When calling to review a settlement I am sick of being asked my SS number not once but several times everyone I’m transferred to very irritating and scary as a consumer. You have my info and should not ask more than once.

I got into debt settlement with National Debt Relief and I set it up over the phone. I’m still working with them and it’s going okay. I pay monthly and it's working out for me pretty well. Plus the cost is accurate. However, their website sucks. Every time I try to log in, it seems like I have to reset my password so I don’t even bother anymore. And they keep calling me and telling me that I need to log in, but every time, I have to set up a new password. Overall, going with this program has made me stress-free. I have health issues and it seems like the bills that we have right now are overwhelming. The other bills that we had were just too much and it felt like I never got to see my husband ‘cause he was working so much. I have told a few friends about NDR.

We were not able to make the payments and National Debt Relief set up an account from which we pay into and they draw out based on the agreements they make with our former creditors. I've had very little feedback from them. I've sent them additional information from creditors that have contacted us directly. And when I, six months later, asked how come I never got some kind of notification that they had received them they said, "You sent something?"

I had a lot going on at the time and I needed some assistance. From the first moment I called National Debt Relief through the whole process, they were able to do things efficiently and we didn’t waste a lot of time. We were engaged in a professional relationship and they were interested in my business and handled everything that I asked for. Also, they returned emails very quickly so there was not a lot of lag time that went on. Everything was done promptly and everybody acted like they were there to assist me as opposed to putting me off.

So far everyone I have talked to has been very knowledgeable and informative. Everyone has gone over the same things 3 times to ensure that I know what I am agreeing to. I appreciate the helpfulness of all the employees I have encountered.

I was pleasantly surprised that NDR decided to resolve my biggest loan first. I thought that they had to wait till there was sufficient money in my escrow account so that they could pay off the reduced negotiated amount loan in full. NDR was able to negotiate not only a significant reduction on my biggest loan but also arrange a two year monthly payment plan that they would take out of my monthly escrow deposit. Plus it was interest free. I can breathe a sigh of relief now. NDR are good at what they do and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get out of debt.

Felicia was very good in reviewing everything that I went over with Mark ** on March 4, 2018 or 3 days ago. She answered all my questions. I only had a few but she was very good and answered them all to my satisfaction. It was a very interesting and education conversation.

So far the program has been pretty easy to get involved with. I did not like the constant phone calls after the initial email conversations while trying to make a decision on whether to go through with the program or not, but outside of that everything has been fine. It seems every time I call I get new information that I should have received when I first hired you all. I keep getting the same email about a settlement that has already been accepted. More accurate training so reps can give more accurate info would exponentially improve customer service.

I've only just signed up but so far everyone I have worked with was super friendly and caring. I was over my head in debt. Couldn't keep up with the payments. So far so good; on one debt I owed 9k. I settled for 3k. I still has 2 creditors to go and even though I am going thru a hardship they work with you to help you reach your goal. Don't be afraid. This is my second time. I did a similar program in 2009. After they are all paid your credit will go back up. Just make sure to send your confirmation to the credit bureau so they can remove it off.

I wasn't keeping track of how far in debt I had become and when I realized how bad it was, I was sick to my stomach and ashamed. Even more so when I realized how long it would take to pay it back living paycheck to paycheck. I researched debt relief companies and chose National Debt Relief because of their high rating. The two people I worked with were knowledgeable, professional and respectful. The paperwork was easy because they were able to obtain accurate information regarding my creditors with my permission so I didn't have a lot of paperwork to complete. In fact, the process was quick and painless and every question was answered. I feel so relieved that I didn't have to file bankruptcy and that I am able to hand it over to the experts to negotiate.

I looked online and National Debt Relief had really good ratings. A lot of people spoke very highly of them. They were pretty helpful towards a lot of people so I thought I’d give them a try. I had a few credit cards that I needed to pay and they consolidated the fee and they got a discount. I called and the gentleman that I spoke to took my information. He was very helpful, made me see some type of light. He discussed what it would be like, what the situation would be and gave me quite detailed information and we started the process then and there. I loved their customer service. Everybody’s very nice and helpful. They always makes sure all my questions are answered so I never hang up the phone wondering, “Oh, man. They didn’t answer that right”. Their customer service is very knowledgeable.

Everything was fine with National Debt Relief and they helped me. Three years back, I used them and I went with them again. Their reps were very nice. One of their reps speaks Spanish and she explained everything to me. I have only one payment and my payment plan is $280 a month. I don't work right now and it's hard for me to pay everything.

I was in a little bit of trouble. I was managing my debt before, but it got to the point where Best Buy decided to take advantage of me. At that point, everything got out of hand and I couldn’t deal with it anymore. My option was to try to go for bankruptcy or try to do it with National Debt Relief, and it was explained to me that I could deal with it in a way where NDR would negotiate the price. And though it affects me negatively for a while, it’s still not something that I’ll leave unpaid if we manage to settle the accounts. So, that was a better decision to make at that time.

Overall I was very happy with the people I talked to here, they were both friendly and knowable and able to answer any questions. If I would be unhappy about is that your system listed my zip code wrong and there is no way for the person I was talking to, was able to correct this.

Both representatives that I spoke to were very accommodating and patient as I asked a lot of questions. If there was something I didn't quite understand, they were able to explain it thoroughly to me. I felt comfortable in my knowledge of the entire program at the end of both the initial call and the welcome call.

Extremely friendly, both people I Spoke with. Also, a quick, easy set up/experience to finally become debt free! I've been hesitating on calling or finally getting the help I need and it was easy and stress free. Any questions I have had were answered very quickly.

The very first call in enrolling in the program was fine. The representative, Dwane, was friendly and knowledgeable. However, following this call, you were force to complete a "welcome" call. I did not appreciate this process. The representatives are very robotic and stuck to a script. A few times, they became confused and somewhat clueless. Not to mention I asked to be contacted at night and was repeatedly contacted during the day. I am sure, hopefully, this process will go a lot smoother after this.

Updated on 09/28/2020: I'm almost completely settled with all my debts. I got one left and that's it. Also, my credit has been up ever since and I'm very thankful I chose them. I'm better off. I always recommend NDR. I also recommend that everybody does their research but when it comes to choosing a company of this type, it comes down to the professionalism. Actions speak more than their words and everybody else that's put in reviews for this company shows that this is probably one of the top companies to go to.

My parents had used National Debt Relief before, and I used NDR for consolidation. I called them and signed up, and it went well. Working with them has been helpful and everything’s good. I’d recommend National Debt Relief.

I was tired of making 10 different payments a month and I just wanted to make one payment. I saw a lot of commercials from National Debt Relief beforehand, so when I started my research, I looked them up first and liked what I saw. The enrollment process was not very long. I was on the phone with them for about 20 minutes and I just answered a bunch of financial questions about my outstanding balance and my job and bank accounts. Once all of that was in order, it was real simple from that point. And once I was signed up, I barely had to talk to them back then because I use the online portal a lot. I can schedule my payments through there and it's really convenient. I don't have to spend hours on the phone.

Updated on 10/19/2018: National Debt Relief went over everything from the get-go, and they went through a step-by-step process. They emailed me some stuff and then they followed up and made sure that I still agreed with everything. They added up all of my debts and then divided it up over two years, so the payment ended up being $225 a month. I have the payment automatically come out from my account, and half of my debt is already paid off now. National Debt Relief is easy to work with, and I've told somebody from work to look them up.

Nav was very helpful and knew the answers to all my questions. I appreciate the time he took to tell me about National Debt Relief and the options that I had available to me in my situation. Sorry, but the second gentleman I forgot his name, was very good at this job and again thanks for the help.
