    I'm not one to usually write about my experience with anything, but I have to say I feel so much better after making my choice to move forward with NDR. I lost my job of 8 years in May 2017 and took a position in July with a huge pay cut. Thought I was doing the right thing by paying the minimum monthly payment and just sucking it up and dealing with my debit, embarrassed to ask for help (only drowning myself more) I finally reached out to NDR (after looking into other options and nothing resulting that would benefit or help me).

    My NDR rep Luis ** was more than helpful with providing lots of information about NDR. After many phone calls (because I wasn't sure) Luis was very patient and understanding. Told me it was my choice and gave me assurance that the end result would only benefit me. I did my own investigation into the company as you should. Spoke with a friend of a friend whom went through a similar debt issue I am going through and she had nothing but good feedback regarding her experience. When all was said and done I made the choice to go with NDR to get my credit back on track. I highly recommend NDR! I already feel a lift off my shoulders that I haven't felt in a while.     Overall, my experience was positive. The only issue I had was that I had a really hard time understanding the representative I was talking to. She talked way too fast and this made her words run together and I had to ask her several times to slow down. I'm sure she says the same things over & over again to clients she is talking to.     I got too many credit cards so I turned to National Debt Relief to help me pay off my credit card. They talked to me nicer and explained everything well, and it was a cheaper program than Freedom Debt Relief. The negotiators from NDR were great. They were professional, courteous and very informing. They talked to me about the enrollment process and what would happen. They made a payment plan for me, which was good, and they take the payment out of my bank account. I feel very comfortable working with them. NDR has made me more at ease with my bills. We're still in the very beginning although they started helping me pay off my credit cards. I took over 7 accounts to them and 2 of them have already been satisfied.     I had over $10,000 worth of credit card debts and I needed to get out of them. I saw that National Debt Relief had a good rating on the Better Business Bureau so I went with them. I did an online thing at first, then they called me and I got more in depth with it with the guy that taught me what my monthly payments would be. We went over how they settled things, what would be the good stuff if I went with them, and what I needed to do. He was informed and he was able to give me good information. He was awesome and really legit. Plus, there was no pressure and it was more of an "if you get it done then you're closer to being out of debt" thing since I thought about doing the program before but I didn't. If I did, I could have been farther along with the process and four months ahead of the frame.

    Everybody else has been nice and good. They always answer their phones whenever I have a question and they have an online portal that I can check whenever I want to see my progress. They also leave me alone until something comes up. The settlers would throw a number out and call me up to ask me if I agree with the amount. If I do, they start paying it off and if I decline, they move on and see if they'd get a better deal. Once, I put in my escrow an amount less than what I used to give and they were very understanding about it. So far, everything has been great. They've already settled two out of five of my debts for less than what I owed and right now, they are working on the third one. It sucks that my credit took a hit because I had perfect credit. But working with National Debt Relief has started to free up money so that I could live a little bit.

    I'm very happy with what NDR has been able to do for me. They have resolved six of my credit card debts, which is great, and still tracking along. During the enrolment, I spoke to somebody over the phone but I also have access to my Telstra account online. When they have the debt settlement proposal for me, they email me and if they can't get a hold of me, they call me. With the payments, they work with you depending on what your pay schedule is with your job. Mine is every two weeks, so that's how they do it. I would certainly recommend NDR. I think it's another way out for people that are over their head with their credit card debt and it avoids the complications of bankruptcy, the negative marks on your credit. Even though the program can have negative consequences on your credit, it’s a lot better than going bankrupt.

    I bought a new house and I was fine with it, but my daughter and her four children moved into my house. Because of having to try and help take care of them, it was like a snowball effect. I couldn’t do it all and I couldn’t leave my house. Somebody told me about National Debt Relief and I checked them out, but there was not much information out there about them. I called and talked to them on the phone. I liked what they said and they were sincere about trying to help me. I enrolled and did everything online, except for one paper that I had to print, sign and send back. They set up the payment plan based on my total amount owed out and what they thought they could settle each account for. Then, they told me how much it would be per month for 36 months. Some of it seems really expensive. When they make a phone call to settle a debt and I'd agree on the phone, they charge me a $150 for the phone call, which seems a little excessive.

    On the other hand, their negotiators were professional. I simply send them letters that I get from the creditors and I leave it up to them. There are 10 accounts in total and they’ve settled three accounts already. There are two accounts with pending payments right now, and then two that have been completely settled and were paid in full. They’ve done really good about getting a good price. There are a couple things though that I'm a little worried about. A couple creditors that are supposedly working with them sent me to collections. Other than that, the creditors aren’t hounding me anymore. National Debt Relief has been really good and they are easy to work with. I got my daughter with them, too.

    To even pick up the phone and contact a debt relief company is a significant emotional event. From the start, Igor made me comfortable, answering, asking, explaining, clarifying. His knowledge and empathy helped to realize that I was not alone, either as the only person who had failed to manage his debt, or as the only one burdened with solving a seemingly intractable problem. He had walked the path before, he knew the bumps and potholes, and he deftly guided me through the process, always explaining as he went. Even my off-the-wall rabbit-chasing questions met with easy answers in non-money-wonk language that just made sense. Within minutes I trusted him completely, and by the end of our call my only regret was that I hadn't picked up the phone years sooner. Seriously. I feel like an idiot for not looking for help sooner. Years of pain and frustration could have been so easily avoided.

