    It's misleading. You pay about 100% of your original balance almost every time. After months of not paying bill the high interest adds up making balance larger. Then a settlement is made from higher amount. After NDR's cut of 26 percent plus the settlement it equals real close of 100 percent of original balance. The higher amount is used to make it look like a savings.

    I was having credit card problems and I heard about National Debt Relief. They sounded good to me, so I went with them. I've been with them for about four years and I had about seven credit cards but now, I only have two cards left. They should be resolved sometime soon. I thought it would take a short time in the beginning, because I really didn’t fully understand. But once I got the grip of it, I knew that it would take a little longer. And I was happy with the process that I went through with them. It wasn’t really a burden on me in that way. They just handle everything perfectly.

    My negotiator has been polite. He keeps me on top of things and on what’s going on. And if they need an extra money and if I had it, he would call me and I would send it to him to help my case speed up a little bit. He was calling me from time to time in the beginning but as he eliminated some cards, the calls got less. I call them if I’m concerned about anything or if I need to know where I stand and they let me know. They always let me know what the payout was to accreditors and how far along had we’ve gone. They make me feel comfortable.

    I feel good about the cost of their quality of service. The accreditors are not calling and bugging me about money. I just come down with National Debt Relief and they hang up. NDR is very good and professional about everything. If I can't send my negotiator extra money, they work on what they got. I referred quite a few people to them. I told them that this program is great and they should try to get into it if they have some credit issues. I’m always telling about Debt Relief because I would like to thank them for the person that worked on my case.

    I researched National Debt Relief and they are a real accredited debt relief company. It wasn’t something I wanted to do, but I read a lot and figured that they were outstanding and weren't going to rip me out. I learned that it wasn't like a gym act or a bad idea and there were a lot of people happy with it. I have about $40,000 of credit card debt and I knew I was at the point where I was unable to make the minimum. That was when I decided I had to make a choice either try to keep struggling with that or make a plan. I had thought about that the year prior, but we were still in a position to make the minimum.

    The initial contact with National Deb Relief was really positive. I spoke with one of their guys a few times and he was nice, understanding, and comfortable to work with. He then enrolled all the credit cards I had an issue with, which was great. When they have a settlement, they email me and they tell me I could agree to it or not. If I don't, then I could call them and say no then ask for a better settlement. For the most part, it seems fine. Now, they have settled three of my cards. We're in a quarter in the process at this point and it seems like it's working.

    Working through their program takes the pressure of paying all the minimum and I'm paying their payment plan, which I get paid every two weeks. I get paid every Thursday and they suggested setting it up every time I get paid. I was used to trying to juggle higher balances and so the payment setup works for us because there is never a lack of money when I get paid. The cost of service is also fine. National Debt Relief has a great program for people who are having issues and I would recommend them to my friends. They helped me out tremendously and I'm really happy with them.

    My husband was working and a lot of his salary was based on overtime. And at the time when we first sought out for debt relief, he wasn’t getting much overtime and wasn’t making as much money, so we were getting behind on things. We got into a settlement program with National Debt Relief where they consolidated all of the debt and then they got ahold of the creditors. The original person I spoke with was a little pushy and it felt like he wanted us to sign up right then and made it feel like going with them was the only thing to do in our situation. But, he was good and knowledgeable and he told us everything that the program was about. NDR was also good at working with us on our payment plan. We can schedule or cancel our payments and they're flexible with that.

    So far, things aren’t really on the up yet. My credit has completely been dumped and I was sued by one of the creditors. But some of our debt is being settled, and we haven’t really seen the benefits of it yet because it’s only been a year. NDR is taking care of the court stuff as far as the summons goes, and they found an attorney to represent me so I don't have to deal with that. They could have contacted the creditor a little sooner than they did because it was like months that we were getting phone calls and letters. It couldn’t have been really taken care of because we really didn’t have the funds to pay, but maybe if the creditor was alerted sooner, they wouldn’t have been so aggressive. But I'm satisfied with NDR overall.

    We were online and I was filling out different applications to consolidate our credit debt. National Debt Relief was one of the companies that called us and they consolidated all of our credit cards and cut a deal with the creditors themselves. They helped us come to an agreement to pay off a total for each credit card and there’s already been a couple of credit cards that they came to a settlement with, which was quick and we’re excited about that. Our negotiator gives all the information we need and he was able to answer all the questions we had.

    Even with my husband being overseas right now, he's managed to be able to try to keep both of us in the loop as to how everything is going, so he goes above and beyond to keep in touch with him as well. We feel 100% comfortable with him and we’ve been super happy. The majority of the conversation was mainly with my husband because he wanted to leave everything taken care of before he left. He was happy with the payment plan they made with him and it worked with our budget. For the number of cards that we initially put into the program, we're down two and we have three more. National Debt Relief worked great and people should definitely give it a call and find out all the information they can because they have a great program.

    Updated on 10/19/2018: We were in debt quite a little bit and couldn’t get anywhere with the bills because 90% of the monthly payment would go to paying interest. But we've already gotten a couple of them paid off of our bills with National Debt Relief's program. We got our bills down manageable, so we can make our payments and don’t have to keep going in debt by borrowing and borrowing and borrowing. I pay NDR a little over $600 every month.     Working with National Debt Relief is better than paying all the interest on my debt and trying to rob Peter to pay Paul to get all the different payments made. During the enrollment, they emailed me paperwork and I filled it out and emailed it back. They told me they needed me to pay a certain amount and asked what days I could pay it on. And I pay them twice a month. I've been with NDR for a year now, and they email me when I reach a settlement and I let them know if I agree with it. The payments are a little rough but they are better than the debt I had. The enrollment process was perfect and everything was very friendly to understand. I was also impressed that they knew what they were doing. They gave me a solution and an option and tried to set up the payments for less than four years. I agreed with that since I wanted to be relieved of those debts.     I promised I’d do this contract and I feel 100% relieved because I have to finish my process since NDR offered me a balance. At first, I didn’t feel that I’d be able to trust someone without any adviser telling me what is National Debt Relief. They gave good advice on how I could settle my payments and finally pay for them. I'm still in the program and I'm very excited.     My husband and I broke up and we had a lot of credit card debt, and he wasn't helping me anymore, so I needed to consolidate my debts. National Debt Relief was referred to me by my dad and they provided debt consolidation services to me. I went online and filled out some information to enroll with them, and then the gentleman rep from National called me and got further information for me. He explained everything well and answered any of the questions that I had, so I liked that. Then they sent me documents via email and I completed the forms. They went over the debts that they were consolidating and the amount that they would be able to knock a little bit off my interest to lower my complete payment.

    So far, the quality of the service that I've received from them has been good. They were thorough in explaining everything. They let me know that they would be in contact with my creditors and that they would be able to lower my payments, but they weren't able to tell me by how much because they had to negotiate with my creditors. But all the negotiation was on their side, so I didn't have to deal with any of that. It's a very simple, easy, and quick process, and for its price the service works for me. I usually have electronic contact with them. They send me emails when they've worked out a plan with my creditors and they ask me via email whether the plan works for me or not, then I give my consent. National Debt Relief has done wonders for me and they're helping me along. I'm now eight months into the process and I've already had a couple of my accounts paid off. Working with them has helped raise my credit score, so I'm good and I have no worries.

The negotiators are doing their job. I can call them all, and they normally call me with a settlement, and they email me. They are helping me work down some of my debts like getting it and making settlements so that I can pay less. The cost is also good for the quality of service I get. I still have another year, but my credit score is already going up. They are a good company.
