I am so impressed with National Debt Relief. Using a debt relief company to solve my debts was a scary decision and I was worried that I would continue to get phone calls and letters from debtors and collection agencies. The reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because we have been signed up for a short time. I was over my head in debt. Couldn't keep up with the payments. So far so good; on one debt I owed 9k. I settled for 3k. I still has 2 creditors to go and even though I am going thru a hardship they work with you to help you reach your goal. Don't be afraid. This is my second time. I did a similar program in 2009. After they are all paid your credit will go back up. Just make sure to send your confirmation to the credit bureau so they can remove it off.

Very professional and very helpful. The customer service persons have clear knowledge of your case. Working with this organization is really helpful. It gives you a peace of mind. My overall experience with the Max ** in the whole decision making process was very positive. I did not intend to use National Debt Relief to fix my financial situation but I felt very confident after having Max explain the details very patiently. I wasn't keeping track of how far in debt I had become and when I realized how bad it was, I was sick to my stomach and ashamed. Even more so when I realized how long it would take to pay it back living paycheck to paycheck. I researched debt relief companies and chose National Debt Relief because of their high rating. The two people I worked with were knowledgeable, professional and respectful. The paperwork was easy because they were able to obtain accurate information regarding my creditors with my permission so I didn't have a lot of paperwork to complete. In fact, the process was quick and painless and every question was answered. I feel so relieved that I didn't have to file bankruptcy and that I am able to hand it over to the experts to negotiate.

I looked online and National Debt Relief had really good ratings. A lot of people spoke very highly of them. They were pretty helpful towards a lot of people so I thought I’d give them a try. I had a few credit cards that I needed to pay and they consolidated the fee and they got a discount. I called and the gentleman that I spoke to took my information. He was very helpful, made me see some type of light. He discussed what it would be like, what the situation would be and gave me quite detailed information and we started the process then and there. I loved their customer service. Everybody’s very nice and helpful. They always makes sure all my questions are answered so I never hang up the phone wondering, “Oh, man. They didn’t answer that right”. Their customer service is very knowledgeable.

Everything was fine with National Debt Relief and they helped me. Three years back, I used them and I went with them again. Their reps were very nice. One of their reps speaks Spanish and she explained everything to me. I have only one payment and my payment plan is $280 a month. I don't work right now and it's hard for me to pay everything.

I was in a little bit of trouble. I was managing my debt before, but it got to the point where Best Buy decided to take advantage of me. At that point, everything got out of hand and I couldn’t deal with it anymore. My option was to try to go for bankruptcy or try to do it with National Debt Relief, and it was explained to me that I could deal with it in a way where NDR would negotiate the price. And though it affects me negatively for a while, it’s still not something that I’ll leave unpaid if we manage to settle the accounts. So, that was a better decision to make at that time.

Overall I was very happy with the people I talked to here, they were both friendly and knowable and able to answer any questions. If I would be unhappy about is that your system listed my zip code wrong and there is no way for the person I was talking to, was able to correct this.

Both representatives that I spoke to were very accommodating and patient as I asked a lot of questions. If there was something I didn't quite understand, they were able to explain it thoroughly to me. I felt comfortable in my knowledge of the entire program at the end of both the initial call and the welcome call.

The very first call in enrolling in the program was fine. The representative, Dwane, was friendly and knowledgeable. However, following this call, you were force to complete a "welcome" call. I did not appreciate this process. The representatives are very robotic and stuck to a script. A few times, they became confused and somewhat clueless. Not to mention I asked to be contacted at night and was repeatedly contacted during the day. I am sure, hopefully, this process will go a lot smoother after this.

Updated on 09/28/2020: I'm almost completely settled with all my debts. I got one left and that's it. Also, my credit has been up ever since and I'm very thankful I chose them. I'm better off. I always recommend NDR. I also recommend that everybody does their research but when it comes to choosing a company of this type, it comes down to the professionalism. Actions speak more than their words and everybody else that's put in reviews for this company shows that this is probably one of the top companies to go to.

I saw a lot of commercials from National Debt Relief beforehand, so when I started my research, I looked them up first and liked what I saw. The enrollment process was not very long. I was on the phone with them for about 20 minutes and I just answered a bunch of financial questions about my outstanding balance and my job and bank accounts. Once all of that was in order, it was real simple from that point. And once I was signed up, I barely had to talk to them back then because I use the online portal a lot. I can schedule my payments through there and it's really convenient. I don't have to spend hours on the phone.

Updated on 10/19/2018: National Debt Relief went over everything from the get-go, and they went through a step-by-step process. They emailed me some stuff and then they followed up and made sure that I still agreed with everything. They added up all of my debts and then divided it up over two years, so the payment ended up being $225 a month. I have the payment automatically come out from my account, and half of my debt is already paid off now. National Debt Relief is easy to work with, and I've told somebody from work to look them up.

I couldn't pay all of my bills and I called National Debt Relief first and their deal sounded good enough deal to me, so I just stuck with them. Their program gave me some relief mentally. I've paid off two accounts and I have one left. And they send me a statement every month. The negotiators are always extremely friendly and very thorough. I'm very comfortable with them. They are very patient and they answer all my questions. If they already said something and I didn’t understand it and I asked them about it again, they never act like I'm a bother.

I was in a financial hardship and National Debt Relief had a better overall customer rating and recommendation on the internet so I went with them. The enrollment process went fine and everybody was very informative. My program is 48 months and they contact me whenever there’s been a settlement that I need to agree on. We just wanted it over with and all of those creditors paid. However, we’re paying them in the end at something like $27,000 for their services, which is almost the amount that we’re trying to pay off with our creditors, but we don’t have any other options. It’s what it is. Overall, my experience with National Debt Relief so far has been good. I wish things were resolved a little faster as far as the accounts go but everything’s been fine.

I had lots of debts and I had some personal financial things that happened that made it harder for me to pay my credit cards. National Debt Relief seemed to be one of the reputable companies. I checked them out online and they seemed to say the right things, so I chose them. Unfortunately, I fired them because they promised me that they would take care of all of my debts. The biggest debt I had was a secured loan. I was current when I joined them. I had people visiting my house and I had the sheriff show up at my house, and NDR said, “There's nothing we can do until you're 120 days late. We might not even be able to help you with that account.” But that’s the largest one and the one I need the most help with. They were committing me to paying them $500 a month for the first three to four months to pay off the credit card but I don’t have $2,000 a month to pay it off.

When it comes to fair treatment, no one compares to NDR. These creditors only want you to stay in debt forever. NDR wants only the opposite. I have been paying on my own with very little difference only because the interests to them is the only way they can make money off of anyone who is in debt.

I liked the services that National Debt Relief provided and I liked how easy it was to talk to somebody. They did credit consolidation for me. They worked with me in reducing all the monthly payments and helping me get rid of the debt. So far, I'm halfway through the program. They reach out to me when they’ve settled the debt with the company on some agreement. I usually call them if I have questions and somebody usually picks up. Or if I have an email, they usually write back the next day. I just wish they could give a more accurate time on how long it was gonna take to complete the program thoroughly. Also, to be aware of the 1099 forms they send, the tax ones the vendors can send you and explain that situation with more resources. I feel comfortable working with NDR. Their cost was reasonable. I looked up different ways to help with my credits since I was struggling. I looked at the reviews and saw that a lot of people were pleased with NDR. I put three credit cards in with them and I pay a certain amount per month and then, after this I will have them do the credit repair.
