Great knowledgeable people. The people knew about how to help me with my situation and make me feel at ease. They took their time to read through everything with me. I hope that everything will be just as fine as when I first spoke with them.

National Debt Relief did a lot of advertising and they seemed to have a good rating. I was hoping of being able to combine some bills to get just one payment and it appeared that they were willing to help me out with the situation I need to be helped with. Initially, I started out making a $349 payment. I was making myself a decent money then. However, I don’t make that kind of income anymore but National Debt Relief is still trying to have me pay that kind of money every month to get an account built up, which is something I should do so they can settle with the creditors.

I was looking to get out of some debt and I saw National Debt Relief's ad online. They have a good rating in Better Business Bureau. When I enrolled, we talked about what all I had and what we needed to pay off. Then they set me up and it was really quick. NDR gets settlements for me and they have been really good about getting good deals. Their reps call me whenever I have an offer to settle a debt, then I talk to them about it and what it is gonna cost. I pay twice a month to pay the amount that they quoted me and it withdraws automatically to a savings account that they run.

Your tools look really handy. Im a little nervous about the negotiating process and the adverse credit while waiting to reach a settlement. We will see how it goes. One of my creditors said they wont work with you and it makes me nervous.

Very helpful team. Easy onboarding. Very responsive. Love the Legal & Credit Repair packages. Would refer to a friend or family member if they were considering. Overall, a painless experience thus far. Every NDR representative is friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to a great path to being debt-free.

I was provided with a very great service representative. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions. She took the necessary amount of time to explain everything as clear as possible. After speaking with her I now have a clearer understating about my agreement with the National Debt Relief program.

Dwight was very helpful and walked me through each step. Would highly recommend this service to anyone who is experiencing difficulty with their finances. We were able to completed all transactions within a half hour. I look forward to completing the program with a minimum of problems from my debtors.

Being extremely nervous about my circumstances, all NDR associates were patient and thorough. They answered my questions and followed up with me immediately. So far, so good. I just got started. I'm a bit frightened, but they've done all they could to assure me that the process will be handled as effectively and efficiently as possible. I hope I'll be able to settle down soon. If I cannot make the payment every month, I can call early to change the date. I agreed with them because it’s good for my situation. I recommend National Debt Relief. They're doing a great job.

We were in a lot of credit card debt and were just paying the minimum on our cards for a long time. We checked National Debt Relief out online and they seemed like a good company. Enrolling with them was easy. They always say you can check your thing online, but being the age that I am, I’m not really a big one for doing stuff online. It might be better if they’d mail me a statement that I could see. Being with NDR has stopped people from calling us as much and has relieved stress. Their negotiators have negotiated three different settlements for us and we're about a third of the way done. They'd send us an email, we'd call them and they'd talk about what they had done. Then they'd ask if we approve it. If I had questions, I just called and asked them and they have always been efficient in calling me back. I’ve been very satisfied with my experience with NDR.

The interests on my bank credit cards were killing me and no matter what I paid, they weren't going anywhere. Everything was going up instead of down. I decided on using National Debt Relief and they did the debt consolidation for me. Right now, they are paying off the value of my debts. When I enrolled, my rep told me what I needed to know and what was gonna happen exactly. She took care of everything and I was very happy with her. NDR worked on my payment plan extremely well, too, and for the quality of service that I am getting from them, the cost of their service is awesome. The call finally arrived about an hour or so later. This woman sounded different because she was somewhat hard to understand and had a slight 'bite' in her personality. Now and then I felt she was talking down to me, but hopefully it was just my imagination.

After contacted few companies I decide to start working with NDR. I went through a divorce and I was in the hospital for a week. I got behind on everything. I did some research and read some reviews and National Debt Relief had better reviews at that time. I then enrolled for their debt relief program and the process was easy to follow. They tell you upfront that the more money that you can put in your account, the better and the sooner that you can get the debt paid off. However, they were not as upfront with their fees and stuff that they take out of your account for themselves. I tried to get them to lower the payment because I'm not working. However, they told me that they can only do that for a short period of time and then they would have to go back to the regular.

We were making the minimum payments and not able to catch up with our debts so we went with National Debt Relief since they're based in Texas. During the enrollment process, I filled out some forms and gave a Power of Attorney to look through certain things. Everybody I've spoken to has been knowledgeable about everything that was going on and they were polite too. I was comfortable working with them and the cost to everything that I got was good. I've got about three months before I'm totally debt-free and I would suggest NDR to other people if they’ve got no other options.

Both Shawn ** and Terry ** explained the program and what I heard from Shawn was repeated by Terry so I don't feel like I'm hearing two stories. As I had some concerns regarding other debt companies, Shawn explained what makes NDR unique. Terry answered my questions and provided great information.

From the beginning of the process, all individuals I spoke to were helpful and supportive in this difficult decision-making process. So far, I have no concerns and feel that my best interest was put first before anything else. Overall I was impressed with the whole experience. The only thing I would soften was the follow up interview where they verify the contract details. The perception that it had been a long day (my perception) and she sorta rushed through the script and really was'n't receptive (I'm sure she was unaware) of a sense of impatience on her part (just a little). Anyway, the whole perception of putting your financial credibility in someone's hands in a compressed time frame can be a bit "rattling". Maybe a little more hand holding in the final run through (as needed) would be in order.

I was trying to get control of my bad credit and National Debt Relief seemed to be the one with the best report. The enrollment process was very easy, and their reps have been very efficient. Then, the cost was within my budget range, too. But I wished I could pay more to get it done and over with quickly. Since being on the program, NDR has already paid off several of the smaller bills. They're now working on some of the larger ones. My credit rating has also gone up to almost 700 from 450. They have also helped me in getting collectors off my back. Once the companies are told that they are taking care of the accounts, I don't get harassed at all. It gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

Our bills kept piling up and the interests kept getting higher and higher. We almost couldn't pay the minimum payment, so we thought we needed to do something. A long time ago, we had gone with CCC and it worked, but we didn't know how to get in touch with them. NDR called us and what they told us sounded good. We told them what our bills were, and how much we paid. They worked out a payment plan for us. We're both on Social Security and do two payments. One on the third week of the month and one on the fourth week of the month with each payment at the same amount. They're gonna be paying off our debts in four years.
