I liked National Debt Relief from the get-go. They were straight up with what they wanted to say. I signed up with them and I’m still on the program right now but I'm almost done with it. My negotiators have been really good and they answered my questions. The only thing is if I miss a payment, they shouldn’t try to push for it.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is that they kind of pushed me into getting another loan to pay off my debt. Originally they were supposed to settle straight through company. My best friend is going through this company and has never been asked to take a loan to pay off his $24000 debt. Kind of makes me feel like they are pushing me off and not taking full responsibility for themselves.

George ** was the person that help me and he was more helpful than expected. He gave me everything in great detail explaining what is right to do on my situation. He was great on building trust. Also my welcome call was very simple and helpful as well.

Enrollment process went smoothly. Mr. ** was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. I must admit though that this process is a little stressful since we do not have any guarantee that the creditors will want to reach an agreement. Also, although I am 58 years old and have paid off over 40,000 in student load debt and about a decade ago paid off all creditors and to this date have never missed a payment, my credit score is still very poor! So some things are certainly a mystery to me; however, Monica and Mr. ** were very helpful and explained as much as they could. At this point I would expect my already low credit score to get even lower but hopefully an agreement can be reached with these creditors... God willing!

I was skeptical when I first called to see if they can help me as I had quite a credit cards under my name and I felt like I was drowning and not being able to pay off. I have three kids and it was just hard to get out of debt. It seemed like everything was just pure interest and I wasn’t going anywhere. It just seemed like I was going to be stuck with this for a long time. But I eventually want to get my house and get a better future for my kids. I went online and National Debt Relief was rated number one. I was like, “Hey, I might as well go with the best.” I called in, someone spoke to me, and they asked me what debts I had. I got a couple of calls basically trying to just get information, where I'm at, and trying to figure out what worked out best for me with my budget that they can work with to pay off my debts. The enrolment was pretty easy. The main thing was just the decision-making of whether I wanted to be in it or not because I know that it affects the credit score. But I do know that also in a couple of years, I'd be able to resolve this, try to build my credit up again, and at least be out of this.

I got several different loans and I was leery because it was just the way everybody stole identities. A friend of mine said that they used National Debt Relief before so I read on it and saw who was legit or not legit. I availed of their settlement program and it's been a good experience. I called their 1-800 number and their rep and I went one on one. We walked through it for an hour or so then he got my information. He said he was going to call me back to see where I was at and what they could do. He called me back when he said he would and we took off from there. My payment with them is bi-weekly.

We were over our heads in debt. I enrolled in National Debt Relief's program and the process went fine. We’re just six months into it and everything has gone fine with the negotiators. They answer my questions and they tell me what’s going on if there were any changes. They call once in a while and I try to call them once a week, too. I wish I could pay less because we’re in the hole every month. The payment plan that they set up is more than we can handle. If the money was less a month, it’d be better and easier for us. They made it less for two months but that was it. Still, I'd tell my friends that NDR is an option to get to.

National Debt Relief handled our situation good. They've settled on about two or three accounts already in a short amount of time. The process was fast. I just called in or emailed in my information and they called us back within a day or so or emailed us back the next day. They asked for our information and then pulled up everything about our credit or our accounts as far and all the accounts popped up -- the total of the cards and how much we would pay. And then they even brought the payment down to a reasonable amount like they let us split it every two weeks, instead of being a lump sum one time a month.

I lost my job so it made it difficult to pay bills. I inquired about getting help and NDR was the first one that called. The enrollment process was complicated. They kept on calling the first time but it was okay. The interactions with the negotiator was a little frustrating since they kept asking me if could I put more money in other than the $515 I'm already paying, and that bothered me. If I could put more money in than $515, I wouldn't be in this mess. Our agreement is not to put more money in and they back off of it. Then they wanted to offer me another deal. I pay them a certain amount each month and they were supposed to settle my debts for less money than was on the credit card originally. They settled two debts right here and they had agreements on two more this year but then I got sued. They have to court so they dropped those and NDR is trying to get the court thing settled.

I have nothing but the utmost respect for everyone who dealt with at National Debt Relief. Very professional service and wonderful support. They will answer any of my questions and return my phone calls. Happy that I went with NDR solution. Can't say enough regarding their service.

I was trying to get a loan to try to pay off some of them and the person I was talking to at the loan company told me to give NDR a call. I got into NDR's basic program and the enrollment process was quick and easy. They checked all information and they were superb. They were very straightforward with everything that they have explained to me and they were really very genuinely nice whenever I call or need information or if they have anything to impart to me with anything new. National Debt Relief is definitely a route that I would choose to go again if I'd be in the same situation.

