My experience is good so far with National Debt Relief. Everyone is thorough on reviewing things and going over the documentation. It makes me hopeful that my debt will be resolved within a reasonable time. They put you at ease and help to the best of their abilities.

Everything ran smoothly and the customer service team was very knowledgeable. I hope this program helps me get everything under control. I just wish the welcome call could have been made at a decent time instead of at dinner time.

So far so good. Just a couple of months into the program and already have one creditor settled at more than half of what I originally owed. These guys seem to be doing a great job so far and looks like I’ll be able to move through the program quicker than originally projected.

Entire Process was easy and they made sure I understood everything about the program before I joined. They answered all my question and were always available by phone or email whenever I had to reach them. Hoping I continue to have the same experience as I continue on my journey to be debt free.

I believe the premise and intent behind NDR's plan is good. The execution and communication regarding progress with accounts is severely lacking. I signed up after a forced company position restructure that had me losing a considerable portion of my income and no longer able to keep up with or stay current on bills. What NDR doesn't tell the client when selling them on their services is the fact that accounts will continue to fall further and further behind and not once will NDR reach out to communicate that the customer is a client. They also tell you, after the fact, that there has to be 20-40% of the total enrolled dollars in an account before they begin.

From start to finish this event took less than 5 hours to complete and that includes the paperwork. And at each step along the way, the personnel at National Debt Relief were totally awesome and very very helpful answer our questions.

Incredibly streamlined program from the first phone call to the inception of the program. I had credit card debts and I didn't have the time or the patience to negotiate settlements on my own. National Debt Relief had a good score with the Better Business Bureau so I considered their debt consolidation program. When I talked to them, they averaged the amount of debt that I had and what they estimated they could settle the debts for. They told me what that payment would look like and what I would be paying out if I paid the actual balances with the credit cards. And it was a significant amount less than what I was currently struggling to pay on my own. So I decided to go with them.

I was in over my head on my credit card debt. I got on the Better Business Bureau and National Debt Relief had an A-plus rating. They had really good reviews. I was signed up in a couple of days and so far, I've got six accounts closed. And we're still trying to reach terms with the other accounts. Anytime I hadn't had enough money to cover a month, I just call them ahead of time easily and they'd give me another payment later on down the line. They’ve been pretty helpful and they go over every little detail with you.

My credit was not good so I called in to National Debt Relief. They went over my credit report then they told me how much it would cost to go with them. Enrolling was easy. They told me they would try to work on my credit with the accreditors and it would take like until 2019. I've been with them since the beginning of last year and I'm still working through it. I have to pay them $398, which is a little high for me but I’m willing to pay that so that I can get my credit right. They were really nice and I felt very comfortable working them. I called one time to change the payment date and they were really nice about that also. I get an email every now and then, saying that they had closed one of the accounts. There has been four of them. The service is good and I have less stress now because I know that my credit is being dealt with. They’re a good place and I would advise others to call them and give them a try.

National Debt Relief has been helping me to get out of my credit card debt. So far, I like it. I’m on a fixed income and they’ve knocked my monthly payments down in half so they helped out a lot. The enrollment was easy. I really liked working with the guy I originally signed up with. He took the time to explain everything out to me, walked me through the process, and let me know what I had to do and what I didn’t have to do. He made the process easier to deal with. I had gotten comfortable working with him and used to dealing with him. So when they assigned me to somebody else, it kind of threw me off a little bit.

From day one, the service has been professional and courteous. I feel very confident in this company to provide the debt relief I am seeking. When I was on business travel, NDR was very patient with me on completing my welcome call, and when my call was finally completed, NDR ensured I had all of my questions answered.

NDR did exactly what they said they would, it took some time but my debts have been settled and I am now in the process of rebuilding my credit. There are fees involved but I didn't expect them to do this for free and the fees weren't hidden. They were explained from the beginning.

I had some financial hardships and I had a lot of credit card debts that I wanted to get taken care of. National Debt Relief has been around a long time so they must be a stable, reputable company. That was why I picked them. But the enrollment process for debt reduction was very complicated considering all the forms and all the things I had to online, over the phone, by mail and through fax. I've been in the program for a few months now and I’ve had trouble contacting someone there to answer my questions. I tried to call them but it’s very difficult to get a hold of them.

I am in debt, so I went with National Debt Relief for consolidation. They made the process easy for us. At first, they just kept saying a bunch of numbers, and I was like, “Oh, my gosh. I don’t know what we’re doing.” And so the guy said, “Take your time”, and explained to me, so I really knew what was going on before I committed to anything. I'm about halfway through already. The team has always been really helpful in making things just nearly possible.

