    I couldn't pay all of my bills and I called National Debt Relief first and their deal sounded good enough deal to me, so I just stuck with them. Their program gave me some relief mentally.     My bills were piling up and I didn’t know where to start, so I started researching and I found National Debt Relief. When I enrolled in a program, they let me go off with what I could afford. They also gave me options. When I gave them the creditors, they told me what my bi-weekly payment would be and if I could afford it, then I kept it. I started with seven creditors. It was $12,000's worth of debt that they got fixed for me. They explained to me what they do, like how they go in and negotiate settlement offers. They emailed me and let me see what they negotiated, and if I liked it, I could approve and if not, they went out again and re-negotiated. Also, they kept me in the loop of everything. If any changes occurred, they called me.

    I was only paying $141 bi-weekly considering I had $12,000 of debt that they were helping me with. What impressed me was that I had a $6,000 debt with a credit card and they settled for $2,000. They had me on a regular plan that would take two years before I completed it, but if I did well and was consistent with the payments, they said I qualified for another program. Now that I got the bulk out, I'm going to go right back to them to try to knock out the rest. National Debt Relief did a great job and I will recommend them. I'm going to have my fiancé to go through the program because we're getting ready to buy a house.

    I was in a financial hardship and National Debt Relief had a better overall customer rating and recommendation on the internet so I went with them. The enrollment process went fine and everybody was very informative. My program is 48 months and they contact me whenever there’s been a settlement that I need to agree on. We just wanted it over with and all of those creditors paid. However, we’re paying them in the end at something like $27,000 for their services, which is almost the amount that we’re trying to pay off with our creditors, but we don’t have any other options. It’s what it is. Overall, my experience with National Debt Relief so far has been good. I wish things were resolved a little faster as far as the accounts go but everything’s been fine.

    I had lots of debts and I had some personal financial things that happened that made it harder for me to pay my credit cards. National Debt Relief seemed to be one of the reputable companies. I checked them out online and they seemed to say the right things, so I chose them. Unfortunately, I fired them because they promised me that they would take care of all of my debts. The biggest debt I had was a secured loan. I was current when I joined them. I had people visiting my house and I had the sheriff show up at my house, and NDR said, “There's nothing we can do until you're 120 days late. We might not even be able to help you with that account.” But that’s the largest one and the one I need the most help with. They were committing me to paying them $500 a month for the first three to four months to pay off the credit card but I don’t have $2,000 a month to pay it off.

    It just didn’t work out for me. It didn’t even sound that they were on the up and up. But they did resolve two debts for me. They still continued to contact my creditors and sent me settlement offers. They said, after our fees, there would be about 40% of what I owe that’s where they'd base monthly payment on. But it wasn’t after fees, it was before fees. They didn’t disclose their fees in what they showed me. So I accepted the offer. However, they were not really transparent. I told their rep I was unhappy and they got me in touch with the manager. They tried to talk me down and said, “This is what it is.” I said, “Well, that’s not what I agreed to.”

    NDR rep said, “Well, if you don’t accept this offer, then we can't guarantee that we'll be able to get a better offer or if you could get the same offer because once they give us their best and final offer we agreed to, then we have to accept it or it'll go back to the drawing board. If you keep turning down these offers, we're not going to be able to help you.” I said, “Well, you're not helping me right now because you're not getting me deals that make sense.” They were talking 21% of what they settled. If they don’t get me down below 50% and 60%, that’s almost putting me at a 100% of what I owed. I don’t understand why it's that high. So I was not happy with how things ended up.

    Enrolling with National Debt Relief was a pretty quick process. I had to fill out some paperwork which mostly was done over the phone, and then it was also through email. They negotiate with the companies and try to get me a better deal and get my debt settled out. They have negotiated one account and it got closed. Then they're working on another one right now. I have no complaints about them. They call me and let me know what the status of the account is. I'd tell my friends to check National Debt Relief and let them find out themselves about them.

    We were in debt up to our eyeballs and we were paying a thousand dollars a month on credit cards. We were living in New York and we ended up not being able to afford staying there. We left New York and moved back to my parent’s place in Florida and we had to start over. We're a family of four comprising of myself, my husband, a 10-year old and a little baby. We didn’t really have a thousand dollars a month to pay our credit card debts and none of them would let us do a hold on payments. We had to figure out something so we did some research and wanted to take a good consolidation company. I liked what I read online about people's reviews on National Debt Relief and I also liked the fact that it was the number one chosen company so we called them.

    They were all nice there, sweet, helpful and thorough. They made sure we really understood everything. They always asked if we had other questions. They were really great. We talked about everything under the sun with what we would be able to afford and they came up with a number for us that we could eventually pay. There was one month where I wasn’t going to get paid on time so I called National and told them I needed to move my payment date to which they said it wasn't a problem. Also, they were always asking if I was checking out my portal online.

