The experience was satisfying and the operator was very professional. I was informed of all of my responsibilities and the formula that was in place to relieve me of my debt. The operator Were very professional and complete. I hope to finish the program I never have this problem again.

When my Home Owners and Auto Insurance BOTH raised my annual rates requiring me to pay out-of-pocket a total of $900.00, I called National Debt Relief (NDR) and was ready to quit the program. When I spoke to the NDR consultant, they explained to me that I could lower my ACU Payment to assist in covering the unexpected expenses. (NO penalties or Interest!!) They also reiterated that the deposits I make into my settlement account each month is still "My Money". If I need it, I can get it.

The sign up was easy. Matthew was patient in answering my questions. The Welcome Call was also a breeze and easy to follow and understand the information provided. I am hoping the rest of the time in the program is just as simple and stress free.

The 2 representatives that helped me were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, no matter how dumb they sounded. I felt very informed before making my decision and am confident I made the right choice to get out of debt.

This was a thought through process for me which made me very nervous, but Yasha was very helpful in all my questions and he explained everything to me in a way I understood easily which made the experience much easier. Also the Welcome Call went smoothly due to Yasha already explaining everything to me the day before.

I had a wonderful experience. They were fast and able to consolidate my debt, lowering my payments, decreasing total debt, and eliminating many unwanted years from 20 plus to 2 and a half or less! I would recommended them to anyone!

This was a very positive experience with National Debt. The person I talked to took time with me to answer my questions. I wanted to have an update on my account as it should be done in July 2018. Customer representative handling my settlement quote seemed aggressive and impatient with me while I was having difficulty with memory recall of the information that was being given at a fast pace. For this reason I would not recommend services to others as of right now.

A solution to my situation was explained to me within minutes after answering a few questions. The agent was very patient with my lack of computer usage and poor eyesight. I was overwhelmed by the skill and knowledge as well as helpfulness of my agent.

Jonathan **, the consultant, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and very patient. He was able to answer all my questions. I was afraid to take this step, but he really made me feel very comfortable. My experience was more than excellent with both my Rep and on my welcome call! Kameel went above and beyond it seemed to explain everything to assure I understand the program. My welcome call also was more explanation and asking if I had questions to assure I understand the program. I was also assured National Debt Relief has my best interest at heart & my well being to get out of debt. I was nervous about my creditors calling me because it’s hard for me to say no to payment arrangements because I feel bad for not paying my bills.

First, let me say that making that first contact with NDR was very scary. We felt ashamed for getting ourselves in this mess. Daniel was absolutely wonderful. We felt he really cared about our situation. We did not feel any judgment or any biased opinion and we were very calm by the end of our conversations. Daniel a perfect fit for the career he is currently in. The Welcome call was very organized and we were treated very well. I never had to ask anything because it was explained perfectly.

Recently, I had the opportunity to speak with two representatives of NDR about my financial crisis. Both of the NDR representatives were very compassionate, courteous, and professional while helping me to finalize steps in resolving my financial crisis. I will certainly recommend NDR to any of my family members or close acquaintances.

I entered the program in early 2018, so I haven't experienced the program to it's max potential. But the people I've been working with thus far have been terrific, and have made me feel comfortable having to go through this process. Based on the customer service alone, I'd recommend NDR to at least get info. Four stars only because I haven't seen it to the end, but I would imagine I'd give it 5 otherwise.

I was very concerned with my debts.. I want to say that Aaron and Karen took great care of me. They took their time to explain everything in clear details.. We had a decrease in income and we had to find a way to get rid of some of the debts. We're paying off four credit cards with National Debt Relief. And they've paid off one and settling on two more so we've only got one more to get settled. When we were enrolling with them, we had to give them the account stuff and they figured out whether we qualified or not. They asked some questions about our income, too. And then they told us how long it would take and what the payment would be. We usually get an email and a phone call but we're usually at work when they leave it and when I get a hold of them, they tell us that they came to a possible settlement agreement with the creditor and they ask if we want to go along with it or not. We do the payments every other week. And if for some reason I can't make a payment, they let me skip. The people who I've dealt with are good.

