They are wonderful employees. They were very courteous with limited time to talk due to my work schedules and family. I am lucky to have them on my side through this.

They were able to resolve one of my credit card debts for less than half of what I owed. They make it simple and make sure you understand how everything works. They are very professional and understanding, I could not be happier with my results.

From the beginning I was wary and confused, Carlos answered all of my questions very well and very quickly. For a moment I told him I wanted to wait and he gave me the space that I needed, he didn't push. Even after weeks of no contact, he remembered me and helped right away. I called National Debt and they sounded like they had a good program so I went with them. They’re helping me pay on my debt and it worked very well. They generally call me on a monthly basis to keep me in a loop of things. They’ve been great and the cost is excellent. I would tell my friends it’s a good thing and for them to go and do it.

I recently got a divorce and we had a lot of debt, so I was trying to pay off my credit card. I heard more about National Debt Relief than anybody else, and working with them has helped me reduce a lot of my debts. The negotiator was good. They saved me several thousand dollars with one company that's paid off, and I've got two other companies left.

My wife had left her job and she was trying to open a business. But the business wasn't going too well and it just didn't pan out, so all of those expenses plus normal everyday expenses fell on me. Also, she was paying two coaches at the same time, and even though she didn't have a steady stream of income, those coaches had to be paid as well. So, our debt became overwhelming. I went online and looked at the top debt relief companies, then I looked at some of the customer reviews, and National Debt Relief seemed to be the best one.

I had a lot of issues with jobs. I do computers, so there are a lot of contracts which were short-term and the income wasn't there. Then I was making all these monthly minimum payments and they were not going anywhere. I also have costly clearance and I don't want to lose my clearance because debt is the number one thing that would take it away. One day, I got in my car and I heard National Debt Relief's commercial over my satellite radio. I pulled over at 7/11 and wrote their number down. When I came home, I went online to see what people were saying about them. I knew my son and my daughter got scammed by some frauds. Then I called National Debt Relief, gave them my Social Security number and all my situation, and they said they knew they could help me.

So far the process has been fine but this is the honeymoon stage. No one has made any threatening phone calls, no letters to garnish, no to appear in court. The process was really fast. I needed more time to digest the numbers and see if I wouldn't be better saving money on my own and making settlement deals borrowing from my 401k. No cold feet. Just not walked through the numbers slow enough. Also I was told I would be called back at a specific time and wasn't. I had to call back. Not a good first impression.

Everyone believes that everyone is totally computer "savvy" and in reality us older folks (I'm 75) might not be so "up to date" on everything with the computer. I called in and asked a question..."How do I do this?", etc. and my answer was go to the library. I needed to make copies and send them in by "fax" or something to that effect. I'm so sorry...this makes no sense to me. Send me a form, I'll fill it out and mail it back. I understand this.

Everything was great. Sue and the other agent for the welcome call were both great. Sue went above and beyond calling me on Sunday and after hours on Monday evening so we could get the process rolling. Both were very thorough and professional.

Agent was very thorough and understanding of my needs & concerns. She explained everything and offered assistance in logging into my account. The settlement offer was a very good, but I was unable to meet it financially. She talked to her supervisor & was able to go ahead with settlement. She was very polite & understanding.

Very happy with our experience with Clinton **. He has been prompt, helpful and understanding. He responds to our questions quickly and completely. He explained every step in a professional and friendly way. The follow-up call with James was not so great. He read through everything very sterile. It was very difficult to understand what he was saying as he spoke so fast. Did not find him very friendly or helpful. Upon asking him a question, all I got was "he would email me that information later". I still am unclear as to where I am to send it.

Before I joined National Debt Relief I was paying almost $1100.00 every month to the debtor. Now I am so relieved that this program helping me and I can have some money to buy some stuff which I was not able to buy before.

So far so good. Took about an hour to complete, but given the gravity of what they are helping me with, it was worth the time. They were kind, helpful and understanding. The initial customer service representative let me know that I could email questions or concerns to her directly which helps as well.

The application and response time from employees with NDR was timely. The 2 employees Christina and Gary helped me understand exactly what I needed to do to start the program and what I needed to do on my part for creditors. They gave me a breakdown of my debts, gave me an estimate on how much it would cost, told me the regulations and rules on dealing with my debts, and how my account works. I haven't been with them for a long time but I like what I've seen so far. I was surprised with their cost because I did a credit repair thing before and it was horrible. I thought I just threw my money away. Their customer service was great too. They've taken care of my problems every time.

The negotiator has been great. We had one issue, however, and I needed extra funds. I needed to settle out a debt by a certain date. Well, the first person I spoke with YAWNED loudly in my ear a couple of times!!! Here I am, stressed out financially, and someone YAWNS in my EAR! I was very put off and hung up. After I calmed down, I called back, got someone who was better and completed the process in a very satisfactory manner. HOWEVER, on my transfer call after doing everything, the one where you need to verify with someone, again, being stressed out, NOT knowing who you all are and making a very big stressful financial LIFE decision, that PERSON, starts LAUGHING at me on the phone... It left a very VERY sour taste in my mouth. I hope the outcome for me will be better than two of the three persons I spoke with and that I am NOT being taken for a ride.
