    I've had an excellent experience with National Debt Relief. They delivered what they have promised so far. They’ve covered everything and there had been no surprises. When I was starting, we went through my financial situation and all of my accounts. They explained to me how we will go about doing the process and all the risks involved with it.     I needed to clear my debt as soon as possible and went with National Debt Relief's settlement program. The enrollment process was simple and easy. They called me and we did it all on the phone. I’d spoken to people from other companies, and they were mean. In contrast, the negotiators from NDR were very nice and I felt comfortable with them. They work on what I can deliver to them, and they cleared one of the two settlements that I had. I’m almost done with the second, so that’s very good. They are very fast, and at this point, I only owe about $1,600. I’m happier every single day because they're helping me out. They are very good people that help with what I need. I expect a lot more people to join National Debt Relief 'cause I'm going to refer them.

    I was a bit on the deviate whether I should go with Freedom Debt Relief or National Debt Relief, but I went with the latter. National Debt Relief has the best reviews on the internet, and in the beginning, when I went with them, I found it as great. However, after I talked to some of the customer service representatives, I felt like there were some things that I wasn’t told before. One of the guys last time was saying that the debt has not been settled and our Mastercard for Discovery which was a little tough. But the next time I talked to the lady, she said those are the easy ones and it was really easy to settle with them. Those are two different things from two different representatives and that's the only concern I had.

    I usually talk to my main person, James, and when I call him, he calls back after some time. But I haven't communicated much with him this time around because everybody's helping there from NDR. I have been using their services for about eight months now and their process could be improved by giving frequent updates once in a while because I keep checking my website, asking "Has this been settled?" I have four creditors that haven't been settled, so I'm worried about how long it's going to take because my credit score is going low every time. Only two debts have been settled and I haven't gotten any confirmation for the others, which I was told would go for about six months and my credit score would have come up, but it hasn't been like that.

    My three creditors have been calling me, and I have to find out what's going on. I have about three years left in the program and I’m still doing the payment for National Debt Relief. The payment plan was pretty good, but I thought that once I have National Debt Relief deal with the creditors, they would pay that amount to these creditors and I would just pay NDR. After that, it’s a done deal kind of thing. Maybe I didn't ask and maybe that was a gap in communication. Also, I didn't realize that if I pay more, it might help me get rid of my debt faster. But overall, I've had a good experience with National Debt Relief. I even recommended one of my friends to do it, and he did. A few friends have also done it as well.

    I did all calculations and I figured that I was paying more than I could afford on my debt at each month. Something had to change, so I looked at all the different types of options. After I talked to National Debt Relief, they were the only ones that I could drop my monthly payment to a doable thing. Plus, the nice thing was if something came up, I could call them and say, "Hey, I'm going to have to miss this one. Can I switch it and add it later?" That was a big factor as well.

    Signing up with them was pretty simple. They sent me some papers to sign online. The other ones had to be faxed in but it was easily taken care of. The biggest problem I had was that one of the creditors I had kept requiring a power of attorney. I signed it, got it notarized, sent it in, and then they said "Oh, we need a witness on this as well." And then, I got another one done with a witness and then sent it in and, "Oh, we need two witnesses."

    Other than that, everything has been great. It's gone really smoothly and NDR worked with me very closely. They let me know exactly what was happening, what was not happening, and how things are happening. I get an email stating exactly how the payments are going to happen, when they're going to happen, how much I owed, and how much they settled for. They had everything laid out all nice and neatly organized and on the bottom of the email it says, “Click here to confirm.” Any questions I had, they answered perfectly. I felt very comfortable working with them. I'm saving thousands of dollars worth of debt because of how they're able to close things. They dropped my payments or I'll be just paying the minimum for everything. They dropped it into one lump sum including all the taxes and fees and it was still lower than what I was paying before so it's perfect. I would recommend NDR.

    I found National Debt Relief’s number online and I called them. From there, they started to process everything. And whenever there is an offer that has been accepted, they call me to find another that would be a fit for me. They have walked with me in so much to make sure I can afford the payment. They provided debt settlement and the final payment is going to be sometime over the summer. A woman at National Debt Relief usually calls me and she’s very nice. The reps explain things to me and try to understand where I’m coming from and my ability to pay to make a payment so it’s good. I had two big credit cards I had to pay. I’m going to finish paying one of them by April, and the other one at the end of this summer so I’m good. So far, working with National Debt Relief is the best decision I’ve made and I’m trying to get out of our debt.

    NDR has been very nice and helpful. Working with them has taken a big load off as we have health issues and expenses. We had a plan in place that we thought was going to work to get everything done quicker but we had some financial challenges that we weren't expecting. For example, one of our vehicles just stopped working and we don't have the money to fix it. Our vehicles are old and I need hearing aids. My brother lost everything, he stayed with us and we've been trying to help him. We've had one thing after another that has challenged us, but we're still hanging in.

    We had to turn down some offers that we couldn't do. In addition, we still have things we need to do but at least, we've got hope that we're going to be able to do some of them. At first, enrolling with NDR was confusing but we slowly got used to what the process was. We had several negotiators, but only had a problem with one. We could not understand her as she talked too fast. She was young and we were old. The next lady who worked with us was very helpful, but they have all tried.

