    I owed a lot of money and National Debt Relief called me, so I decided to give it a try to see how it worked. David, my negotiator, was really nice.     National Debt Relief had the best rating of all the other companies. It was my first time with them and the enrollment process was all good. I was supposed to settle some paperwork the other day but I haven't yet since I was out of town. I have to scan some stuff and send it to them. Their negotiators treat me well. They email me something that has an offer and I either accept or deny it. If the program ends up being what they said it's going to be, I'm good with it. They are to get me debt-free in two and a half years. People should give National a shot. All they can do is help out, it can't hurt.

    I was in a situation where my debt was overwhelming and at that time, I had issues with my income versus my financial situation. So, I went out on the internet and National Debt Relief rated high and I got them to do the job. They provided me with debt reduction mostly on my credit cards. I also had some payday loans that they helped me get out of. I’m halfway through their program. NDR has been able to reduce a significant amount of debt and to get the people taking care of without significant recourse from the other side of things such as my credit report. It is helpful and cost-effective. One of the things that I see in there is that in some instances, their fee is actually more than what they make more of than the people I pay the debt to but that’s a kind of irrelevant because the whole amount is lower.

    The response from their people are good anytime I call and most of it is through emails. NDR’s service is quite good. I just wish they could negotiate the credit score with the credit bureaus and get things removed. Currently, I have an issue where I owe one debt but it’s been sent off to collections and they’re dealing with the original creditor. However, I still have something in collections for that same debt on my credit report and there’s no help in that aspect.

    National Debt Relief is helping me settle my debt. I cut up my credit cards and I'm trying to get out of debt. The length of time is going to be based on what I put in.     When I first spoke to John on the phone and he explained what NDR does, I was a little suspicious and it was hard to concentrate because my mind was trying to comprehend what this means to my relationship with my debtors, as I have worked so hard to keep my credit rating good by making my payments on time. John was so patient with me and spent a lot of time on the phone, sometimes having to repeat things so I could understand.     National Debt Relief has one of the best ratings so I thought of giving them a call. I was approved and I gave them all my debt and all of my hardships. The process for enrollment was fairly easy but it was a little overwhelming because I was in a very tough situation. First, it unravels and was kind of stressful. It was hard going through this six months of collectors calling me non-stop and letting my account go completely delinquent. It was a very intense moment and I would just try to sit down and forget about it and move on with my day.

    They put me over to a loan company. They gave me a high-interest loan that would pay them off. That way I’ll have more money to will and deal with and make my settlements quicker. It is less than what I would have had them originally. Even though I didn't want to have a high-interest loan, I jumped at the chance just to get rid of the stress which was just insane and embarrassing.

    The negotiators I’ve worked with were very nice, knowledgeable and very prompt as they always answer quickly. It was comfortable working with my them. They walked me through it if I had questions. There was a time when I was just waiting and they said it would take time and that they couldn't settle until I have that money in my account. I was trying to deal with the calls and I was just waiting to have money. NDR reached out to me to check if everything was okay and if I was still making payments even though I wasn’t calling them.

    NDR’s service is fine. I never had to sit down and added up the cost of what I was paying. It’s like $10 a month so, I'm okay with it. It's not big of a deal. The only thing that I hated about it was the phone call system. I got consolidated before and I didn't have to go delinquent. That was kind of weird thing for me and it was not what I was expecting. It was so, so stressful. But that's over now so, I'm a little better and they have settled all my accounts now. As they settled, they kept in contact with me then they started me with my payment. We do automatic payments. It’s little less than what I was making with just minimum payments to all these different places.

    At this point, I'm still making my payments. But it’s definitely a huge relief of not having that hang over my head. I have to work on rebuilding my credit now. I’ve been with National Debt Relief for about eight months. I am hoping that I will rebuild my credit three years from and I'll be all right. During all the stressful situation, my brother called me and asked me about it but he said that what I did was not worth it. But for me, it was worth it.

    In a lot of the reviews, everybody kept mentioning National Debt Relief and I also liked how their website looked better than anything. It looked like they had all the stuff altogether. The enrollment process was simple and easy. It took about a week to get all the right papers and get all of that signed. But that’s normal with anything like that and I was doing it over the phone too. I got $39,000 in debt and I stopped paying all the bills. I let National Debt Relief start handling my bills and I changed all my information to them so the creditors would call them. I have been with the program since June 16th of last year and we've already resolved a bit over $10,000 in debt. They originally said that I have four years to do this program but I'm already a quarter of the way there. I hope it takes four years at the most as long as all the creditors cooperate with what we are trying to do.

    At first, the creditors called all the time. That was before I could get everything changed over. There were some banks that were relentless in calling and I answered the phone four or five times. I told them not to call, but they still did, and eventually, I got a little frustrated. I became a little snob with them and I called National Debt Relief to make sure that was okay. The gal was really nice and she was surprised that I even answered the phone that many times.

