I couldn't pay all of my bills and I called National Debt Relief first and their deal sounded good enough deal to me, so I just stuck with them. Their program gave me some relief mentally. I've paid off two accounts and I have one left. And they send me a statement every month. The negotiators are always extremely friendly and very thorough. I'm very comfortable with them. They are very patient and they answer all my questions. If they already said something and I didn’t understand it and I asked them about it again, they never act like I'm a bother.

My bills were piling up and I didn’t know where to start, so I started researching and I found National Debt Relief. When I enrolled in a program, they let me go off with what I could afford. They also gave me options. When I gave them the creditors, they told me what my bi-weekly payment would be and if I could afford it, then I kept it. I started with seven creditors. It was $12,000's worth of debt that they got fixed for me. They explained to me what they do, like how they go in and negotiate settlement offers. They emailed me and let me see what they negotiated, and if I liked it, I could approve and if not, they went out again and re-negotiated. Also, they kept me in the loop of everything. If any changes occurred, they called me.

I was in a financial hardship and National Debt Relief had a better overall customer rating and recommendation on the internet so I went with them. The enrollment process went fine and everybody was very informative. My program is 48 months and they contact me whenever there’s been a settlement that I need to agree on. We just wanted it over with and all of those creditors paid. However, we’re paying them in the end at something like $27,000 for their services, which is almost the amount that we’re trying to pay off with our creditors, but we don’t have any other options. It’s what it is. Overall, my experience with National Debt Relief so far has been good. I wish things were resolved a little faster as far as the accounts go but everything’s been fine.

I had good experience with both representatives and both guys were very professional. This experience is still new to me so I'm really hoping it continues to be a good one. I had lots of debts and I had some personal financial things that happened that made it harder for me to pay my credit cards. National Debt Relief seemed to be one of the reputable companies. I checked them out online and they seemed to say the right things, so I chose them. Unfortunately, I fired them because they promised me that they would take care of all of my debts. The biggest debt I had was a secured loan. I was current when I joined them. I had people visiting my house and I had the sheriff show up at my house, and NDR said, “There's nothing we can do until you're 120 days late. We might not even be able to help you with that account.” But that’s the largest one and the one I need the most help with. They were committing me to paying them $500 a month for the first three to four months to pay off the credit card but I don’t have $2,000 a month to pay it off.

My counselors were knowledgeable and very helpful. They explained all details and informed me of cost and length of time the program will take to become debt free. They were really great and helped relieve so much stress. Many thanks.

When it comes to fair treatment, no one compares to NDR. These creditors only want you to stay in debt forever. NDR wants only the opposite. I have been paying on my own with very little difference only because the interests to them is the only way they can make money off of anyone who is in debt.

We were in debt up to our eyeballs and we were paying a thousand dollars a month on credit cards. We were living in New York and we ended up not being able to afford staying there. We left New York and moved back to my parent’s place in Florida and we had to start over. We're a family of four comprising of myself, my husband, a 10-year old and a little baby. My job went wrong a couple of years ago and I got behind with my credit card debts and some medical bills that I had. National Debt Relief had really good reviews on the internet and when I talked to them, they were helpful about everything that I needed to do. I got into their program for paying off my debt. When I enrolled with them, they asked me for the normal things such as my proofs of ID and residency, and my social security.

I called National Debt Relief and the person I spoke to was very easy to work with. She explained how the things worked and the customer service on that part was great so I went with them. I started with the program last year and it has been awesome. I consolidated one bill and it has helped with my debt. It helps out with the stress and the negotiator was great. She was willing to work with my needs, put it into consideration, and work around what I was able to deal with. They make sure that I’m taken care of and they take care if I have any questions that I need. Working with NDR has made my life better and I’m starting to be debt free.