    I couldn't make my payments anymore and when I tried to do a debt consolidation thing, I was told that I had too much debt so I was put over to National Debt Relief. I started the enrollment online. They asked me questions, such as my income and I sent it back to them and then they gave me an amount that I would be paying every month. NDR has been helping me tremendously. I only have to make one payment now, which is a good change from having a bunch before. I just make my payment and let them do their thing.     We were barely keeping our head above water. I’m 62 now and my father died and left us a house and a mortgage, utility bills, real estate taxes and house insurance. Also, my husband hasn't received an increase in salary in over 10 years even though he has advanced in position. I researched debt relief programs and National Debt Relief was listed as number one in Consumer Affairs so I did some extra research about them. All reviews were very, very good.

    NDR provided me with a debt settlement program. It was a debt relief from my credit card and selling the student loan for my son. My husband and I filled out forms and signed them. We sent it in and a lawyer was involved. They looked at our credit rating and all the names registered in that. Then, they wanted to know the balances and worked out a plan for us. The program had one credit card paid off half and another credit card was about 58% reduction. We just had those two since we started in August. NDR told us it will take four years until everything was resolved. Teddy did the contract for us. He is awesome and explains everything so well that even I understand it.

    I have a degree in accounting but when talking about our own finances, I have a wall between understanding and fear. And I’m more on the side of fear than on the side of understanding. Teddy was very patient with me. We also got to talking about a lot of things. I don't stay on track easily but he went with the flow. He held my hand through the whole process and I liked that because it's all new to me. I can still call him anytime I need him and he's always there. I was extremely comfortable working with him and it was like working with a brother. But my brother is suing me, so it's better than that.

    NDR scheduled a payment plan. I pay a monthly amount and they put it in an account that I can look online. It is easy to access and there is payment availability. When NDR come to terms with one of my creditors, they don't go with it but they call and tell me what the creditor offered and if I agree with it. I'm not exactly sure how they calculated my payment monthly but it could very well be that they are assuming based on experience how much they are going to be able to get relief from my debt and calculated out from there. There's a small fee that comes out each month. And the one that's 58% reduction was a huge credit card balance. They will never in the four years make that up in their fees. So, I'm so much better off working with NDR. Their fee is way under and a pittance compared to what they're worth.

    I couldn't have a better experience. It hasn't been a year yet but I am thrilled that I am working with them. NDR is working so hard to help me. It has brought me a considerable amount of peace in that area. I did research other companies and their agreement means they can sell all my information and my social security number to other companies so I wouldn't go with them. National Debt Relief is the only company I would recommend to anyone else.

    I'm not one to usually write about my experience with anything, but I have to say I feel so much better after making my choice to move forward with NDR. I lost my job of 8 years in May 2017 and took a position in July with a huge pay cut.     I'm very happy with what NDR has been able to do for me. They have resolved six of my credit card debts, which is great, and still tracking along. During the enrolment, I spoke to somebody over the phone but I also have access to my Telstra account online. When they have the debt settlement proposal for me, they email me and if they can't get a hold of me, they call me. With the payments, they work with you depending on what your pay schedule is with your job. Mine is every two weeks, so that's how they do it. I would certainly recommend NDR. I think it's another way out for people that are over their head with their credit card debt and it avoids the complications of bankruptcy, the negative marks on your credit. Even though the program can have negative consequences on your credit, it’s a lot better than going bankrupt.

    I had over $10,000 worth of credit card debts and I needed to get out of them. I saw that National Debt Relief had a good rating on the Better Business Bureau so I went with them. I did an online thing at first, then they called me and I got more in depth with it with the guy that taught me what my monthly payments would be. We went over how they settled things, what would be the good stuff if I went with them, and what I needed to do. He was informed and he was able to give me good information. He was awesome and really legit. Plus, there was no pressure and it was more of an "if you get it done then you're closer to being out of debt" thing since I thought about doing the program before but I didn't. If I did, I could have been farther along with the process and four months ahead of the frame.

    Everybody else has been nice and good. They always answer their phones whenever I have a question and they have an online portal that I can check whenever I want to see my progress. They also leave me alone until something comes up. The settlers would throw a number out and call me up to ask me if I agree with the amount. If I do, they start paying it off and if I decline, they move on and see if they'd get a better deal. Once, I put in my escrow an amount less than what I used to give and they were very understanding about it. So far, everything has been great. They've already settled two out of five of my debts for less than what I owed and right now, they are working on the third one. It sucks that my credit took a hit because I had perfect credit. But working with National Debt Relief has started to free up money so that I could live a little bit.

    I bought a new house and I was fine with it, but my daughter and her four children moved into my house. Because of having to try and help take care of them, it was like a snowball effect. I couldn’t do it all and I couldn’t leave my house. Somebody told me about National Debt Relief and I checked them out, but there was not much information out there about them. I called and talked to them on the phone. I liked what they said and they were sincere about trying to help me. I enrolled and did everything online, except for one paper that I had to print, sign and send back. They set up the payment plan based on my total amount owed out and what they thought they could settle each account for. Then, they told me how much it would be per month for 36 months. Some of it seems really expensive. When they make a phone call to settle a debt and I'd agree on the phone, they charge me a $150 for the phone call, which seems a little excessive.

    On the other hand, their negotiators were professional. I simply send them letters that I get from the creditors and I leave it up to them. There are 10 accounts in total and they’ve settled three accounts already. There are two accounts with pending payments right now, and then two that have been completely settled and were paid in full. They’ve done really good about getting a good price. There are a couple things though that I'm a little worried about. A couple creditors that are supposedly working with them sent me to collections. Other than that, the creditors aren’t hounding me anymore. National Debt Relief has been really good and they are easy to work with. I got my daughter with them, too.

    To even pick up the phone and contact a debt relief company is a significant emotional event. From the start, Igor made me comfortable, answering, asking, explaining, clarifying.