From what I read, National Debt Relief was a good program. And I had talked to my buddy about it and I consulted with a lot of people, but I’d never been in this situation so I didn’t know where to go besides National Debt Relief. They didn’t explain things well, and that was my biggest concern. It was really friendly from the point of me reaching out and asking information, but as a new consumer, I didn’t know what kind of questions to ask, like who do I go to or how do I file my taxes. They don’t answer any of that. They just tell you to go to your local accountant, but that's not very clear to me. Then once you get to the point of entering the program, it’s 22 percent of your credit card relief or debt settlement but they don’t tell you, “They’re going to take $2000 dollars out of that overall percentage of that credit card debt”.

I had a heart valve replacement and was going to be out of work and some of my debtors didn’t want to really work with me the way I thought they would if I gave them a heads up that I was going to miss three months of work. I had to find somebody who could help get me out of a lot of trouble. National plays the same commercials in the middle of the night. I wake up early for work and I’ve seen it several times. I wrote their number down and they seemed to have the best positive stuff about them so I took a chance.

I have an escrow account that I'm building up with National Debt Relief. Based on the ratings that I read from online forums, I got their service to help with my credit card debt. I enrolled over the phone and went through everything with their reps. They found the best solution for my problem and everything went well. So far, they're doing all the best they can for me and the cost of their service is excellent.

I couldn’t keep up on my debt because I got laid off from work and the payments were really high so I needed help. I went online and filled out this thing. They took all my info and then they called me so I went with them. The enrollment process was really easy. I told them my debt and how much I owed on each credit card. They calculated something and told me the monthly payment that it was going to be, and then I agreed. They told me that I had to fax over or e-mail them the statements for each one of the credit cards.

National Debt Relief was the best option for me. The enrollment process was fairly easy. One of the agents walked with me on how to set up everything. The program has worked in helping me settle a lot of debt that I probably wouldn’t have been able to take care of on my own. National Debt Relief did a pretty good job working with me and answered a lot of my questions. The service matched the amount that I had to pay.

I retired and had too many bills behind. I owed money to my family and some people. My husband and I had to pay everything when we moved from Almira to Sacramento and we also for medicine. I wanted to do something. I called National Debt Relief and they answered very clearly. Their guy explained everything. They asked me for my bills and why I had a hard time paying them. They're very good with me and they have a lot of patience. When I don't understand something, they have Carlos to talk to me in Spanish because that is my language. He's very educated and he explained to me what I exactly needed with my payments.

I had really hard debt in terms of credit cards and I could not pay them, and they were calling. My friend was with a program with National Debt Relief a few months before I was, and she did all of the homework and realized that they were one of the best. So, I took her word for it and I had a great experience with them. Enrolling was very easy. You just provide them with all your information and they pull up your credit score. And then, they give you a list and they come up with the payment plan for you and try to figure out what they can do to help you out.

National Debt's enrollment process was fairly quick. They had very experienced people talk to me, and they did a good job. They were knowledgeable and positive that they could help me with my debt. But the cost is a little high. They only settled two bills. And it was only a couple of phone calls and it was $800 something. Other than that, working with them has been good.

Mr Erik ** was helpful with process. He explained the application thoroughly. Explained how the credit companies will call me and how they will try to cut the balances in half. The other gentleman explained the legal power of attorney and that they would send the form for my signature.

Everything is equitable and reasonable with National Debt Relief. I finished the application process and they gave me a general phone number to call for questions. I also got my online ID and that’s pretty much where I monitor the account. They reach out to the debt holder to settle the account for a lower amount than what it currently is and attempt to reduce the overall overhead. They call though it’s not been the same person every time. They say, “We have an offer. What do you think?” And then we have a conversation about whether or not it’s time, if there’s additional money due, what the amount of money is or is not. We either agree to the terms and they present them to the company or I say I have to pass.

