I recently signed up with NDR and have not yet gotten into the real credit problems I face with creditors. So far, NDR has been very easy to work with and very helpful. If they live up to what they're promising, the overall experience should be very positive. I have primarily dealt with two people, and they have been professional and very helpful. This experience has relieved a lot of stress in my life, but I know there are challenges ahead. I feel comfortable calling NDR at any time, as I know my questions will be answered. Hopefully, they won't stray from their promises. I have put a lot of trust in them.

Everybody has been very helpful thru this process. Customer services was very informative and answered all the questions that we presented them. I was advised during the enrollment process and after signing a 6 page document that NDR would be acting on my behalf to settle my debts. Now, the next day, that is no longer the case. The documents that I signed yesterday I was giving NDR the authorization to call my creditors. Now, I need to sign a power of attorney??? This is after the fact. This was not reviewed on the telephone. I want out of this. Four to six months before NDR does anything? Now I am being told that my accounts need to go into delinquency. I was advised not to pay them directly. So you have me in the worst position. This program is not what you advertised.

Everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt a sense of relief from the first call. I am hopeful this will be the best decision I have made. So far I am completely satisfied by the customer service I have received. I look forward to completing the program with a debt free future.

As for now the two people I have spoken to treated me with kindness and respect, answered all the questions I had, now I just hope everything works out. Thank you to my both helpers, my daughter told me I should’ve done it cause it won’t work but I believe in Nathan ** that it will work for me.

When joining your program, the customer service people that signed me up were courteous, professional and sympathetic with my situation. They contacted me precisely when they said they would, and all the emails and documents were helpful and very relevant to the process.

I was in a situation where I needed some help and direction, so I searched and I found that it was some concern that National Debt Relief has experience in. Their enrollment process was very smooth and very transparent. I understood all the problems that may come along and I was able to make an educated decision. I also understood that this is something that comes with a lot of responsibility in terms of making on time all that installments that I have to do for having enough money in the account so that NDR would be able to negotiate a settlement for me. That was explained to me upfront and they gave me an average of around 40 months to complete the program.

You guys are great. I wish I would of found you guys sooner. The service was ABSOLUTELY hands down the best customer service I ever had. The help I get is so amazing and everything is great. They help come up with a plan to pay off my debt.

Was good person. Talked super fast. When asked question was knowledgeable but talked little too fast and not really clear sometimes. Also was late on appointment and took longer than was told. Overall good. Also wasn’t able to complete form since was driving. When enrolling was told debt relief helps between 4-6 months but then was told take 4-6 months for settlement.

I would definitely recommend NDR. They are very helpful and transparent with all clients. Myles was very understanding and very thorough. The welcome call was definitely helpful in finalizing everything. I just started this process and already have a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

Be Very Careful... Document and record everything. They don't disclose everything and you find out as you go along which can cost you more. Even when you tell them you are not available for calls during specific hours they ignore it and your emails and call several times so they can give you more BS and patronize you. Do not trust what they tell you that's for sure.

The bills got out of control. Although I wasn’t behind and getting collection calls, I was just making monthly minimums. I was robbing Peter to pay Paul. We needed to consolidate and National Debt Relief had good reviews. I called in and the gal was very helpful. She walked us through everything and set up a payment plan. They asked me what my budget was and worked out the payment plan as far as time and length of payment.

My experience has been nothing but a sigh of relief once everything was explained and a final set of deposits of a reasonable amount was determined, I gladly accepted their terms and help. The initial experience to join National Debt Relief was fine but the welcome call was absolutely ridiculous. I told them I would call them but they kept calling for a "welcome call". It needed to be handled all in 1 call or by email. The welcome to the program call was basically reading it all back to me again from a script which was not needed.

I called in because I had received a letter from a creditor and needed to know if it was included in my debt. I got all my questions answered and the attitude from the agent was amazing. This kind of customer service is exactly what you want to have especially when trying to fix your debt.

I was too far behind on my bills and I couldn’t keep up with them. I called National Debt Relief and they seemed like they were all good. Signing up with them was pretty easy. They walked me right through the whole process and they were pretty good. They’ve been setting up everything. I can go online and see what’s going on, and it’s a pretty good deal. I only have one payment a month now instead of eight or nine of them, and it makes life a little easier. Everything went pretty good.

I have tried calling many Debt Relief Programs but really felt secure with National Debt Relief, especially since I saw that they had excellent ratings with Better Business Bureau. It was so hard to start the conversation because I was so embarrassed at our credit but they really made me feel that everything is alright and they were there to support us every step of the way. Company is okay, very much like any settlement company out there these days, but they pay for most of their accreditation such as that A+ BBB rating to attract customers since they appear to be #1. Also, from what I understand, they take advantage of their employees. This company is the example of an old candy apple. Looks great on the outside, but rotten inside.

I only have one concern or complaint. My experience initially was fine, courteous and professional. On my drive home one afternoon I called to provide/confirm some information. The person that answered was not courteous nor professional. In fact, that person was condescending and rude. I ended the call by telling the young lady that I no longer wished to speak with her. Now, it was towards the end of a work day and people tend to not care as much. But after all, it's not a free service and made to feel like you're less than is the last thing a person needs during a crisis. National Debt Relief does provide a good service and follow through. I am hoping that my negative experience is not repeated upon someone else.

Everything is done quick and rushed. That's maybe good for business, but you are dealing with somebody's debt that is over $60,000.00. That person would like to know what is being done to get this settled. I wasn't really informed about the threatening calls that we will be receiving from the credit card company. Not sure how we are going to handle those. Hopefully we won't get sued either. We are not paying for the court fees, those will be on you.

As soon as I was able to talk to a representative I felt that he was willing to help me and being able to get out of the financial hole I'm in is really important to me. They seemed to want to help and explained every aspect of the process very well.
