My initial experience with Kim ** was very pleasant and professional. When calling Kim directly she answered immediately. However when calling the number given me via email to Initiate my welcome call all I got was music without any recording saying my call would even be answered. So Kim had to put me in touch with them. My welcome call was handled well and the gentleman spoke clearly and slowly so he could be understood.

We had spoke with a few people at NDR. We started with Adrian and Nico did our welcome call. Nico, explained things very well. Best experience we've had with anyone at NDR yet. He was very personable and made us feel comfortable with the process.

This has been nothing but a great experience since signing the agreement to work with NDR. I have only been involved since Sept 2017, and already yesterday, have received the first 3 settlement agreements. Thank you so much for your professionalism and great efforts thus far! When the debt is negotiated with the creditor, NDR is interested in getting their fees first. For instance once account has been settled and the first 3-payments are as followed. 1st payment $25 to the Creditor and $586.75 to NDR. 2nd payment $25 to the Creditor and $490 to NDR. 3rd payment $25 to the Creditor and $425 to NDR. Whose interest does NDR have first on their list. It is clearly obvious NDR wants paid first. The longer they keep us on by making minimal payments to the "negotiated" creditors; it will benefit the company and guarantees that will make their money up front before you are debt free.

Everything about National Debt Relief is great. We were going under due to me having cancer and my husband being laid off. Add to that, we raised our two grandchildren for 8 years and our bills were overwhelming. We couldn't get out no matter what we did. We tried to work something out with our credit cards but all they wanted to do was lower the payments for a couple of months but we still had to pay the interest and fees. Wasn't going to work. Thank God National Debt was there. There is a large fee to use them but so far it has been worth it. They have paid off 3 of our credit cards for less than 50% and are working on another big one now. I can't wait to get out of debt!

This whole thing is very embarrassing and scary and it's really very overwhelming,

Very helpful and friendly. I was able to be placed in a program that will help me to get out of debt a lot faster and easier, not to mention cheaper, than trying to do it myself. I am new to NDR so can only give my opinion based on customer service and ease of use so far. Advisors were very polite and thorough. The approval process was very quick. However, I was a little confused as to why other reviews list it as debt consolidation. It is a debt relief or debt negotiation and will affect your credit. Not exactly as implied from ads.

The moment I began my conversation with their reps they made me feel welcomed, and not every company out there can do that. Most definite will recommend this company to family and friends everywhere. And I know a lot of my friends in the same situation as me, and I will give them the information to contact NDR as soon as possible.

I would recommend who think all hope is lost to come here. I was really considering Bankruptcy but these guys made the process to get enrolled really smooth for me. Just waiting to see some results on how the programs work but as for the enrolling process they really hear what you have to say and willing to work with you every step of the way.

Overall experience has been very helpful. Very painless process, didn't feel embarrassed, the person helping me stopped often to answer my questions. The only downside is that I work 13.5 hour days Mon thru Thursday. I was online looking to consolidate and I came across National Debt Relief. The rep said there's an option I could do where I would pay a monthly installment and then I can do the payment before they take care of everything, and I decided to go ahead with that one. I've been working with them since mid last year, and so far they’ve taken care of one account off my record, USAA. They call me whenever they’ve settled something to ask my approval. Sometimes they also call me to check up on how things are going. The payment is going every two weeks, and they take care of business as it goes on and it works well for me. I would recommend them.

One of my friends had used National Debt Relief and said that he had a good experience, so we followed suit. The guy we spoke to was very good, helpful and informative. It was a little different because I'm not used to having that type of conversation with somebody I don’t personally know, but it ended up fine. The enrollment process was fairly easy. We reached out and were contacted promptly, and they went through our budget and everything else. The transfer was easy, and it worked out in our favor. They took into consideration some of our outstanding debts and bills and were able to work with something that was able to work for our budget as a payment. Now we're more than 60% out of where we are. Working with them has helped us relieve a couple of our bigger debts. It’s been nice to feel that burden lifted.

I have major debt. I was having some lifestyle changes and I was not able to keep up with it. I researched online and National Debt Relief seemed to have a higher rating than a couple of other companies. I called them and did the original enrollment over the phone. When I first called the National Debt Relief 800 number I had no idea how fast this process was going to go. Getting a debt settlement program with National Debt Relief was easier than I thought. It took a couple of weeks in setting the account up for the savings to go into, getting paperwork in and getting things signed but it wasn’t bad. And the people I worked with were very nice. It was wonderful that they settled one of my accounts because I was paying interest but the principal was never reduced. I’m recommending National Debt Relief to my sisters.

I have just begun the Debt Relief process so not sure I can really advise on what status my contact has been except for a couple of people that I have talked with. Grace is the only person I have had a lot of contact and she informed of all the process and how this works up until this point and I understand but will have to see how this all goes going forward. Ms. ** did the Welcome call and that all went fine. Both seemed knowledgeable and informed and did everything they could to answer my questions at the point. I think you will to check with me in 4-6 months for me to really tell you how this is progressing. After talking with him I was relieved that my wife and I were going to get help and be able to afford our rent and bills again. We had fallen behind and they gave us a way to catch up.

Our son, Anthony, recommended National Debt Relief to us. So far, the program has been working and we appreciate whatever they're doing to help us consolidate our credit card debts. It was fast to get set up with them. Jenny, my rep, was outstanding and she explained everything thoroughly. I already recommended them. I would tell others that they're settling all my credit card payments, and so far, it’s going well. And when I’m done, I’ll definitely be very happy to tell everybody that it has been completed.

