Had wonderful experience with my sign up for services. Having to use this service instead of filing bankruptcy was very appealing to me. Everything was explained and I felt very comfortable making the decision to use National Debt Relief to help me fix my debt issues. Life happens and it is comforting to know there are solutions out there to be able to fix issues.

I have to say I had a very pleasant experience with my welcome assistant. She was very informative and went over all details of the contract and answered all my question. I was amazed at how well she was informed about the Debt resolution process and what was expected of me and their obligation to help pay the debt.

I had great customer services. Requested a Spanish speaking person and she explained everything and answered all my questions. Felt great and not judged when explaining my situation. I really like the way you make it easy to submit form and sign electronically. Thank you for all your work.

Except my 1st call I don’t recall what the gentleman’s Name but he didn’t seem like he was having a good day. I was in debt and I did not want to do bankruptcy. I did my research on the internet and looked at what people are saying because there’s lot of things out there that are scams. I sought the help of National Debt Relief and I enrolled to their debt resolution program with a payment plan. Everything was fine. They negotiate with the different companies and when they have new information, they give me updates. They’re very quick and thorough. They gave me timeline for each of my debt and I would assume I'd be done before the end of next year. So far, I’m very satisfied with the cost and I highly recommend them.

She was very friendly, upbeat and positive as far as setting me on the right path within a year or so to have better credit. The enrollment process was very easy. It was the first phone call that I made and they were able to pull up all my information and gather any debts that were tied to myself. They started a game plan that same day. They sent me a couple of emails to verify and to sign any documents and review what we had discussed initially. It took about 48-hour turnaround time when I was all set up.

Contacted them due to my 32,000 in debt and they said that I could have that debt reduced by 50%, which was true but they fail to explain the ridiculous amout they charge you in fees. At the time I contacted them I still had a great credit score of over 700 but was barely getting by. Once I signed up with them they explained that I had to stop paying my creditors and let my accounts go delinquent, which in turn ruined my credit score.

Customer service representative explain the program good and was very detail and went step by step to where I was able to understand everything on the agreement. There was only one thing that I was not quite okay with is that they were not able to put all my credit cards which I will still be paying them with high interest.

I was in debt. I contacted National Debt Relief and had excellent interactions with their negotiators. I called them and we talked about the different credit card debts I had. They explained to me thoroughly what would happen and the procedure to let me know first what it would be like. The enrollment process took under an hour, then they sent me out the paperwork. They said it would take about two years to negotiate my debt and I am about five months in the program. I feel very comfortable working with my negotiator and I didn't feel nervous. He makes me feel at home talking to him and he has been very nice. If I have a question and I asks, he explained to me everything.

All of our questions were answered. Things were explained thoroughly and we were constantly asked if there were any questions. If we did have questions they were answered and explained if need be. The specialist was very patient and polite.

I was trying to get help with a very personal problem and people were laughing at my credit over the phone. I could hear people in the background as soon as I gave out my SS# and was being told what is on my credit.

The person who help me was professional. She made sure I had no questions. She made me feel comfortable. She explained everything in a matter I could understand. At this point I have no questions but if I had questions I feel comfortable to call back.

I’ve experienced good service so far with this program. Very detailed information is given on what you’re getting yourself into. If they are not able to get a hold of you by phone they contact you by email. I have no complaints so far. I’m new into this program so we will see how it goes.

I am happy to have found this program and look forward to being debt free. It seems like a good deal with easy to follow instructions and a easy to contact team. As I have just signed up I can only hope for the best.

Updated on January 27, 2019: I have debt on four credit cards and two of those four are really big while the other two are kind of smaller. So far, NDR has taken care of one big debt and one small one already. I'm very impressed with that. And now they're working on the second of the bigger ones. I just got a call and they've pretty much done everything for that, so I don't have to do anything other than make my payments. I started the program in August and so far, the program has worked out really well for me.

My welcoming call and my enrollment process was very satisfying, I am fairly new to the process, so there is much I can say about it yet. But the representative Tiara ** who gets me started what very helpful with helping me understand. Thank you.

Your team is very helpful. They are there to assist each person and treats them respectfully. The process was fast and easy. The team walked me through each step and assisted me with each question that I had. The process was quick and they make you feel important. I was sent all documents right away and was explained each paper.

There are quite a few steps involved when getting enrolled, and a lot of information that I had to obtain; but the reps made it very easy for me. They answered all of my questions, repeated information if needed and were very patient as I took my notes and made sure that I understood everything that I was signing; and each step that would be taken.

Alana did a great job explaining everything to me. She was efficient and everything was explained to me in a matter I understood and questions were answered accurately and efficiently. Alana walked me through each form and had me signed while also waiting to see if I had any further questions. She was very polite and honest about what my options were.

I liked the way the customer service explained the process and how your team was going to help me. What I need to do in order to get out of debt. Also how they contact me and left voice messages when I was not available to pick the call.

I was looking for some debt consolidation and I got National Debt Relief online. The enrollment process was okay. Once I filled out the application form, I submitted it. And then, I gave them all the credit cards and the balances. They tried to look at how much I can afford monthly and then, they tried to spread it out over two years. They have a website where I can keep track of how every credit card is then paid off month by month and how much is left. The people at NDR are professional. Once I made the monthly payment that they’re asking for, they pay on my behalf. Everything is standard. They send a notice by email or by mail about the amount of money they are paying to the creditors. So they have a fairly standard operation which they do really well.
