National Debt Relief Reviews

Somebody told me about National Debt Relief and said that I should try them and I did. I have debts and they made a plan for me. They took care of a couple of items which was good and nice. I got two and a half more years to finish the program. Every once in a while, I would hear from them and they kept me up to date. Their reps were good and they told me what they were doing. I don’t understand a lot of stuff, so they explained it to me. Working with National Debt Relief took one thing out of my back. Overall, my experience was good.

We are in the beginning stages of the debt relief. Within 5 months, there has been 3 settlements with debt companies. We are thrilled to see some resolution this quickly. Our relationship has been very professional yet caring. Excellent in keeping us in the loop, we feel safe with them handling our finances.

In October of 2017, I contacted National Debt Relief and listed 7 creditors. It is February and I now have 3 creditors that have worked with National Debt to come to an arrangement with 3 of my creditors. I have made arrangements with them to make payments that will help speed up the process.

After several searches to find the most reputable, effective and efficient Debt Relief I heard of NDR and my first attempt contact with the representative was awesome and was detailed about the program. After a walk through the requirements which was easy and opted to join in the program. Great job NDR.

I just started the program but so far I think it will help me a lot. Customer Service has been very helpful in explaining what your company does in order for me to meet my goal. I would recommend this program to other people. My New Year resolution is clear up old bills.

They are professional and they listen to our situation and they do their very best to help and see us through the process. They answer all our questions even those after the initial set up of the program. It was recommended to me and we would recommend to others.

After several months of worrying if this program was going to truly help me pay my debts, a light has begun to shine. So far my experience with this company have been ok but if I had to do it over again I would have settled with the companies myself. Too many unnecessary fees which amounts to a lot of wasted funds that could have gone toward paying other debts.

I got National Debt Relief to try to negotiate a reduced amount for bills that I owe. The enrollment process was easy and they've been successful in negotiating all but one so far of my bills. And it's to half or less than half of what I owed and I'm anticipating being done by end of March. I like that I can talk to somebody. You don't feel like you have to push through a bunch of buttons trying to find somebody to talk to. I like that part. And they seem interested in helping when you talk to them. They're just like, "Oh yeah, sure, sure."

I wanted to get down on my debts and finish paying them off. I was doing my research and I liked how National Debt Relief's program works. I just have to deposit my money and then I have to figure out which consumers I want to pay off first. I have to customize the plan according to my budget and how I want it paid off. They ask me first before they go and negotiate or who I want to pay off first. It's pretty flexible. They give me a cost analysis of all my income to debt ratio and then I go from there so it doesn't hurt me. And if I needed extra money to put in somewhere, then I'll deposit it accordingly. It's a very realistic goal. I was kind of leery at first but I already had some of my bills taken care off and it's good. I'm good with the program, but the waiting period is the one that throws you off if you're not used to missing any payment and you're getting people to call you.

National Debt Relief has been really helpful. I had a lot of debt and I needed help to start cleaning up my debt somehow. I called them and they pulled up my information and then they checked if I’ve qualified and I did. They made sure that I had enough debt so they could help me out. Every time I asked a question, NDR's negotiators helped me out. They were able to negotiate with the credit company and pay off some of my debts. The cost is good, too. NDR based my payment plan on my income and what I could afford to pay monthly. And working with NDR gave me a little bit of relief. I would recommend it.

I was able to pay all the bills before, but I was struggling. National Debt Relief provided debt consolidation for my credit cards and bills. My negotiator, Alex, was very kind, concerned and knowledgeable. He kept me informed about what he was doing and I was very comfortable working with him. The payments were set up on a bi-weekly automatic pay. I'm about six months into the program and I'm able to pay my bills better now.

Reggie was the initial person that helped me with the application process, he was really great at explaining how the process worked, and very patient with me even though I was a bit irritated. Thank you gm for having someone so experienced in how they communicate with people and explain what it is you do and how you do it. Then I received a welcome call from Nico, such a sweetheart, he went over everything and made sure I understood, how the program works and assured me that they are there to help. I’m very comfortable with signing up after talking to them. Thank you.

