Dan ** the rep who helped me start my National Debt Relief enrollment was very friendly and took the time to explain the program to me. He made it feel like they truly wanted to help me out and gain my life back debt free.

Great efforts on the part of National Debt Relief. The whole process was explained thoroughly and I understood all the options that were presented to me and I know that it is very doable. I think that this is a wonderful service giving me much needed peace of mind.

I love that the company is very thorough but too many questions are repeated over and over and over again which can be very frustrating at times. I feel twice is enough. I hope that National Debt Relief will meet all of my expectations.

I found out about the National Debt Relief program through online research. I read a lot of reviews the good with the bad. I read the reviews through the Better Business Bureau and a few other company review websites. I talked to a representative who told me about the program and how they help individuals and their ways they do it. I was a little skeptical (like most people) because I wanted to make sure that the company was not a debt collector but a legit money management company. Once I was approved for the program and they gave me the contract of course I read over the whole contract, and made sure to put all my questions in email. The guy who was representing me was very informative and was able to answer all question and more. Which, made me feel a lot more secure in my decision to use the National Debt Relief Program to help me with my debt.

While talking to everyone starting my debt relief, I was informed very well about the program and how it works. Everyone was very professional and put my fears to rest about taking a hit on my credit report. Very happy so far.

I called in to find out how the process works and if it is something that works for me. Spoke to Carlos **. He was wonderful explain how the process works and then step by step explaining documents. Call back for the welcome call and Paul was detail explaining documents.

All the representatives were very friendly and extremely helpful. They seemed very knowledgeable on what they were explaining to me. No question was a dumb one. They made me feel at ease that this is not a bad thing and are willing to help whenever needed.

I had a good experience and was kept aware of process for debt relief & consequences & results. The debt representatives were extremely informative and followed up with E-mails to explain all steps in this process. The online portal is a excellent tool for verification of & results of process.

I have had a wonderful experience so far, they have taken care of about half my debt in an around 6 mos. It's been a wonderful experience that has relieved a lot of stress and they have gotten really good settlement arrangements for all of my credit card accounts.

The representative was very helpful and explained the process. Made me feel better and have some hope in getting out of debt with these high interest accounts. I feel I'm not alone with this and have this company helping me take care of this issue, sending me all the forms I need to get this process started. 1 of the creditors agreed to a debt settlement to be taken from the escrow account setup, based on monthly payments. Also, since my checking account recently changed, my records were updated, and I signed a verification form. The customer service representative was very patient when I was struggling with technological issues as I signed, and initialed the documents.

I’ve spent much time with these two representatives, and I appreciate their professional, thorough knowledge. They always stopped to listen to my questions and answered them carefully and eloquently. The number of phone calls I had to be involved in was tiring (considering I teach high school during the day and I am recovering from a bran tumor). However, I have followed through with the required emails and phone calls, and I am hopeful that this works out for my creditors and myself.

National Debt Relief program is very efficient in resolution of debts. I had one debt that calls me every day and I thought it would take forever to negotiate with them. National Debt Relief program did it. I am so thankful for this program.

I got a consolidation service from National Debt Relief. I like their reputation and it was also very simple to enroll with them. They reduced my bills and negotiated the ones that I had. When I enrolled at National Debt Relief to consolidate my credit card debt, they asked me to provide information and then, I'll pay a certain amount a month. Their negotiators have been very kind and also very helpful. And while having them figure out how to pay the individual creditors made things easy, what the program did was for me to have lower payments per month.

Parker provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the debt relief program. I was having a little technical difficulties, and had to take a few minutes to get assistance from someone in my household; however, he showed patience with me. Overall it was a great experience.

I hesitated with applying with National Debt Relief. When speaking with both representatives, they were both completely thorough with the process and made sure I understood everything that I was agreeing to before they moved on. At one point I did mention to Justin ** that I was scared about what I was about to do since it does include legal matters, he explained that there was absolutely nothing to worry about and supplied me with phone numbers, websites and emails for those I may speak with at any given time. The welcome call was horrible. The gentleman was difficult to understand and was apparent he was reading from a script. He did not appear to be very well informed. This call did not make me feel very comfortable with the program I had signed up for, since he didn't seem to know the program himself.

They covered everything and answered all my questions. They confirmed all the information I have given enrolling in this program. Regardless of who I spoke with, whether it was Customer Service for the welcome information or with Mr. Erik ** who answered all my questions while filling out the qualification forms, the questions were all answered. Overall good - technical clarification jargon at the end but I do know it is required. Hope this helps me get my life back. It is hard to trust strangers with my financials but this will get me where I need to be. We'll see how this goes.

The representative that I spoke with (Tiana) was talking way too fast. If I had a question it was hard to get her attention because of the script she was reading. That tells me she wasn't listening to me unless she needed a response. I finished the conversation feeling pretty confused about some of the things she was talking about.

Really good company. Does what they say. Only downfall is their charges seem a bit high. But they are doing all the work. So I guess I can live with that. Pretty quick at getting things started. I've just finished my 1st year. Would recommend them.

Works with you on the phone nice. Customer service and Reps are very helpful and with account web page is very helpful. Only drawback is when trying to fax a copy of a letter from a creditor it will not go through on the fax. So you have to upload it to the your account page. Wish they would indicate if it was looked at.

I was extremely nervous and skeptical when enrolling in the program this past August. They are doing great. It has been 5 months and I was getting a little worried, but now 1 debt is settled. Thank you for your help. There is no way I would have ever got out of my mess, and I was not sure to do. I did look into some other things, loans, consolidation, etc. Nothing seemed to work, and NDR came along, and now we are on the road to debt free.

When I couldn’t afford anymore to pay what I owed, I sought National Debt Relief services and what I read on their website made me decide to go with them. Their enrolment process was simple. I gave them all the accounts that I owed on and they took care of the rest. They consolidated and then settled a few of my accounts already. I feel extremely comfortable working with their staff. They are very friendly and it is nice that they call me every time they settle an account and let me know before they do it to get my approval. My process will go for four years and I've been with them for less than a year.

National Debt Relief had the best interest rate and lower payments. They had one of the Better Business Bureau ratings also and that helped me decide who to go with. It took me 10 minutes to get enrolled with them. I just called them up and asked a few questions. They got a soft credit report to see which of my credit cards they could do and had an answer in 10 minutes, what the payment would be and the pay off. I thought it'd take at least a couple of days but it was real quick. And when I send them an email, they call me or respond to my email within 30 minutes.

Overall pleased. Didn’t hear from anyone for months after I signed agreement which left me wondering about status of my accounts. I got monthly email from Global Client Solutions which handled my monthly payment but nothing to indicate they were indeed trying to settle my debt. Then finally I got a couple emails and calls with a settlement offer. Yay! Progress to becoming credit card debt free and hard lesson learned to not ever get in debt again.

Their fees are extremely high, and they tell your debtors that you have no money in your account when there's tons of money sitting in there for them to start negotiating. Wish I had gone another route but they're getting $1,038 a month now for almost 2 years so at this point there's no point in counseling. I will just ride it out.