Eight months ago, I enrolled with National Debt Relief and the process was all over the phone. If I had a question, I emailed them and they either emailed or called me back. They predetermined my payment and that’s what I pay every month. Then they call and get our debt lowered and then that‘s what we’re paying. Their fees are a little expensive but they've been holding up their end to the bargain. They've got our debts reduced pretty good and the program has paid off a few things. Everything has been good.

I was able to pay all the bills before, but I was struggling. National Debt Relief provided debt consolidation for my credit cards and bills. My negotiator, Alex, was very kind, concerned and knowledgeable. He kept me informed about what he was doing and I was very comfortable working with him. I got National Debt Relief to try to negotiate a reduced amount for bills that I owe. The enrollment process was easy and they've been successful in negotiating all but one so far of my bills. And it's to half or less than half of what I owed and I'm anticipating being done by end of March. I like that I can talk to somebody. You don't feel like you have to push through a bunch of buttons trying to find somebody to talk to. I like that part. And they seem interested in helping when you talk to them. They're just like, "Oh yeah, sure, sure."

I wanted to get down on my debts and finish paying them off. I was doing my research and I liked how National Debt Relief's program works. I just have to deposit my money and then I have to figure out which consumers I want to pay off first. I have to customize the plan according to my budget and how I want it paid off. They ask me first before they go and negotiate or who I want to pay off first. It's pretty flexible. They give me a cost analysis of all my income to debt ratio and then I go from there so it doesn't hurt me. And if I needed extra money to put in somewhere, then I'll deposit it accordingly. It's a very realistic goal. I was kind of leery at first but I already had some of my bills taken care off and it's good. I'm good with the program, but the waiting period is the one that throws you off if you're not used to missing any payment and you're getting people to call you.

National Debt Relief has been really helpful. I had a lot of debt and I needed help to start cleaning up my debt somehow. I called them and they pulled up my information and then they checked if I’ve qualified and I did. They made sure that I had enough debt so they could help me out. Every time I asked a question, NDR's negotiators helped me out. They were able to negotiate with the credit company and pay off some of my debts. The cost is good, too. NDR based my payment plan on my income and what I could afford to pay monthly. And working with NDR gave me a little bit of relief. I would recommend it.

Mind you, I've only gone through the application and enrollment processes at this point, so I've yet to actually go through the negotiation and remediation processes, so it's too early to offer a review of those services. But, I can tell you that the NDR personnel that I've worked with so far are courteous and professional. The information is presented in plain language with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and opt out, if need be.

NDR is very thorough with the application process which I appreciate. They took their time to explain everything to me for transparency. I also have copies of the documents being signed via e-mail. What I really like about the program is that they got you covered from end-to-end.

The customer service representatives (Priscilla & Jake) were very helpful and polite. They were able to answer my questions and told me I could call back with any additional questions in the future. I have not had a negative experience thus far.

I had 3 accounts settled by NDR with feasible monthly payments much to my relief. Customer service has been great up until my final account. I very reluctantly made a large sum payment and gave NDR my last dime to make a sufficient settlement possibility. Unfortunately I did so under the ill advice of the NDR representative who despite hearing my adamant claims that any future payments would be extremely difficult (if not impossible) if this deal didn't finalize my account advised me to continue. I told her that the lump sum I am providing is the money all of the future payments I would be making would have come from. I hesitated after seeing the list of future payments which she claimed were only under a 'verbal agreement' and could change. She then advised me to continue with the large sum deposit.

VERY satisfied with everything. Service reps informative, answered questions, & put us at ease in knowing we were doing the right thing with the right company. I would recommend to anyone with debt & needs help.

I owed so much on credit card and it got to where I couldn’t pay it anymore. I was down to my social security check. I usually make $1,400 on some months and so I could pay my bills but I couldn't pay them anymore. I didn’t know who to go to and when I talked to the guy from National Debt Relief, he told me how good he did for people. He has 30-something customers and he helped them all. They told me they would take care of me in 45 months. Normally, it’s 48 but he said he’s doing it in 45.

I'm working on paying off my debt and all my cards are now consolidated by National Debt Relief. And I don’t have any credit cards anymore. I've been with NDR for over a year now and the process is progressing and working relatively right. The cost is fair, too. NDR is a good company.

I was told they were discussing it but never received confirmation that it was accepted. Also, I am getting threatening letters from Renew Financial and have sent their information over several times as it was not originally included and I don't know why it wasn't.