Everyone was very professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions. Excellent customer service. I felt like a weight had been lifted. I would recommend this company to everyone who is in over their head. They made me feel safe and secure.

I am nervous but happy. Everyone has been nice to me and explained things well. I hope this program works for me and both gentlemen I talked to made it sound like I would. We even laughed a couple times. I am hoping for the best. I want to be debt free and I will never get this far in debt again.

I am pleased with my experience so far. Mind you, I've only gone through the application and enrollment processes at this point, so I've yet to actually go through the negotiation and remediation processes, so it's too early to offer a review of those services. But, I can tell you that the NDR personnel that I've worked with so far are courteous and professional. The information is presented in plain language with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and opt out, if need be.

NDR is very thorough with the application process which I appreciate. They took their time to explain everything to me for transparency. I also have copies of the documents being signed via e-mail. What I really like about the program is that they got you covered from end-to-end.

The customer service representatives (Priscilla & Jake) were very helpful and polite. They were able to answer my questions and told me I could call back with any additional questions in the future. I have not had a negative experience thus far.

I had 3 accounts settled by NDR with feasible monthly payments much to my relief. Customer service has been great up until my final account. I very reluctantly made a large sum payment and gave NDR my last dime to make a sufficient settlement possibility. Unfortunately I did so under the ill advice of the NDR representative who despite hearing my adamant claims that any future payments would be extremely difficult (if not impossible) if this deal didn't finalize my account advised me to continue. I told her that the lump sum I am providing is the money all of the future payments I would be making would have come from. I hesitated after seeing the list of future payments which she claimed were only under a 'verbal agreement' and could change. She then advised me to continue with the large sum deposit.

VERY satisfied with everything. Service reps informative, answered questions, & put us at ease in knowing we were doing the right thing with the right company. I would recommend to anyone with debt & needs help.

Everyone was very helpful and explained everything well and that it could be understood. Both of the persons I spoke with was very plain and described all options well. They both were very nice and really wanted to be helpful and they seemed like they were on my side.

I called to request that my payment be adjusted this month by 5 days so an unexpected medical bill could be paid. I was told that it would make my account go into a negative balance. As only one of my creditors are being paid I do not understand how this was possible.

Phone representatives were clear and informative. Emails were easy to comprehend. Since negotiations with creditors still in process and my monthly payments to National Debt Relief have yet to begin I can't comment on that until later. It appears that I will be debt free within 36 months which is good, especially if I live that long!!!

They are very professional and only contact you when they have resolved an account for you. They make the process so much easier o for me! Less stress and frustration for me. I was very hesitant to go this route but Sharde ** was awesome explaining everything to me, very patient & didn't rush through any part of the phone call. She was friendly yet professional at the same time. I really felt comfortable talking to her. Marvin ** was very nice as well. The only thing I thought needs improvement was leaving time while explaining everything so I could ask questions. He talked very fast so it was hard to interrupt him to ask a question. Other than that I have been very satisfied this far.

Very helpful and process was very simple and easy and is helping me rebuild my credit in the end. They worked with me for a low monthly payment in a timely manner to reduce and pay off my credit card debt.

I was a little skeptical that I was not reading the small print with regards to the monies, I did not want to still owe NDR after my program was complete but he assured me that my bi-weekly payments included the one time fee, and that NDR would not receive their fee until after my program is complete. So far, I’ve had such great encounters with everyone. This has been a difficult process but every agent has made it as comfortable as possible. It’s made it possible to see light at the end of all this and hopefully we can breathe a little easier soon.

I think it's too long 4 years to cancel all debts but then again I guess it depends on how much debt you have. GREAT job... Keep up the good work... The people I worked with are amazing. They're very sincere with you and never get mad at you for asking questions.

