I had a problem before but it has been resolved.

I was very nervous and anxious. Who isn't when needing help. Our representative listened and answered all our questions. Never rushed us but put us at ease. He was patient and knowledgeable. Understood our situation and treated us with kindness and respect. We are really thankful that we decided to do this with National Debt Relief.

My experience with NDR couldn't have been any better. Both Representatives were professional and thorough, they made me feel comfortable and put me at ease with the whole process. I feel like I'm actually going to get out of debt. Thank you NDR.

I have credit card debts and National Debt Relief worked with lenders and made settlements. When I enrolled in the program, they told me what they were going to do, what the terms were, and how much my monthly payments were going to be. They also told me that they would work on my behalf with the creditors, and when a settlement was agreed upon, they would let me know, and I could accept it or not. And then the money would be taken out for a period of 24 months.

We got to a point where we were paying interests and not paying anything on our cards. We googled to see our options to kind of help us to get to a better spot. National Debt Relief had really good reviews. We enrolled in their program and we had bumps along the way with how it went and the things that they wanted from us, but it was a smooth process overall.

My rep was nice and was helping me. So far, everything has been okay. I even signed my mama. My mom had to go through me for as my email and I had to take care her business for her. She’s an older woman and she’s not taking care of her bills like she’s supposed to. I was calling them to let them know that when they take out their monthly fee, I wanted them to take it out at once and not spread it out in two payments because she might spend the money and they might not get their monthly fee. And they’ve been giving me such a very hard time with that. They kept telling me that I had to fill out something that no one ever seems to receive. She had to write something and I had to email it to them. They claimed they weren’t getting it, so I don’t even know if they even get their money monthly. I’ve been back and forth with them for days. They were saying that when she signed up, she gave me permission. But I don’t have that permission so that was a one-time thing. I’ve been in the program for about three months and I have settled with one creditor so far.

I went through National Debt Relief on the recommendation of another friend who had a really good experience with them. The enrolment process wasn’t lengthy and I got everything accomplished that same day. I got into the process a little over a year ago mainly because of credit cards and I was consumed with all of the debt. With their help, they negotiated two of my debts that are now paid off as of December of last year. I still have several debts that I have to pay off, but we are accomplishing our goal. Also, I have very pleasant interactions with the negotiators. I had a lot of questions and they were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. My payments are set up for monthly and working with National Debt Relief has truly lifted a lot of stress off of my household. I would definitely tell friends that going through them is a great way to be debt-free and be able to live at the same time.

After six months in the program I have had my debts reduced already by $13,000.00. I make a monthly deposit, which is less than I was paying on my debt and it is used to negotiate for a settlement with my debtors. It works. I started at over $40,000.00 in debt.

I am so thankful to be working with National Debt Relief. They have handled everything and have relieved so much stress! I was overwhelmed and other than approvals on settlements or paperwork signing, they do all the work and deal with the creditors. Never wanted to need their services, but circumstances change and I am so glad I made that call.

I just retired and have a fix income so I decided to call for help on my credit. The person that assist me was very helpful, he knows what I'm going through and so he explained what's going to happen to the account. He was very detailed, clear on all aspects. The services I received from Kathleen ** and Valentine was above and beyond any I've ever received. The information given to me was explained and my questions were answered and explained for me to understand and come to terms of understanding.

I was really happy with the service at first. But then a year later I get a call that I still have an open account that I was told was already closed out. They had called and asked for additional funds a year ago to settle the account. I had given them the additional funds and then a year later I get a call that that credit card is still open and I owe an additional hundred and $70. Very disappointed that it took almost a year while I thought I was repairing my credit it was actually still an open card. They should have called prior than 10 months to let me know that this card was still open and they had never settled. It was over a year-and-a-half after I had stopped making the monthly payments and a year after I thought my last credit was settled out.

I was well informed by my debt specialist through every step of inquiry, application and follow through. I felt reassured that I made the right decision and that this was the best direction for me to take for my financial situation.

National Debt Relief is Very informative and helpful. They give you the relief you have been putting on the back burner of getting taken care of. This has been a BIG burden lifted OFF MY SHOULDERS. They have you covered in more ways than one. I would recommend to anyone!

