. So, I tried getting them both on the phone at the same time but NDR wouldn’t talk to them. I felt something was fishy and I’m going to find out in the end if NDR is worth it.

I was trying to combine all of my credit card bills and make one lump sum to get them paid off and went with National Debt Relief for the things they could do compared to the other companies. The enrollment process was really easy. I did the majority of it online, they called me back immediately and it all went from there. The first representative whom I spoke to was really nice and they explained things well but every time I call in, I get somebody different. But NDR has helped because my bills are not increasing interest to make my bill and my monthly payments even higher. Also, they've started settling debts and hopefully, I can get everything paid off in a couple of months or years and start fresh.

National Debt Relief is really helpful and friendly. They hear my concern and they work with me. They showed me what they were going to do and what their plan was. Each time they start with one creditor, they let me know. They just take up the money on the times when they’re supposed to take it. I started with them in October and my only concern is with this one creditor who called me and told me what National Debt Relief told them. I found out with them that the amount was too low for them to pay. National Debt Relief asked me to put this on my lease. We already talked about it and they know, so I don’t know if they wanted me to make a payment. I just told the creditor that I would inquire about it. I didn’t call them though, but after that, everything was okay. NDR is doing a good job.

I spoke with them a few times before I made the decision and they made me feel comfortable. The enrollment process was very involved and very detailed.
