    I was getting behind on my bills. It's the first time I've ever done a debt relief program and so far, so good. NDR was ranked at the top five companies. I talked to three companies and I liked the way the NDR representative handled me on the phone call. Enrollment to the program was pretty simple. Once we signed up with the rep, he sent me the kit in the mail and he sent a few forms back in. It was pretty streamlined. I made one phone call after we got up on board just to ask a few more questions about how the process worked. Normally, they sent me an email when they’ve got some debt company that wants to settle out and I look at the amount, if it looks good, I just say, "Okay." There hasn't been any yet that I didn’t agree to. The payments they gave me were workable. I'm about 20% of the program and they’ve closed out three creditors already. So far, it's been working as they said.

    I also like their website where you have the graph. The graph is very visual and it gives you a good idea of what percentage you've accomplished and what you got left. It's a pretty easy system to use. NDR is right in line with their competitors. I've talked to other people before I chose them and what they charged seems to be around about the same as everybody else. I'm saving a bunch of money with them, but I don’t think I'm spending any extra either. As long as they continue to settle debts below 50% of what the amount is, I'll be pleased.

    NDR relieved some stress with some of the debts that I had that were kind of mounting up on me. I don’t enjoy making the monthly payment, but I feel like I'm making some progress because I'm making payments rather than companies charging me with more interest. It's a pretty good program. I'm still in the early stages of it but so far, they’ve done what they said they were going to do. Hopefully, that will continue for the next three and a half years.

    I was trying to raise my credit score and taking more responsibility for my debt. I got on the phone and talked to National Debt Relief about my debt, and then, I sent them all my bills. The negotiator was very easygoing and understanding of my financial circumstances. It was a pretty easy process of just taking pictures of my bills and emailing them to the young lady. They reviewed them, came back and told me what my payment would be, which is well within the range of what I was able to do. I also asked how the program would work if I couldn't make a payment one month or if they could make arrangements with me to move around the payment date. They exceeded my expectations and I've seen my credit score go up and down. It's nice that they handled all the power of attorney stuff and they were able to really work with me.

    I sent them an email about one payoff that I received in the mail from one of the banks that I owed, and they got back to me within about 24 hours. They sent me the email and I sent them a copy of the paperwork that I received. They took care of a lot of my debt and I was able to add in another two or three accounts that I didn't think I was able to, and then my monthly payment went up another $10. They added up all my debts together and I made the payment over a payoff of 48 months. I've seen a couple of accounts being resolved and a couple has come off my credit. It's kind of tough to say based upon everyone's situation, but National Debt Relief could come up with a tracker as far as which accounts would lead to a score increase versus other ones. National Debt Relief has made my life a lot easier and less stressful, and the cost of the program is more than fair. Overall, just not having debt collectors call me on my job has been really nice.

    I lost my job and I wasn't able to pay those debts so I sought out National Debt Relief, hoping that they could make a settlement and we could get this over within a reasonable amount of time. The reps have always tried to give me as many answers as they possibly can, and usually, different ones will call me and let me know where we stand and try to keep me updated. But sometimes I don't hear anything for a month at a time, so I call them and I keep getting the same answer, "We're just waiting on one of your creditors to finalize with this." They said that the process would take six months and it's been over six months and they're still disputing which one of my credit card companies. They’re taking care of all that but the process is taking way longer than I had expected.

    They're taking money out of my account but then, they sent me over to a bank to finish the process. I haven't really understood that since they called to tell me that, nor have I heard from the bank. I'm hoping that I didn't make a wrong choice here and I won't end up paying way more than I would, had I tried to take care of it myself. Everything has been okay up until now but I really want to get this process finalized so I can get that out of the way and get my credit score back up. Right now, I'm still in limbo, and until they can call me and do a settlement or come to an agreement, it's going to be really hard for me to say whether I would use them again if I ever needed to.

    I was in a very bad shape and I was overwhelmed with my stupidity. Then, my upcoming daughter-in-law told me about National Debt Relief as she was using them for a credit card. So, I called them and the reps were very nice to me. It was very easy working with them when I signed up over the phone. They’re taking care of two of my credit cards. We’re just making it more possible for me to stay in my house and the process will probably take another three months. The negotiators have been doing a very good job. NDR was doing their business and if ever I tried to talk to a credit card company, I wouldn’t get the same results.