Everyone who I talked to and helped me out were really nice and spoke very clearly, and when I received calls at times when I was to busy to talk for more than a couple minutes they would have no problem giving me a callback at a time that was more convenient for myself. So far the company have been a life saver to me concerning my debt, there are no problems with them when you need to clear up your DEBTS and you can always add more money to your account if you can to speed up the progress, but if not that's fine too.

I owed so much on credit card and it got to where I couldn’t pay it anymore. I was down to my social security check. I usually make $1,400 on some months and so I could pay my bills but I couldn't pay them anymore. I didn’t know who to go to and when I talked to the guy from National Debt Relief, he told me how good he did for people. He has 30-something customers and he helped them all. They told me they would take care of me in 45 months. Normally, it’s 48 but he said he’s doing it in 45.

I'm working on paying off my debt and all my cards are now consolidated by National Debt Relief. And I don’t have any credit cards anymore. I've been with NDR for over a year now and the process is progressing and working relatively right. The cost is fair, too. NDR is a good company.

To help me out with all my credit card debt, I went with National Debt Relief. They were the first one I saw. The negotiators send me an email and I would say yes or no. Everything seems to be okay. If you need them, do it.

I was told they were discussing it but never received confirmation that it was accepted. Also, I am getting threatening letters from Renew Financial and have sent their information over several times as it was not originally included and I don't know why it wasn't.

Sometimes we find that we have over committed to creditors but are taking action to be more careful in this area. I believe the premise and intent behind NDR's plan is good. The execution and communication regarding progress with accounts is severely lacking. I signed up after a forced company position restructure that had me losing a considerable portion of my income and no longer able to keep up with or stay current on bills. What NDR doesn't tell the client when selling them on their services is the fact that accounts will continue to fall further and further behind and not once will NDR reach out to communicate that the customer is a client. They also tell you, after the fact, that there has to be 20-40% of the total enrolled dollars in an account before they begin.

From start to finish this event took less than 5 hours to complete and that includes the paperwork. And at each step along the way, the personnel at National Debt Relief were totally awesome and very very helpful answer our questions.

I had credit card debts and I didn't have the time or the patience to negotiate settlements on my own. National Debt Relief had a good score with the Better Business Bureau so I considered their debt consolidation program. When I talked to them, they averaged the amount of debt that I had and what they estimated they could settle the debts for. They told me what that payment would look like and what I would be paying out if I paid the actual balances with the credit cards. And it was a significant amount less than what I was currently struggling to pay on my own. So I decided to go with them.

National Debt Relief has been helping me to get out of my credit card debt. So far, I like it. I’m on a fixed income and they’ve knocked my monthly payments down in half so they helped out a lot. The enrollment was easy. I really liked working with the guy I originally signed up with. He took the time to explain everything out to me, walked me through the process, and let me know what I had to do and what I didn’t have to do. He made the process easier to deal with. I had gotten comfortable working with him and used to dealing with him. So when they assigned me to somebody else, it kind of threw me off a little bit.

My credit was not good so I called in to National Debt Relief. They went over my credit report then they told me how much it would cost to go with them. Enrolling was easy. They told me they would try to work on my credit with the accreditors and it would take like until 2019. I've been with them since the beginning of last year and I'm still working through it. I have to pay them $398, which is a little high for me but I’m willing to pay that so that I can get my credit right. They were really nice and I felt very comfortable working them. I called one time to change the payment date and they were really nice about that also. I get an email every now and then, saying that they had closed one of the accounts. There has been four of them. The service is good and I have less stress now because I know that my credit is being dealt with. They’re a good place and I would advise others to call them and give them a try.

I was in over my head on my credit card debt. I got on the Better Business Bureau and National Debt Relief had an A-plus rating. They had really good reviews. I was signed up in a couple of days and so far, I've got six accounts closed. And we're still trying to reach terms with the other accounts. Anytime I hadn't had enough money to cover a month, I just call them ahead of time easily and they'd give me another payment later on down the line. They’ve been pretty helpful and they go over every little detail with you.
