The experience I have had so far has been positive. I would recommend this to someone in my position. It did take a while for the first chunk of my debt to be resolved but I am happy to say that it went smoothly. I did not factor in the late charges as part of the total debt. That was a surprise to me. This is why I am not giving this a five stars because I feel like this should have been highlighted for me.

It’s been nice having one payment for all my bills but communication with the company is a challenge. The number provided to accept an agreement does not work very hard to reach and very hard to access. It would be nice if they call and leave a voicemail.

They all need information and started the process as soon as possible to help in my financial situation. I have been working with National Debt Relief for nearly two years and am now down to one account. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I chose NDR because of the star rating by reviewers and approval by BBB. They have helped me reduce my debt by over half of what my balances were and I am so thankful I am nearly completed with the program.

They are very detailed and everything is done legally. They offer any help to any degree you are wanting. They answer any and all of the questions I asked. I called them several times over the months just to touch base. They kept in touch by email, but I wanted to hear a voice to verify. So far, so good is what I have experienced.

Last call 2/27/18 11:45 am. Sorry but I don’t remember her, the manager know who I’m taking about. She give me all the information that I need and she give the inspiration to continue with the program, she told me how good I’m doing and give me the strength to keep going and make the goal that I want to do. Both the enrollment rep Daniel and Jaime who did my welcome call, were helpful, patient and informative. Any questions or concerns were addressed and with my limited availability, they worked with me. I'm very comfortable with the program and appreciative of their patience and kindness.

So far the process has been fine but this is the honeymoon stage. No one has made any threatening phone calls, no letters to garnish, no to appear in court. The process was really fast. I needed more time to digest the numbers and see if I wouldn't be better saving money on my own and making settlement deals borrowing from my 401k. No cold feet. Just not walked through the numbers slow enough. Also I was told I would be called back at a specific time and wasn't. I had to call back. Not a good first impression.

Very friendly, helpful, accommodating representative. Answers all my questions. And willing to work with you any time you need help and have questions. Help me to feel good for their good news and updates. I recommend this program for those who wants to get out debt.

Everyone believes that everyone is totally computer "savvy" and in reality us older folks (I'm 75) might not be so "up to date" on everything with the computer. I called in and asked a question..."How do I do this?", etc. and my answer was go to the library. I needed to make copies and send them in by "fax" or something to that effect. I'm so sorry...this makes no sense to me. Send me a form, I'll fill it out and mail it back. I understand this.

I really enjoy working with them. They understand financial hardship situations and are eager to help you become debt free. They have already got one of my creditors to accept a settlement amount much lower than I expected. The probability of being debt free in the expected time frame is doable and I am excited about that.

Kyle explained everything I needed to know. He had the patience of an angel, I don't have Wi-Fi and it took forever to get all the information. He was wonderful in helping figure out how to get everything uploaded and it was so easy.

This was overall a great experience. We had no problem getting through to anyone. Everyone helped us accordingly and as best they could. If I have any questions I know I can contact someone. They actually left messages as well which shows they are true to their jobs.

Everything was great. Sue and the other agent for the welcome call were both great. Sue went above and beyond calling me on Sunday and after hours on Monday evening so we could get the process rolling. Both were very thorough and professional.

Agent was very thorough and understanding of my needs & concerns. She explained everything and offered assistance in logging into my account. The settlement offer was a very good, but I was unable to meet it financially. She talked to her supervisor & was able to go ahead with settlement. She was very polite & understanding.

Very happy with our experience with Clinton **. He has been prompt, helpful and understanding. He responds to our questions quickly and completely. He explained every step in a professional and friendly way. The follow-up call with James was not so great. He read through everything very sterile. It was very difficult to understand what he was saying as he spoke so fast. Did not find him very friendly or helpful. Upon asking him a question, all I got was "he would email me that information later". I still am unclear as to where I am to send it.

Before I joined National Debt Relief I was paying almost $1100.00 every month to the debtor. Now I am so relieved that this program helping me and I can have some money to buy some stuff which I was not able to buy before.

So far so good. Took about an hour to complete, but given the gravity of what they are helping me with, it was worth the time. They were kind, helpful and understanding. The initial customer service representative let me know that I could email questions or concerns to her directly which helps as well.

The application and response time from employees with NDR was timely. The 2 employees Christina and Gary helped me understand exactly what I needed to do to start the program and what I needed to do on my part for creditors. Emailing between the two really helped as sometimes I could not be on the phone.

My experience to date has been prompt, detailed to my personal situation and provided step by step expectations. Pleased with information provided within each phone conversation as well as within written documents. I know what to expect and in what time frame. I feel confident if I need support and/or help the resources have been provided.

