I was on social security and was not able to handle debt. I learned that National Debt Relief was the best, and they worked towards making settlements with my debt. They tried to be accommodating, but it was really difficult for me. While I was with them, the payments were too high. It would leave me with $1 for the month to live on. I couldn’t handle the cost, so I went away from them. They did but one bill and said it was $400, but I felt they were also paid for their services.

My experience has been nothing but pleasant. I am very pleased with the level of customer service provided to me. I would recommend NDR to anyone who needs help eliminating credit card debt. I am looking forward to the final results.

National Debt Relief has provided my husband and I with much-needed relief. I was with another company prior but I liked what National Debt Relief had to say. However, I'm having an issue with them now because they told me to stop paying my bills which I did, but then I was getting letters and phone calls. I called them last week to tell them that. I've had to ask them twice to stop taking the payments out of my paycheck because I'm going further in a hole as I'm making payments for bills that are part of my program. NDR's rep said that it was up to me to stop paying the other people. I told her that I had to work out a payment with them because they were calling me at work and I didn’t want the embarrassment. I don’t have any guidance and I want assistance. The rep just kept saying it's at my discretion to stop but my thing was, can they reach out to them? I'm frustrated and I'll probably end up going out of the program.

NDR's enrollment process was okay and wasn't difficult. They gave me options and I took the one with the highest amount that I thought I could afford. At the time I enrolled, they seemed to be the most reputable. I'm a little over a year into the program and it has reduced the amount of money I have to pay every month. It's a very slow process though, which I'm not happy about. I'm at least two years away from being out of debt. They've only done two of the three cards. I don't know if it's about them since we haven't put the money in. Also, I would like someone to call me and let me know what's going on. I don't think anybody has called me after I enrolled. I've contacted them by email and they've responded though.

Very helpful and relieved me of a lot of stress. Staff was very pleasant and made me feel at ease. I would recommend them to anyone I know having problems. I believe I can be successful in this program. I will be utilizing any tools they can offer me to help me be financially stable.

I researched and I found that National Debt Relief had better reviews and ratings. I enrolled in the program and it's been good so far. It's working a little bit slower that what I had hoped, but it's been a good experience overall. I work with whoever is available and they've always been very helpful and upfront, as far as what I should expect. Everything is excellent and the cost is fair for the service I've been receiving. Working with National Debt Relief has helped us cut down on a lot of bills. My wife and I both had gotten a lot of debt going as well, so it really helped us consolidate that.

I wanted somebody that would be good to work with. I've read some reviews online of different companies and National Debt Relief has high reviews. NDR has consolidated all my unsecured debts into a monthly payment with a three-year repayment plan. They sent me a packet to enroll, I then filled out a form, and we went over it on the phone. I'm through my first year and this program has worked with me and for me. It took a lot of grief over constant phone calls and people trying to make demands that you couldn't make. The program also took a lot of the worries away for me as I'm someone who wanted to pay my debt and didn't see a way out of it, and they provided that. I also lost my husband and a son, and I just felt overwhelmed.

Ivori ** did an amazing job helping me through this. She was so kind and friendly. She is doing great work! The man I spoke with for my Welcome Call did an excellent job as well. He walked me through everything I needed to know and was polite.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer, so I got into a financial bind. National Debt Relief was the first one I went through and I have heard good things about them. I went into debt consolidation with them but their rates were high and with people in my situation, it kinda sets the bar back. It was either that or bankruptcy. So, I wish that their rates were a little lower because they charge $600 per creditor which was way too much for the quality of service. Also, I’m not happy with the order that they choose the creditors. They say that some creditors are easier to work with, so they try to deal with the harder creditors. I’ve got creditors that are calling me that are willing to do a good offer and I wanna take it but they won’t tip on the hat. So, I’ve had to negotiate on my own and then remove them from NDR's list.

The personnel were very courteous, professional and thorough taking me through the process of enrolling. Filling out the forms was very pleasant as I was talked through while reading and answering any questions I had pertaining to the enrollment process.