National Debt Relief seems to have a better format than other companies. It was a really simple enrollment form. I had to tell them the specifics of each of my debts and like that. Explained my situation and motivated me in my accomplishment. Able to resolve this debtor balance in paying less than 50 percent of what the original balance was and I was surprised! Calls me regularly to inform me of my accounts and makes sure I don’t need anything else.

Information explained clearly and concisely. Very happy with representatives. Hopefully your service will alleviate some of the pressure we’re under. My only question is if we’re allowed to make double payments since we will soon have two incomes. Would appreciate a response regarding question.

Only been in the program for 5 months, but so far, they have resolutions with some of my creditors. Actually, it is already 16% of my total debt. And I had a lot of it. The service reps have all been kind and understanding and they are always glad to help and answer your questions. You will get a lot of calls at first from creditors. Eventually, they will slack off. But every time NDR tells me they have a tentative agreement with a creditor, I breathe another sigh of relief. Best thing I ever did was turn to NDR for help. We had an enormous debt that we needed to fix and we didn’t want to go through bankruptcy. I looked up a few websites but I liked the first phone call I made with that lady from National Debt Relief and she sold me on it. They're helping me with making settlements lower than the credit card debt we owe so that we can pay it off with them. They took the income that we bring in versus what we owed and our household expenses now, and they get it out that way. We’ve already paid off some creditors. Also, we’ve established links between other creditors and sent them, “Should they stay with us and help us out?”

A friend used NDR years ago and had a good experience. It has been almost two years since I put around five accounts with them and they've come down to two. We still have at least another year with the one that they just set up. Sometimes their rep would call and ask me why I don't log on and I don't log on because I trust him. He seems to be doing his job and I don't need to get in his way. The only thing that upset me was the time that I put an extra thousand bucks in there and they took it as their fee. I really didn't think that was right because the fee is negotiated into the monthly payment as far as I knew.

National Debt Relief is a good service but you have to be patient. I availed of their consolidation service and my enrollment to their program went pretty easily and smoothly. They asked me what I could afford and they looked at what they needed and asked me if I could do that to which I said yes. That worked out so far. I also pull things online. It's all set up automatically and I can look at stuff online so it works great. But every once in a while, I would call National. Right now, my credit score went down. It's a slow process and I knew it was going to be so. Debt-wise, there is a little bit less stress. Half of my debts have been negotiated and resolved.

I was very nervous about the whole process. I spoke with Daniel and he has answers to every question I asked and didn’t sound scripted. He took everything I had to say into consideration and worked with my needs and didn’t press anything onto me like a salesman. Would highly recommend this service to friends once I see the results to back my initial experiences.

I like how I get emails and notifications on what is going on with my account and how they can resolve it and my schedule drafts also. Also they helped a lot too when I first enrolled and What was going to be done and so far everything is going great.

The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is that everyone talk a bit slower. Hard take in all the information at once. Overall good experience. I hope they do the job that I signed up with them for.

We are happy with the service. Same time we have a unknown fear too about legal issues and affecting our credit scores. Updated on 10/04/2018: At this point, I still have to pay off about three of my debts and I'm happy about the way NDR handles things. Once they started working and I saw a result, I felt good. I tried to settle my accounts directly speaking with the companies and what they gave me and the same settlement that NDR got are not the same. NDR was able to settle almost 50% off. Also, when their reps give me an answer, they ask me again if they have answered my questions and if I have another question before they hang up. If it wasn’t for NDR, all of my debts would have shown bad credit. But now, I show that some of those accounts are being paid.

When speaking to Mr. ** and Mrs. ** they were both quite professional as well as informative. They made it easy for me to understand and didn't make me feel as though I were just someone with bad credit. I will and would definitely recommend this program to my friends or to anyone who ask me about the program. Thank you so much National Debt Relief.

National Debt Relief was able to negotiate huge savings for me with Creditors who were unwilling to work with me when I tried to work with them on my own. My financial difficulties were due to unexpected and extended job loss. Creditors were unwilling to work with me to make my payments more affordable when I finally returned to work although at a much lower salary. National Debt Relief allowed me to pay my bills and save my sanity.