I was very pleased with ease of process and the financial outlook that I now have. I was very worried about where I was headed and what would be my financial options. Everyone was thorough in explaining what I needed to do to be successful in the program.

Great service representatives, very scripted, but helpful nonetheless. They were able to consolidate my debts and offer a service to negotiate the debts down to make them more manageable, opposed to getting to a point where bankruptcy was the only option. I have the ability now to pay off my debts and move forward.

When we researched National Debt Relief, they scored a lot higher through the Better Business Bureau and the other places we researched through. However, I've had a severely negative experience with one of the customer service and that was why I wasn’t too happy with the lady I spoke with. She couldn’t explain and when she would try to explain, she would talk down to me. I just about cancelled the whole thing and told them to get better. Also, they only took certain debt. They wouldn't put on some stuff that I asked to be taken care of. They were being picky as to what they wanted to handle and that did not really help me. That upset me. Things are not being processed quick enough, too. It's a little slower and that's the main thing.

My credit card debt got a little out of control, and in my work I wasn’t getting overtime like I had in the past. I needed a little help to get them paid off, and I kept hearing the commercials for National Debt Relief and I saw that they had really good reviews, so I gave them a call. I talked to them and then gave them all my information. I told my creditors what I was doing and gave them a contact number. From then on, they worked with them. It took some time with the phone calls, but they’re pretty much completely gone now. They are doing settlement and it's going to take me about three years to get debt-free. I have it automatically, once a month, that they get paid and then they pay my creditors. It feels good to know that I’m getting somewhere with it. I can also track my progress online as their website is fairly easy to use.

Enrolling at National Debt Relief was very easy. The program has actually been helping me a lot because it cut my debt in half. There's pretty much affordable payments I could do. I just got a few items left pending. It's set up to auto-pay due the first of the month. I just make sure I have money available to send out and everything just takes cares of itself. I've dealt with a bunch of different people. Some were very understandable and some were kind of hard to work with. It was just a few. Maybe I just got them on a bad day. They were forcing me to make a payment on a certain date. They wouldn't work with me when I was having some financial trouble and I was trying to work around certain dates. Eventually, I called back and got somebody else and they helped me out. Other than that, everything else was pretty much smooth and ran very good. Overall, the people at National Debt Relief are very professional and very courteous. I'm satisfied.

The enrollment process took about a week and it was pretty easy. National Debt Relief sent me the paperwork, I signed it and then sent it back to them. We're still working on my program but National Debt Relief made my life a little bit less stressful just knowing exactly one payment each month. Through the years, the cost of living started going up and I’m retired. I gave the rep from National Debt Relief my income, my debt and then he called the bureau. He called me back and told me how much it was a month. A creditor would be calling me every time and I’m glad NDR took all the credit cards - Chevron card, Merrick Bank, and Capital One. Somebody called me two or three weeks ago about an order and I said I only got $2,000. Now, it went up to $4,000 and I asked them not to put it on there because my bill will have to increase.

It caught my ears so I went with them for I had to get out of debt because I wasn’t working and I was trying to pay off my credit cards. NDR had me on a program and I’m still going through the process. They are cutting each credit card down one at a time. I have several of them that they’ve negotiated and they’re doing the pay-off for me. The reps usually send me emails, showing me the negotiations that they made and how much I have to pay a month. I told them I didn’t have that much to pay at that time so they worked with me on the payments. It feels like I’m getting somewhere and I can’t see all the light at the end of the tunnel but it’s getting there. NDR helped me to get to where I need to go and I already recommended it to someone.

I had a lot of debts and I wasn’t getting anywhere paying the minimum payments. Then I heard about National Debt Relief and it seemed to be a good idea. They were also rated number one, so I went with them. I got a consolidation loan from them, and it’s amazing. I told them about the debts that I had and they evaluated each one. They took the accounts that they thought that they could handle and they created an account for me, and then came up with a monthly payment for all the debts. As those debts get paid off or they come to resolution with it, and then they contact you and let you know how it is, and if you agree to the lower payments, they’d care of it from there. When they came up with the amount, I agreed to it, so I didn't have to go back and forth. I have six credit cards, and they’ve taken care of three.

