Just started program - but so far has been easy and customer relations has been helpful and nice. Prompt credit check and determining accounts to pay and how much a monthly note would be and for how long. Signing paperwork easy. Hopefully the remainder of the process goes this easy.

The agent I spoke with was very helpful and explained every step in the process clearly. He answered any questions I had and made sure I understood before continuing. I am confident I made the right choice contacting this agency to help me in improving my situation.

When I first called the National Debt Relief 800 number I had no idea how fast this process was going to go. They handled my financial situation with comfort and care, comfort in knowing that my debt was not nearly as bad as I thought it was and comfort in knowing that they have been extremely successful in helping other people who had much more debt than I had get out of debt. Getting a debt settlement program with National Debt Relief was easier than I thought. It took a couple of weeks in setting the account up for the savings to go into, getting paperwork in and getting things signed but it wasn’t bad. And the people I worked with were very nice. It was wonderful that they settled one of my accounts because I was paying interest but the principal was never reduced. I’m recommending National Debt Relief to my sisters.

I have just begun the Debt Relief process so not sure I can really advise on what status my contact has been except for a couple of people that I have talked with. Grace is the only person I have had a lot of contact and she informed of all the process and how this works up until this point and I understand but will have to see how this all goes going forward. Ms. ** did the Welcome call and that all went fine. Both seemed knowledgeable and informed and did everything they could to answer my questions at the point. I think you will to check with me in 4-6 months for me to really tell you how this is progressing. I am a little worried right now since this is all new to me and unsure what will really happen with the creditors and my credit in the final analysis.

Michael ** and the welcome call was very professional and nice. They answered all my questions and was very helpful. Very happy to be working with them. After talking with him I was relieved that my wife and I were going to get help and be able to afford our rent and bills again. We had fallen behind and they gave us a way to catch up.

National Debt Relief was the first one I tried and they seemed okay. They explained everything well. They came up with a reasonable amount to pay every month, and they set up the account to be paid to the creditors once they started getting deals with them. They call me whenever they make another deal with another credit card. Now I feel a little less worried about everything. All my credit cards are canceled so I don't have to worry about that anymore.

National Debt has already taken care of my three accounts, and they’re paying it off little by little. I owe over $32000, and they consolidated my debt to $22000. They’re making settlements with each credit card that I pay. National Debt had a lot of positive reviews on Google and they were listed as number one every time I searched for a debt company. It was fast to get set up with them. Jenny, my rep, was outstanding and she explained everything thoroughly. I already recommended them. I would tell others that they're settling all my credit card payments, and so far, it’s going well. And when I’m done, I’ll definitely be very happy to tell everybody that it has been completed.

Our son, Anthony, recommended National Debt Relief to us. So far, the program has been working and we appreciate whatever they're doing to help us consolidate our credit card debts. Little by little, the creditors are lessening their calls. Anthony, has been telling us about the progress and told us that our debts would be paid in five years. He comes in here once a week to update us. The payments are being deducted from my checking account every month and we're almost done paying two of our accounts. So, we're really pleased with that. They're doing a good job and they should continue to help other people.

My son had an accident four years ago and our finances went on a downward spiral at that point. I had credit card debt so I sought the help of National Debt Relief. Their reps were very professional. They seemed to know what they were doing and their program fits very well with what I needed. I talked with them on the phone about their enrollment process and then we handled a lot of things by fax and email. Altogether, it took a few hours to get signed up with them and I've been with them for about six months now. So far, they’ve been able to settle out for about half of my debt which has been fantastic. The negotiators I’ve spoken to have excellent customer service. I was impressed with their ability to help me work this mess out. They’ve been fantastic and I would refer them to anybody.

I ended up on an operation and got behind my bills. I saw National Debt Relief on Facebook. I was in a debt relief program years back so I figured that I’d give them a try. I listed all my debt and then signed up for a program. They shrunk one account that was bugging me. I was in debt for over 10,000 and we started out with a payment of 250. At that time, it was fine and dandy but then I’m not healthy so I ended up in the hospital again and had some more problems. I tried to reduce my payments and was informed that they can’t reduce the payments and this is the set payment so that pissed me off. I talked to them again and I did get the repayment reduced which worked out pretty good.

I went online and typed in “debt relief” and National Debt Relief was highly rated. The enrollment process was very easy and it took a couple of phone calls. I initially talked to them and said that I was going to think about it. They called back and I decided to go ahead with it. The actual telling them the account numbers and things like that only took about half an hour. It’s a four-year program for the debt as it is for me to get out of the habit of using credit cards. The people I’ve worked with are extremely good, very personable and professional so I’m very satisfied with them. I had issues where a creditor sent something to a collections agent. I contacted NDR, sent them the paperwork and I never heard from the creditors again.

