My experience was great, customer service was clear and understanding, helpful to repeat questions over and over when I wasn’t understanding something and the customer service was patient. Things were explained in detail and broken down for me to understand when I wasn’t. Overall processes and smooth.

I was extremely nervous about joining the program, Jeffrey was very helpful and patient. I was explained the process very well and completed the paperwork with his assistance. My questions were answered in a very professional tone which put me at ease. The welcome call was conducted very professional and at an appropriate speed allowing me time to understand and not feeling rushed.

Agents were both kind, caring, considerate, knowledgeable people who helped me & were very patient with me. I highly recommend them to friends and family. I think they were very thorough and helpful. I am confident I will be debt free in three years.

Once I signed up with National Debt Relief, I talked to their reps and we agreed to take an amount out of my checking account to pay off my creditors whom they negotiated with. Every two weeks, they would take out the money and put it in an account in my name which they had access to for the creditors. They answered all the questions I asked them and they really helped me.

National Debt Relief took over my debts, and they negotiated much lower rates than I could do on my own and kept me to a payment plan that I can work into my budget. Enrolling was super easy. I filled out an application, they got all the information from me, sent me a packet and had to sign a couple of forms. By that point, it was already up and running so it was good. Everybody's been super friendly, understandable and to the point. They usually resolve any question right when I talk to them. They gave me a monthly number upfront, and the first number didn't work. They had everything in terms of what they could do, and they were pretty flexible in bringing it into what my budget could handle. I had been going back and forth with creditors over some time, trying to negotiate some stuff down and I couldn't do it on my own. I was very impressed with what NDR was able to do in such a quick amount of time.

I just signed up and so far everything has been explained very well. My caseworker Mark has been very helpful. The man that called to finish my welcome phone call was nice and informative but he kept letting a slight laugh out that was off putting due to the situation.

The process getting started with National Debt Relief was quick and easy. The experience was definitely painless and very easy. The support was awesome and greatly appreciated! Everything was broken down so it was easy to understand and signing the documents is very convenient since it comes to your email and after a few clicks, you are done!

Awesome staff. Were able to answer all my questions. They walked me step by step on everything involving my contract and what to expect on the coming months. Very knowledgeable people. Made sure I was fully comfortable with everything I was signing up for.

I have been debating on NDR since September 2018. After talking with Nate, my husband and I decided it was the best choice for us. We are excited for this journey and to be debt free again. The welcome call I received was very detailed and told me everything I need to know. The call was a little bit long but was very detailed with the info. I feel like the emails could be a little less and just a big email with all the attachments in one.

I was raving about this company to everybody I know. I just today realized that I was misled. I was told I would have 36 months or even less and now I find out that it's going to be at least 6 months longer then I was told. I feel like I was totally misled on purpose.

I looked at National Debt Relief reviews and I researched on the internet. When I spoke with another company, they were just very rude on the phone. I enrolled with National Debt Relief and the process was easy. I emailed them and they called me within a couple of hours. We started getting the process set up like going over all my debts. Now, I've already had two debts paid off. I have at least four more to go, but I know two other companies they're in negotiation with. The representatives I work with have all been very friendly and helpful. The cost of the service is worth it too. I feel a lot less stressed because things are getting taken care of.

I found National Debt Relief online and I liked the way they broke down the payment. The enrollment was fairly easy. They're very detailed, friendly and I'm comfortable working with them. They call and email, which is fine. The rep said the program will take about four years and so far we've settled about four debts. I've already recommended them to somebody else who started using them also.

When looking for Debt Consolidation loans, we kept hearing the same thing: "Too much money being used in active credit accounts." Surely, this is the exact reason most people look to take out a debt-consolidation loan? To free themselves from the crushing burden of crazy interest rates. After being referred to National Debt Relief, the people we spoke to were calm, courteous, and carefully explained why another loan wasn't our best option. We are now enrolled in the program, and hope for results as fast and efficient as the sign-up process was.

Being in my mid-20s and in as much debt as I was in, I figured that I had to do something. I tried enrolling with National Debt Relief and it was a very easy experience. It needed quite a bit of information, but nothing that took hours to complete. Since signing up, I've gotten a lot of my collections taken care of and a little bit over half of my debt has been reconciled already. That's been a very big plus for me 'cause I'm watching my credit report get cleaned up and my credit score starting to be affected in a positive way. During the process, I get a notification through email about one of my debts having an offer as well as an option to approve the offer amount. That makes it easier for me. If for whatever reason I don't have access to email, I get a courtesy call from National Debt Relief. Overall, I'm extremely happy with NDR's service.

