So far I have had great experience with the agent that I have talked to... he was helpful & give accurate info. I am excited to start this process of becoming debt free, this seems like a good program that will help me achieve that goal.

Started my research this morning and by the end of the day we had a plan. They were very thorough... answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I will hopefully be leaving another review in four years when we are debt free. Thanks National Debt Relief!

I've been with National Debt since last July 2017, I'm still receiving bills and I just received a letter yesterday I'm in a Collections... I don't understand why? One is with Synchrony Bank/Yamaha Powersports. They want a payment sent to Global Credit & Collection Corp, 5440 N Cumberland Ave., STE 300, Chicago IL 60656. $1,190.51.

Every time I answered a question. She made me feel like a failure for ending up in this financial situation. It was like my ‘hardship’ wasn’t good enough to be on her list. She didn’t even work up the median test for Chapter 7 (which I had taken and passed) and her fee to help me file Chapter 13 - and pay my creditors 100%- was $4250! (BTW, with Chapter 13 the funds are withdrawn from your paycheck so your employee finds out!) I called National Debt Relief and was greeted and treated with respect and as someone who really needed some help that they were more than happy to provide. I am going to save around $13,000 and I feel like I remain in control of my situation. They have been awesome.

The enrollment process was fairly easy and went well. Looking forward to making some headway getting out of debt! The representatives explained everything very well. They made it clear that I can call anytime I have a question or concern.

This was a very reassuring process. The stress of being in debt is very overwhelming. Everyone that I talked to was so nice and helpful. I can see a light at the end of this tunnel and I know if there are any questions or concerns in the future, there will be someone to help.

National Debt Relief looked legit and I liked them because they're real people. Signing up with them was hard because it was online via email, over the phone, and involved a whole bunch of faxing back and forth. The whole process of getting fully set up took about two weeks. I went with their settlement and consolidation program, and I worked with multiple different people. They’ve been great and our communication has been good. A payment plan with once a month payment would be great but every other week is the most they could do for me because of my employment situation. All in all, National Debt Relief is helping me out and I believe that they are going to clear my debt.

We kept trying to pay our credit cards, but the more we tried to take care of them ourselves, the further behind we seemed to get. I did some research on different companies and National Debt Relief was the best one I could find. We put our information in on their website, and they called us and talked to us about it. They set you up with an account where you put money into it every two weeks or every month, depending on how you schedule it, and as the money builds up in the account and as they work on getting deals with creditors, they pay off your accounts. When they get a new deal or when one creditor is paid off, they call or email us and let us know. They have answered every question I've had, and I am very comfortable working with them. We are six months in the process, and it will probably take three and a half years. The cost of the program is good, and National Debt Relief has cut down a number of phone calls I get from creditors.

National Debt Relief told me what I needed to do for the enrollment process, then I gathered my documents and gave it to them. They were very patient and it was pretty easy. The negotiator answered all the questions I had and he gave me a couple of days to think about it. It was no pressure. Also, NDR was reasonable and that's something I can afford. NDR's program is going to help me get out of debt. My stress level's down. I just have to be patient and finish this process. It's amazing how much debt you rack up and you'd be trying to work and pay and then you could never get caught up. Some people think that they can do it on their own because some people can. But sometimes, you need a third party to negotiate on your behalf who knows the channels, acts and the process of how to get things lower to pay it off quickly.

The employees were very helpful. Nathan ** was the best. He explained everything to help me get out of debt. I had past credit cards bills I needed taken care of and he and his company negotiated an amount I could afford.

Every person in this company has been courteous and very professional. I felt like all my questions were answered in a professional manner. This is a tough decision to make when I show 100 percent of my payments made on my credit report. I got sick and could no longer work. My SSI check wasn't enough to pay my payments plus try to live. I was looking for help around and I found this company. So far they have been really helpful, now I just hoping to get rid of my debt. They are really fast responses and they also have patience on helping me out. They explain really good what you need to do.

I was advised that it would take up to 6 months to resolve credit issues. We are now at month 8 and only 3 have been resolved one of which was due to me being sued. Almost all the remaining creditors have been turned over to collection agencyies and we are now getting a second surge of collection calls. As I sit on hold with NDR for what is now 11 minutes and building I am growing increasingly frustrated and wonder why it is I trusted you could help instead of going with another company.

The initial application process, review of accounts, initial consent was an easy process. I received a call almost immediately after completing the online application. Throughout the process I had very quick responses to questions and constant guidance. The welcome aboard call was reassuring which consisted a review of my program terms and conditions. I talked to two people and both were friendly and very helpful. They went over everything and answered all questions that needed answered. Everything was explained well and they were both very informative. It was nice to have such great customer service.

