The person going over all procedures of this program was very clear in her explanations, and clear in speaking. Which I rely on. Talking to someone over the phone of such importance and understanding, I need it slowly so I can understand. She was very good. Answering my questions is another. I ask questions whether one or 20 I ask. She explained and answered very well. I was made to feel that even the smallest question or any feeling of confusion I might have will and can be answered.

My experience was excellent. The people who helped me were very friendly, informative and straightforward. Feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Would recommend NDR and their amazing staff to anyone in need. Could not have hoped for a better organization.

However, during my welcome call (after I was on hold for 10 min.) and then put on hold again after she answered, the woman I spoke with seemed distracted and not very professional. Made me nervous about finalizing the setup.

Everything was handled on a professional level and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. We were able to handle everything over the phone without faxing anything or any delays. We were approved and finished in one day and everything was explained very well.

Today I needed to contact a customer service rep. Chris was the rep that answered. What a professional yet personable young man. He immediately put me at ease with his reassurance he was handling my account and asked twice if I had any questions. I liked that he told me he could tell I have not logged on to my account and sent me link to reset password. I am very glad I chose National Debt Relief.

I am just starting. I cannot say much just yet but so far it's good and hope it will work smoothly. Although it is requiring a lot of back and forth of documents. I am telling my husband, "At least I wouldn't worry so much on how I'm to make payments."

When I signed up with National Debt Relief, they said that they would be drafting money out of my account every two weeks, save it up into a savings account and negotiate with my creditors down. And once they get to an agreed amount, they would take the money that they’ve been pulling from my account and pay them off for a lower amount. They told me it would take about three years and I'm about a year in. So far, I have two of the six settled. I tried to get a little more money into the account so pay off gets done faster.

I read some of the reviews given by other people about National Debt Relief and resolved to get their services for the consolidation of my debt. I also looked at the Better Business Bureau and then signed up online with NDR. The enrollment was simple and, so far, I’ve been able to knock down one account, so that was good. Whenever the companies I owed money to would contact me, I’d give them NDR’s phone number instead. However, the companies would say stuff like, “Well, we don’t associate within your organizations.” I would have preferred for NDR to contact all those companies to let them know that they are working with me so that the companies would stop harassing.

I saw an advertisement for National Debt Relief and I had some problems with my credit card accounts, so I thought I’d give them a call. What they offered me seemed pretty smart. The negotiator explained everything very well. The payment plan that I have is straightforward, too. I have a business account and I would put a certain amount of money in that account every month. National Debt Relief would then withdraw that and put it in my National Debt Relief account. When they are ready to settle something, they give me a call and tell me how they’re going to do it. They would say, “We have this much money in your account and the credit company has agreed to settle for this.” Then, they settle the account and pay that out of my National Debt Relief account.

I like that the monthly payments are reasonable amount of money. They work with the customers' needs. I like that the debt is becoming resolved and hope to have better credit in the near future. The area that I would work on is helping the customer deal better with creditors who are calling to collect debt.

Freddie ** was extremely courteous when setting up my account. He was very understanding and helped me to understand we all make mistakes and National Debt Relief Company will help me to get out of debt and stay there. When speaking with Evelyn ** for my Welcome call she was very professional and courteous.

I am very satisfied with NDR. Upon my registering with them the information given to me was very accurate. They told me it would between 5-6 months before they would receive offers from my creditors. I registered in Sept 2017 and to date I have received two excellent offers. I am kept up to date with emails and am able to accept offers online.

Updated on 08/22/2018: They looked at our monthly income and gave me a couple of ways we could go about the payment, which could be weekly, once a month or twice a month. We were able to choose the option that worked best for us and we've been able to pay off a couple of credit cards. We ended up getting settlement offers before we thought it would come about and it was a little harder financially, but we did not want to lose those settlement offers.

I have nothing but positive things to say about National Debt Relief. They have worked hard for my success. I couldn't be happier with my results. Their customer service is on point and always positive. I am amazed at how quickly they worked with my creditors to come to an agreement.

I'm a widowed mother of 2 and I will admit, the first 6 months with National Debt Relief was tough. Not because of anything they did or did not do, it was because I had to stop paying all of the credit card bills and let them go into collection. I prided myself on my timely payments and my really good credit score (although it was dropping to do my debt ratio being high) and watching it go down to "awful" was really hard. However, after that, NDR was able to get hook me up with a bank to get me a loan to pay off the negotiated settlements on my accounts so I can start building my credit again, and saved me thousands of dollars. I would estimate my savings at around 50% of the original debt. My advice would be to hang in there and stay the course... it does get better and I have no regrets for signing up.

