My experience with NDR was great. Everything went very smoothly and I was approved in no time at all. I was treated with with kindness and respect. Everything was explained in great detail but explained so that I fully understood it all! I would totally recommend this program to a friend!!!

The male operator that I was talking to in my welcome call was not very articulate and many times I wasn't able to fully understand his words. He could have talked at a slower pace to be more coherent. In a separate attempt to have my welcome call, I called last night (1/30/2018) at 8:30 cst and waited on hold until after 9 pm cst - which is what time the welcome center closed.

I was glad to have another debt settled, but I wasn't happy to have to add additional funds to my account to do so. Originally when my account was set up I didn't know at times I would have to add more money. This puts me in somewhat of a bind.

Patient and friendly, the National Debt Relief agent took her time to answer all my questions fully until I had a good understanding of what service they were providing, what my options are, and how much time and resources would be required from me in order to get debt free.

It is early in our experience and the first results are to be in March. A article in the Muncie Star last weekend warned that debt relief agencies are not very effective, we have faith that they are wrong. We are increasingly disappointed that "negotiators" are not getting out front of our cases to settle them and we are getting sued. We have been faithful in the monthly payments that were calculated to be all we needed. However, due to poorly analyzed and implemented negotiations, we have been sued two times and we are being asked to increase our payments because of the these errors. We had to be escalated to a specialist, but even he struggles taking and returning our calls on pending negotiations at the time he promises to return our call (and they says that if he doesnt call, we need to call him... and then he is largely unavailable).

It is a fairly Easy process and pleasant staff. Member services is easy to get a hold of and they’re always available to answer questions. Although it takes a few months to resolve it makes a world of a difference when it comes to Relief and peace of mind.

So far it has been a positive experience working with the NDR staff. I had originally signed up with another company and it all sounded good until I actually read the contract and it had things in it that were the complete opposite of what the representative had said. When I signed up, they said Discover would be the hardest one to settle, and it's never just 50% (usually much higher still owed). Just got an email from them, within 7 months owed over 6k, only owe 3k, they settled quickly, things are looking up. I feel this program will continue to settle all my debts fast and effectively. The last lady I talked to (confirming if I wanted to settle on the amount asking from Discover) was polite, really friendly, and was eager to answer any question I had. I'd recommend this service to anyone really swamped with debt and can't maintain even the minimums card companies ask for.

Joining National Debt Relief was a good moved. They have negotiated some very good terms on my behalf with the creditors that they have so far contacted. One particular creditor they have negotiated with have cut my debt in half. I am thankful because this one company I thought would not want to negotiate at all.

I needed some help in debt consolidation because I couldn’t pay my credit card bills anymore. I kept seeing National Debt Relief in the advertisement plus I got emails from them, so I thought about signing up. Their enrollment process was fairly easy. There was a number on their website and I gave them a call. A gentleman helped me and he had excellent customer service. We had a 30-minute phone call and at the end of it, he emailed me some papers. Then I had to sign them online and send them back.

National Debt Relief had the best reviews so I went with them. They explained all the ins and out, they went through every part of the contract clause by clause and they tried to study it. They were very upfront as well. The enrollment process was thorough but sometimes, I felt that they were a little abrupt. It just depends on who I got. Sometimes I felt they are very well trained but they’re very almost brusque to the point. And some of them weren't as educated as they should've been because one of them said they don't work with some credit unions. But then I found out that they could add them later on because they only don't deal with collateral-based debt. But there was this gentleman who was pretty knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions.

I’ve been with National Debt Relief for about a year and two months now. I pay them monthly and they’re still working on some of my debts. They have settled only two of my debts so far though and it seemed like it’s taking long. One of my debts was for about $9,000 and they got that to drop to around $1,500. I thought that by getting that drop and paying it off, it will reduce my overall balance or make the timeline shorter but it doesn’t seem to have done that. I’m wondering what happens with the $7,000 I’m supposed to save as I’m still making the same amount of payments and it’s still the same time frame. I would have to see the overall once I'm done, how many days was I able to successfully complete and where my money has been. I want to see some accountability. Also, NDR told me that my credit score will drop but then the rates should start to go up. My credit score has dropped so I’m just waiting for it to start going back up.

I wanted to eliminate some unsecured stuff that we have and it led me to seek National Debt Relief’s services. When we did some research, I felt that they were the best one for the job. We signed up for their program and the process was easy and straightforward. Their program removed all the extra stuff that we don’t need and we signed up for their legal team too. In terms of the payment plan, they worked with us to get it to where we needed it and they seemed flexible. The cost in relation to the quality of service was good and it worked out well.

Both agents were very informative and made sure my wife and I knew each step. They explained how our credit report will be negatively impacted during the first half of the program but it will rebound. Both agents were respectful and honest.

So far we have had a great experience with this company. I will say that I wish they would reach out via phone more often, but so far so good. They notify me as soon as a creditor is ready to settle, they also were transparent about the process and how long it would take. Just realized you have already taken over $3000 in fees in 1 year. How much money are you really saving me. Seems every settlement that is less than what is owed you get what I saved as a fee. Are you actually saving anyone any money? Wishing I had found out earlier about how much it was actually going to cost me and I may have gone in a different direction.

I feel really comfortable working with them. It's still in the middle of the process, like my PayPal, for example. It is one of the companies that I owed money from and I have seen online that NDR is paying them. It does not seem like it is a scam in any way. I can't wait to be finished with it because it is a lot, $400 per month, but it is definitely a heck of a lot better than before and it is actually working so I'm confident with it. NDR has been excellent and I would recommend them to others.

National Debt Relief seemed to be straight up and honest. And their people were very polite and understanding. During enrollment, they took my information, and I sent them information on my bills. On the payment plan, they take my money and it goes out to whom they can work and are working with. The program would work better if I had more money to give them, but it has been all right. The cost of their service is fine, and I’m about halfway in the process now. Their legal service has been really good, and they kept me out of court. I had one bill and that creditor sued me and they have been taking care of that.
