I'm really impressed with National Debt Relief. My daughter is going through it and she saw me choking every month trying to meet all the bills. It's been affecting my health badly. I couldn't stand it any longer, so she and I went through the process, and it was great. I don't feel bad as used to in the beginning because I had one of them call one of the creditors who was calling me constantly. We’re in such a place of needing someone to help us and National Debt Relief has definitely done that so far. We’re only about six months in, and I’ve been thoroughly pleased with everything that they’ve helped us with. Initially, I googled and looked at some of the ratings that National Debt Relief had and I also have a friend who knew of a friend that had gone through National Debt Relief. And so, that was more reassuring for me as well. We’ve had to make a couple calls to our negotiator because last month, we had some car trouble that was an unforeseen expense that we didn’t have so we had to stop a payment. And the negotiator told us that they don’t recommend it but also knew the money situation.

I started the program with NDR to get rid of my debts while not doing bankruptcy. I wanted to figure out how I could pay my debts in a timely manner, and I came across NDR and called them. They're very lenient and nice. Moreover, they worked with me. I talked with several of their reps, and they're not like most people who are just trying to collect money. They always verbalized and showed their concern. They sympathized with my situation and helped to make sure I could stick with the plan or make some kind of payment.

We didn't know what to do about our debt problem, the creditors had our credit score down so low we couldn't take out a loan. So we called NDR. So excited to get started and FREE our future! Thanks!! I’ve been making payments to NDR since November. They have made me aware that one of the creditors I owe is willing to negotiate. I’m excited and happy. It’s starting to look like there is a light the end of the tunnel.

Keith was very helpful on explaining the program to me and helped me understand more about the benefits. He had time for me and his follow through was on-point. My only suggestion is that the Welcome call (done by another person) not be so robotic by reading off of scripts. A Welcome Package should be sufficient.

Service was great until we were served court papers on my Discover Card. I’m trying to find an updated status, I get the “runaround” when calling in, and every layer of security has me repeating myself and my information, when all I want is an update to know it’s being handled or if I have to handle it myself. If I get nowhere in the next 48 hours, we are leaving the program; bag of **.

Yesterday I made a very important decision... to do something about my financial status. Now I was and still is current with my creditors., but realized at my age (75) there are more important issues in life than having a great "credit score". That said, I contacted NDR just to see what could be done for my situation. I was treated with respect and the "agents" guided me through the process with patience and courtesy. I was very apprehensive to start this program but was assured that this was going to get me where I wanted to be. I was someone who had to pay every bill on time and checked my score daily so it gave me a lot of anxiety to let those things go. After a few months into the program and about 5 settlements later I am finally starting to feel some relief! I don't remember the exact number but I was in probably well over 12k in debt and maxed around 5 cards so my min. payments were extremely high and made it so I was paying just so I could keep my debt at a standstill. I heard over the radio of National Debt Relief and decided to go to them since I saw no end in sight to my credit debt problem since the interest got to a level I was working to just pay the extremely high monthly payments. I talked with one of their agents for hours before deciding to go for it and I am extremely grateful I did. It took only 2 years or less to get rid of it all through payments to them. They told me not to talk to them and stop making payments while they settle these for me. It took them only a couple months to come to an agreement with 2 of them.

I was surprised that the card was ready after opening my account. It was a fast service, and it’s perfect location that’s closer to work. I will not need to worry of leaving to work and get to the bank asap.

Wow, what a great experience, only thing was had a great time with Gary **. The first one I talked with he made me feel comfortable. After signing up with NDR I was transferred to another person, she went over the same things as Gary did and was more like a computer voice, needs to be more personal instead of like a Robot. National Debt Relief is easy to work with, and I was able to consolidate my debt. The cost has been good and I wish that I could put more into it so that I can pay the debt down faster. But for what I can afford at this time, I feel they’re working with me on it.

National Debt Relief is consolidating my debt and negotiating with my creditors. Going through the process was obviously not an easy thing for anybody to do but NDR made it very easy and seamless. They walked me through everything and I had very little to do. They legitimately answered every single question that I had and as uncomfortable as I felt going through the process, they didn't make feel like I was a criminal or a bad person. Customer service wise, they were very good. I have worked with Patrick more consistently but every time I've called, I have been able to get somebody on the line and I don't have to start from the beginning. They can literally pick up where I left off with the person that I talked to before.

Updated on 12/21/2018: Working with National Debt Relief has made life a lot easier. We were looking to get done on most of the medical debts, and now, we have two more debts to settle that they are taking care of. They would notify me when they are coming close to a settlement and see if I would okay it. I have to okay everything they do so they can't do anything otherwise. So far, they have always followed through and done what they said they were gonna do, which is a plus. They tell us what's gonna happen, and they're very thorough and considerate. Bill had another surgery at one time and they prolonged the payment for that month. The experience has been very good overall.

It was a very friendly and pleasant conversation, they responded to all questions with appropriate answers. Whenever they had to hang up to process information they promptly called back and didn't keep me on hold for extended periods of time. Overall very good service.

Sara was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and understanding - very reassuring. She was very good at what she did - knew exactly what to say and how to go about helping me - all at the same time very compassionate. Solomon was very much the same - very good at his job. They both were very thorough and comforting. An excellent experience - I was dreading and now so glad that I did.

Jeff was awesome, never pushy and provided great service. Welcome committee was also great and were very patient. Thought this service would be cumbersome and was impressed with the quality of service I received. Recommend this process highly with great representatives.

Ronnie told us during our initial call that we were to change our contact info. for our Chase and Discover card to NDR. On the welcome call we were told by Mona not to do that. So it seemed that someone didn't have their facts straight which prompted us to cancel the call until we could get the right info. Ronnie was most apologetic. As of now everything seems to be in order, however we will see how things go from here.

Workers are happy to answer any questions. Are knowledgeable of information and have good customer service skills. They even ask you if you have more questions after you are done, means they are very transparent in their service. I also like the fact that they send me copies of everything discussed over the phone.

We have had to talk to way to many people and having to discuss Everything over and over and over again is ridiculous, 5 people involved is unnecessary, some are very rude and will not listen to the customer and the person calling for your help, if I would have known I would have had to deal with that many people and like 10 phone calls. I would have gone with another company.
