My curiosity peaked regarding National Debt as I felt like I could not gain control of our financial situation. I inquired and Travis was amazing!!! We primarily communicated via email and it couldn't have been more convenient for me! I was able to take some time to think about the program and if it was the right decision for my husband and I with absolutely no pressure or a ton of phone calls!

This is my second time with National Debt Relief. I went back to the same person that help me with my first debts situation. Mr. Christopher ** has been a awesome staff! of "National Debt Relief". He has helped me settled my debts in the past always with great results. NDR they are professional as far as dealing with the debt collection companies. I would recommend NDR to anybody that has a lot of debts because you can have a great peace of mind to know that your debts is being handle by the best in the nation!

It's misleading. You pay about 100% of your original balance almost every time. After months of not paying bill the high interest adds up making balance larger. Then a settlement is made from higher amount. After NDR's cut of 26 percent plus the settlement it equals real close of 100 percent of original balance. The higher amount is used to make it look like a savings.

I was nervous about this process and a bit embarrassed but the process was easy and streamlined. Felt like a weight off my shoulders after getting off the phone. I feel like I will finally be able to get my debt under control and rid of it!

It’s taken entirely too much time to resolve these accounts, the customer service has been fine but the time it has taken your company to settle has been entirely too long. The website could be better but it’s getting easier in time. I feel if you settled with my accounts, I wouldn’t be getting the collection calls.

This program has been truly amazing. After several hardships, I was worried that I’d never be able to catch up with everything. I was having credit card problems and I heard about National Debt Relief. They sounded good to me, so I went with them. I've been with them for about four years and I had about seven credit cards but now, I only have two cards left. They should be resolved sometime soon. I thought it would take a short time in the beginning, because I really didn’t fully understand. But once I got the grip of it, I knew that it would take a little longer. And I was happy with the process that I went through with them. It wasn’t really a burden on me in that way. They just handle everything perfectly.

I researched National Debt Relief and they are a real accredited debt relief company. It wasn’t something I wanted to do, but I read a lot and figured that they were outstanding and weren't going to rip me out. I learned that it wasn't like a gym act or a bad idea and there were a lot of people happy with it. I have about $40,000 of credit card debt and I knew I was at the point where I was unable to make the minimum. That was when I decided I had to make a choice either try to keep struggling with that or make a plan. I had thought about that the year prior, but we were still in a position to make the minimum.

My husband was working and a lot of his salary was based on overtime. And at the time when we first sought out for debt relief, he wasn’t getting much overtime and wasn’t making as much money, so we were getting behind on things. We got into a settlement program with National Debt Relief where they consolidated all of the debt and then they got ahold of the creditors. The original person I spoke with was a little pushy and it felt like he wanted us to sign up right then and made it feel like going with them was the only thing to do in our situation. But, he was good and knowledgeable and he told us everything that the program was about. NDR was also good at working with us on our payment plan. We can schedule or cancel our payments and they're flexible with that.

We were online and I was filling out different applications to consolidate our credit debt. National Debt Relief was one of the companies that called us and they consolidated all of our credit cards and cut a deal with the creditors themselves. They helped us come to an agreement to pay off a total for each credit card and there’s already been a couple of credit cards that they came to a settlement with, which was quick and we’re excited about that. Our negotiator gives all the information we need and he was able to answer all the questions we had.

Updated on 10/19/2018: We were in debt quite a little bit and couldn’t get anywhere with the bills because 90% of the monthly payment would go to paying interest. But we've already gotten a couple of them paid off of our bills with National Debt Relief's program. We got our bills down manageable, so we can make our payments and don’t have to keep going in debt by borrowing and borrowing and borrowing. I pay NDR a little over $600 every month. We're able to make the payment and still have over $1,000 left for each month. NDR's customer service was very professional and I recommend them to any of my friends that might need them. It was a big relief trying to find a way out without having to file for bankruptcy.

My experience has been good so far. I've recommended them to two people. The concern from the people I have talked to seems sincere and have a good response. I hope to get out of my present situation as soon as possible, and it seems like National Debt Relief is the way to go.

Process was relatively easy and very efficient. If they hadn't called us right away after networking probably would have not further pursued. Representatives - knowledgeable, personable however, ALL have spoken too fast, difficult to understand at times, background noise challenging. All did "slow down" when asked. I interviewed a bunch of different companies and National Debt Relief had one of the better reputations. I got into debt consolidation and enrolling was fairly easy. They were very good at working out my payment plan. However, they're not very proactive about reaching out to me and I would've liked a little more communication from them.

Working with National Debt Relief is better than paying all the interest on my debt and trying to rob Peter to pay Paul to get all the different payments made. During the enrollment, they emailed me paperwork and I filled it out and emailed it back. They told me they needed me to pay a certain amount and asked what days I could pay it on. And I pay them twice a month. I've been with NDR for a year now, and they email me when I reach a settlement and I let them know if I agree with it. The payments are a little rough but they are better than the debt I had. Lower payments could be better but I can understand that they’re trying to get settlements down in a certain amount of time, too.

I was having trouble with my payments. I found National Debt Relief online and I called them. They gave me some suggestions, then I made a contract with them. The enrollment process was perfect and everything was very friendly to understand. I was also impressed that they knew what they were doing. They told me that they found a solution for my account, explained the process to me, and worked with me all the way. They gave me a solution and an option and tried to set up the payments for less than four years. I agreed with that since I wanted to be relieved of those debts. Their customer support has been excellent, too, and I feel good about the cost of their service. It has been really fair.

When I realized I couldn’t get access to my older contact info, the crew was very polite and helpful when updating. I had many questions in regards to this first settlement and I was helped and given further info on the others. So far my experience has been amazing. My original consultant assured me that I was doing the right thing and admired me for getting help and that y’all would take care of the rest. I had excess debt so I got on the program of National Debt Relief. But after going through their program for a year, I'm still no better than I was a year ago, so I've discontinued with the program and I'm filing for bankruptcy. The enrollment process was lengthy and I satisfied just one of my accounts within the year that I was on their program. They had set up payment once a month for an agreed amount. But after they got one account settled and they were serving my other accounts, all of a sudden they said that I wasn’t putting enough money in and I had to put in more money, and that was one of the reasons why I stopped. Also, the service cost more than what I was satisfied with. I'd tell a friend or family member not to do the program with National Debt Relief.

My husband and I broke up and we had a lot of credit card debt, and he wasn't helping me anymore, so I needed to consolidate my debts. National Debt Relief was referred to me by my dad and they provided debt consolidation services to me. I went online and filled out some information to enroll with them, and then the gentleman rep from National called me and got further information for me. He explained everything well and answered any of the questions that I had, so I liked that. Then they sent me documents via email and I completed the forms. They went over the debts that they were consolidating and the amount that they would be able to knock a little bit off my interest to lower my complete payment.

We went through everything, then they sent me an email and I signed up. It took 24 hours to get the approval. The negotiators are doing their job. I can call them all, and they normally call me with a settlement, and they email me. They are helping me work down some of my debts like getting it and making settlements so that I can pay less. The cost is also good for the quality of service I get. I still have another year, but my credit score is already going up. They are a good company.