I was so happy and surprised at the same time when I saw how my debt was cut to 1/3 of the amount I owed the company... Thank you so much NDR. I would recommend NDR any day because the staff is patient, polite and very dedicated. They encouraged me when I wanted to come out of the program. But they are proving to me that they are fighting for me.

I was having a hard time and I couldn’t make my minimum payments. I’m going through the program with National Debt Relief and they have done everything they said they would. I worked with a lot of their reps but they’ve been great so far and I'm very comfortable with them. The payment plan is really flexible. There were a couple of months when I couldn’t make my payment and we just kept it and paid it back the next month. I still get a bunch of calls but NDR made it easy by consolidating my bills into one payment. They have been very helpful and friendly.

So far I have had a pleasant experience. Everyone has been so helpful and nice. My questions have been answered promptly and my phone calls have been returned when promised. So far I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend NDR to a friend.

I filed for bankruptcy several years back and I didn’t want it to stick to everybody so I went with a debt relief program where they'd all get paid at least. I was looking around and I saw a TV commercial of National Debt Relief. I called them up and the next thing I knew, I was speaking to a gentleman named Eugene, who sounded sincere and concerned. There were 25 other companies out there but I went with the National Debt Relief. The sales rep walked me through everything and he did that to my satisfaction. He sent me the letters and told me what letters to send out and to whom regarding the debts so that the creditors would start dealing with NDR instead of me. Also, he said to close most of my accounts at my request rather than them closing on me. I got notices that NDR was paying a Walmart card off and another card as well. I got a text from Synchrony Bank saying that they got a payment on my Walmart Mastercard the other day.

It's easy enrolling with National Debt Relief. It took about five days to set up. I'm still working with them, and the people I've worked with are very nice. However, I owed $2000 on one credit card and they got it down to $750, and I would make the payments for $750 but they themselves were going to charge $500 to $600 just to do that. Basically, I would end up paying the same thing. I would tell others to do their research if they ask about National Debt Relief.

National Debt Relief’s service has been excellent and they’re helping me with some serious debt on my credit card. I have been with them for almost a year so I’m pretty comfortable working with my negotiator. I'm very satisfied and I appreciate that they are doing their job.

I'm going through a lot of payments and I sought the services of National Debt Relief. So far, the cost and the quality of the service are good. A lot of things were done through email but I felt comfortable working with the negotiator. At this point, I'm a quarter of the way in the process and my credit score has gone down.

National Debt has been great. I’ve been able to pay my bills, which is the most important thing for me. I got into debt, and I want to pay back, and with National Debt, I pay one bill and they take care of paying everything, so I’m grateful for that. It’s easier for me to pay, too. Their representatives were really nice and helpful. And enrolling with them was easy. The only thing that was a little difficult was the papers I had to sign and then return, but other than that, everything has been smooth. I would recommend them. And if others are in the same situation as I am, I would definitely advise them to do it and get out of debt quickly. Although I don’t want to be in that situation again, I would do it again with National Debt.

Lisa ** is very thorough and patient and very knowledgeable of her occupation. She was very helpful and kind even when she was under a lot of stress from having to pick up extra work from the "New York Office being snowed in."

The representative that I spoke too was very patient and kind. She continuously asked and made sure that I understood everything that I was about to sign off on and that I fully understood all the terms and conditions. She also made it clear that I could reach out at any time if I had any questions or issues.

National Debt Relief has helped negotiate with our creditors to find a satisfactory solution to our debts. I would recommend them to friends and family. We are current expecting all our creditors to reach a solution which is satisfactory to all concerned.

I signed up with NDR in September 2017. The representative that assisted me was wonderful. Along with all the other important information of which he made me aware, he told me that typically clients will receive their first settlement offer around 6 months into the program. I thought to myself, "Heck! It took me YEARS to dig myself into the hole I was in! What's 6 months to wait to begin the climbing out process?" SO... I am THRILLED that it has only been 4 months and I have received two settlement offers within 3 days of each other! And all I had to do was click the "accept offer" button in the email! So simple.

I’ve patiently awaited the opportunity to witness how NDR program approaches my needs to reduce debt and I am pleasantly please with the first settlement offer and feeling as though I can finally breathe knowing that this team is working hard for my best interest in becoming debt free!

Not happy with the last two creditors being paid monthly for a year instead of paying them in one large payment & be done with them. I want to resolve all of the creditors quickly so I can start raising my credit score. Why couldn't these last two creditors take the settlement in one large payment like all the others before them?

Very friendly, explained the contract very well, reading the contract to me so there would not be any questions. Answered in detail any question that I asked. Gave me the contact numbers and hours that I would need to contact them. Gave me the tax information that I would need. Explained how the creditors would react to the request. And explained their charges. I would highly recommend them so far.