    We had 12 different credit cards and some of them merged like my husband’s and mine. He had PayPal, Barclay and Chase but and I didn't. Since they were merged, it was brought down to six accounts in total and we paid off two of them already. We’re now on the third consolidation and in a couple of years, I'll be done. Working with National has taken off so much stress. Now, I don’t have all these different people breathing down my neck. Our credit is probably getting screwed but it was getting screwed anyway but now I’m not hearing about it.

    Also, we didn’t know that we could just not pay creditors for three months then decide to settle with them. There was no way we could have known that so National Debt Relief did their job as a middleman. They took it all into their own hands and they’re handling it. They let us know when something new comes up and we work it out. I wouldn’t be able to do that on my own. If you’re in a hole with your debt and you’re trying to get a help, National Debt Relief will make it happen.

    I got sick and everything just fell apart and my husband insisted that I go with National Debt Relief. He heard that NDR was a good company. We called and the guy we talked to sent us some papers. They started from there and I've gotten rid of a couple of debts that they've paid off for me.     My job went wrong a couple of years ago and I got behind with my credit card debts and some medical bills that I had. National Debt Relief had really good reviews on the internet and when I talked to them, they were helpful about everything that I needed to do. I got into their program for paying off my debt. When I enrolled with them, they asked me for the normal things such as my proofs of ID and residency, and my social security.

    The negotiators call me right away when they've made a deal with one of my creditors and, if there's an issue, they're really good about it. They were kind and not so judgmental as some other negotiators that I’ve talked to. They were good in addressing my questions and concerns, and explained to me in detail what was going on. Some places just tell you that they’re going to do something, but they don’t explain to you what exactly they'll be doing.

    Everything has gone smoothly with National Debt Relief. For my payment plan, they put in consideration everything that I was doing. I work in construction, which is pretty slow in December and January, and they worked with me with that. I’m a little less than halfway now into the process at this point. The program has been working out pretty well and I’ve already paid off a couple credit cards that I have. National Debt Relief is a good company and they’re reliable. In addition, the cost of their service is pretty good.

    National Debt Relief was a recommendation from my brother and they provide bill consolidation settlement with my mom's creditors. They sent a welcome package in the mail explaining the program and they were with the Better Business Bureau. They showed my mother an exhibit of all the creditors that she had to pay. So, they went through the process to let her know that she had a good company to work with. Their reps were really nice and very courteous. They were trying to explain to me what was going and what to tell the creditors. And they let me know everything about the program which I was very happy about. Every time I call and every time I fax information with them, they were right on key. It's very professional.

    At first, it took a long time before they started paying the creditors and we were kinda upset because the creditors kept calling. But as time permitted, they started paying and we got a little happy after that. It's working okay but we want to wrap it up and speed up the process to get some of these creditors out of the way. Creditors are calling, bothering, begging her about paying. But I explained to the creditors and they made an agreement with the management team and the corporation, that settlement agreement has been made and that agreement was like a promissory note. We agreed with the settlement once National Debt Relief settled with the corporations.

    One creditor calls us on a continuous basis. But all the other creditors don't so that makes us feel a little unstressed and unpressurized. Also, it is indicated that National Debt Relief said they had to get enough money in the escrow account to start paying these creditors off. Once there was enough money or funds in the escrow account, they could start trying to get some settlements in with the creditors. Things are looking up. We have three creditors this month that have agreed to the settlement and my mother is very satisfied with it.

    My mother is a senior citizen and I said, "One day, you might not live to pay all these creditors." She has 13 creditors that she has to pay off and she's on a fixed income. She was trying to pay creditors every month and she tried to fit it in her budget. NDR took a little burden off of her because she was trying to pay creditors every month and she tried to fit it in her budget. If you're a senior citizen on a fixed income trying to pay off some creditors, this is a good recommendation to go to them because someone would never live to pay as many of these creditors off if you think you would.

    I liked the services that National Debt Relief provided and I liked how easy it was to talk to somebody. They did credit consolidation for me. They worked with me in reducing all the monthly payments and helping me get rid of the debt. So far, I'm halfway through the program. They reach out to me when they’ve settled the debt with the company on some agreement. I usually call them if I have questions and somebody usually picks up. Or if I have an email, they usually write back the next day. I just wish they could give a more accurate time on how long it was gonna take to complete the program thoroughly.     NDR seemed to have a big presence and seemed to be more legit than all the other companies that were out there. I spoke with the representative and they just needed some information about my different debts with different cards and other creditors. They sent me some forms and I filled them out. Our negotiator was very friendly and was very easy to contact.

