    Getting a debt settlement program with National Debt Relief was easier than I thought. It took a couple of weeks in setting the account up for the savings to go into, getting paperwork in and getting things signed but it wasn’t bad. And the people I worked with were very nice. It was wonderful that they settled one of my accounts because I was paying interest but the principal was never reduced. I’m recommending National Debt Relief to my sisters.

    I have just begun the Debt Relief process so not sure I can really advise on what status my contact has been except for a couple of people that I have talked with. Grace is the only person I have had a lot of contact and she informed of all the process and how this works up until this point and I understand but will have to see how this all goes going forward. Ms. ** did the Welcome call and that all went fine. Both seemed knowledgeable and informed and did everything they could to answer my questions at the point. I think you will to check with me in 4-6 months for me to really tell you how this is progressing.     National Debt Relief was the first one I tried and they seemed okay. They explained everything well. They came up with a reasonable amount to pay every month, and they set up the account to be paid to the creditors once they started getting deals with them. They call me whenever they make another deal with another credit card. Now I feel a little less worried about everything. All my credit cards are canceled so I don't have to worry about that anymore.

They’re making settlements with each credit card that I pay. National Debt had a lot of positive reviews on Google and they were listed as number one every time I searched for a debt company.     Our son, Anthony, recommended National Debt Relief to us. So far, the program has been working and we appreciate whatever they're doing to help us consolidate our credit card debts. Little by little, the creditors are lessening their calls. Anthony, has been telling us about the progress and told us that our debts would be paid in five years. Their reps were very professional. They seemed to know what they were doing and their program fits very well with what I needed. I talked with them on the phone about their enrollment process and then we handled a lot of things by fax and email.     I ended up on an operation and got behind my bills. I saw National Debt Relief on Facebook. I was in a debt relief program years back so I figured that I’d give them a try. I listed all my debt and then signed up for a program. They shrunk one account that was bugging me. I was in debt for over 10,000 and we started out with a payment of 250. At that time, it was fine and dandy but then I’m not healthy so I ended up in the hospital again and had some more problems. I tried to reduce my payments and was informed that they can’t reduce the payments and this is the set payment so that pissed me off. I talked to them again and I did get the repayment reduced which worked out pretty good.

    Come January 1st, the government decided it’s time for me to pay for these premiums and take out more money so now I have to cancel the program with NDR. When I tried to cancel, a rep told me that I won't have their protection. But I have no money to give them. In the beginning, they set you up with an account and I can’t get into that but they’ve been working with me so nothing comes out this month. Overall, National Debt Relief is doing their job. If you have a large amount of debt, I would recommend them. But I will not go back to them. I’ll probably go with another company and maybe one account at a time instead of combining them all. That way, it’s cheaper and easier.

    I went online and typed in “debt relief” and National Debt Relief was highly rated. The enrollment process was very easy and it took a couple of phone calls. I initially talked to them and said that I was going to think about it. They called back and I decided to go ahead with it. The actual telling them the account numbers and things like that only took about half an hour. It’s a four-year program for the debt as it is for me to get out of the habit of using credit cards. The people I’ve worked with are extremely good, very personable and professional so I’m very satisfied with them. I had issues where a creditor sent something to a collections agent. I contacted NDR, sent them the paperwork and I never heard from the creditors again.

    National Debt Relief has made things a lot easier and they took all the pressure off. I still owe debt but they have taken all the stress. It’s nice to have money in your pocket and not feel overly obligated to pay exorbitant interest fees. I tried to do exactly the same thing that they’re doing with the creditors and they wouldn’t have anything to do with me. The people at National Debt Relief are well-worth their fee. They really care about you and keep up with you. If they have some sort of proposal from somebody, they’ll call you and ask if you want to do it. They have to get your approval before they can go any further and they’re really good.