I went online and typed in “debt relief” and National Debt Relief was highly rated. The enrollment process was very easy and it took a couple of phone calls. I initially talked to them and said that I was going to think about it. They called back and I decided to go ahead with it. The actual telling them the account numbers and things like that only took about half an hour. It’s a four-year program for the debt as it is for me to get out of the habit of using credit cards. The people I’ve worked with are extremely good, very personable and professional so I’m very satisfied with them. I had issues where a creditor sent something to a collections agent. I contacted NDR, sent them the paperwork and I never heard from the creditors again.

I ended up on an operation and got behind my bills. I saw National Debt Relief on Facebook. I was in a debt relief program years back so I figured that I’d give them a try. I listed all my debt and then signed up for a program. They shrunk one account that was bugging me. I was in debt for over 10,000 and we started out with a payment of 250. At that time, it was fine and dandy but then I’m not healthy so I ended up in the hospital again and had some more problems. I tried to reduce my payments and was informed that they can’t reduce the payments and this is the set payment so that pissed me off. I talked to them again and I did get the repayment reduced which worked out pretty good.

National Debt Relief was the first one I tried and they seemed okay. They explained everything well. They came up with a reasonable amount to pay every month, and they set up the account to be paid to the creditors once they started getting deals with them. They call me whenever they make another deal with another credit card. Now I feel a little less worried about everything. All my credit cards are canceled so I don't have to worry about that anymore.

My son had an accident four years ago and our finances went on a downward spiral at that point. I had credit card debt so I sought the help of National Debt Relief. Their reps were very professional. They seemed to know what they were doing and their program fits very well with what I needed. I was having a hard time and I couldn’t make my minimum payments. I’m going through the program with National Debt Relief and they have done everything they said they would. I worked with a lot of their reps but they’ve been great so far and I'm very comfortable with them. The payment plan is really flexible. There were a couple of months when I couldn’t make my payment and we just kept it and paid it back the next month. I still get a bunch of calls but NDR made it easy by consolidating my bills into one payment. They have been very helpful and friendly.

It's easy enrolling with National Debt Relief. It took about five days to set up. I'm still working with them, and the people I've worked with are very nice. However, I owed $2000 on one credit card and they got it down to $750, and I would make the payments for $750 but they themselves were going to charge $500 to $600 just to do that. Basically, I would end up paying the same thing. I would tell others to do their research if they ask about National Debt Relief.

National Debt Relief has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Nate, the representative, was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. I enrolled and the process was done on the telephone. I’m still going through a little bit of everything in the process.

I filed for bankruptcy several years back and I didn’t want it to stick to everybody so I went with a debt relief program where they'd all get paid at least. I was looking around and I saw a TV commercial of National Debt Relief. I called them up and the next thing I knew, I was speaking to a gentleman named Eugene, who sounded sincere and concerned. There were 25 other companies out there but I went with the National Debt Relief. The sales rep walked me through everything and he did that to my satisfaction. He sent me the letters and told me what letters to send out and to whom regarding the debts so that the creditors would start dealing with NDR instead of me. Also, he said to close most of my accounts at my request rather than them closing on me. I got notices that NDR was paying a Walmart card off and another card as well. I got a text from Synchrony Bank saying that they got a payment on my Walmart Mastercard the other day.

National Debt has been great. I’ve been able to pay my bills, which is the most important thing for me. I got into debt, and I want to pay back, and with National Debt, I pay one bill and they take care of paying everything, so I’m grateful for that. It’s easier for me to pay, too. Their representatives were really nice and helpful. And enrolling with them was easy. The only thing that was a little difficult was the papers I had to sign and then return, but other than that, everything has been smooth. I would recommend them. And if others are in the same situation as I am, I would definitely advise them to do it and get out of debt quickly. Although I don’t want to be in that situation again, I would do it again with National Debt.

I signed up with NDR in September 2017. The representative that assisted me was wonderful. Along with all the other important information of which he made me aware, he told me that typically clients will receive their first settlement offer around 6 months into the program. I thought to myself, "Heck! It took me YEARS to dig myself into the hole I was in! What's 6 months to wait to begin the climbing out process?" SO... I am THRILLED that it has only been 4 months and I have received two settlement offers within 3 days of each other! And all I had to do was click the "accept offer" button in the email! So simple.

Not happy with the last two creditors being paid monthly for a year instead of paying them in one large payment & be done with them. I want to resolve all of the creditors quickly so I can start raising my credit score. Why couldn't these last two creditors take the settlement in one large payment like all the others before them?

Very friendly, explained the contract very well, reading the contract to me so there would not be any questions. Answered in detail any question that I asked. Gave me the contact numbers and hours that I would need to contact them. Gave me the tax information that I would need. Explained how the creditors would react to the request. And explained their charges. I would highly recommend them so far.

The personnel I talked with and dealt with were very polite, informative and didn’t pressure me into a decision I didn’t want to make. They were very helpful and I feel will be successful in achieving my future goals. I feel without this program I would be making my financial problems worse with a lot of sleepless nights. Joining National Debt Relief's debt consolidation program was very easy and smooth. They had it set up very quickly and only took a day or two. We did my credit report and determined which account we were going to focus on. I have certain accounts I missed in education and some accounts that are with our credit union. We didn’t want to jeopardize that relationship, so we identified appropriate credits to focus on and went from there.

I’ve been out of work for a year and a half and I’ve been trying to keep up with everything, but I couldn’t. And then it got to a point where I was drowning so I gave National Debt Relief the numbers and they shot back at me and all that has worked very well. They’ve cleared three of them up already.