I like NDR's logo, and they were really attentive and on top of things. I filled out something online and then they emailed me. And then after that, they called me and kept on calling me even after I told them I’m not ready yet. They said, “Okay, well, we got everything ready to go.” They also called me to ask if I was ready. The process was really easy and smooth. They were professional.

I was falling behind in my credit payments and I noticed that my credit was really taking a hit from it. I looked at a few companies and I wasn’t really happy with what I found. When I signed over with National Debt Relief, it wasn’t totally what I was looking for but it was close enough. I had to do something rather quickly to stop some of the interest that was occurring on my account. I had to list all of my creditors and send those to National Debt Relief. There were some legal documents that I had to sign in regards to the attorney working on my behalf. They made me a little nervous about that. They said that I had to do it for some time because they needed an attorney to take a look at the account. And I can see why now. One of my creditors tried to sue me and that was where the attorney had to work on my behalf.

I had a lot of debt and I was not able to get the creditors to agree to low payment, so I sought National Debt Relief’s help. Enrolment was easy. They walked me through how to do it online and how to complete the introduction with someone. They did everything and they would call me whenever they come into a negotiation with a creditor. They asked me if I’m willing to agree with a certain offer or should they decline it. I like the program. They were eager and willing to help. One time, though, with a bill that I have with T-Mobile that’s on them, they allowed someone to open up a line and add a phone. They had it mailed to the house and opened up two different lines of credit. They then stopped to hand the bill all in all. I told them to cancel the phone service but they allowed it to be back on.

I had credit card debt and National Debt Relief was the first one that I researched, so I went with it. I enrolled over the phone and told them who my creditors were. It’s usually a different person that I talk to each time, but they just tell me how much that I’d need to pay each month. They've reached settlements with all my credit cards so far except one, and they guarantee that I’ll be debt free by the end of four years. However, I don't’ like how they don’t let me tell them the dates. They only let me give them up to three months ahead of time when they’re going to take out the funds. They want to do an autopay, like a same-day-each month. Depending on my pay schedule, sometimes it doesn’t work that way because I don’t get paid by that date. I want to be able to tell them when to take the funds out for the year.

I looked at several different companies, and even though some of them offered to do the process for less, I felt more comfortable with National Debt. I also liked their ratings. National Debt's people have been friendly and helpful. Signing up with them was relatively easy. I just had to answer a few questions, and I did an interview, and then we set up a payment plan. I was in a hole, and with my husband being on disability, we had no way out, and now that I'm working with them, I have a lot less stress and I appreciate it very much.

I was in debt and I am on disability so that kind of played into it. National Debt Relief was reputable and I wanted to go with somebody that was reputable for my debt settlement. The process turned out to be straightforward and simple. It's just a whole lot of listening and then I had a bunch of paperworks filled out and that was it. We have gone halfway. Sometimes it's a little hard to understand the reps because of the different language. So there was a little bit of a barrier there. But usually they are easy to understand. And they're very upbeat and very congratulatory -- the full nine yards.

The enrollment at National Debt Relief was a little long, which I didn't think was going to be since the first part was very brief. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and made me feel a little secure about what's going on. That process assured that someone was going to help me with my problem. The enrollment process was pretty straightforward. The gentleman took my information. He received my credit report to see everything that was on it. Then he set me up with a payment plan. Compared to other companies, National Debt Relief looked like the best one. I enrolled in their debt consolidation program. We're still participating in it, but the program has helped us quite a bit. The negotiator has been really good. He's been really patient in working with us on everything. If we have trouble with money on making our payment, he worked with us while going through it. I'm on SSI and I have problems with trying to live on $735 a month and trying to make my payment, but he's been really great. I recommend NDR to friends and have referred them out to other people. I told a friend that's having troubles right now, "If you need to consolidate your income, National Debt Relief is the way to go to help you out and getting your life back in order."