My wife and I are going into our late 60s. We looked at our financial situation and I'm trying to eliminate as many bills as possible in a month because our debt was more than our income. I've heard about National Debt Relief on the radio and then at the same time, I was online looking at NDR. It sounded good and I saw that they have a AAA rating so I decided to go with them.

We had debt that was out of control and I needed help. We looked up companies and looked for their ratings. National Debt Relief is getting us through their program and making progress. We have monthly installments and then, they try to settle once our account builds up. We are over a year into it and we are getting the debt down. Every time I talk to the staff on the phone, they’re usually very helpful and try to answer my questions. So far, it has been a good experience working with them but sometimes, when I call, it’s hard to hear them. Other than that, NDR does help you, especially if you can’t figure out another way to handle your problem. They are very effective.

Trying to get a new start by paying off high interest credit cards so I can pay off medical bills. I would like to give my family a no stress if something were to happen to me as I am the sole provider for my family as well as my disabled daughter.

When I called customer service no one knew what I was talking about, never got any paperwork about where my money was going and what and who got pay. I'm an old school person and I especially ask for copies of the paperwork... Never got a welcome booklet and when I decide to stop them for doing business with them and told them on the phone to "Stooop" taking money out of my Bank Account they didn't stop...and still they hadn't NOT "REPLACE MY MONEY" they were supposed to. Still working with the bank so they can REPLACE it. They send some E-mail when I keep asking for proof of paperwork.

I have put all my trust in this company and feel they can help me as this is a nerve racking decision. The people that I have spoke with have me encouraged me to make this decision. Very professional staff. My fingers are crossed and the trust is there to help me become debt free.

They run your social security and they know how much you own and every single company. There were a bunch of questions and it took 20 minutes overall. You decide how much you wanna pay.

When I saw something online and on TV, I looked into National Debt Relief and I saw Better Business Bureau recommended them. It was fantastic. They put all her debts together and they were paying it. The reviews for National Debt Relief were pretty good so I decided to give them a try when I was overwhelmed with debt and doctor bills. I have a debt consolidation program with National Debt Relief. I actually started with another company but once I found out how much they were charging me, I quit their service and came over to NDR. Their rep explained their process and fees and it sounded fair and honest than the last company I was with. And during the enrollment process, I told them what I wanted to do and gave them a list of all my creditors. They did the rest. Meanwhile, working with the negotiator was cut and dried. I didn’t do a whole lot of negotiation. After all, I don't have much say about it. All he did was lay out the program.

I was very satisfied with my experience from start to finish on the getting started process. George ** was very easy to talk to and explained everything in detail to where I could easily understand. He took time to listen and answer any questions I had. I have never had to deal with an issue like this and did not know what to expect going in, but all the folks I spoke with made me feel very comfortable with the process. Enrollment was very easy with National Debt Relief. I found that they are better in the way they answer things and the way they communicate. They were also better in the way that they set things up. If I have a problem that seems rather strange, I call the team at NDR and they're very good with explaining things to me. They always answer right away and they're very nice and understanding. The quality of their service is wonderful. Working with NDR has helped me get rid of bills that I was having a hard time paying.

National Debt Relief walked me through the enrollment process step by step. I talked to the customer service people when they set up a payment plan type deal. Once everything was enrolled, it was like a monthly cost. Their service has been good. NDR takes everything and makes it into one payment. It was an easy process and they've made everything pretty easy. We had another friend that we talked to and they enrolled with NDR as well.

Last year, my husband did some research on debt relief companies and picked National Debt Relief. He had a great experience and things started flowing for him. Seeing how it rolled out, I decided to do it too, and it has gone very smoothly since. I had knocked some thousand dollars of debt that I was probably never gonna get to pay off if I had to pay just the minimum. Through NDR, I got my debts broken down, then they set me up on a payment plan and they pull the payments out of my checking account. And so in three years, I'll be covered. The creditors have also quit harassing me.

I have three credit cards and I'm currently almost $10,000 less in debt. Yesterday was my last payment. My credit score is going back up, so that's been very helpful. I'll have more money as well, which is nice.
