I had been trying to get out of debt for at least a year and had been paying more than the minimum balance required, but I was not seeing a dent in what I owed. I started looking at different places that could help. I looked at personal loans to see if that was a good option, but it seemed like that was just gonna make things worse for me and my wife. National Debt Relief laid everything out - how much I owe, what I was potentially gonna pay, and my monthly payment to them. They also told me how they were getting paid. Everything was right out in the open and it was clear that it was gonna be the fastest route to getting out of debt.

The process was really easy and the explanation that they gave me was easy to understand. It’s helps to know that I will be well taken care of. I felt comfortable and happy for what’s ahead to come. And thank you, National Debt Relief. Great work.

Everyone was very patient, as I ask a lot of questions. They were transparent, honest and I was able to verify their answers. The first person I called a few months ago was so kind but we just weren’t ready to take the step yet. We decided on Saturday that we were ready and this is where we needed to go. The first person here that my husband called told us our only option was to file bankruptcy and that was heartbreaking but then he called back and got Dan. Dan was there for us 100%. He has answered tons of my questions, got us together on three way calls to make my life easier and just went above and beyond in every way. I got financially in debt with credit cards. I looked National Debt Relief up on Better Business Bureau, looked up their site and read what they had to offer. I felt better with NDR than some of the other companies, so I went with them. The rep whom I worked with explained everything well enough to me. I was told what their reps would do and that the process could take 24 to 36 months. They said they would keep me informed if anything comes up. Now, I am about 43% complete with the process and they've settled several of the accounts already. If my friends ever have financial problems with their credit card, I would recommend National Debt Relief, just for the fact of what they've done for me.

Edward, my account contact was so extraordinarily patient with me. He answered every question directly. He was sympathetic and honest when addressing my concerns and my panic in accepting the fact that I KNEW I needed help. He was strongly stating the truth but was not pushy.

I had too much debt so I reached out to National Debt Relief and they've been good. I tried two other debt settlement companies, but National was quicker and they got everything done quickly. Enrolling with them was easy. So far, their program has been working well. Everything was the way they said it was gonna be. I even spend less money than what they told me I was gonna spend. At this point, I've been with them for three years and we already have two settlement offers. The reps have always been there when I had any questions and they always keep me up-to-date with whatever is going on, such as if there are any offers on the table or if they need something from me. For the quality of service that I receive from National, the cost is fair and it is affordable. Working with them is a good way to pay off my debts without worrying because these are all settled in one payment so the process is easier.

Thereafter, they've been taking the 16th month out of my check and paying off different debts and credit cards. I've been in the process for over a year and my reps have been very nice. They have negotiated some of my credit cards and long debts for me. I would refer friends to them.

Great customer service. Both reps were very knowledgeable and professional. The reps made me feel very at ease with the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was very pleased with my encounter. Since I have never considered a debt consolidation option before, this was very helpful.

I hurt my back and I was missing a lot of work, which led to back payments. First, I was with another company and they didn’t calculate the payments right. I couldn't put money in the bank but my money was disappearing. They were supposed to lower my payments but it got way out of hand. So I got in contact with National Debt Relief from a guy I work with. I just called NDR and told them my hardship story and they accepted me. Your agent are very helpful and take the time to explain in detail. Especially Theodore ** who did the lion’s share of our contract. He is not only knowledgeable, but also very patient. As an older citizen, I appreciate your company's attitude of being helpful and explaining everything.

Your people were very helpful and explained the project and what all that would be happen if I did not follow through and how the law works and how the payments are made. Then in the end they show you how to rebuild up your credit again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful in explaining the National Debt Relief program and how it works. Even though my credit score may be lowered this is a better outcome for me to honor my debt to creditors. At the age of 70 and physical limitations I may only have a few hrs left to work as a waitress. So by joining NDR I can relieve me of meeting my obligations to creditors and incurring additional page fees and interest.

I have just entered the program, and as of yet I do not have any real time experience with the program. But from my introduction and welcoming to the program, I am very pleased and excited with my experience from the National Debt team.

National Debt Relief was highly recommended online and one of my other Marines had worked with them before, so I just went off of his recommendation. They were always very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they were very accommodating with me on my schedule which was important because I didn’t have access to phones and internet where I work. And anytime they would call me during business hours, they would always be leaving me voicemails. They had me sign over a power of attorney so that they could deal with the debtors on my behalf. Then, they had me set up a savings account to put money into so that they could pull money out to be able to pay those creditors as needed. They looked at my credit, found everything that was in collections and they were able to work with me to get all of those creditors paid off.

I was having a really hard time trying to catch up with a lot of my credit card debts. I would be paying off the minimum, then between the time that I would pay it off and when I would receive my paycheck, there was always an overdraft fee or some fees, so I was never really making any progress and I was always stuck. National Debt Relief was one of the first debt relief companies that I saw and they have been good to me. I had to print out a bunch of documents to sign, and it would let them know my financial situation. I talked to them about all the details about my financial situation, why I needed it and what I was trying to do to gain financial freedom.

