I just signed up with NDR, I cannot review the way they have/will settle accounts because I JUST signed up, But I can say that the Rep I dealt with, Robert was WONDERFUL. He made sure I understood everything, and made sure I understood everything I need to do. I am very hard to get a hold of, and he was persistent, but not Pushy! I appreciate that! There is a fine line there, and walked it beautifully. He has assured me they have a Huge success rate, And I am so excited with the thought of new start. They have handled all my cards and debt and so far we have paid off 4 of my cards for way less than I owe on them and still working on our other debt and they have had to deal with all the people who call to collect debt to.

You take money out of my account when you are not supposed to and cause there is no money in my account at that time vs when there is it causes an NSF draw to overdraw me causing even more problems. And then you have not been paying on all of my accounts and since you haven’t I am now being sued and being taken to court with the possibility of facing jail time. I trusted you and believed in you. You are not what you say you are and you now owe me money which I know I will never get.

One friend recommended National Debt Relief and I had them help me pay my credit cards debts. It’s an excellent company and I've had a good experience. It’s easy to contact them and they answered all the questions that I had. I have a perfect payment too plan but I have to find somebody to help me.

It was very professional and the individual was very polite, very helpful, and the only reason I went with this company is because they were rated number one by the BBB. I was very scared to give out my bank information but they assured me it was safe with them.

The company's representatives were cooperative but seem to have strict protocol. The representatives provided assistance but can be in an unfriendly manner. The company's guidelines seem realistic for my case. I was able to set goals and put my mind at ease.

Everything is not as it seems. They do help you with your debt. But the fees are astronomical. Like 30%+. And they say you can set up your own account to use and you can’t. They set one up and charge more fees. You can’t get a complete report of your account, limited to 90 days. So you can’t even get sequential reports. Three months is only ninety days if February is one of the three. And their idea of a report does not come with sub totals of the different fees, charges, deposits, payments and on and on. I am glad with the help with my debts. Just wasn’t told that it would completely ruin my credit.

NDR was very helpful, informative, friendly and understanding. They took the time to explain how they could help me with my debt, making sure to cover both the positives and negatives of their program. They made sure I fully understood my contract with them and were quite thorough. I really appreciate their compassion and understanding.

The customer service of the employees was very good. The complaint that I have is the amount of time for negotiations and paying off the outstanding bills. I began the program in March 2017. The first bill wasn't paid until January 2018. The negotiations took that long to pay off one out of seven bills. Too long.

We talked to a representative in December last year and she was patient, helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. We decided to go ahead and start our program this year. Everything worked out well except that the original representative set up a phone appointment with us at 9:30 and did not call us back until after 12 pm due to some other engagement. She also did not call us or email us about missing our appointment. We started with another agent after waiting for 45 minutes. The experience with the new agent was nice. She was also patient, polite, and knowledgeable. I would say that the experience would have been near perfect if the original agent had called us right before our appointment to let us know what was going on. She already had all our information, but we had to work with someone else from scratch.

I saw National Debt Relief's commercial on the TV, I looked them up on Google and numerous websites said they were the best. The enrollment process was lengthy but it was well needed for the amount of debt that I had. It was quick as far as I’m concerned, and the rep Eric explained it really well. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about and he helped me out a lot. They settled my debt down to 30 to 40% of the actual amount, and that saved me a lot of money.

I was car accident in April then water flood in my home in June then I lost one of my two jobs from the accident and I couldn't make my payments anymore. I don't make that much money an hour and I'm a senior. I'm soon going to be 67. I have a back issue too so I really don't have the physical ability to be handling two jobs right now. It seems that every time I'm getting on my feet, something else happens.

National Debt Relief has been working on settlements for me. I signed up with them and I pay them every month. They notify me once in a while when there's a settlement that they had reached, and I have to agree to that. They pay it and we’re done, and then on to the next one. I'd have to look at the paperwork to find out what they actually take for each settlement and it seems fine. The negotiators have been fine as well. Moreover, I don’t have to deal with talking to credit card companies which was nice. It definitely took some off my plate.

My initial experience with Kim ** was very pleasant and professional. When calling Kim directly she answered immediately. However when calling the number given me via email to Initiate my welcome call all I got was music without any recording saying my call would even be answered. So Kim had to put me in touch with them. My welcome call was handled well and the gentleman spoke clearly and slowly so he could be understood.

We had spoke with a few people at NDR. We started with Adrian and Nico did our welcome call. Nico, explained things very well. Best experience we've had with anyone at NDR yet. He was very personable and made us feel comfortable with the process.

When the debt is negotiated with the creditor, NDR is interested in getting their fees first. For instance once account has been settled and the first 3-payments are as followed. 1st payment $25 to the Creditor and $586.75 to NDR. 2nd payment $25 to the Creditor and $490 to NDR. 3rd payment $25 to the Creditor and $425 to NDR. Whose interest does NDR have first on their list. It is clearly obvious NDR wants paid first. The longer they keep us on by making minimal payments to the "negotiated" creditors; it will benefit the company and guarantees that will make their money up front before you are debt free.

Everything about National Debt Relief is great. We were going under due to me having cancer and my husband being laid off. Add to that, we raised our two grandchildren for 8 years and our bills were overwhelming. We couldn't get out no matter what we did. We tried to work something out with our credit cards but all they wanted to do was lower the payments for a couple of months but we still had to pay the interest and fees. Wasn't going to work. Thank God National Debt was there. There is a large fee to use them but so far it has been worth it. They have paid off 3 of our credit cards for less than 50% and are working on another big one now. I can't wait to get out of debt!

I am new to NDR so can only give my opinion based on customer service and ease of use so far. Advisors were very polite and thorough. The approval process was very quick. However, I was a little confused as to why other reviews list it as debt consolidation. It is a debt relief or debt negotiation and will affect your credit. Not exactly as implied from ads.

The moment I began my conversation with their reps they made me feel welcomed, and not every company out there can do that. Most definite will recommend this company to family and friends everywhere. And I know a lot of my friends in the same situation as me, and I will give them the information to contact NDR as soon as possible.

I would recommend who think all hope is lost to come here. I was really considering Bankruptcy but these guys made the process to get enrolled really smooth for me. Just waiting to see some results on how the programs work but as for the enrolling process they really hear what you have to say and willing to work with you every step of the way.

Overall experience has been very helpful. Very painless process, didn't feel embarrassed, the person helping me stopped often to answer my questions. The only downside is that I work 13.5 hour days Mon thru Thursday. I was online looking to consolidate and I came across National Debt Relief. The rep said there's an option I could do where I would pay a monthly installment and then I can do the payment before they take care of everything, and I decided to go ahead with that one. I've been working with them since mid last year, and so far they’ve taken care of one account off my record, USAA. They call me whenever they’ve settled something to ask my approval. Sometimes they also call me to check up on how things are going. The payment is going every two weeks, and they take care of business as it goes on and it works well for me. I would recommend them.

It was a little different because I'm not used to having that type of conversation with somebody I don’t personally know, but it ended up fine. The enrollment process was fairly easy. We reached out and were contacted promptly, and they went through our budget and everything else. The transfer was easy, and it worked out in our favor. They took into consideration some of our outstanding debts and bills and were able to work with something that was able to work for our budget as a payment. Didn't know that there would be a loan opportunity to graduate the program and rebuild my credit. Would have been nice to know about it for peace of mind.