I was in the middle of going through paperwork for divorce and I had racked up a bunch of credit card debts because my ex was constantly sick and constantly needing things. I came across National Debt Relief online and it was sketchy at first. But when I called them, I talked to a very sweet soft-spoken gentleman and he helped me out. He also reassured me everything was within a budget and there was nothing to be concerned about. He sent pamphlets through my email and we went over them together. When we were done with a page, he would ask me right then and there if I had any questions. Then we went on to the next pages. He would ask me to tell him how I was understanding things and I would try to explain to him how I thought the process was working. If I didn’t have a clear understanding of it, he’d walk me through it again and made sure I had a clear understanding before the conversation was over.

Settled with the first of six creditors, much faster than expected. Very pleased. Could not have done this by myself, I don't have the knowledge or expertise that they do and I am grateful for that. Maybe someday I can find a way to pay them back for all their help. Many thanks.

The National Debt Relief is the company to help. In four years they have worked to reduce our debt and set up payments for our creditors. It's through a saving account with them that you accrue the monies to pay your debt off. Our credit scores have risen and we are almost done. I recommend them highly.

My questions were addressed clearly and thoroughly. Solutions to problems were offered in a direct but not pressuring way. Assistance was prompt and conversations were to the point. All explanations were direct and clear. I felt I was dealing with people who represented themselves and their organization accurately.

National Debt Relief seemed to have a good reputation. A big company can get things done so I sought their assistance with my credit card debt. I used them to lower the payment to the credit cards. If I have a concern their reps answer the questions. The only thing I was a little bit dissatisfied with was the amount they charged me. They really didn't disclose that it was 21% so it seemed a little higher than it should be. But other than that they seemed to be good. They don't pay anything off unless you tell them. I've been able to pay off two major credit cards and I've only been with them for about six to eight months.

This has been a great experience for me. They take all the stress out of my situation and work with my creditors so I don't have to. I have called with concerns about collection notices and they handled everything as well as answer my questions. I would recommend them to anyone in a difficult situation trying to get out of debt.

National Debt Relief was the least expensive over other companies. They provided me with a loan relief since I want to get out of debt. The enrollment process wasn’t too complicated. They just asked me a couple of questions pertaining to my financial situation and they got a bunch of personal information. They also got my credit report then they went from there. The negotiator called to ask me if I want to make a settlement with the creditors. And then they gave me some advice about it whether I should do it or not. They were really good at getting settlements. Everything was straightforward. I’m about a year now in the two-year process and the program works as it has gotten rid most of my debt.

I wanted to get my life back together financially and I got National Debt Relief's service to pay off my credit cards. I went through Google and they came up as number 1. I watched a lot of reviews that made me decide to go with them. They did a good job. I called them and they kept in contact with me all the time and they were patient with me. The rep who I spoke with went over everything with me step by step on my enrollment and I read the whole contract in that.

When my wife and I were looking into how to consolidate our loans and credit cards, she saw the reviews online for National Debt Relief, and she had a good feeling about them. I called the agency, then we asked questions and got the service. I had to give them the contact information for my student loans and other companies that I had debt with, and they told me to update my information with the National Debt Relief P.O. Box and their contact information. I was told to direct the phone calls that I'd be getting to them, and they have staff that is able to manage those types of accounts. Then they set up a private bank account for me where my monthly payments go, and they use this to negotiate with the debt collectors. I’ve settled a couple of small accounts, but the biggest one I have is a few thousand dollars, which I probably would be done with by 2020 or 2021.

I hesitate to give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. There are a few issues with CSR that could improve but the service itself is excellent and I am very happy with the way my debt is being handled.

From the first initial contact the representatives were very friendly and helpful, enabling me to completely understand what it was they were inviting me to do. Each step was clear and the payments easy to make. I am more than satisfied that after one year I will be able to start building my credit rating once again. They enabled me to get a great settlement and I look forward to being debt free in about 2 1/2 years!!

So far to this point is been very good, lots of paper work but the personnel has been very helpful. Good communication how to do what need to be done and how proceed about the creditors, also about the legal matters very informative like I said. Thank for your help to this point.

I had lost my job and I had some credit card debts. I went with National Debt Relief and they asked me how much my debt was and what was my reason for calling them. And then, the rep added up my debt and figured out the payment plan. I had around $21,000 and he told me that it was $250 every two weeks. At that time I was working. I've been in the program for eight months now and the payment plan is still pretty much the same. I would've accumulated around $5,000 and although they had settled a couple of debts, my account was almost zero. I was still making payments on the debts that they had settled so I had some questions about how much fees they were charging. In the beginning, I didn't know it was that expensive.