    I was having a hard time and I couldn’t make my minimum payments. I’m going through the program with National Debt Relief and they have done everything they said they would. I worked with a lot of their reps but they’ve been great so far and I'm very comfortable with them. The payment plan is really flexible.     I filed for bankruptcy several years back and I didn’t want it to stick to everybody so I went with a debt relief program where they'd all get paid at least. I was looking around and I saw a TV commercial of National Debt Relief. I called them up and the next thing I knew, I was speaking to a gentleman named Eugene, who sounded sincere and concerned. There were 25 other companies out there but I went with the National Debt Relief. The sales rep walked me through everything and he did that to my satisfaction. He sent me the letters and told me what letters to send out and to whom regarding the debts so that the creditors would start dealing with NDR instead of me. Also, he said to close most of my accounts at my request rather than them closing on me. I got notices that NDR was paying a Walmart card off and another card as well. I got a text from Synchrony Bank saying that they got a payment on my Walmart Mastercard the other day.

    NDR takes $494 a month out of my checking account. I had to change it from bi-weekly to once a month since they hung me up real bad one month which cost me some overdraft fees. I had gone with every other week, but sometimes there are five weeks in a month so they got an extra payment. It cost me some serious aggravation since I had four checks that bounced which means that it was $144 in fees. I called NDR immediately and told them that we got to go to once a month as once a month is automatically one payment of $494, instead of three payments of $200 which makes it $6 and change. I was paying $246 and change every two weeks to get to the $490. It was $493 but when I went about a month later, they changed it to $494, so it went up $1.

    According to all my creditors, NDR is in the business to make money, which is a stupid statement. Anybody who’s in business wants to make money. I’ve never gone into the fees with anybody else as I was pleased with the gentleman I was talking to. He’s the one who closed the deal for me. In a matter of 26 months, they will have me out of debt. I would recommend NDR to anybody that's in need of their service. And I'd also recommend anybody that is heavily indebted and looking for a way out.

    It's easy enrolling with National Debt Relief. It took about five days to set up. I'm still working with them, and the people I've worked with are very nice. However, I owed $2000 on one credit card and they got it down to $750, and I would make the payments for $750 but they themselves were going to charge $500 to $600 just to do that. Basically, I would end up paying the same thing. I would tell others to do their research if they ask about National Debt Relief.

I got into debt, and I want to pay back, and with National Debt, I pay one bill and they take care of paying everything, so I’m grateful for that. It’s easier for me to pay, too. Their representatives were really nice and helpful. And enrolling with them was easy. The only thing that was a little difficult was the papers I had to sign and then return, but other than that, everything has been smooth. I would recommend them.     I signed up with NDR in September 2017. The representative that assisted me was wonderful. Along with all the other important information of which he made me aware, he told me that typically clients will receive their first settlement offer around 6 months into the program. I thought to myself, "Heck! It took me YEARS to dig myself into the hole I was in! What's 6 months to wait to begin the climbing out process?" SO... I am THRILLED that it has only been 4 months and I have received two settlement offers within 3 days of each other! And all I had to do was click the "accept offer" button in the email! So simple.

    I will admit, however, it was tough waiting it out... I kept blocking calls from creditors as they'd pop up on my phone, and ignore the few pieces of 'urgent' mail that made it through, but I was always nervous I was going to miss that call from NDR telling me of a settlement offer. Not to worry! They email, they call and leave messages, they make sure they contact you as soon as possible. It feels great to finally feel like I am starting to get my finances in order... with the amazing help of NDR, of course!     We enrolled in the NDR plan as a last resort. We had just moved to a new town and purchased a new home. In the process, we accrued over $65,000 in credit card debt. We were able to manage the payments until our interest rates suddenly tripled. We saw an ad for National Debt Relief, and checked that it was rated well with the BBB. We enrolled in a 42 month plan, with payments that we could afford. Throughout the process, even when issues arose, the NDR team was available, understanding, and helpful.

    We have just "graduated" from the program. In the end it only took 39 months, and our debts were settled for $23,200!     I signed up for National Debt Relief to get my credit cards and our debt paid off. They were the most popular among the other companies. There was a lot of paperwork needed but enrolling with them was easy. The process of the whole program is slow, but I understand that it takes time to get the credit card companies to agree to a lot of stuff and National Debt has been helping me out. Their reps were friendly and good when I talked to them and they answered my questions.