    We had two follow-up calls, during which Andrew called exactly when he said he would, provided just the information I was looking for upfront, explained the next steps, collected details, verified eligibilities, and basically dotted the I's and crossed the T's. Even the final contract was easy to understand... because Andrew had pre-populated it with the data that he and I had walked through together. Easy-peasy.

    Andrew's follow-up call was spot-on as well; confirming, validating, wrapping up paperwork, and providing basic training on the website. (Super simple! I didn't even NEED training--and I never understand ANY websites! So intuitive!) Igor had prepped me well, so I knew the questions that Andrew was going to ask, and the points that they both emphasized were clear and consistent. Heck, even the work-flow model that kicked in automatically when I called Andrew back was so simple that he knew who I was and what I needed even before I gave my name. So impressive!

    I make my living improving and automating processes, and I have to say the NDR model is by FAR the most impressive customer experience I have ever had--yes, even better than some of the processes and systems that I have designed.     I was in debt and I looked up some websites online. National Debt Relief had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau. I got a call from a rep and he took all my information down. Once we agreed to what I want to do, he decided to walk me through the paperwork online. He told me to sign some documents online and he sent me emails. When I got the emails, he reviewed them to me while we were on the phone and then I had to call a welcome person to get me introduced to the program. I went with their consolidation program where they can get me out of debt in no more than three years and the price for the service I’m getting is really fair. I get paid every two weeks, so they take out my payment every pay period instead of taking one whole amount.

    The program is slowly working and it has been getting the debt down. Out of 10, I got maybe 3 creditors that are resolved right now. I just go online to my client portal and check myself. I might receive two emails and if I have any questions, I will probably call somebody. National Debt Relief will work with you and I will recommend them.

    My mom was of age and recently, she took ill. I was getting a lot of bills and stuff done in the house so, it became really a hardship for ourselves. I researched, checked National Debt Relief and thought that that would be my best solution to get things paid off. I initially spoke with a representative who gave me the details and information about how the company works. They explained to me what they would need to do which involved pulling the credit report to see what all that was there. After that, they explained the process of what would need to be done and the next step that I would need to do. After that, we went through getting everything set up and seeing if it was the best for me, determining if it was something I wanted to know about. I felt that it was the best and it would not cause great hardship for me. They were detailed, took the time to work with me and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable with them.

    They wanted to see everything up and told me what payment plan would be comfortable for me. They were very sensitive about trying to help us find a solution to our debt and they tried to be concerned about our situation. They were also sensitive to where we were and what we were doing. They came up with the best solution that would work for us. Once we agreed that it would work for me, then the next step was to call the other legal department to get in communication with me and they provided me the documents to look over, sign and give them back. After that, I received a welcome from my team that would be working on my case. They then communicated with me and notified me that any question that I have, I could go online and look at my case profile. They would also be the ones that would be available to me.

    Everybody negotiated with the credit card companies to get the debt down for me that would be workable and that worked out well. Aaron, the negotiator, was very detailed, very prompt and always called me back. He'd let me know that if I had any questions, he was available to answer them. I was very pleased with speaking with him. I've had a couple of questions along the way and their customer service was very prompt in responding back to me whenever I called. I'm pleased with them. They were pretty efficient, quick and for the short time that I've been in the program, I had two to three resolved cases already. The program was good for our situation and it's simply the perfect thing. I was a little leery from the onset about it but now, I really feel it benefits. The program is very helpful for the people that are faced with the challenges like the ones I had. I would highly recommend National Debt Relief.

    I called National Debt Relief and the person on the other end seemed like they could walk and chew bubble gum. They convinced me with a good deal, so I went with it. I enrolled with them over the phone and there was three hours worth of phone calls. I had a main representative who ran me through everything, which was nice. The program is over a three year period and we're six months into it. I have a bi-weekly payment plan that is on automatic bank draft. Moreover, I don't have to worry about the individual calls. Although I still get a lot of them, they have diminished considerably. And it’s nice to know that I just paid out one amount. I would definitely tell others to call NDR.

    I had a business that went south so I had some debt that I wanted to take care of. National Debt Relief was willing to work with the range of lenders that I had when nobody else would. The enrollment process was straightforward. I called out the welcome phone number and talked to the welcome specialist. They took my expenses and my income streams and then they looked and figured out how much I could pay towards the debt. They broke down my debt and said, "Pay us this much and we'll settle all of your debt in 53 months." From then on, it was a matter of setting my own line log-in. I monitor my stuff online pretty much every day, and if there are any concerns, I call them or they call me. When I talk to them, they're respectful and polite. They ask me a few questions that they need answers for, and they get off from there.

    The program makes my income statement streamlined, and I can look at the debts and pay them off. I can see how much has been paid off and which has been resolved, and how much is in the process of negotiation. So far, they’ve got two of the debts resolved, and I still have five more. It was very comfortable working with the negotiators and they knew my situation and make it really easy. Usually, they put a flag on the account online so then I would see that I call them before they call me. If I waited that long, then they would have called me, but it didn’t matter because I called them right away.

    With National Debt Relief, I'm relaxed now and I don’t have to deal with the lenders anymore. The cost of service is reasonable. I was able to do the twice a month payment but I would really appreciate it if it went down to about $200. Also, I feel things are going on track, but I just see “unresolved”. If I can see which particular lenders they are actively negotiating with, that would be an improvement. Other than that, I would recommend National Debt Relief.