I have credit card debt and I couldn’t work. I filled out an application online for National Debt Relief and spoke to a representative after the application went in. Everybody with National Debt Relief who called me and talked to me seemed to be all right. This is all new to me but they seem to know what they're doing. We're not even into the program for a year yet but the hounding of the creditors has stopped. National Debt Relief is taking care of the credit cards and when they call up with an offer then they call me. For the cost of service, they came back with a figure for monthly payments and we split it to two payments instead of one. When we've done it, I thought they added up all the credit cards but then they told me it changes. So, for as long as the payment stays at what I got then the cost is fair.

National Debt Relief consolidated some bills for me. They contacted me and they explained the program to me. Then they sent me an application to complete. They told me how much I’d be paying each month. Then I had to sign so they can deduct the payment out of my checking account. I started in August and I got a long way to go. My negotiator was Lewis and they have settled with two of my creditors. They explained the program thoroughly to me so I could understand it. In response, they asked me if I have any questions to ask.

The reviews of National Debt Relief that I looked up compared to others seemed to be pretty good so I went with them for consolidation of my credit cards. During the enrollment, I gave them some of the bills which they didn't have and it was pretty simple. The negotiator was very helpful, very friendly, and very professional. They called one of the credit card companies and reached an agreement or send me emails. When it comes to payment, everything's summed every two weeks. Everything went smoothly with National Debt Relief and they're very workable. They don't make you feel degraded in any way that you're not able to pay your bills.

National Debt Relief caught my eye with what they would be able to do in the period of time that they said that they would be able to do it. I had a list of debts and they wanted to help. We set up a payment plan and what I have coming in I pay into Global Solutions. What I’m able to send them hits that plan right on the nose. As I am paying the amount that they requested, I have a few dollars left so that I can operate and take care of my other needs like medicines and unexpected things that may come about. So what I'm paying in is doable and they said that I could always contact them if I feel like that I want to add any more to it on my own.

I’ve been in National Debt Relief’s program for a few months and it’s supposed to be done in three years. I got an email saying they were going to pay off my Citibank. They negotiated a fee down from Citibank and I agreed to it. The email they sent said, “If you’re okay with this, click Agree,” and I did. I’m satisfied with National Debt Relief but I haven’t talked to anybody and I probably should be contacted more.

I was also told what I was going to be paying a month. Once the details were agreed upon, he sent me some papers that I printed out via email. I signed them and faxed them right back for him and then the program begun.

National Debt Relief was the first option I saw when I was seeking credit card debt consolidation. I signed a consent for them to speak with my credit card companies. They let the credit cards be delinquent then, they started to contact them to negotiate a deal so that I can reduce my debt. Their rep calls me and lets me know whenever they have a settlement and I give them the go ahead if I’m okay with it. They were able to reduce three of my credit card debts so I just have to pay a fraction of the amount that I owed. Right now, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me on one other credit card. My payment with them is on a monthly basis and it's a huge payment but I owe a lot of debt. If I miss one month, they will let me pay the next month. I just can't miss three consecutive months. I hope that everything goes well, get to my credit card settlement and move on.

I wasn’t able to make all the minimum payments and I needed to consolidate. Transactions with the creditors were too slow. They should settle the smaller amounts first, so it’s faster to settle my debts. They are too slow in making settlements. They asked me before to move my payment every twentieth of the month, and I agreed. Later on they move again to twenty eight of the month.

Very satisfied with the negotiations process with the previous creditors. Job well done. The only thing I would like to see the process done quicker. It is a long process. I am still receiving a high volume of calls from creditors but overall I am VERY SATISFIED!!! With the service we have received.

I am very pleased with National Debt Relief thus far, they have done everything that we talked about, settled 2 of my cards so far for half of what I owed. :) They allowed me to slit my payment in 2 so that I didn't have to come up with 1 big lump sum all at once, they also allow you to skip a payment if needed, as long as you call them ahead of time.