National Debt Relief is paying off and negotiating my credit cards. I felt like they knew what they were doing and I went ahead and took the risk of enrolling with them. Enrolling was fine, but I'm not computer savvy and they do a lot of things by computer, and it was harder for me that way. I'd like to be able to keep up more on how the process is and how it's going along. A phone call once a month or something like that would help me 'cause I'm just not good with a computer. But every once in a while, somebody calls me and lets me know I'm still okay. The reps thought that I could afford to do our plan, and it's been working so we haven't changed that plan at all. I'm a very responsible person and I've never missed a bill until I got to this point and we had to do something different. So, they've helped me be responsible. I'd recommend them.

Mark was very congenial. He knew what he needed to do and was patient with me when I had questions. I commend both him and the Welcome Call person who explained the process exactly and again, was very patient when I had questions.

Updated on 12/14/2018: NDR has settled out seven or eight of my accounts within a year and everything's been really smooth, so far. Working with them has made my life a lot better and has taken a bit stress off my shoulders. Every month, it's like I'm sitting down with 25 different things I gotta go pay out and then I'm down to about four or five. Everything else is taken care of.

I found so far, that my experience with National Debt Relief and the members whom I've spoken to have been pleasant. I spoke with Donnetta ** January 29th concerning a conversation I had earlier in December of 2017 with one of your representatives. I was told that we would not be faulted for non payment due to our financial situation. I have been unemployed since the end of November and we could no longer afford the 1600.00/mth payment. I explained to Ms. ** that I was told we could apply for a hardship and lower the payments. Our account was changed and she had us sign a document and told me that I had to contact someone 5 days before we were ready to be reinstated, or a draft to our account. We were charged TWO payments since then. I have put a stop payment on your service and currently searching for a HIGHER RATED COMPANY to deal with! Your service is horrible!

Horrible customer service and even worse is the lies they sell. These legal con artists will not give you “relief” so just be smart and stay away. If you negotiate on your own with your creditors I guarantee you will get a better deal. They will tell you they get it as low as 30% but when you add on their 30% cut it ends up being 60%, something you can easily get on your own. Get ready for monthly fees for your account and even $10 charges each time they make a payment to a creditor. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I was much more successful doing this all on my own than working with this scam of a company.

Everything went very smooth and very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone with debt issues. We will now be able to focus on paying off our house and be free of all debt. This will relieve a lot of pressure on my husband who is the sole earner in our household because I am disabled.

I was told they would help to get me out of debt instead it wrecked my credit and left me with a large loan. My recommendation would be to just deal with your creditors yourself. National Debt Relief charges a buttload of money to wreck your credit and pretend to help you. National Debt Relief is a horrible decision. I do not recommend them to anyone. I have just as much debt as when I started but through a different creditor.

When I found out I was pregnant, I had quite a few credit cards and I just wanted to get things paid off as quick as I could. I needed somebody to help me pay those off. I went with National Debt Relief because I had heard good things about them and I did some research. They are reaching out to all the creditors to get them to settle for money, helping me pay them off. The Debt Relief negotiators would call me and say, "This is what we settled for. Are you cool with that?" Everybody was really nice and helpful, and they explained everything. They were very thorough, so I've been very pleased them. They gave me a reasonable monthly payment, something that fit my budget and I was very satisfied with the agreement we came to. The cost is definitely worth it.

I got very sick and I lost my job, so I needed to get my finances back in order. I heard good reviews about National Debt Relief, so I called them and enrolled in their program where I was able to consolidate my debt. I was able to pay off two of my accounts and I just have two more to go. Right now, we're trying to build some equity in my accounts. They keep paying off my debts. They took over. They contacted all my debtors and I didn’t have to do anything after that but just speak with them and pay them. It took a lot of work off of my plate having to negotiate. I tried to call and negotiate directly with my bank first and they weren't willing to work with me. Having National Debt advocate for me was great.

I was trying to get rid of all my cards and paying them off. I found National Debt Relief online and it looked pretty good. I have 48 months with them, since September last year, and I got three cards out of the way already. They answered all my questions and they explained to me the routine about the banks like how they had the right to keep calling. But the other ones that they negotiated with, they didn’t call me anymore. When I had to do one change on the payments, National went ahead and did the change for me. National has worked pretty well for me.