I enrolled with National Debt Relief over the phone and they sent me paperwork to sign. I also gave them access to my social security. I'm trying to get debt-free and with all my debt, they said that paying it off could take three years. I started this year and I like the program so far. Two or three of my debt have already been settled. My interactions with the staff are straightforward and I only talked to them on the phone when they need me. They just let me know what their settling on right now and if I wanna take the offer or not. I've got good experience with National Debt Relief.

I was trying to buy a house but my credit wasn't great. I got National Debt Relief's consolidation services and the enrollment was easy. Working with their team was easy as well. I'm happy with the payment plan that I have and so far, NDR has already paid off 60% of my debts.

I came across National Debt Relief while doing some research on the web. I considered other processes, but whenever I gave NDR a call, they went through all the details and it wasn't like putting everything on one loan versus leaving it as is or putting everything into a different type of debt. So, I signed up with their program and they mentioned that it would take a year and a half to two years.

Had an excellent experience dealing with several account representatives. Each was extremely help and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Each went beyond making sure I understood everything involved and what I needed to do. Work has dropped off considerably and wasn't sure how was going to get back on feet to rebuild my credit. When setting up a new account your representatives Geri and Nancy were both very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I decided to check out NDR's website, and shortly after received an email and a phone call from Andrew **. From there after, it was a smooth process with submitting my application, getting approved and having an agreement in place. So far, I am very happy I decided to get help from NDR.

My wife and I were way over our heads. We made phone calls to creditors, but they didn't wanna work with us. They wanted their whole amount or it was, "I'll see you in court." We were also starting to get some phone calls, so, at that point, I told my wife that we needed to do something. I started looking at debt relief and researched about it. I got a few checks on the internet and I felt comfortable with National Debt Relief. They sent over some documents for me to sign, then I signed and sent them off. I told them which accounts needed to be handled and they wanted anything with the balance higher than $500, so I included all of those. We had heavy credit card debt and we gave them all the information through email and faxed back and forth. They provided a debt reduction program and we are around 10 months into it now. They are handling my debt fine. They've already paid off quite a bit for us already, and not just the small ones.

I applied for National Debt Relief's debt consolidation program for my credit cards. I told them my different accounts and they told me how long it would take to pay them off. And then, they sent me a welcome letter. The negotiator who helped me sign up with NDR, John, was friendly and he made the process easy. He told me what my total payoff was and asked me if I could make that monthly payment. I am impressed with their customer service, but I wish their reps didn't read off a script most of the time. In addition, they should not have general answers for everything. If I were to ask them a question that isn't part of the script, they would never give me an answer.

Updated on 06/23/2023: I am so happy to be resolving all of my debt with NDR program. The process has been very easy to follow, my debt specialist, Israel ** was amazing. He walked me through everything. Answered any questions I had. He made sure I understood everything before moving to the next step. My payment plan is something I can afford. NDR sets you up to succeed. Thank you Israel and NDR.

I'm in debt bad didn't know where to turn. National Debt Relief they were more than happy to offer help. They're very understanding. They pulled up my credit and went over every one step by step. Offered to set up a payment plan that fits my budget to make sure that we can make those payments. I would recommend National Debt Relief for all your debt needs.

This was a very good experience so far. Both representatives that I spoke with were very informative with details and how the program will work. They made sure I knew how the escrow account works. Knew the forms I needed to get for the payoff and were always informing of how it works. Let me know all research had to be within 30 days.

NDR's policy of going over the entire contract with you point by point to explain it and answer questions before having you sign took out the anxiety usually associated with signing such things.

There was a time when we had too many bills and not enough money. We enrolled with National Debt Relief and their lady rep came and told us all about their program. She had us write down all our debts and took into consideration what we were trying to pay off at a lesser debt but also what we still had going out. I'm also really happy with the cost of the service thus far and NDR has been doing a good job. I recommend others to try this service. NDR has the interest of their customers at heart. They're not out to take people's money nor do they make people feel like they're down on the bottom of the totem pole and they would look down their nose at them.

I have some credit cards that won't let other companies to make a deal with the other companies, but they deal with National Debt Relief. I gave NDR a try and they got all my credit cards consolidated into just one debt. I'm in the beginning of the process and it's just less than a year. If you’re looking for professional and knowledgeable counselors, DO NOT use NDR! I have NO idea how they get the rating they do, but my experience not only got me placed in the troublemakers' office, but probably shortened my life by a few years thanks to the stress of dealing with such ridiculously undertrained personnel. I feel bad for them. Consistent incorrect information was given to me the entire time I was enrolled with the program. Took me, no exaggeration, 4 phone calls and 8 people to get a correct payout total and date. A balance and date to them doesn’t mean the same to you, trust me! 45 minute phone calls were the average, and if you’ve ever seen “Anger Management”, that’s how they roll. That doesn’t exclude Quality Control experiences.