    They made deals with the credit card company in payments. Then, they take out a certain amount from my checking account each month so everything’s coming along. NDR keeps me informed that I’m sure they’ll be very helpful once this is all over. I’m very happy with the service that NDR did. And once everything’s back under control, I could start building my credit up again.

    I saw National Debt Relief being advertised then I called and talked to them. They took down a lot of financial information from me and I was enrolled. So far, I’m about a quarter of the way through the program. When they manage to negotiate with one of my creditors, they contact me then we go over the terms of the agreement and either I agree to it or I don’t. If I agree to it, then they start handling it for me. I like how quickly my negotiator gets back to me if I have to call them. I also feel completely comfortable working with him. It's been a great experience and the cost of NDR's services is more than fair under the circumstances.

    In all honesty, I was a little hesitant to contact NDR, having heard such horror stories about such programs. After researching the numerous companies that exist, I decided to contact NDR and ask my questions to see how the program function. My first experience speaking with a Representative from the team was very informative. Harry was straightforward and answered all my questions without hesitation. I told him of my concerns and we discussed them in detail. I was impressed and relieved. At that point we completed the application and he called back about an hour later to tell me it was approved. He went over the entire agreement in detail and told me a Welcome call would be coming to again review all the information.

    I missed the call due to car problems and when I returned I phone NDR and was put through to a team member and again, in detail we reviewed NDR's responsibility to me and mine to NDR. Knowing that I can call with questions/concerns and that that the Team and NDR are supporting me and there for me is a great "relief" (in more ways than one). I am confident that I made the right choice in calling NDR and looking forward to working with them.

    I have dealt with National Debt Relief before and I had a bunch of runoffs, so I gave them a callback and they have been great ever since. The staff did a hell of a job as they brought every one of my debts down. I have always wanted to pay more and pay off sooner, and every time I wanted to up my payment, they set it up and take it out of my account every week. Their service costs me about $800, but by consolidating all debts into one bill, the money that they saved me was a lot worth it.     I was struggling with my debt payments. I researched and found NDR was one of the top companies to choose. They seemed pretty legit. I listed the people that I wanted to pay off through the program and they gathered some basic personal information on how much money I had. Once I got into the program, they did the negotiation where they contacted the people that I owed money to and they worked out where I could make some payments and do the pay off in a reasonable amount of time and be able to afford to do it. When they came up with an amount and if that was okay with me, I paid that each month.

    So far, they've done really good and they resolved a couple of my debts. It’s still a struggle financially but that's a lot better than what would have been. Now, I'm able to meet all my obligations and I see a light at the end of the tunnel when I'm making more payments. I’ve been in their program for a little less than a year and I still have ways to go. But I've had a good experience and they worked with me. One time when I was struggling to be able to make the payment for a certain month, they worked it out and ever since then, it's been fine.

    I had too many credit cards and I went bankrupt before. I got rid of some of them then I ended up with them back and at the same thing. And I heard debt relief would be easier than filing bankruptcy again. I found National Debt Relief on the internet and, voila, they are wonderful. The enrollment process was really easy.     I couldn’t keep up on my debt because I got laid off from work and the payments were really high so I needed help. I went online and filled out this thing. They took all my info and then they called me so I went with them. The enrollment process was really easy. I told them my debt and how much I owed on each credit card. They calculated something and told me the monthly payment that it was going to be, and then I agreed. They told me that I had to fax over or e-mail them the statements for each one of the credit cards.

    National Debt Relief is doing great. It’s convenient how all the credit cards are in just one payment, and then they negotiate. We don’t have to worry about all that. They send me an e-mail and if I agree, I click “Yes” or I e-mail them back. They get a good chunk off of what I owe and can make the big difference to settle the credit cards.     We had a decrease in income and we had to find a way to get rid of some of the debts. We're paying off four credit cards with National Debt Relief. And they've paid off one and settling on two more so we've only got one more to get settled. When we were enrolling with them, we had to give them the account stuff and they figured out whether we qualified or not. They asked some questions about our income, too. And then they told us how long it would take and what the payment would be. We usually get an email and a phone call but we're usually at work when they leave it and when I get a hold of them, they tell us that they came to a possible settlement agreement with the creditor and they ask if we want to go along with it or not. We do the payments every other week. And if for some reason I can't make a payment, they let me skip. The people who I've dealt with are good.

