Prompt attention, good knowledge of subject and very helpful. Personal interaction a bit rough and impatient on answering questions given that I had no idea of how the program work. Information is very massive to receive over the phone! I was not sure how it compared to a regular Debt Consolidation in which I have a couple of accounts enrolled in.

After lots of homework on debt relief programs, I reached out to NDR. These people truly care about helping resolve your debt. They do not try to hide or disguise anything. They were very upfront and explained exactly how the program works in terms I could understand. For the first time in a year, I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel and I can breathe a little easier today.

So far the enrollment process has been easy. The representatives I talked to have been very good at explaining the program and making sure I understood everything. So far I’m still in the enrollment process, so I am not sure how the rest goes.

I wanted to eliminate some unsecured stuff that we have and it led me to seek National Debt Relief’s services. When we did some research, I felt that they were the best one for the job. We signed up for their program and the process was easy and straightforward. Their program removed all the extra stuff that we don’t need and we signed up for their legal team too. In terms of the payment plan, they worked with us to get it to where we needed it and they seemed flexible. The cost in relation to the quality of service was good and it worked out well.

National Debt Relief had the best reviews so I went with them. They explained all the ins and out, they went through every part of the contract clause by clause and they tried to study it. They were very upfront as well. The enrollment process was thorough but sometimes, I felt that they were a little abrupt. It just depends on who I got. Sometimes I felt they are very well trained but they’re very almost brusque to the point. And some of them weren't as educated as they should've been because one of them said they don't work with some credit unions. But then I found out that they could add them later on because they only don't deal with collateral-based debt. But there was this gentleman who was pretty knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions.

I’ve been with National Debt Relief for about a year and two months now. I pay them monthly and they’re still working on some of my debts. They have settled only two of my debts so far though and it seemed like it’s taking long. One of my debts was for about $9,000 and they got that to drop to around $1,500. I thought that by getting that drop and paying it off, it will reduce my overall balance or make the timeline shorter but it doesn’t seem to have done that. I’m wondering what happens with the $7,000 I’m supposed to save as I’m still making the same amount of payments and it’s still the same time frame. I would have to see the overall once I'm done, how many days was I able to successfully complete and where my money has been. I want to see some accountability. Also, NDR told me that my credit score will drop but then the rates should start to go up. My credit score has dropped so I’m just waiting for it to start going back up.

I needed some help in debt consolidation because I couldn’t pay my credit card bills anymore. I kept seeing National Debt Relief in the advertisement plus I got emails from them, so I thought about signing up. Their enrollment process was fairly easy. There was a number on their website and I gave them a call. A gentleman helped me and he had excellent customer service. We had a 30-minute phone call and at the end of it, he emailed me some papers. Then I had to sign them online and send them back.

Both agents were very informative and made sure my wife and I knew each step. They explained how our credit report will be negatively impacted during the first half of the program but it will rebound. Both agents were respectful and honest.

The customer service representatives are very helpful and kind. That is very important because this is a very difficult time. And they did not make me feel embarrassed that I was in this position. They keep in touch with me so I always knew what was going on with my account.

I found the agent Steven ** very helpful in explaining the process and going through the documents so I was able to understand them. I also found the customer service specialist very friendly and informative. I was not judge for the situation l was in.

So far we have had a great experience with this company. I will say that I wish they would reach out via phone more often, but so far so good. They notify me as soon as a creditor is ready to settle, they also were transparent about the process and how long it would take. This was not my first choice in debt relief but they have been the most hopeful and answered all of my questions.

I called to speak to someone about a matter. I was on hold for about 5 min then they transferred me. I was on hold for more than 10 min. Never got to talk to any one. I hung up. Had to work.

Just realized you have already taken over $3000 in fees in 1 year. How much money are you really saving me. Seems every settlement that is less than what is owed you get what I saved as a fee. Are you actually saving anyone any money? Wishing I had found out earlier about how much it was actually going to cost me and I may have gone in a different direction.

It was a good experience. I had questions and he was great at explaining them. I did express my feelings on the fees they charge of 18%. The business fees are ok. Several other companies have called me with 12,14, and 16 %. But I picked them and will stick with National Debt.

Disappointed that the process wasn’t accurately described. Only one settled so far and I was told three payments would come out. When I called I was told It would come out in one lump sum and had I not called I would never have known. This is not what I agreed to. How will these other debts ever get settled when that large of an amount comes out that early on? I have creditors calling relatives, this process is not what I expected and I feel stuck. Positive note customer service reps are friendly.