I was starting to swim in debt and I didn’t have money for groceries. I didn’t have any kind of emergency money if something happened. I was about $70,000 in debt and I was robbing Peter to pay Paul. I saw National Debt Relief on Facebook. I also went to Consumer Affairs and I found that they had a really good reputation so I contacted them. I thought giving my creditors as much money as I could, given what their discussions with them or negotiations with them, would be better than not giving them anything at all. I spoke with a young man, to begin with, and explained to him what was going on. He took the information about what my debt to income ratio was. So he said that I definitely met the criteria for assistance. He explained what the process was and it was very smooth.

I would recommend National Debt Relief. I went online and checked out that they were ranked high. The enrollment was simple and so far, they've been good. They've been following up on the debts that I owe and I've already paid two of my creditors.

UPDATED 08/07/2019: Now, we're about halfway into the program and it has been good. We give them so much money a month and they take care of the outstanding bills. We just have to pay our normal, everyday bills. If something comes up with one of the companies or they wanna make a deal, NDR would call to let us know what it is and see what we think. When we ask NDR, they tell us what they think. If the settlement needs a little bit more than what's in our account, they'll try to push the client's offer a couple of months so they can build it up or if we wanted to try to pay the difference, we could. They're very good and truthful. Plus, if we call them, they answer.

I have a lot of credit card debt. I did a little bit of research on companies and it seemed that National Debt Relief was the best bet. I'm halfway through the consolidation process with them and it is working out really well. Their reps have been really helpful and they have answered all my questions either by phone or by email. It works!! We owned a business that when the economy went down we had to use credit cards to keep the business open during the slow time. Thinking we could pay off the credit cards in the summer but then the summer didn't get as busy as it normally would and we just kept getting into more and more debt. We got into $55,000 worth of debt and we would pay about $5000 a year in payments but didn't see much of a decrease in our principal balance. So I hear of this company and thought I'd give it a try because it couldn't make it worse that's for sure. We wanted to pay off our debt but, felt like we were getting now where. We have been with National Debt Relief for 2 years now and it has lifted so much stress off our backs and they have settled over 65% of our debt. They have been wonderful to work with and they take care of it all. They are amazing and have awesome customer service.

Getting life back and out of debt credit card wise. Was a very easy going process, to start especially with a non-computer person that I am. Very helpful, will see how process works before I can request others to use. But so far quite happy there's a alternative to chapter 13.

Company customer service was very informal and helpful. I was detailed about every action and step in the process of my consolidation. My payments were low and affordable based on my income and affordability. Excellent representative communication over the phone, helping me to understand what steps will take place and what I must do to keep my consolidation afloat.

Updated on 03/26/2021: At the very beginning when we were told to move all our contact information from the credit cards over to national debt relief’s phone number and email, I dragged on that for a week. That should be over emphasized. It would make people's lives easier if they get this changed immediately before they enroll or as they're enrolling into the program. It would relieve some of those angry phone calls from the creditors. Once I got it enrolled, I was not able to go in and change it on one of the credit cards, so I had to keep receiving the communication.

The representatives were very empathetic. They explained every detail of what to expect. They were patient and answered all of my questions. At the end of the enrollment process, I already felt a load had been lifted. Thank you National Debt Relief.

I have too much debt. I saw an ad from National Debt Relief on my computer and decided to use them. The enrollment took a week and a half and it was easy. They worked with me on my payment plan very well. My negotiators were also very informative and they explained everything. National Debt Relief is now doing my monthly payments and bargaining with my creditors and they are doing a fine job. They are a very good company. They have made my life a lot better and now I have less stress.

I got too many debts. In fact, I got a $10,000 credit card debt. I called National Debt Relief and their call center worked with me. The enrollment process was easy. I got something from a vendor that said we're paying it off. I faxed it to NDR and their reps confirmed it with an email saying they received it. NDR's reps are friendly and they get to the point. They don't waste your time. So far, we're halfway through and it's a slow process. My credit went downhill and I can't even get a loan now. I was 720 before it started and now, I'm down to 500. But they're working on some of our debtors.

Both Andrew and the gal I spoke to on the Welcome call have been wonderful to make sure I am well informed. Made sure I didn’t have any questions. I’m really glad I choose the company to work with for this.

I need NDR's service because I have credit card debt. I signed up with a pretty much standard program where I make monthly payments over a specified amount of time and my debt will slowly get paid off. Enrolling was easy but understanding where I go from there has not been. Since signing up, I have received calls twice that a settlement has been presented and the first time, it was nice because it was just information that I had to agree to and they sent in the payment. But the next time, I was told about the settlement but NDR said they needed more money to be able to do it. I was not told upfront that they would randomly call and ask for extra money. I had to send in about $600 to be able to get that settlement to clear that card off but I told them not to ever do that again because it caught me. But when taxes came back I looked up and happened to have the money.

This was not an easy realization that I needed assistance with my debt. I decided to contact National Debt Relief to see what options I had. After speaking with Roy the decision was easy. He is very caring and understanding and takes the time to completely analyze your information and explain everything in detail. Roy made the process very easy. Thank you!