    However, they never told me about their fees once they settle one of the cards. Some of it was unexpected ‘cause I didn’t realize how much was going to them. As soon as they do something, the first that they do is take my payments. With the payment plan, they took the fees on the 28th or the 29th a couple of times, depending on the holiday, which was earlier than I expected since it was supposed to come out on the 30th based on the schedule that I saw but it's not a big problem.

    My husband was in the hospital and was a major finance provider. I had heard good things about National Debt Relief. I went online, researched and read the reviews about them. I talked to the gentleman and he was very positive. He was able to answer all my questions right away. He made me feel at ease and made sure that everything would be okay and they would be able to help me. He made me feel comfortable. My experience with National Debt Relief has been good. It got us back on track and it’s making payments. It’s working on my behalf and they keep me up-to-date on everything. Any time there has been some negotiation or a point reached, they keep me informed. The program is for four years and we are still in negotiation with several companies. They worked out according to the formulas and said that this is the program that would fit me, and this is how long it would take according to the debt accumulated.

    If I need something, I call them and I can talk to someone and they pull up my file. The customer support reps know what’s going on and I can look online on their portal. There’s less stress now from where I was. Everything’s been positive and it’s working towards getting the debt taken care of, which is my biggest concern, and making all those payments. They have been supportive. I suggest you call them and tell them who you are, and be upfront. Tell them exactly where you’re at and let them guide you to see if the process is going to work for you.

    I lost my job and I wasn't able to pay those debts so I sought out National Debt Relief, hoping that they could make a settlement and we could get this over within a reasonable amount of time. The reps have always tried to give me as many answers as they possibly can, and usually, different ones will call me and let me know where we stand and try to keep me updated. But sometimes I don't hear anything for a month at a time, so I call them and I keep getting the same answer, "We're just waiting on one of your creditors to finalize with this." They said that the process would take six months and it's been over six months and they're still disputing which one of my credit card companies. They’re taking care of all that but the process is taking way longer than I had expected.

    They're taking money out of my account but then, they sent me over to a bank to finish the process. I haven't really understood that since they called to tell me that, nor have I heard from the bank. I'm hoping that I didn't make a wrong choice here and I won't end up paying way more than I would, had I tried to take care of it myself. Everything has been okay up until now but I really want to get this process finalized so I can get that out of the way and get my credit score back up. Right now, I'm still in limbo, and until they can call me and do a settlement or come to an agreement, it's going to be really hard for me to say whether I would use them again if I ever needed to.

    I was getting behind on my bills. It's the first time I've ever done a debt relief program and so far, so good. NDR was ranked at the top five companies. I talked to three companies and I liked the way the NDR representative handled me on the phone call. Enrollment to the program was pretty simple. Once we signed up with the rep, he sent me the kit in the mail and he sent a few forms back in. It was pretty streamlined. I made one phone call after we got up on board just to ask a few more questions about how the process worked. Normally, they sent me an email when they’ve got some debt company that wants to settle out and I look at the amount, if it looks good, I just say, "Okay." There hasn't been any yet that I didn’t agree to. The payments they gave me were workable. I'm about 20% of the program and they’ve closed out three creditors already. So far, it's been working as they said.

    I also like their website where you have the graph. The graph is very visual and it gives you a good idea of what percentage you've accomplished and what you got left. It's a pretty easy system to use. NDR is right in line with their competitors. I've talked to other people before I chose them and what they charged seems to be around about the same as everybody else. I'm saving a bunch of money with them, but I don’t think I'm spending any extra either. As long as they continue to settle debts below 50% of what the amount is, I'll be pleased.

    NDR relieved some stress with some of the debts that I had that were kind of mounting up on me. I don’t enjoy making the monthly payment, but I feel like I'm making some progress because I'm making payments rather than companies charging me with more interest. It's a pretty good program. I'm still in the early stages of it but so far, they’ve done what they said they were going to do. Hopefully, that will continue for the next three and a half years.

    I was trying to raise my credit score and taking more responsibility for my debt. I got on the phone and talked to National Debt Relief about my debt, and then, I sent them all my bills. The negotiator was very easygoing and understanding of my financial circumstances. It was a pretty easy process of just taking pictures of my bills and emailing them to the young lady. They reviewed them, came back and told me what my payment would be, which is well within the range of what I was able to do. I also asked how the program would work if I couldn't make a payment one month or if they could make arrangements with me to move around the payment date. They exceeded my expectations and I've seen my credit score go up and down. It's nice that they handled all the power of attorney stuff and they were able to really work with me.

