Really good company. Does what they say. Only downfall is their charges seem a bit high. But they are doing all the work. So I guess I can live with that. Pretty quick at getting things started. I've just finished my 1st year. Would recommend them.

The only drawback from this program is the recurrent phone calls from creditors.

Works with you on the phone nice. Customer service and Reps are very helpful and with account web page is very helpful. Only drawback is when trying to fax a copy of a letter from a creditor it will not go through on the fax. So you have to upload it to the your account page. Wish they would indicate if it was looked at.

I was extremely nervous and skeptical when enrolling in the program this past August. I had enrolled in February but quickly changed my mind and continued moving funds around and transferring balances until I couldn’t keep up any longer and was forced to re-enroll with my husband in August. It was embarrassing and we felt defeated but realized we would never meet or financial goal juggling debt. Since enrolling National Debt has settled 30% of our debts within the first 5 months. Amazing to us! Their fee is well worth the cost. We even had to get a car and despite our low credit were still deemed credit worthy without a co-signer. This has been our best decision ever!

They are doing great. It has been 5 months and I was getting a little worried, but now 1 debt is settled. Thank you for your help. There is no way I would have ever got out of my mess, and I was not sure to do. I did look into some other things, loans, consolidation, etc. Nothing seemed to work, and NDR came along, and now we are on the road to debt free.

When I couldn’t afford anymore to pay what I owed, I sought National Debt Relief services and what I read on their website made me decide to go with them. Their enrolment process was simple. I gave them all the accounts that I owed on and they took care of the rest. They consolidated and then settled a few of my accounts already. I feel extremely comfortable working with their staff. They are very friendly and it is nice that they call me every time they settle an account and let me know before they do it to get my approval. My process will go for four years and I've been with them for less than a year.

National Debt Relief had the best interest rate and lower payments. They had one of the Better Business Bureau ratings also and that helped me decide who to go with. It took me 10 minutes to get enrolled with them. I just called them up and asked a few questions. They got a soft credit report to see which of my credit cards they could do and had an answer in 10 minutes, what the payment would be and the pay off. I thought it'd take at least a couple of days but it was real quick. And when I send them an email, they call me or respond to my email within 30 minutes.

Overall pleased. Didn’t hear from anyone for months after I signed agreement which left me wondering about status of my accounts. I got monthly email from Global Client Solutions which handled my monthly payment but nothing to indicate they were indeed trying to settle my debt. Then finally I got a couple emails and calls with a settlement offer. Yay! Progress to becoming credit card debt free and hard lesson learned to not ever get in debt again.

Their fees are extremely high, and they tell your debtors that you have no money in your account when there's tons of money sitting in there for them to start negotiating. Wish I had gone another route but they're getting $1,038 a month now for almost 2 years so at this point there's no point in counseling. I will just ride it out.

This was the best thing that I could have done to better myself and the greatest decision that I made.

The agent was pleasant and explained everything in an easy to understand way. He talked me through each paragraph of the contract and stopped to answer any question that I had. He made me feel relaxed and confident that I was making a good decision at the present time and situation. I did not feel rushed, pushed or hurried in any way throughout the enrollment process.

After retiring and having less income than expected, I began having more and more trouble with debt. I am so pleased I saw the TV advertisement and called National Debt Relief. They have negotiated with my creditors and are helping me get back in control of my finances.

I called National Debt Relief since the company I initially tried couldn't do help me. I talked to the people there and they sounded good. The person that helped me got me set up. Once that was done, I talk to several people. They got some requirements to make sure that this was what I wanted to do and they went over the amount that they would be taking out from my bank. The program would last around 3 years and I've been with them a year now. So far, everything has been pretty good and I've been pretty much pleased with them. One account was paid off and another one wouldn’t be paid off until May this year. I wish I could pay a lot more though to hurry it up. Also, I took a creditor off and I wish I can put it back.

Super nice company, keeps in constant contact. They email and call. You also have access to your online funds and they send you a monthly statement. They adjust based on your needs. I do not feel judged by anyone for being in financial trouble and because of them, I can sleep at night - I’ve only been with them for 6 months. The service they offer is amazing!

I have done a debt relief scheme before where you just stop paying but you have to save your own money to make the payments when the arrangements are made. Um, I wouldn't be in this position if I could do that. I feel like National set me up for success. I can choose the accounts that I need their help to negotiate on and do my best to settle the others in a conscientious manner.

The woman I dealt with was very very nice she did have me hold on many times as she checked with other people. I have to say that I was a little concerned with the pushiness of National Debt if I had the money I would give it to them but I don't. It was concerning because I am trying to pay that back and I was told more than once that there was a 70% chance of my debtor coming after me. With that said I am trying my best. She was very nice but I wish it weren't so pushy.

I felt confident that they would also be able to help me. She arranged everything and all was communicated properly and in a professional way. From there, they started contacting those banks. They negotiated on my behalf, and they were good. They kept me updated if there was something new that they were able to negotiate. So far, I’m pleased with what they’re doing. They’re trying to do their best in an effort to get me as low as possible, in terms of negotiation, which is kind of nice. The cost was reasonable. They all cooperated in the arrangements and I didn’t have to pay extra. I like the updates. I am able to log in and keep track of what’s going on. That really makes a big difference.

I looked into National Debt Relief's services because of my credit card debt. The first thing, they got me on this program where they basically tried to work with the credit company to come up with a settlement that’s either equal or less than what the credit card company has asked me for. Then, they asked me a monthly payment. And then, these monthly payments go inside a savings account and that savings account covers the credit card debt. I got two more years left.

Updated on 12/16/2018: I had a lot of things happening in my life so I feel I'm in debt but National Debt Relief helped me put the program together. The way we came to the amount that I could afford was by putting up my expenses and then they figured what payments I could do without having to go borrow some more money. I have to pay that certain amount and then they negotiate and pay the debt off for me. That was a lot of relief because I also have a spouse who is incapacitated, heath-wise.

National Debt Relief has saved me thousands upon thousands of dollars that I put into my savings accounts. They do have a statement viewer, so you can view where every cent of your cash is going. They're generally pretty honest and good. They're easy to work with but they should do a better job with being in touch with the clients out there as far as different offers. They have a pretty large cost, as far as their service charge goes like every month. But the customer call line is really good. They've definitely invested a lot of funds into having employees on the phones for hours and hours.

Credit history will be affected til the debt has been fully paid. I recommend their services. They provide a professional oath to negotiate on your behalf.

I was surprised at the cost of the service. I don't remember it being 25% of total debt. I thought it was on the settlement of debt. I had heard that nonprofit companies do not charge as much. But I am thankful my debt is getting much better... I can't wait until I have no more debt.

I have been with National Debt Relief since 8/2016 and they have paid off 50% of my debt and saved me tons of money. This past week I had some unexpected bills come up. I called stressed out that I would not be able to pay the car repair and the unusually large utility bill next month.