The personnel I talked with and dealt with were very polite, informative and didn’t pressure me into a decision I didn’t want to make. They were very helpful and I feel will be successful in achieving my future goals. I feel without this program I would be making my financial problems worse with a lot of sleepless nights. We enrolled in the NDR plan as a last resort. We had just moved to a new town and purchased a new home. In the process, we accrued over $65,000 in credit card debt. I signed up for National Debt Relief to get my credit cards and our debt paid off. They were the most popular among the other companies. There was a lot of paperwork needed but enrolling with them was easy. The process of the whole program is slow, but I understand that it takes time to get the credit card companies to agree to a lot of stuff and National Debt has been helping me out. Their reps were friendly and good when I talked to them and they answered my questions.

My husband was in the hospital and was a major finance provider. I had heard good things about National Debt Relief. I went online, researched and read the reviews about them. I talked to the gentleman and he was very positive. He was able to answer all my questions right away. He made me feel at ease and made sure that everything would be okay and they would be able to help me. He made me feel comfortable. My experience with National Debt Relief has been good. It got us back on track and it’s making payments. It’s working on my behalf and they keep me up-to-date on everything. Any time there has been some negotiation or a point reached, they keep me informed. The program is for four years and we are still in negotiation with several companies. They worked out according to the formulas and said that this is the program that would fit me, and this is how long it would take according to the debt accumulated.

I lost my job and I wasn't able to pay those debts so I sought out National Debt Relief, hoping that they could make a settlement and we could get this over within a reasonable amount of time. The reps have always tried to give me as many answers as they possibly can, and usually, different ones will call me and let me know where we stand and try to keep me updated. But sometimes I don't hear anything for a month at a time, so I call them and I keep getting the same answer, "We're just waiting on one of your creditors to finalize with this." They said that the process would take six months and it's been over six months and they're still disputing which one of my credit card companies. They’re taking care of all that but the process is taking way longer than I had expected.

I was getting behind on my bills. It's the first time I've ever done a debt relief program and so far, so good. NDR was ranked at the top five companies. I talked to three companies and I liked the way the NDR representative handled me on the phone call. Enrollment to the program was pretty simple. Once we signed up with the rep, he sent me the kit in the mail and he sent a few forms back in. It was pretty streamlined. I made one phone call after we got up on board just to ask a few more questions about how the process worked. Normally, they sent me an email when they’ve got some debt company that wants to settle out and I look at the amount, if it looks good, I just say, "Okay." There hasn't been any yet that I didn’t agree to. The payments they gave me were workable. I'm about 20% of the program and they’ve closed out three creditors already. So far, it's been working as they said.

I was trying to raise my credit score and taking more responsibility for my debt. I got on the phone and talked to National Debt Relief about my debt, and then, I sent them all my bills. The negotiator was very easygoing and understanding of my financial circumstances. It was a pretty easy process of just taking pictures of my bills and emailing them to the young lady. They reviewed them, came back and told me what my payment would be, which is well within the range of what I was able to do. I also asked how the program would work if I couldn't make a payment one month or if they could make arrangements with me to move around the payment date. They exceeded my expectations and I've seen my credit score go up and down. It's nice that they handled all the power of attorney stuff and they were able to really work with me.

I saw National Debt Relief being advertised then I called and talked to them. They took down a lot of financial information from me and I was enrolled. So far, I’m about a quarter of the way through the program. When they manage to negotiate with one of my creditors, they contact me then we go over the terms of the agreement and either I agree to it or I don’t. If I agree to it, then they start handling it for me. I like how quickly my negotiator gets back to me if I have to call them. I also feel completely comfortable working with him. It's been a great experience and the cost of NDR's services is more than fair under the circumstances.

I’ve been out of work for a year and a half and I’ve been trying to keep up with everything, but I couldn’t. And then it got to a point where I was drowning so I gave National Debt Relief the numbers and they shot back at me and all that has worked very well. They’ve cleared three of them up already. They said it is a four or five-year deal and it’s about 50 or 60 thousand dollars that they’re supposed to be putting me in. I filled out a bunch of paperwork and sent them my social security number. They also wanted a copy of all the credit cards that I wanted to turn in. It was a really good drawn out process. They checked into it so it worked with me and it went on from there. We had everything set up on a direct deposit.

Joining National Debt Relief's debt consolidation program was very easy and smooth. They had it set up very quickly and only took a day or two. We did my credit report and determined which account we were going to focus on. I have certain accounts I missed in education and some accounts that are with our credit union. We didn’t want to jeopardize that relationship, so we identified appropriate credits to focus on and went from there.

I was in a very bad shape and I was overwhelmed with my stupidity. Then, my upcoming daughter-in-law told me about National Debt Relief as she was using them for a credit card. So, I called them and the reps were very nice to me. It was very easy working with them when I signed up over the phone. They’re taking care of two of my credit cards. We’re just making it more possible for me to stay in my house and the process will probably take another three months. The negotiators have been doing a very good job. NDR was doing their business and if ever I tried to talk to a credit card company, I wouldn’t get the same results.