The cost of their service is fine, and I’m about halfway in the process now. Their legal service has been really good, and they kept me out of court. I had one bill and that creditor sued me and they have been taking care of that.

I got in over my head with my debt and I got to the point where I was at my max and couldn’t really afford the minimum payment. National Debt Relief took my minimum from $600 a month between all my cards and lowered it to like $400 and are able to consolidate with the companies that I owed money from. Everything has been going great. The reps were all very helpful, able to answer any questions that I had and just been eager to help to get me out of debt. I feel really comfortable working with them. It's still in the middle of the process, like my PayPal, for example. It is one of the companies that I owed money from and I have seen online that NDR is paying them. It does not seem like it is a scam in any way. I can't wait to be finished with it because it is a lot, $400 per month, but it is definitely a heck of a lot better than before and it is actually working so I'm confident with it. NDR has been excellent and I would recommend them to others.

I wish that NDR had been clearer regarding the fees they charge each time something is settled by them and the fact that I think they are rather high. Otherwise I am pleased with their service. I also wish they would try to move with settlement a little faster.

I was supposed to be done with this program on 5/16. Did not know there was one final creditor out there looking to collect. I was reached about the situation and deposited additional funds into my account to have it settled. Months went by, I called several times to see what the hold up was and they stated they were still negotiating the settlement. So January of 2018 rolls around and I still have not heard a thing about my account. I finally called on the 25th of January, I was told that it was the fault of the company as to why it was not settled in an appropriate time frame. They requested that additional funds be deposited into my account to have it settled once and for all. I was really put off by this request, considering that I had already provided the money that they would have needed back in May of 2016 to settle. I was not happy about this in the least bit and that's why I'm giving two stars for the review.

NDR is effective, efficient. Representatives are courteous and helpful. Representatives make regular communications. Reps answer all questions when asked. Not a long wait when calling for help. NDR helps you to get out of debt in a safe and timely manner without having to claim bankruptcy.

I had too many debts and I was up to my neck and I couldn't take it anymore. I looked on the internet and decided to give National Debt Relief’s debt settlement program a try. It was more convenient and I got nothing to lose. I enrolled online then I received a phone call from one of their representatives who was polite and professional. He said that he was going to email me a few papers and all I needed to do was agree or disagree, sign, and email back. It was an easy process.

I had four credit cards and National Debt Relief had already closed three credit card deals with the creditors. And the percentage is even better than what the National Debt has been planning in the beginning. In one of the credit cards, they negotiated around 40%, another one was around 50%, and another one was around 55%. So, all of them were good. National Debt always calls me for everything. From all the research I did, National Debt Relief was ranked number 1 as far as being trustworthy and not a scam, and helping people out. The enrollment process was simple and I did it over the phone. I had to give my personal information and fax in a few signed consent documents. At first, I was a little scared because I’d never done anything like that, but I'm very comfortable working with them and they’ve been wonderful. Customer support is always really nice, helpful and awesome. NDR's negotiator calls me anytime they need anything, which has only been one time when they needed an additional consent form for a certain creditor. As for the payment plan, I got to pick when the payments came out. Automatically, whenever you enroll, you owe less money than you would towards your debt each month. We didn’t have to do too much work on that and it was already a big help just enrolling in it.

I've been happy with National Debt Relief. I googled them and they popped up as one of the people I can go through to consolidate my debts. So, I read their reviews and chose them based on the reviews as opposed to the other companies. Some of the other companies had bad reviews. I called NDR and gave them all of my information then they ran my paycheck and got everything on my credit report. They added everything up to see how much my debt was and then calculated it to plan payments that are suitable for me. They then signed me up, I made my first payment within that week and I'd make payments every two weeks. I wish the payments were lower, though.

We got way too much credit card debt. When the oil field crashed, that hurt and killed us. Enrolling in National Debt Relief's program was easy. I looked at other companies and National Debt Relief was cheaper. It has been great. We paid them money every two weeks and then they just talked to the other people that we owe and tried to get us out of the settlement rate. They already paid three out of our nine creditors. It will probably take three more years to complete the program. I only talked to the negotiator over the phone. He would send me an email then would ask what do I think about the information and that was about it. So far, the program has been pretty good. I will wait to see until the end because we have a friend that used NDR and she said that they didn’t finalize all their stuff. Overall, I would recommend National Debt Relief.

They do exactly what they say, they do help you get out of debt, that is true. Your credit will flat line though. I am not real sure how I feel about that, sweet and sour. Hoping it will get better, not sure how though, it will be a long road!!!