National Debt Relief was a recommendation from my brother and they provide bill consolidation settlement with my mom's creditors. They sent a welcome package in the mail explaining the program and they were with the Better Business Bureau. They showed my mother an exhibit of all the creditors that she had to pay. So, they went through the process to let her know that she had a good company to work with. Their reps were really nice and very courteous. They were trying to explain to me what was going and what to tell the creditors. And they let me know everything about the program which I was very happy about. Every time I call and every time I fax information with them, they were right on key. It's very professional.

I liked the services that National Debt Relief provided and I liked how easy it was to talk to somebody. They did credit consolidation for me. They worked with me in reducing all the monthly payments and helping me get rid of the debt. So far, I'm halfway through the program. They reach out to me when they’ve settled the debt with the company on some agreement. I usually call them if I have questions and somebody usually picks up. Or if I have an email, they usually write back the next day. I just wish they could give a more accurate time on how long it was gonna take to complete the program thoroughly. Also, to be aware of the 1099 forms they send, the tax ones the vendors can send you and explain that situation with more resources. I feel comfortable working with NDR. Their cost was reasonable. I referred them to a family member and she did it too. However, she wasn’t happy with the whole part that they didn’t fix credit.

NDR seemed to have a big presence and seemed to be more legit than all the other companies that were out there. I spoke with the representative and they just needed some information about my different debts with different cards and other creditors. They sent me some forms and I filled them out. Our negotiator was very friendly and was very easy to contact.

I called National Debt Relief, talked to somebody and availed of their debt payoff service. I gave them a little bit of paperwork such as my credit card account numbers and my income. They figured out a payment that I could make and that was reasonable for me based on my income. With National, my credit cards are getting paid off quicker. I'm now halfway in the process. Hopefully, it's going to help my credit. There's a person that I can contact and I was impressed with the way that person dealt with me and all my questions and doing it professionally. I felt comfortable. I had to call a few times to make sure that stuff was getting paid off and their guy was pretty good with getting back to me. I'm satisfied and I'd recommend National. I'd tell people to call them and see if it would work for them.

Staff was courteous and professional also very patient plus they were also able to help us out. My grandparents were in debt and were struggling each month but thanks to National Debt Relief. They no longer have that monthly burden anymore it's great.

I was trying to pay all my debit card debts and I was behind payments, so, National Debt Relief helped me work with that. One of my friends in Texas who was with them before referred me to them. I researched online and based on National Debt Relief's stats with Better Business Bureau and reviews from multiple resources, I made up my decision to go with them. I applied online on their website then I got a call. I went through very knowledgeable people in the beginning of getting the settlement started. So far, they have gotten me through two settlements and I'm waiting on another one. I like that they have a website that I can go to to look up the information and see where I am in the process of the settlement. They don’t blow up my phone or nag me a lot. They take a lot of pressure off me and that’s one reason why it’s been so nice with them.

First, I was pleased to get one credit card company resolved. But, talking to this man was like talking to a recording. I even asked him if he was reading his responses to my questions. Refused to answer Yes or No. Had pat answers and everything but yes or no to yes or no questions. Finally had to put me on hold to get permission to answer affirmative or negative. Good grief. Like pulling teeth. Very very uncomfortable conversation and obvious he wanted off my call.

Sounds promising from the beginning and debt can be a scary ugly thing. It's nice to have people available that can assist without dealing with a lawyer. Information is straightforward and it's not an easy process to go through, but the people that I've spoken with have explained everything in detail and I'm hoping for a positive outcome. We shall see.

Frank and Charles were great walked us through everything. They explained if we had questions. Would recommend anyone that has issues with finances would contact you so you could receive the same great service that we received. We called them because they advertised on a radio station we listen to.

I have been with NDR for two years now. In the past week, they have negotiated with two more of my creditors. One will be paid off in August, and the other by February of 2019. This leaves only one more creditor to go! I began the program with eight. I had two different suits brought against me in the past two years, and I am very glad that I signed up with Gitmeid, their legal dept. They negotiated with both creditors on my behalf, and I thankfully never had to go to court. To anyone considering NDR, believe that they really are in business to help people. In addition, every time I have spoken to their customer service people, I have always been made to feel like a valued person.
