Everyone was professional, non-judgemental with a no pressure attitude. Everything was explained in detail. I would recommend to a friend. I am still nervous about not being able to settle some of the debt but it was explained to me what the process would be.

We started out with another company and it was horrid and they ended up stealing money from us. They didn’t pay the bills where they were supposed to. And I ended up firing them and one of my friends suggested that we check out National Debt Relief. So, we did and we’ve been very pleased with it. The enrollment was pretty simple. They asked a lot of questions about my finances, and what I'm able to do and not able to do. But it was a fairly comfortable process. I'm about a third of the way through the program and they have been very good in keeping us informed every step of the way. The negotiator that I dealt with didn't have any problem answering all the questions when I don't understand things. He explains it so I understand it. There's a paper trail for everything that the company does and what he does on our behalf.

I was having some monetary problems then I ran into some legal problems, so I was in neck-deep and I needed some help. I heard National Debt Relief's commercials in the radio and tv, and I decided to look them up online. I read some pretty good reviews then signed up for their consolidation service. With their program, I'm paying less. I'm giving them one lump sum to work with and they call me for updates. But I work a 48-hour schedule and sometimes, they would call me on days that I was unable to answer the phone. It was really hard for me to communicate with them because my schedule's kind of weird.

I felt good working with NDR. I was falling behind on my bills and I went with them based on the research that we did. NDR had to make our creditors lower the debt that we owe them or help us lower the debt. It took about 30 minutes for enrolment and all we needed to give them was our social and then they looked up all of our creditors. We are with them for about six months now and I'm having a great time with them.

I'm in the middle of a divorce and my wife racked all the credit build up and I don't have any way to pay them. National Debt Relief responded to something I sent and the person on the phone made me go with them. The enrollment process went quick and easy. I'm in the program for 3 years and I've only been in it for six months. Their fees seem fair. I don't know what's completely going on with the bills and but I know they get paid. They want to pay it off quick as possible and they're trying negotiate but to do that they need more money and it is not possible for me right now. While they're working with me, I can't pay any more than I already can. Still, my interactions with the negotiator have been all right. They seem to be working fine and they answer my questions. I have to wait on the line for minute but I seem to be doing all right.

I was very satisfied with how the program works. Now I can rest from all those collection calls I receive daily. I love that I will be saving more money going through NDR then I would paying them off slowly. Thank you.

National Debt is saving me thousands of dollars resolving my debt. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in debt, that would like to save thousands of dollars getting out of debt. In 6 months of having them, they have already resolved two of my debts, saving me more than $7000.00.

BEN ** was the first Representative I encountered. He helped with mostly everything. I wish I could work with him for all of my services. Ben provided me with amazing customer service. Answers all my questions and concerns. 2nd guy I talked to seem rushed. Talked really fast and it was hard to understand the information he was trying to share. He seemed put off when I asked questions. Mixed emotions. I’m happy to have gotten help to fix my credit.

I turn all my bills over to them in Nov and they are working and getting things settled. I think I am at 80% now. I make a great choice. They are great at letting me know what is going on. I love the website, showing me % completed and where we are with each creditor.

The team at National Debt Relief actively contacts the creditors to get settlements as quickly as possible with the available funds. I have had three accounts resolved in less than a year and settlement offers from two other accounts. These resolutions and offers make up about half of the total debt.

Back in June, I called National Debt Relief and the person had me send over everybody that I owed. He went over everything, what it would cost me and how much I could afford. He was probably the reason I went with National Debt Relief. He was good, thorough and honest. He told me there are a lot of people out there that could possibly just take my money and run. National Debt Relief had some high customer reviews when I did an internet search. I signed up for a consolidation service and we're doing the program for 2 years. The enrollment process was very easy and they took care of everything. When they come to a settlement, they will give me a call and we'll discuss what the settlement ask. If I have enough in the account, they'll process the settlement. If they need more and I have it, I'll give it to them. We've settled three accounts so far. Also, the payment plan they've set up for me was perfect and right where I needed it to be. The cost of their service is good and I've had to actually use their legal services as of late. National Debt Relief has helped take care of some debt that I've had to get rid of on a long time so it has helped tremendously.