    I make bi-weekly payments to National Debt Relief. But one time, a creditor popped up and we didn’t want to wait to lose the offer so I had to pay an extra $220 one pay period, which was fine. But that may be something they want to mention when they explain the whole process to the customer. But other than that, their process has been straightforward. Every time they've had a resolution, they have sent me an email and then called me right away. They would give a verbal and we would move on. Anytime I’ve had a question, I would call them and they would given me the answer in five minutes.

    National Debt Relief does all the dirty work for me. I've looked through the little portal for the website and I can see the fees that I’ve paid them, and they’re worth it to me. I had one debt with Walmart which was $4,400 and we settled it for $1,600. I'm taking years of payments off for paying them an extra $700 and that’s fine with me. I'm starting to see progress and it has given me a little relief. I still have got a long way to go but I feel safe. In the beginning, it was a little nerve-wracking just taking bills and throwing them out right away and. I was not even paying them essentially but once I got the rhythm of it and National Debt Relief made that first call saying they settled something, I started to feel a little more comfortable.

    Deciding to work with National Debt Relief was one of the best things that my wife and I could have done, and I've already told five people about them. If you have debts that you can’t handle, give them a call. The worst case is you’d say it’s not for you and then you move on. But with NDR, I can call one day and stop the whole program, and whatever money is invested, I can get it back. It's nice knowing that that option is there. I don’t feel stuck anymore.

    We had some changes in our life that resulted in some medical bills and a change of jobs, and we accrued some debt really quickly over a short period of time. We knew we didn't want to file bankruptcy, and we wanted to be responsible for as much of it as we could, but we couldn't get our head above water. We looked up National Debt Relief, and from our research, they were the highest rated in terms of positive feedback. We called a few people and after talking to those guys, we felt like the company was number one. The way they were structured was easier and it was very transparent.

    They were good about working with us. They asked what would work best for us and let us set up the payments on either bi-monthly or monthly, and we could choose the dates when they came out. We set up a bank account that we paid into, and then they negotiated and paid off the debts from that bank account. They switched us a bit and this worked out really well. National Debt Relief also contacted Liberty Lending who created a high-interest loan for us, and then they used that money to pay off those debts. We were able to pay Liberty Lending who helped us, so it allowed us to rebuild our credit. National Debt Relief negotiated all of our debt down 50%, and all of our creditors have been paid off, thanks to the loan from Liberty Lending. We had about 50% of the total amount that we ended up being responsible for, and we had about 50% of that paid off.

    I felt really comfortable working with these people at National Debt Relief. We were notified by either phone or by email when they had reached a settlement, and usually, we can approve it by clicking on a button in the email, or by going to our account and approving it there. The only complaint that we had was that when we first started, everything was very prompt and we would get responses to our emails or questions literally within four hours. However, over the last few months, it took a few days before we got a response. I had heard or saw that a few other folks had said that too, but National Debt Relief always got back to us, so it wasn't really a big deal. The response time would be the only thing I'd change.

    National Debt Relief is a cool service. They gave us information for our creditors to call, and they gave us some instructions as to how to handle our creditors and what to tell them if they call. Basically, we are just sending the creditors right back to National Debt Relief, so a lot of stress was taken out of the whole repayment situation for us. The cost of their service caught me off guard a bit, but it was my fault because I really didn't do the Math. When we finished up the program and we got the loan, the cost to do business with National Debt Relief was about the same amount as what we have left to pay on our loan. But that being said, National Debt Relief still ends up a very positive experience. Their team has always been very helpful, clear, and polite. If a friend asks us about National Debt Relief, we'd tell them to go for it.

    The negotiators I spoke with from National Debt Relief explained everything. They sent everything through email and also sent hard copies to my mail in case I couldn't print it out. At that time, I could pay my bills, but I had no money left. I literally was broke at the end of the month. So they took into account my take home and then my debt, and they made it very reasonable. My payment is almost $700 lower than it would have been had I continued paying off my credit card. They paid up a lot of money for me. They consolidated all my debt and they’ve taken care of everything. I don't get phone calls anymore. I don't get bills in the mail either. They just take the money right out of my account every payday and I don't have to worry about it.

    Right now they have already paid off three of my cards, and it hasn't been a year yet. As a result, I have extra money now. I can buy food among other things. They've released a lot of money so that I'm able to take care of myself and not have to worry about these bills getting any time and my credit rating dropping. Overall, National Debt Relief has gone above and beyond on what they said they were going to do. My expectations were very low but they completely exceeded it. In addition, they didn't make me feel bad about my situation. They didn't talk down to me or anything like that. They made me feel like they understood where I was coming from. Plus every time I call, I get a person right away and they're so understanding. They're very quick about everything. Nothing false. I love them and I would recommend them to anybody.

    There were a lot of things that rolled my debt, and the one main thing which hurt my finances was the sickness I was going through, paying doctor bills. I would sit and pay all my credit cards at the time and one of my biggest cards was a Home Depot, which I was going to pay through before that card went into default because if I went to default, I would get kicked with some more interest. I had everything on a deferred interest for two years and the income tax was late that year. I missed the pay day a couple of weeks, and they put all that interest on me. There was no way I could pay this stuff, so I sought out National Debt Relief, and I told them that we needed to get the program to work for me. The enrolment process was really easy. I was paying them $380 at first, but before I came to the program, I was paying $500.

