My only suggestion was his speech was very fast and I had to have repeat a couple of times. Customer service was super helpful as well. NDR did exactly what they said they would, it took some time but my debts have been settled and I am now in the process of rebuilding my credit. There are fees involved but I didn't expect them to do this for free and the fees weren't hidden. They were explained from the beginning.

Thus far everyone has been very straightforward and professional in describing my options and informing me on what to expect doing this process. I would surely recommend NDR to anyone drowning in debt and needs so assistance getting out of debt.

I have had a really good experience with NDRelief. They have worked very hard on my behalf getting my creditors to reduce interest rates on several of my credit cards so far. The starting process is pretty easy. They walk you through every step and how it works and that the process can be a little stressful at times but They are very professional and I would recommend them so far. We are only about a week in but so far so good.

Working with National Debt Relief over the last 6 months has been a great experience. They have already negotiated 3 contracts for paying off 3 accounts. We've been struggling for years to get out of debt without success. They allow us to pay what we can afford toward our debt without all the harassing calls from creditors. They keep us informed.

I was a little worried at first but they delivered and I ended up only having to pay 8500 from 21000. This loan was killing me and I was getting ready to not be able to pay my bills. Everyone has been very helpful so far. They have answered any questions I have had. The process so far has been pretty easy and it has taken some of the worry from me of getting out of debt. The program seems to be a good program and with it I will be able to get out of debt soon.

I am in debt, so I went with National Debt Relief for consolidation. They made the process easy for us. At first, they just kept saying a bunch of numbers, and I was like, “Oh, my gosh. I don’t know what we’re doing.” And so the guy said, “Take your time”, and explained to me, so I really knew what was going on before I committed to anything. I'm about halfway through already. The team has always been really helpful in making things just nearly possible.

National Debt Relief is paying off and negotiating my credit cards. I felt like they knew what they were doing and I went ahead and took the risk of enrolling with them. Enrolling was fine, but I'm not computer savvy and they do a lot of things by computer, and it was harder for me that way. I'd like to be able to keep up more on how the process is and how it's going along. A phone call once a month or something like that would help me 'cause I'm just not good with a computer. But every once in a while, somebody calls me and lets me know I'm still okay. The reps thought that I could afford to do our plan, and it's been working so we haven't changed that plan at all. I'm a very responsible person and I've never missed a bill until I got to this point and we had to do something different. So, they've helped me be responsible. I'd recommend them.

I had some financial hardships and I had a lot of credit card debts that I wanted to get taken care of. National Debt Relief has been around a long time so they must be a stable, reputable company. That was why I picked them. But the enrollment process for debt reduction was very complicated considering all the forms and all the things I had to online, over the phone, by mail and through fax. I've been in the program for a few months now and I’ve had trouble contacting someone there to answer my questions. I tried to call them but it’s very difficult to get a hold of them.

Mark was very congenial. He knew what he needed to do and was patient with me when I had questions. I commend both him and the Welcome Call person who explained the process exactly and again, was very patient when I had questions.

Updated on 12/14/2018: NDR has settled out seven or eight of my accounts within a year and everything's been really smooth, so far. Working with them has made my life a lot better and has taken a bit stress off my shoulders. Every month, it's like I'm sitting down with 25 different things I gotta go pay out and then I'm down to about four or five. Everything else is taken care of.

I found so far, that my experience with National Debt Relief and the members whom I've spoken to have been pleasant. I had so many questions as this is all new to me and I received answers quickly from the person I was working with. They didn't make me feel any less for having debt and spoke to me with respect which was appreciated as this can be a very embarrassing experience.

The rep that assisted me Beatriz was very professional and took the time to explain the terms agreement in detail. She was also able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend National Debt Relief to my family & friends.

I’m paying an attorney company 12 dollars a month Robert Gitmeid as a retainer fee. How will he help me with this summons. You asked me questions that I faxed to when I got the summons. Will you let me know what to do. I feel like I’m left out in the cold for me to handle by myself. I’m not happy. Please call or email me.

NDR staff provided significant detail about program; i.e., goals, insurances as well as restrictions, policies, potential obstacles... and perhaps most importantly--the option to call for assistance. I spoke with Donnetta ** January 29th concerning a conversation I had earlier in December of 2017 with one of your representatives. I was told that we would not be faulted for non payment due to our financial situation. I have been unemployed since the end of November and we could no longer afford the 1600.00/mth payment. I explained to Ms. ** that I was told we could apply for a hardship and lower the payments. Our account was changed and she had us sign a document and told me that I had to contact someone 5 days before we were ready to be reinstated, or a draft to our account. We were charged TWO payments since then. I have put a stop payment on your service and currently searching for a HIGHER RATED COMPANY to deal with! Your service is horrible!