    We're about 60 percent done and I'm impressed that they've been very successful, so far, in reducing the debt.     I was trying to pay all my debit card debts and I was behind payments, so, National Debt Relief helped me work with that. One of my friends in Texas who was with them before referred me to them. I availed of their consolidation service and when I enrolled, the rep I talked to asked me all of the information, then I provided him with all the names of my creditors and amounts I owed them. After that, there were some paperwork that I had to sign and it was done within the day. The negotiator I talked to was excellent, very kind, and generous.     I looked up different ways to help with my credits since I was struggling. I looked at the reviews and saw that a lot of people were pleased with NDR. I put three credit cards in with them and I pay a certain amount per month and then, after this I will have them do the credit repair. It's been a couple of years since I signed up and I know that one credit card will be completely settled this year. They've been really great throughout the whole process. It's been really easy.     I know that it takes time to negotiate. They just got my biggest credit card negotiated so all three are in the payment part of it.     I got injured from my job. I’m still waiting on surgery. I’m basically in a situation where they won't pay for a strained back. It's about the poorest time and I need to figure something out. I reassessed the debt relief companies and they called me back. I’ve never done this before I got in this situation. But now that I knew this all, I really should have done this a couple of years ago before I gotten to where I’m at right now. I wish I would've had because I wasn’t really making a dent of what I owe. I’ve been basically in a minimum because I have to pay child support which is hard.

    So I knew after talking to the person I talked to here, I realized that this is probably the best thing for me to get out of debt quicker or I can stay in my bed and never get out of it. And I know that credit card company they don’t mind that. They raise the debt. National Debt Relief have been able to keep the creditor off of me pretty much and take care what I needed to get taken care of. I’m not really concerned about the part they all can do for me because I knew they could offer me a lot. I had to reach out and had to file for disability, social security disability because of my situation, which pretty much took my credit, where I got them for certain years and now I’ve got some serious back issue going on.

    Everybody that I have dealt with have been very clear over things. There was a one time they called for a survey and I was inside the doctor’s office and I tried to explain that but the caller was a little bit pushy. I understand because it was something that they need to file or whatnot but they could have been a little bit more understanding on my part. It wasn’t just that I was at the doctor’s office but I’m trying to do that at least too, with all these issues. It’s been a very tough situation.

    The cost has been awesome. I couldn’t get it on my own. Wells Fargo was one of my creditors and also my bank. They’ve been very pushy and very nonunderstanding but National Debt pretty much kept them off my back and whatnot. So I haven’t really been had to be stressed out about it. I have one issue, that I’m trying to get some documents to them off my email, my phone from JCPenny and one from Home Depot. But I cannot figure out how to pull it over. I don’t understand why.

    I listed all the paperwork because I got to save the file -- the debt file, social security file and I got my folder with the accident and everything. However, I don’t know. I mean, it’s the same email address that I have on paperwork but like I said I keep putting it in there and Gmail keeps telling me it’s not correct. But that's the only issue right now and I’m very happy with them.

    I had credit card debt and National Debt Relief was settling my accounts. They settled a total of 2 but I had 21. Plus, I kept stressing to them that there were difficult creditors, like American Express and Discover, that I wanted to have settled first. But they ignored everything that I said, so, I immediately called and canceled with them. Then I had to have a bankruptcy attorney.

    When I was telling them about prioritizing certain creditors, National Debt Relief's reps were very nice along about it and said it was not a big deal, that they'd take care of the situation, and that I was paying for legal help every month. I understand that they could only do so much but they weren't moving at the speed in which I thought they should be moving. I was calling them month after month for six months straight and telling them to please deal with those creditors first. They told me not to worry and that they were going to talk with them. But one of the creditors that I wanted National Debt Relief to deal with with high urgency was the one that tried to sue me. Not even a month ago, I got a knock on my door and was being served court papers. I was being summoned but I only owed $4,000 on that credit card and National Debt Relief has settled credit card debts higher than that.

    So National Debt Relief is great if you have five credit cards or a small debt. But when you have a high volume of credit card debt with multiple creditors, they can't quite handle all that. They can't stop the creditors from going to your house or doing any kind of legal actions that can be taken against you if you fall behind in your payments. But when my wife and I initially signed up, we were almost guaranteed that none of that was going to happen. So, instead of saying that everything was all right when it wasn't, they should have told me what was going on, so that I knew and I didn't get a knock on my door. Now that I have an attorney, I haven't received many phone calls and I don't get bothered. If I do, I just transfer them over to my attorney. That was what I thought we would have with National Debt Relief but they didn't give that extra protection.