I have overall had a good experience so far. The only issues I've had are when given the proposal for the deal with the creditor, the "FEE" was not mentioned which could play a role in accepting the offer. The other is having multiple offers come in so close together I'm not sure which ones would be more prudent to accept. Other than that I would say that everything else has been explained very well.

Sensitive subject for me and I was treated with respect and not shamed for getting myself in some financial trouble. Was treated very respectfully by everyone I spoke too, thank you. Took less time than I thought it would and they took the time to fully explain everything so I had no questions at the end.

A little hard to understand the NDR representatives; but, they are very friendly and helpful. I cannot print out the "Welcome Package" 36 pages or the other package (c. 17 pages). I will be very excited to get out of debt. The credit card companies make a tremendous amount of money from the interest they charge their customers.

So far this has been a good experience. Submitting our information was basically all we needed to do. They will take care of the rest. They are very good and passing on all the information that you will need. It does take some time to get all this information relayed but they will take care of all of that for you.

I am feeling better about the debt being reduced with negotiation. I did try to talk to debtors but the reply was we do not negotiate. Or at least reduced their interest. I am appreciate this program. I live on social security. Which is a very low amount. So thanks for the settlements.

Phone calls made to me where outstanding. Would prefer the welcoming call concerning e-mails were made in the evening. Would have been better if made during the time when a person is home and not at work. All phone calls were professional with your employees and took time to make sure the call was understood and if any questions. Top was how knowledgeable your employee were.

I was handling all the debt from my divorce. I had credit card issues I needed to address and I didn’t know what I was going to do. I thought I was going to lose my house and everything. I was under the impression that you took over my credit card accounts but an auto payment came out and I was never told to stop all auto payments. Now I'm paying your agreed payments and still on my debt that you took over. On the other hand the team members were very professional and helpful.

The representative seemed to truly understand my needs and truly care to help ease my situation. She really empathized with me and did not make me feel as though my situation was beyond help. She reassured me that they would do everything possible to help me and made sure to inform me of all the various ways the representatives are available to help and answer questions or concerns. I really breathed a sigh of relief once I was finished speaking with the representative.

Was asked for more money, which I do not have. I'm still a month behind on my mortgage and truck payments so if I do ever come up with any extra cash it will have to go to the mortgage company. My electricity PG&E was allowed a 21 percent increase. My S.S. Retirement increased 2 percent and most of that went to medicare increase. So I'm not happy at all when National Debt Relief wants to gouge me for more money too.

The male operator that I was talking to in my welcome call was not very articulate and many times I wasn't able to fully understand his words. He could have talked at a slower pace to be more coherent. In a separate attempt to have my welcome call, I called last night (1/30/2018) at 8:30 cst and waited on hold until after 9 pm cst - which is what time the welcome center closed.

I was glad to have another debt settled, but I wasn't happy to have to add additional funds to my account to do so. Originally when my account was set up I didn't know at times I would have to add more money. This puts me in somewhat of a bind.

We are increasingly disappointed that "negotiators" are not getting out front of our cases to settle them and we are getting sued. We have been faithful in the monthly payments that were calculated to be all we needed. However, due to poorly analyzed and implemented negotiations, we have been sued two times and we are being asked to increase our payments because of the these errors. We had to be escalated to a specialist, but even he struggles taking and returning our calls on pending negotiations at the time he promises to return our call (and they says that if he doesnt call, we need to call him... and then he is largely unavailable).

When I signed up, they said Discover would be the hardest one to settle, and it's never just 50% (usually much higher still owed). Just got an email from them, within 7 months owed over 6k, only owe 3k, they settled quickly, things are looking up. I feel this program will continue to settle all my debts fast and effectively. The last lady I talked to (confirming if I wanted to settle on the amount asking from Discover) was polite, really friendly, and was eager to answer any question I had. I'd recommend this service to anyone really swamped with debt and can't maintain even the minimums card companies ask for.

Joining National Debt Relief was a good moved. They have negotiated some very good terms on my behalf with the creditors that they have so far contacted. One particular creditor they have negotiated with have cut my debt in half. I am thankful because this one company I thought would not want to negotiate at all.

It was a very easy process to enroll. They were straightforward and very comprehensive, but they made sure I understood what to expect. I was relieved and assured that this will save me $16,000 on interest fees. I also liked that they give me the option to opt out at any time if I would like.