By the time I'm done going through this program I will have paid over $10000 more than my actual debt! Total rip off and the fees are ridiculous.. but it's been over a year and now I'm getting sued by creditors and am afraid to get out of the program because I won't have the legal aid I pay for every month through National Debt! Could not ask for a better company. Most of creditors never called me. This company emails me to keep me informed up to date and I'm so glad I consulted with this company to pay off my debt. Thank you National Debt Relief for all that you guys do to help me.

Horrible customer service and even worse is the lies they sell. These legal con artists will not give you “relief” so just be smart and stay away. If you negotiate on your own with your creditors I guarantee you will get a better deal. They will tell you they get it as low as 30% but when you add on their 30% cut it ends up being 60%, something you can easily get on your own. Get ready for monthly fees for your account and even $10 charges each time they make a payment to a creditor. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I was much more successful doing this all on my own than working with this scam of a company.

Everything went very smooth and very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone with debt issues. We will now be able to focus on paying off our house and be free of all debt. This will relieve a lot of pressure on my husband who is the sole earner in our household because I am disabled.

I was told they would help to get me out of debt instead it wrecked my credit and left me with a large loan. My recommendation would be to just deal with your creditors yourself. National Debt Relief charges a buttload of money to wreck your credit and pretend to help you. National Debt Relief is a horrible decision. I do not recommend them to anyone. I have just as much debt as when I started but through a different creditor.

I got very sick and I lost my job, so I needed to get my finances back in order. I heard good reviews about National Debt Relief, so I called them and enrolled in their program where I was able to consolidate my debt. I was able to pay off two of my accounts and I just have two more to go. Right now, we're trying to build some equity in my accounts. They keep paying off my debts. They took over. They contacted all my debtors and I didn’t have to do anything after that but just speak with them and pay them. It took a lot of work off of my plate having to negotiate. I tried to call and negotiate directly with my bank first and they weren't willing to work with me. Having National Debt advocate for me was great.

I was trying to get rid of all my cards and paying them off. I found National Debt Relief online and it looked pretty good. I have 48 months with them, since September last year, and I got three cards out of the way already. They answered all my questions and they explained to me the routine about the banks like how they had the right to keep calling. But the other ones that they negotiated with, they didn’t call me anymore. When I had to do one change on the payments, National went ahead and did the change for me. National has worked pretty well for me.

When I found out I was pregnant, I had quite a few credit cards and I just wanted to get things paid off as quick as I could. I needed somebody to help me pay those off. There are still too many calls that come through telling me that they haven't been contacted by anyone from NDR. It would be real nice if all these calls would stop and NDR would at least do some contacting of creditors. Four out of 12 in a year isn't great.

National Debt Relief helped me consolidate all my stuff. They asked about all the credit cards that we had, then they accumulated everything and charged me a fair fee. They told me my program is for two and a half years. I'm half a year in and have settled some debts. Right off the bat, the negotiator was great. He told us everything in detail. He was patient, calm, respectful, nice and very understanding. He made us feel comfortable. So far, everything has been good. They do well in reaching out to us. Overall, the payment plan is good, but I had one month where I couldn't make the payment and they were okay with it. In the winter and during Christmas, it was slow. We were all tight but it worked big enough. With National Debt Relief's help, a big load from all the creditors calling was taken off me. I can breathe a little better and I don't get harassing calls anymore.

I googled good companies for fixing credit and National Debt Relief was the first one that popped up. Applying for them was easy. I made a phone call then they got all my information. Also, they were very easy to contact either through email or phone. They changed the amount that I owed a couple of times. They just asked me if I agreed to the settlements, and the amounts that they were requesting for our account was very reasonable. I qualified for a loan with them, so all my cards are done already. I got a good settlement with all of my credit cards for less than what I have and National Debt Relief handled all of it.

When we initially called National Debt Relief and we were starting the program, they said they were hoping to have most of the accounts done within six months. That’s usually the timeframe they start with getting the show on the road. Lo and behold, six months later, five out of those six creditors settled for much lower than what we had even anticipated.

I just received a call from an agent who stated that they were able to get a settlement on one of my accounts. Meanwhile, I had been trying to communicate with the agency for weeks via email but your agency just kept saying "call us back" instead of answering the question in email. I have a job that requires me to be off the phone since I am working with patients and wait times on your end can be at times quite long. I can understand if the question was hard to explain but I only asked why is there no balance on my account after me paying the advance your company gave me to close the previous deal.