    NDR would send me something when the account got settled and I'd agree to it, even though I really didn’t understand. That's something for them to really sit down and look at the banks that are feistier and get that prior talk. After I got processed and served them things, it's like, "You know what, they've done take it to the next level." But if they can figure out how not to let it get to that next level, they'd make a lot of money. NDR is a good program if you don’t like to argue with creditors. When it comes down to it, I could almost try to settle these things up myself and save money. But I might as well bite the bullet because, in the end, the creditors got the option to sue you and then it doesn’t matter what company, you're on the line for the debt that you made. I made it about a year before I got sued, after which I went to a lawyer and I talked to him, and I've been trying to settle some of the fees. Bankruptcy was an option for me, but I didn’t want to do it. 

    I brought seven accounts to NDR, and three of them have been satisfied. But NDR must take care of credit cards that are high, like my Home Depot card for which I owed a lot of money before they settle any of the little mess. They should reach out to the large one and then handle the small ones. Getting sued was always a possibility, but I didn’t even get a letter from my creditors, and it was like I didn’t owe anybody. National Debt Relief did that good. I’d tell my friends to go for NDR too because they're going to save you a whole lot of money if you don't get sued.

    Every time I answered a question. She made me feel like a failure for ending up in this financial situation. It was like my ‘hardship’ wasn’t good enough to be on her list. She didn’t even work up the median test for Chapter 7 (which I had taken and passed) and her fee to help me file Chapter 13 - and pay my creditors 100%- was $4250! (BTW, with Chapter 13 the funds are withdrawn from your paycheck so your employee finds out!)     We kept trying to pay our credit cards, but the more we tried to take care of them ourselves, the further behind we seemed to get. I did some research on different companies and National Debt Relief was the best one I could find. We put our information in on their website, and they called us and talked to us about it. They set you up with an account where you put money into it every two weeks or every month, depending on how you schedule it, and as the money builds up in the account and as they work on getting deals with creditors, they pay off your accounts. When they get a new deal or when one creditor is paid off, they call or email us and let us know. They have answered every question I've had, and I am very comfortable working with them. We are six months in the process, and it will probably take three and a half years. The cost of the program is good, and National Debt Relief has cut down a number of phone calls I get from creditors.

    I was handling all the debt from my divorce. I had credit card issues I needed to address and I didn’t know what I was going to do. I thought I was going to lose my house and everything. I checked National Debt Relief and they were a BBB bet and they seemed the most constant group to work with so, I got them to help me. I gathered what type of credit cards I owed in debt and talked to them to see if I was going to save enough money because I was in a bad situation monthly wise. They looked into it and told me what I was going to pay, what would work for me and how it could possibly take. They were very upfront with me.

    NDR also made sure I could afford the payment plan and that it was going to be susceptible to pay off my credit cards in a shorter period of time to avoid bankruptcy, which was the last resort. They said that bankruptcy lasts seven years. That’s going through courts and I'd never know what’s really going to come out of that.

    I’ve had difficult payments but still, I’m going to pay it off in three years so that’s four years faster than what bankruptcy would’ve gone through. I’ve always been very conscientious about my credits score. They also told me from the get-go that my credit score is going to drop but eventually, it will get back up and it’s a lot faster than bankruptcy. The negotiators were able to negotiate small settlements for the credit cards and they would send me an email or contact me by phone. I then paid once they told me what the settlement amount was. They’ve always been very clear with me and they let me know when it’s going to be paid off.

    I like their willingness to work with me to make sure I was able to afford my bills and still try to pay out the debt. They’re very responsive to my questions and made me feel a lot more comfortable about the situation. They showed me that the program is working and it just takes a little time to start off but eventually, I'd start getting closer payoffs. I had started paying off credit card debts that I didn’t think was going to be possible. I’m about halfway in the process now and the quality of the service I've received has been very well. I don’t know where I would be. I could be without a house, without a car, but they really helped me.

    Was asked for more money, which I do not have. I'm still a month behind on my mortgage and truck payments so if I do ever come up with any extra cash it will have to go to the mortgage company. My electricity PG&E was allowed a 21 percent increase. My S.S. Retirement increased 2 percent and most of that went to medicare increase.     My wife lost her job, and we were living on one income which we couldn’t afford. She did a lot of research and found National Debt Relief. She read all the reviews and they were the best one among all the others. Also, the cost of their service is good. My wife spoke to some of the people that worked with us, and she loved the results.     I had a problem with my job and I had no one to pay my debts on my credit card. I researched online and it kept on saying that National Debt Relief was the number one so I decided to go and deal with them. During the enrolment process, signing up was easy. They got a couple of information on all my credit cards and personal information. The rep that I dealt with was very professional, direct, and talked to me exactly what it was that I needed to hear.