    I sent them an email about one payoff that I received in the mail from one of the banks that I owed, and they got back to me within about 24 hours. They sent me the email and I sent them a copy of the paperwork that I received. They took care of a lot of my debt and I was able to add in another two or three accounts that I didn't think I was able to, and then my monthly payment went up another $10. They added up all my debts together and I made the payment over a payoff of 48 months. I've seen a couple of accounts being resolved and a couple has come off my credit. It's kind of tough to say based upon everyone's situation, but National Debt Relief could come up with a tracker as far as which accounts would lead to a score increase versus other ones. National Debt Relief has made my life a lot easier and less stressful, and the cost of the program is more than fair. Overall, just not having debt collectors call me on my job has been really nice.

    I’ve been out of work for a year and a half and I’ve been trying to keep up with everything, but I couldn’t. And then it got to a point where I was drowning so I gave National Debt Relief the numbers and they shot back at me and all that has worked very well. They’ve cleared three of them up already. They said it is a four or five-year deal and it’s about 50 or 60 thousand dollars that they’re supposed to be putting me in. I filled out a bunch of paperwork and sent them my social security number. They also wanted a copy of all the credit cards that I wanted to turn in. It was a really good drawn out process. They checked into it so it worked with me and it went on from there. We had everything set up on a direct deposit.

    The guy that helped me out getting enrolled was very forthcoming with everything and explained everything. They’d come in and settle for half or sometimes less than half than whatever it was and so far, the process has been very good. I still got little ways to go and I’ll see if it continues to go as good as it has been. Yeah, I haven’t had any problems. The team at National Debt Relief usually sends an email but since I’m usually not around, I get a phone call that same day that they sent it out if they settled something or wanted to talk about it, and go through it from there.

    So far, everything’s worked very well. I was in debt and and it’s as much as 50 percent that they’re saving me off of it. And if there’s anything left over that, they would refund it. It’s been a very pleasant experience and I would recommend National Debt Relief to anybody else that, if they can’t get their head above water, it’s not a bad deal.

    In all honesty, I was a little hesitant to contact NDR, having heard such horror stories about such programs. After researching the numerous companies that exist, I decided to contact NDR and ask my questions to see how the program function. My first experience speaking with a Representative from the team was very informative. Harry was straightforward and answered all my questions without hesitation.     I have dealt with National Debt Relief before and I had a bunch of runoffs, so I gave them a callback and they have been great ever since. The staff did a hell of a job as they brought every one of my debts down. I have always wanted to pay more and pay off sooner, and every time I wanted to up my payment, they set it up and take it out of my account every week. Their service costs me about $800, but by consolidating all debts into one bill, the money that they saved me was a lot worth it. The service does cost, but the company works it into your payments, and they let you know when you pay a debt off as you go along so you actually feel you are making some headway.     I was struggling with my debt payments. I researched and found NDR was one of the top companies to choose. They seemed pretty legit. I listed the people that I wanted to pay off through the program and they gathered some basic personal information on how much money I had. Once I got into the program, they did the negotiation where they contacted the people that I owed money to and they worked out where I could make some payments and do the pay off in a reasonable amount of time and be able to afford to do it. When they came up with an amount and if that was okay with me, I paid that each month.

    So far, they've done really good and they resolved a couple of my debts. It’s still a struggle financially but that's a lot better than what would have been. Now, I'm able to meet all my obligations and I see a light at the end of the tunnel when I'm making more payments. I’ve been in their program for a little less than a year and I still have ways to go. But I've had a good experience and they worked with me.     I have only been involved with this company for one day but so far I have experienced superior customer service from all employees. If they can do what they say they can then they have my vote.     The experience at first was not good. The first young man I spoke to told me he would call me back after speaking to his supervisor which was 1 week ago. Never heard from him. But the young man Mr. ** call to check on my progress and when I explain what had happen he was very helpful and immediately begin the process and with minutes stated my application and told me he would call me back in 20 minutes and call me back before 20 minutes.