We were way behind on our credit card payments and loans and we didn't know what to do. We found Debt Relief on the internet and decided to give it a try! We had been in a deficit on income for awhile, so had to use credit cards to make ends meet. But it finally got to a point where we were drowning in debt and couldn't make anymore payments. When National Debt Relief told us our credit would get worse before it gets better from non payment, we could accept that because it was going to happen anyway, but at least this way our debt was being settled and paid, and with a much lower one month payment, instead of sitting there accruing interest. So far NDR has been very upfront and helpful with everything. I was nervous about it at first but it's working, which is a huge relief. I'm not as stressed about how we're going to feed our kids.

I started the process of debt relief about 6 months ago. I have already been relieved of one debt with a better than expected settlement. I will be very happy if the other debts go this well. Pam was very helpful. While she may not have had as extensive depth of knowledge as some, she got us the answers we needed and knew most answers right away. Most importantly, she was very polite. Though the Welcome call was heavily scripted, it was nevertheless effective.

I have credit card debts and my credit has been bad for a long time. When I got National Debt Relief's service, I had a pretty good interaction with their negotiator and everything went well. I've completed their entire process and I only got a year and a half left from their three-year program. They made my savings well and the cost of their service is good. I've also told a couple of people to give NDR a call if they're looking on how to get out of debt.

I was in a hole that I couldn’t get out of and NDR services was pretty much the last thing that I could think of, and it helped me relieve a few debts before. When I initially signed up I had about five creditors who they spoke and reached out to and let them know that I was doing this plan, and called all the creditors stop calling my phone. I’ve been continuously paying into National Debt Relief and they pay. They’ve reached settlements for a few of my creditors. I’ve settled two of the biggest creditors so far and I’m about two years into the program. I still have about three to go, but they’re smaller balances.

I got divorced, got stuck with all the debts, and I couldn't do it all on my own. When I looked online, National Debt Relief had the best reviews. I started their program in July of 2015 and when I enrolled, Doug was the rep who assisted me. I sent them all my accounts then they sent me an address and a phone number to change for all my information so that nobody bothered me, and they took care of all my calls. Then, I sent money into an account and they took care of the settlement part.

I received a summons from one of my creditors. National Debt Relief quickly took care of the situation and settled with the company. They have done everything they said they would do. Great company!!! I am amazed by their organization and quick responses!!

Although I appreciate the assistance National Debt Relief has offered in resolving issues with my creditors, their lack of communication was unsettling. For at least six months I had been trying to obtain account updates without any satisfaction. It's misleading. You pay about 100% of your original balance almost every time. After months of not paying bill the high interest adds up making balance larger. Then a settlement is made from higher amount. After NDR's cut of 26 percent plus the settlement it equals real close of 100 percent of original balance. The higher amount is used to make it look like a savings.

We were online and I was filling out different applications to consolidate our credit debt. National Debt Relief was one of the companies that called us and they consolidated all of our credit cards and cut a deal with the creditors themselves. They helped us come to an agreement to pay off a total for each credit card and there’s already been a couple of credit cards that they came to a settlement with, which was quick and we’re excited about that. Our negotiator gives all the information we need and he was able to answer all the questions we had.

My husband was working and a lot of his salary was based on overtime. It wasn’t something I wanted to do, but I read a lot and figured that they were outstanding and weren't going to rip me out. I learned that it wasn't like a gym act or a bad idea and there were a lot of people happy with it. I have about $40,000 of credit card debt and I knew I was at the point where I was unable to make the minimum. That was when I decided I had to make a choice either try to keep struggling with that or make a plan. I had thought about that the year prior, but we were still in a position to make the minimum.

Updated on 10/19/2018: We were in debt quite a little bit and couldn’t get anywhere with the bills because 90% of the monthly payment would go to paying interest. But we've already gotten a couple of them paid off of our bills with National Debt Relief's program. We got our bills down manageable, so we can make our payments and don’t have to keep going in debt by borrowing and borrowing and borrowing. I pay NDR a little over $600 every month. We're able to make the payment and still have over $1,000 left for each month. NDR's customer service was very professional and I recommend them to any of my friends that might need them. It was a big relief trying to find a way out without having to file for bankruptcy.

My experience has been good so far. I've recommended them to two people. The concern from the people I have talked to seems sincere and have a good response. I hope to get out of my present situation as soon as possible, and it seems like National Debt Relief is the way to go.
