I’ve heard the advertising about debt relief on the radio and I’ve decided to call because I need help in resolving my situation, I’m glad I’ve made that call. I got a representative by the name of Veronica **, she was very professional in explaining the program to me. After speaking with her I’ve decided to join the program, she need to be getting 10 stars instead of 5. Thanks to National Debt Relief for giving me the opportunity to resolve my situation, looking forward to seeing the results to the end, again thank you.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered questions quickly and understood my concerns with joining the program. They were honest with me on what would happen to my credit score if I went through with the program and the benefit of completing it. So far I would recommend it to others. Time will tell.

This team is very kind and thoughtful to your needs and time. It was very easy to understand the process. They are willing to answer any questions you have. Being in debt is very frustrating and with all the care and information I received it has been anything but a headache. Thank you!

Process was relatively easy and very efficient. If they hadn't called us right away after networking probably would have not further pursued. Representatives - knowledgeable, personable however, ALL have spoken too fast, difficult to understand at times, background noise challenging. All did "slow down" when asked. Kim ** was knowledgeable in identifying what our best options were. Overall a good experience thus far.

The phone calls were extremely easy and straightforward. Never once did I feel as if I was being judged for the debt that I had and was given nothing but positive feedback and encouraging words. The people were so helpful and did everything that they could to make sure that I understood everything without me even asking. The enrollment process had been way smoother than I expected. Both the representative mr. ** and the log in call rep were very professional. I received an email explaining the accounts that had been settled and how they were going to be paid. I had been a little nervous that they were taking my money every month and had not seen anything come of it. I was pleasantly surprised by the email. I called the customer service just to double check my account was correct when I noticed my balance at Zero. It's alarming at first but after speaking to Christal. She helped me understand how the funds are taken out of the balance to pay the fees and resolved debt. So far, so good! I've been with NDR since 10/2017 and so far, they have settled 5 debts! I'm very happy. At first I was nervous, I had never missed a payment. But I was drowning in debt! Then I decided to call them. All I can say is stick with them, trust them! It's worth it!

I was having trouble with my payments. I found National Debt Relief online and I called them. They gave me some suggestions, then I made a contract with them. The enrollment process was perfect and everything was very friendly to understand. I was also impressed that they knew what they were doing. They told me that they found a solution for my account, explained the process to me, and worked with me all the way. They gave me a solution and an option and tried to set up the payments for less than four years. I agreed with that since I wanted to be relieved of those debts. Their customer support has been excellent, too, and I feel good about the cost of their service. It has been really fair.

I interviewed a bunch of different companies and National Debt Relief had one of the better reputations. I got into debt consolidation and enrolling was fairly easy. They were very good at working out my payment plan. However, they're not very proactive about reaching out to me and I would've liked a little more communication from them.

Working with National Debt Relief is better than paying all the interest on my debt and trying to rob Peter to pay Paul to get all the different payments made. During the enrollment, they emailed me paperwork and I filled it out and emailed it back. They told me they needed me to pay a certain amount and asked what days I could pay it on. And I pay them twice a month. I've been with NDR for a year now, and they email me when I reach a settlement and I let them know if I agree with it. The payments are a little rough but they are better than the debt I had. Lower payments could be better but I can understand that they’re trying to get settlements down in a certain amount of time, too.

The initial phone call I received was incredible. I slept like a baby that night! When I realized I couldn’t get access to my older contact info, the crew was very polite and helpful when updating. I had many questions in regards to this first settlement and I was helped and given further info on the others. So far my experience has been amazing. My original consultant assured me that I was doing the right thing and admired me for getting help and that y’all would take care of the rest. It warms my heart with the sense of being taken care of by this company.

The welcome call service representative was quick, simple, informative and great customer service. She made sure that I understand the material and she also had patience with me. The emails we discuss were sent promptly and I am able to move with the process.

I was in debt and National Debt Relief seemed like the best one based on my research online -- they have all good reviews. I enrolled online by filling out something, and then they called me back. We went through everything, then they sent me an email and I signed up. It took 24 hours to get the approval. The negotiators are doing their job. I can call them all, and they normally call me with a settlement, and they email me. They are helping me work down some of my debts like getting it and making settlements so that I can pay less. The cost is also good for the quality of service I get. I still have another year, but my credit score is already going up. They are a good company.

I liked National Debt Relief from the get-go. They were straight up with what they wanted to say. I signed up with them and I’m still on the program right now but I'm almost done with it. My negotiators have been really good and they answered my questions. The only thing is if I miss a payment, they shouldn’t try to push for it.

