To my surprise I was grateful for kind and patient care given to me by Rocco who was gentle, pleasant and gave accurate directives without being judgmental or pushy or demeaning me while I struggled to accomplish the goals. He should get a gold star recognition and a bonus and a raise because obviously does what he has been taught by bosses, teachers and his loving parents.

I had gotten more than 6 calls a day because they had an offer to talk to me about. Well when I got a chance to call. I was told what they wanted. I was told that all fees for this transaction would be waved to hear later it would be deferred! Still no calls back from upper management to explain why the first person said waved and the second said something different. I have made a number of calls back to see about getting this issue taken care of and still no answers! They work great for you the first year you're with them but after that no real talks with a human. In the last 3 months I have counted I have had over 250 robot calls from this company!

This is a great service and team. Takes a load off my shoulders. The team is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. I would recommend anyone to use them to get out of the hole of debt. I have been trying to get out for 7 years. A divorce and a few job changes made it hard to do. This staff made it easy and took a load off.

I researched 3 different debt relief agencies. I chose National Debt Relief because they had great reviews from customers like myself. All of the contract was reviewed with me by a counselor and later with another person at the closing and the welcome partners. All of my questions were answered to satisfaction and the process explained in a way that I understood how the program will work. They was compassionate and showed concern for my situation. I believe I have made the correct choice when I chose National Debt Relief.

Both customer service reps I spoke with were helpful, informative and appeared to be genuinely concern with my issue. I called to cancel but was provided with other options. As well as provided with an update of a settlement for one of my accounts.

Only in the program for about six months. Just got 2 settlement offers for about 1/3 of what I owed which included several months of late fees. I am definitely pleased, thus far. I have also had to withdraw funds, which was super easy, thanks for the great customer service!

Financial hardship is hard enough; asking for help is even harder. They made my experience from the start transparent. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. A few years of hardship is so much better than years of never getting things paid off.

I was starting to get antsy*, several months had passed and... BAM! THE LARGEST AMOUNT CREDITOR WAS REDUCED AND PAID OFF! WOW I REALLY BELIEVE THAT I WAS LED TO THESE GOOD FOLKS! I was with another company (a few years ago) and they apparently embezzled several thousand dollars from me. I swore that I would never do this again... but after retirement I have learned that in the future that I really have to start counting the pennies instead of just the dollars. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who may need a fresh start and everything usually can be done in 36 months or less.

I just signed up for NDR, and I'm very excited about what NDR is going to do for me. The signup process was a good experience. John was very accurate and precise and calming while I was doing this sign up. While I really appreciate the efforts to get my financial situation in order, I didn’t exactly appreciate the request for more money to settle a claim. I am in the situation to settle my debt because I don’t have extra funds to pay what I spent plus interest. When I was asked for more money, I explained I didn’t have anything extra to add at this time. The agent asked if I would in the future. This confused me since I can’t predict that. I was made to believe this would hurt my chances at a recent settlement offer. The agent said to hold on while she spoke with management. I waited on hold and was surprised when she came back saying they would settle per the offer without me adding more money. I was happy but confused how easy that was without the extra money. It brought up some suspicion. I’m grateful for the settlement, but the process gave me some concern.

So far I am very pleased with the professionalism of the two representatives I have spoken with. They both had in depth knowledge of the process and were patient with listening and answering my questions. I look forward to working with NDR now that I have experienced good customer communication.

We had a contract that went bad on us in a house we built and we ran into a bunch of debt. And I felt like we're just paying interest and we saw an ad for National Debt Relief. They asked us for all of our credit card debt and information and came up with a number of dollar figure we could pay every month that we can afford and they started negotiating with our lenders.

I saw National Debt Relief’s advertisement and I liked the terms that I read, then I called and talked to a representative and I was happy with what I heard. They deduct so much out of my checking account into National Debt's savings account, which is added up to pay off a debt. They also have the power of attorney which helps in working with the debt companies. It was a little tight when I had to pay my regular withdrawal payment each month, then I had to pay extra money on top of that and I am not able to pay other debts but it’s working and I'm happy that two credit cards have now been resolved. I hope that they can do it with my other two accounts that are open. National Debt Relief is able to help, and it is a better resource than going into bankruptcy.