My debt was $15,000 and I wanted to improve my credit. I researched relief companies quite a bit. Apparently, National Debt Relief has the highest rating. They gave me a breakdown of my debts, gave me an estimate on how much it would cost, told me the regulations and rules on dealing with my debts, and how my account works. I haven't been with them for a long time but I like what I've seen so far. I was surprised with their cost because I did a credit repair thing before and it was horrible. I thought I just threw my money away. Their customer service was great too. They've taken care of my problems every time.

I had debt and I read great reviews about National Debt Relief, so I called them up. I've got three out of four credit cards paid off already, so I'm quite happy with that. However, I am just worried about moving forward. A lot of stuff shows up on a credit report as a canceled debt. Nevertheless, the cost is fair and they explained what happens after the program. The negotiator has been great. We had one issue, however, and I needed extra funds. I needed to settle out a debt by a certain date. I have paid it, and it was actually deducted from my account twice. I called to get it back and it was resolved rather quickly. Check them out. It’s worth the shot.

Well, the first person I spoke with YAWNED loudly in my ear a couple of times!!! Here I am, stressed out financially, and someone YAWNS in my EAR! I was very put off and hung up. After I calmed down, I called back, got someone who was better and completed the process in a very satisfactory manner. HOWEVER, on my transfer call after doing everything, the one where you need to verify with someone, again, being stressed out, NOT knowing who you all are and making a very big stressful financial LIFE decision, that PERSON, starts LAUGHING at me on the phone... It left a very VERY sour taste in my mouth. I hope the outcome for me will be better than two of the three persons I spoke with and that I am NOT being taken for a ride.

So far, so good. Got my first settlement for half of what I owed, truly a huge relief to have them on your side. I HONESTLY don't know how I would ever have caught up, let alone resolved, here's to being debt free in 3 years as opposed to 30.

National Debt Relief def helped us with unexpected financial burdens especially to avoid the bankruptcy. Made the process smoothly. Less stress and emotional experience. They pretty much take care of everything on their behalf for us through the difficult times.

Everyone was professional, non-judgemental with a no pressure attitude. Everything was explained in detail. I would recommend to a friend. I am still nervous about not being able to settle some of the debt but it was explained to me what the process would be.

I felt good working with NDR. I was falling behind on my bills and I went with them based on the research that we did. NDR had to make our creditors lower the debt that we owe them or help us lower the debt. It took about 30 minutes for enrolment and all we needed to give them was our social and then they looked up all of our creditors. We are with them for about six months now and I'm having a great time with them.

We started out with another company and it was horrid and they ended up stealing money from us. They didn’t pay the bills where they were supposed to. And I ended up firing them and one of my friends suggested that we check out National Debt Relief. So, we did and we’ve been very pleased with it. The enrollment was pretty simple. They asked a lot of questions about my finances, and what I'm able to do and not able to do. But it was a fairly comfortable process. I'm about a third of the way through the program and they have been very good in keeping us informed every step of the way. The negotiator that I dealt with didn't have any problem answering all the questions when I don't understand things. He explains it so I understand it. There's a paper trail for everything that the company does and what he does on our behalf.

I was having some monetary problems then I ran into some legal problems, so I was in neck-deep and I needed some help. I heard National Debt Relief's commercials in the radio and tv, and I decided to look them up online. I read some pretty good reviews then signed up for their consolidation service. With their program, I'm paying less. I'm giving them one lump sum to work with and they call me for updates. But I work a 48-hour schedule and sometimes, they would call me on days that I was unable to answer the phone. It was really hard for me to communicate with them because my schedule's kind of weird.

I'm in the middle of a divorce and my wife racked all the credit build up and I don't have any way to pay them. National Debt Relief responded to something I sent and the person on the phone made me go with them. The enrollment process went quick and easy. I'm in the program for 3 years and I've only been in it for six months. Their fees seem fair. I don't know what's completely going on with the bills and but I know they get paid. They want to pay it off quick as possible and they're trying negotiate but to do that they need more money and it is not possible for me right now. While they're working with me, I can't pay any more than I already can. Still, my interactions with the negotiator have been all right. They seem to be working fine and they answer my questions. I have to wait on the line for minute but I seem to be doing all right.

I turn all my bills over to them in Nov and they are working and getting things settled. I think I am at 80% now. I make a great choice. They are great at letting me know what is going on. I love the website, showing me % completed and where we are with each creditor.

If I have enough in the account, they'll process the settlement. If they need more and I have it, I'll give it to them. We've settled three accounts so far. Also, the payment plan they've set up for me was perfect and right where I needed it to be. The cost of their service is good and I've had to actually use their legal services as of late.