I had excess debt so I got on the program of National Debt Relief. But after going through their program for a year, I'm still no better than I was a year ago, so I've discontinued with the program and I'm filing for bankruptcy. The enrollment process was lengthy and I satisfied just one of my accounts within the year that I was on their program. They had set up payment once a month for an agreed amount. But after they got one account settled and they were serving my other accounts, all of a sudden they said that I wasn’t putting enough money in and I had to put in more money, and that was one of the reasons why I stopped. Also, the service cost more than what I was satisfied with. I'd tell a friend or family member not to do the program with National Debt Relief.

My husband and I broke up and we had a lot of credit card debt, and he wasn't helping me anymore, so I needed to consolidate my debts. National Debt Relief was referred to me by my dad and they provided debt consolidation services to me. I went online and filled out some information to enroll with them, and then the gentleman rep from National called me and got further information for me. He explained everything well and answered any of the questions that I had, so I liked that. Then they sent me documents via email and I completed the forms. They went over the debts that they were consolidating and the amount that they would be able to knock a little bit off my interest to lower my complete payment.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is that they kind of pushed me into getting another loan to pay off my debt. Originally they were supposed to settle straight through company. My best friend is going through this company and has never been asked to take a loan to pay off his $24000 debt. Kind of makes me feel like they are pushing me off and not taking full responsibility for themselves.

Enrollment process went smoothly. Mr. ** was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. I must admit though that this process is a little stressful since we do not have any guarantee that the creditors will want to reach an agreement. Also, although I am 58 years old and have paid off over 40,000 in student load debt and about a decade ago paid off all creditors and to this date have never missed a payment, my credit score is still very poor! So some things are certainly a mystery to me; however, Monica and Mr. ** were very helpful and explained as much as they could. At this point I would expect my already low credit score to get even lower but hopefully an agreement can be reached with these creditors... God willing!

We were over our heads in debt. I enrolled in National Debt Relief's program and the process went fine. We’re just six months into it and everything has gone fine with the negotiators. They answer my questions and they tell me what’s going on if there were any changes. They call once in a while and I try to call them once a week, too. I wish I could pay less because we’re in the hole every month. The payment plan that they set up is more than we can handle. If the money was less a month, it’d be better and easier for us. They made it less for two months but that was it. Still, I'd tell my friends that NDR is an option to get to.

National Debt Relief handled our situation good. They've settled on about two or three accounts already in a short amount of time. The process was fast. I just called in or emailed in my information and they called us back within a day or so or emailed us back the next day. They asked for our information and then pulled up everything about our credit or our accounts as far and all the accounts popped up -- the total of the cards and how much we would pay. And then they even brought the payment down to a reasonable amount like they let us split it every two weeks, instead of being a lump sum one time a month.

I have three kids and it was just hard to get out of debt. It seemed like everything was just pure interest and I wasn’t going anywhere. It just seemed like I was going to be stuck with this for a long time. But I eventually want to get my house and get a better future for my kids. I went online and National Debt Relief was rated number one. I was like, “Hey, I might as well go with the best.” I called in, someone spoke to me, and they asked me what debts I had. I got a couple of calls basically trying to just get information, where I'm at, and trying to figure out what worked out best for me with my budget that they can work with to pay off my debts. The enrolment was pretty easy. The main thing was just the decision-making of whether I wanted to be in it or not because I know that it affects the credit score. But I do know that also in a couple of years, I'd be able to resolve this, try to build my credit up again, and at least be out of this.

I got several different loans and I was leery because it was just the way everybody stole identities. A friend of mine said that they used National Debt Relief before so I read on it and saw who was legit or not legit. I availed of their settlement program and it's been a good experience. I called their 1-800 number and their rep and I went one on one. We walked through it for an hour or so then he got my information. He said he was going to call me back to see where I was at and what they could do. He called me back when he said he would and we took off from there. My payment with them is bi-weekly.

I lost my job so it made it difficult to pay bills. I inquired about getting help and NDR was the first one that called. The enrollment process was complicated. They kept on calling the first time but it was okay. The interactions with the negotiator was a little frustrating since they kept asking me if could I put more money in other than the $515 I'm already paying, and that bothered me. If I could put more money in than $515, I wouldn't be in this mess. Our agreement is not to put more money in and they back off of it. Then they wanted to offer me another deal. I pay them a certain amount each month and they were supposed to settle my debts for less money than was on the credit card originally. They settled two debts right here and they had agreements on two more this year but then I got sued. They have to court so they dropped those and NDR is trying to get the court thing settled.

I have nothing but the utmost respect for everyone who dealt with at National Debt Relief. Very professional service and wonderful support. They will answer any of my questions and return my phone calls. Happy that I went with NDR solution. Can't say enough regarding their service.