I wanted to get my debt under control and National Debt Relief seems very reliable and they have good reviews online. I submitted an application online on their website and they gave me a quote. After that, they gave me a call, they pulled up all of the outstanding accounts that I have and they enrolled me in the program. All I did is submit power of attorney and a notarized paper and they took it from there. Everybody has been really polite and nice to me and anytime I’ve had a question, they’re very prompt to answer them. He was very clear on describing particulars of program and a champ when it came to unraveling the technical problem I was experiencing (could not submit app on Google Chrome had to upload and switch to Firefox). Nicole ** needs to slow down when reviewing contract and kept referring to para 1, 2, and suddenly she was at 8 & asking me to sign. As a result contract was not well-reviewed and she needs to be more patient with questions asked of her.

I am having an amazing experience working with NDR to get out of debt. They are so good to their clients, easy to work with you if you have unexpected things come up. Totally love this company! They truly care.

My rep was nice and was helping me. So far, everything has been okay. I even signed my mama. My mom had to go through me for as my email and I had to take care her business for her. She’s an older woman and she’s not taking care of her bills like she’s supposed to. I was calling them to let them know that when they take out their monthly fee, I wanted them to take it out at once and not spread it out in two payments because she might spend the money and they might not get their monthly fee. And they’ve been giving me such a very hard time with that. They kept telling me that I had to fill out something that no one ever seems to receive. She had to write something and I had to email it to them. They claimed they weren’t getting it, so I don’t even know if they even get their money monthly. I’ve been back and forth with them for days. They were saying that when she signed up, she gave me permission. But I don’t have that permission so that was a one-time thing. I’ve been in the program for about three months and I have settled with one creditor so far.

I went through National Debt Relief on the recommendation of another friend who had a really good experience with them. The enrolment process wasn’t lengthy and I got everything accomplished that same day. I got into the process a little over a year ago mainly because of credit cards and I was consumed with all of the debt. With their help, they negotiated two of my debts that are now paid off as of December of last year. I still have several debts that I have to pay off, but we are accomplishing our goal. Also, I have very pleasant interactions with the negotiators. I had a lot of questions and they were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. My payments are set up for monthly and working with National Debt Relief has truly lifted a lot of stress off of my household. I would definitely tell friends that going through them is a great way to be debt-free and be able to live at the same time.

I have credit card debts and National Debt Relief worked with lenders and made settlements. When I enrolled in the program, they told me what they were going to do, what the terms were, and how much my monthly payments were going to be. They also told me that they would work on my behalf with the creditors, and when a settlement was agreed upon, they would let me know, and I could accept it or not. And then the money would be taken out for a period of 24 months.

We got to a point where we were paying interests and not paying anything on our cards. We googled to see our options to kind of help us to get to a better spot. National Debt Relief had really good reviews. We enrolled in their program and we had bumps along the way with how it went and the things that they wanted from us, but it was a smooth process overall.

After six months in the program I have had my debts reduced already by $13,000.00. I make a monthly deposit, which is less than I was paying on my debt and it is used to negotiate for a settlement with my debtors. It works. I started at over $40,000.00 in debt.

I am so thankful to be working with National Debt Relief. They have handled everything and have relieved so much stress! I was overwhelmed and other than approvals on settlements or paperwork signing, they do all the work and deal with the creditors. Never wanted to need their services, but circumstances change and I am so glad I made that call.

I was really happy with the service at first. But then a year later I get a call that I still have an open account that I was told was already closed out. They had called and asked for additional funds a year ago to settle the account. I had given them the additional funds and then a year later I get a call that that credit card is still open and I owe an additional hundred and $70. Very disappointed that it took almost a year while I thought I was repairing my credit it was actually still an open card. They should have called prior than 10 months to let me know that this card was still open and they had never settled. It was over a year-and-a-half after I had stopped making the monthly payments and a year after I thought my last credit was settled out.