    From what I read, National Debt Relief was a good program. And I had talked to my buddy about it and I consulted with a lot of people, but I’d never been in this situation so I didn’t know where to go besides National Debt Relief. They didn’t explain things well, and that was my biggest concern. It was really friendly from the point of me reaching out and asking information, but as a new consumer, I didn’t know what kind of questions to ask, like who do I go to or how do I file my taxes. They don’t answer any of that. They just tell you to go to your local accountant, but that's not very clear to me. Then once you get to the point of entering the program, it’s 22 percent of your credit card relief or debt settlement but they don’t tell you, “They’re going to take $2000 dollars out of that overall percentage of that credit card debt”.

    My other biggest concern was that once you enter the program, the account executive or whoever sold you on it no longer deals with you. It’s not transparent at all, and I didn’t realize that you have to build up 30 percent of whatever you accumulated in debt before they'd reach out to these credit card companies. They settled well and they deal with the creditors, but at the same time, the fees are outrageously expensive. I looked through the affiliate program, and you can get paid 300 dollars a month if you refer someone else in. When you get paid that much incentive through a referral fee, you’re making a killer amount.

    National Debt Relief answers phone calls, but there’s not much more because you have to save up X amount of dollars before they reach out to your creditor, and that wasn’t explained to me. I want to know more about my taxes because tax is coming around the corner and I still don’t know what to do with it. If I find someone in my situation, I would recommend NDR if they want to not have people call them all the time. It’s a good program, but I wish it was clearer.

    I had a heart valve replacement and was going to be out of work and some of my debtors didn’t want to really work with me the way I thought they would if I gave them a heads up that I was going to miss three months of work. I had to find somebody who could help get me out of a lot of trouble. National plays the same commercials in the middle of the night. I wake up early for work and I’ve seen it several times. I wrote their number down and they seemed to have the best positive stuff about them so I took a chance.

    It was extremely easy enrolling for their services. All I did was get my debt together. They told me which of my debtors they work with and it was almost all of them except for one or two. They said the only thing was that I was going to take a big hit. I lost 200 points on my credit score because everything had to go 90 days delinquent. They told me my credit would rebound a couple of years afterward. It’s just I’m going to go into a high-interest rate thing where I’m going to have to take some creditor with the high-interest rate to earn their trust. And then two out of four of the groups have agreed and I’ve begun paying them off. There are two other ones. One is really small and I’d really like to just pay it off myself but I’d be breaking the agreement so I’m just following National's instruction. It'll be my 12th payment tomorrow.

    Everybody was very good, from the first guy that signed me up who was from California to the one I was transferred to in New York. I usually don’t speak to anybody but they reach out to me if they’ve made a deal with somebody and they ask me if I want to approve it. I don’t understand what National's charging me though. At first, I thought they were non-profit. I know that they’re saving me a lot and that they’re getting me out of debt. When they took my total debt number, they told me how much they would save me.     I had really hard debt in terms of credit cards and I could not pay them, and they were calling. My friend was with a program with National Debt Relief a few months before I was, and she did all of the homework and realized that they were one of the best. So, I took her word for it and I had a great experience with them. Enrolling was very easy. You just provide them with all your information and they pull up your credit score. And then, they give you a list and they come up with the payment plan for you and try to figure out what they can do to help you out.

    I was impressed with how quickly things started to turn for the better and the amount that National Debt Relief got the settlement offers for. I was in the program for a year and I just recently graduated. My credit score is now moving up and I’m all out of debt. They closed everything that I had under my credit. They were always calling and if they couldn’t reach me, they sent me an email. If I didn’t respond to the email, they’ll call again. They wanted to make sure that I was okay with everything.

    Everything is equitable and reasonable with National Debt Relief. I finished the application process and they gave me a general phone number to call for questions. I also got my online ID and that’s pretty much where I monitor the account. They reach out to the debt holder to settle the account for a lower amount than what it currently is and attempt to reduce the overall overhead. They call though it’s not been the same person every time. They say, “We have an offer. What do you think?” And then we have a conversation about whether or not it’s time, if there’s additional money due, what the amount of money is or is not. We either agree to the terms and they present them to the company or I say I have to pass.

    National Debt Relief is a fairly easy company. I have not had a question go unanswered when speaking with them. So far, everything’s been pretty good though I still don’t know what’s going to happen in the end, when or if they failed to negotiate, if they are or not going to ask me for additional money that they never told me I was going to have to pay. I would recommend National Debt Relief to a person if they were seeking resolution. Call them before you’re in deep trouble.