Brandon ** was very knowledgeable - and we had numerous discussions before I finally enrolled. However, he was very hard to contact over the period between Christmas and New Year's. Overall experience was very good - all representatives were very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.

When I couldn't pay my credit card bills anymore, I enrolled with them and the process was easy like a one-two-three step. They checked everything that I had and combined it together. Then they set me up on a three-year monthly payment plan after considering how much I make and how much is the debt. The negotiators were very knowledgeable about everything to help me and what I need to do to get out of debt. And that was very helpful. The quality of service is great and everything is perfect for the amount I'm paying.

We've been in the program for a few months now and they have already closed 3 or 4 accounts. The bills weren't built up overnight and they’re not going to disappear overnight. I know it takes time but I’m happy with the way it’s going so far.

Having financial troubles and a job loss, I called National Debt Relief and they provide me service for debt consolidation. The program has worked okay so far and while others have been resolved, there's still one pending. But I was surprised about the fees one time. It took us heavy and we weren't expecting those high dollar fees. The payment plan is a little aggressive and I'm still struggling. We're not paying that compound interest rate, but it has put a strain on our finances to pay all. Other than the fees, the quality of the service is fine. Also, the negotiator was concerned. Doing anything by phone is always uncomfortable for me, but they did good in making me comfortable. We've been in the program for not too long ago but it's going to get resolved, and I feel better about that. We're in the clouds still but once we get towards the end, it'll be great.

The staff did a hell of a job as they brought every one of my debts down. I have always wanted to pay more and pay off sooner, and every time I wanted to up my payment, they set it up and take it out of my account every week. Their service costs me about $800, but by consolidating all debts into one bill, the money that they saved me was a lot worth it. I have recommended a few different people and I told them my whole experience with National Debt Relief. The service does cost, but the company works it into your payments, and they let you know when you pay a debt off as you go along so you actually feel you are making some headway. I should be finishing up the process in June of this year. I’m going to start building credit and get a house pretty soon, and I owe huge thanks to them for helping me out and taking the time.

I talked to a guy from National Debt Relief and I told him my situation. Then he sent me information and I filled it out. It was all online and I sent it back and I was enrolled. They also set up an account that my money goes into and they worked out a plan I could afford. I'm paying one payment through them and it's nice knowing that I've gotten cards settled. National Debt Relief has settled three credit cards so far, and I'm paying those and then we'll work on the rest. Everybody has been very professional and polite. I've always gotten questions answered to where I would understand it. I would recommend them.

And once it was submitted, someone called me back the same day, in half an hour, and I was enrolled into the program. I just had to sign some paperwork, electronically, then I was read the agreements. The rep was very pleasant, very helpful and answered all my questions that I have. National Debt Relief is very comforting and understanding. They understood when I couldn't make the full payment. My payments were a little high but given that amount that I've owed it was reasonably understanding.

I was struggling with my debt payments. I researched and found NDR was one of the top companies to choose. They seemed pretty legit. I listed the people that I wanted to pay off through the program and they gathered some basic personal information on how much money I had. Once I got into the program, they did the negotiation where they contacted the people that I owed money to and they worked out where I could make some payments and do the pay off in a reasonable amount of time and be able to afford to do it. When they came up with an amount and if that was okay with me, I paid that each month.

I’ve incurred debt over a number of years and want to have it I resolved. National Debt Relief was rated as number one so I went with them. The negotiator explained to me how the program works. I feel very good working with him. They wanted to know how much debt I had and I also gave them what I’m making then they decided from there. And they did alright as we worked on my payment plan. I’m staying with the program for many years but NDR’s working on it. I am not totally happy with everything because it didn’t work out exactly the way they said it was going to but I just have to deal with it right now.

I was doing some research to get rid of my debt and the reviews on National Debt Relief were better than any other company. Enrolling with them was super easy. We set it up on May 2017 and it took only half an hour on the phone to settle everything. Then they got back to me the next day to review all the information. Then the other day I got a phone call from them telling me that they wanted me to pay a little bit more on February because February is only 28 days and my due date is on the 29th. I even sent two of my friends to them, and my friends were so happy, too.

Credit Card companies should have a Interest Rate CAP of no more than 10 % then maybe the common folk could keep up with payments and not have to walk away from debt.

The experience at first was not good. The first young man I spoke to told me he would call me back after speaking to his supervisor which was 1 week ago. Never heard from him. But the young man Mr. ** call to check on my progress and when I explain what had happen he was very helpful and immediately begin the process and with minutes stated my application and told me he would call me back in 20 minutes and call me back before 20 minutes.