I was well informed by my debt specialist through every step of inquiry, application and follow through. I felt reassured that I made the right decision and that this was the best direction for me to take for my financial situation.

The service reps have all been kind and understanding and they are always glad to help and answer your questions. You will get a lot of calls at first from creditors. Eventually, they will slack off. But every time NDR tells me they have a tentative agreement with a creditor, I breathe another sigh of relief. Best thing I ever did was turn to NDR for help. We had an enormous debt that we needed to fix and we didn’t want to go through bankruptcy. I looked up a few websites but I liked the first phone call I made with that lady from National Debt Relief and she sold me on it. They're helping me with making settlements lower than the credit card debt we owe so that we can pay it off with them. They took the income that we bring in versus what we owed and our household expenses now, and they get it out that way. We’ve already paid off some creditors. Also, we’ve established links between other creditors and sent them, “Should they stay with us and help us out?”

A friend used NDR years ago and had a good experience. It has been almost two years since I put around five accounts with them and they've come down to two. We still have at least another year with the one that they just set up. Sometimes their rep would call and ask me why I don't log on and I don't log on because I trust him. He seems to be doing his job and I don't need to get in his way. The only thing that upset me was the time that I put an extra thousand bucks in there and they took it as their fee. I really didn't think that was right because the fee is negotiated into the monthly payment as far as I knew.

National Debt Relief is a good service but you have to be patient. I availed of their consolidation service and my enrollment to their program went pretty easily and smoothly. They asked me what I could afford and they looked at what they needed and asked me if I could do that to which I said yes. That worked out so far. I also pull things online. It's all set up automatically and I can look at stuff online so it works great. But every once in a while, I would call National. Right now, my credit score went down. It's a slow process and I knew it was going to be so. Debt-wise, there is a little bit less stress. Half of my debts have been negotiated and resolved.

I was very nervous about the whole process. I spoke with Daniel and he has answers to every question I asked and didn’t sound scripted. He took everything I had to say into consideration and worked with my needs and didn’t press anything onto me like a salesman. Updated on 10/04/2018: At this point, I still have to pay off about three of my debts and I'm happy about the way NDR handles things. Once they started working and I saw a result, I felt good. I tried to settle my accounts directly speaking with the companies and what they gave me and the same settlement that NDR got are not the same. NDR was able to settle almost 50% off. Also, when their reps give me an answer, they ask me again if they have answered my questions and if I have another question before they hang up. If it wasn’t for NDR, all of my debts would have shown bad credit. But now, I show that some of those accounts are being paid.

When speaking to Mr. ** and Mrs. ** they were both quite professional as well as informative. They made it easy for me to understand and didn't make me feel as though I were just someone with bad credit. National Debt Relief was able to negotiate huge savings for me with Creditors who were unwilling to work with me when I tried to work with them on my own. My financial difficulties were due to unexpected and extended job loss. Creditors were unwilling to work with me to make my payments more affordable when I finally returned to work although at a much lower salary. National Debt Relief allowed me to pay my bills and save my sanity.

I was in a hole that I couldn’t get out of and NDR services was pretty much the last thing that I could think of, and it helped me relieve a few debts before. When I initially signed up I had about five creditors who they spoke and reached out to and let them know that I was doing this plan, and called all the creditors stop calling my phone. I’ve been continuously paying into National Debt Relief and they pay. They’ve reached settlements for a few of my creditors. I’ve settled two of the biggest creditors so far and I’m about two years into the program. I still have about three to go, but they’re smaller balances.

I have credit card debts and my credit has been bad for a long time. When I got National Debt Relief's service, I had a pretty good interaction with their negotiator and everything went well. I've completed their entire process and I only got a year and a half left from their three-year program. They made my savings well and the cost of their service is good. I've also told a couple of people to give NDR a call if they're looking on how to get out of debt.

I got divorced, got stuck with all the debts, and I couldn't do it all on my own. When I looked online, National Debt Relief had the best reviews.