We just purchased a house and within a year, we had some storm damage where the roof was leaking. It wasn’t worthwhile repairing the problem at hand and I had to replace the roof. The insurance company only paid for the water damage. They told me they couldn’t date when the roof was put on so they weren’t going to be held liable. We paid for the roof out of our pocket and it snowballed. It created an extra bill and put us over our budget.

I am just getting started as so far everything seems great. Calls returned and all questions answered. Very happy with those I have worked with so far. Waiting for settlements from vendors. I don't like doing this but it's better than filing bankruptcy and not paying anything.

Everyone I spoke with has been friendly and very informative. They explained the process thoroughly. They allowed me to ask questions and were able to answer them without difficulty. The process is easy to do and they walk you through the process.

I had too much debt for my ability to keep up with the monthly payments so I needed some relief on that end. I did a lot of research online and found the reviews and outcomes more promising through National Debt than elsewhere. They took on all the credit cards that I had and then they worked with the companies to lower the amounts that were due.

I was just paying the minimum payments, so I wasn't going anywhere with that so I sought debt relief. Everything was good and we're happy so far with National Debt Relief. The payment plan was affordable for us. It was less than what we were both paying in minimum payments on our cards. However, when my husband and I worked with National Debt Relief, I wasn't in collection but my husband was. So, for him, I’ve been seeing good things on his credit but not in mine yet. Nonetheless, I recommended them to people that told me about their debt.

I went broke completely and then I read a lot about National Debt Relief and found that they were a good company. I started with them and they’ve been taking care a lot of my accounts so far. They calculated how much that I owe and how much it was going to be monthly. They call me when they’re going to negotiate any of my accounts and they will let me know ahead of time, which I like. They just don’t go and also I can follow how much I got in my account if I’m short or they need more money, so they can keep on paying. I get an email and they ask me if I’m willing to make a deal. If I see that the account is worth it then I’ll make a deal and say, “Yes.” I’m doing fine with them and I’m getting most of the account for half of price. Working with National Debt Relief is very good. They’ll treat you very good and help you out, and they do everything fast.

National Debt Relief is helping me get my debt paid off quicker and getting my payments lower, so I can afford them. They truly are a great company. They keep in touch and realize when I'm having a rough time and work with me on my payments. Couldn't have done it myself.

I was in debt and my cousin had used National Debt Relieve and she told me they were good, so I went with them. So far, they had been doing everything they advertised on the radio. They sat here and explained everything and they asked if I had any questions. They were really thorough. They try to work with you as much as they can on your budget. I was getting in a lot of revolving debt and I was not able to keep up with the monthly payments. So I was considering bankruptcy. I started doing research and found National Debt Relief and multiple reviews online. When I talked to one of their representatives he said, "You don't need to file for bankruptcy. You look like you can recover back from it.” So he also explained to me about the debt settlement plan, instead of bankruptcy and I liked the idea so I went for it.

I had a lot of debt and was looking for a way to get out. I checked, and National Debt Relief was the number one rated with the Better Business Bureau and had good reviews. I had a total of 12 credit card debts. I called NDR, they reviewed it and said I was eligible, so I signed up. The reps were upfront and they made it pretty easy. They have an answer to every one of my questions and there wasn’t anything that I had done that they had not seen before. I told them that some people said they were going to take me to collections, and they told me not to worry about it and they’d take care of it. They reassured me and made me feel like it’s not a big deal. They came up with a payment plan and we agreed to it. It was less than what all my minimum is worth, so it was worth doing, and that’s how it worked out now. Everything that they said came true. They've resolved three debts, so far, and it seems to be working out okay for me.

Everything was explained clearly and I believe it was done Without pressure. My questions were answered and so far I am satisfied. Looking forward to seeing how my ceditors work with this program and what they will settle for.

Debt relief has helped me live my life with less stress and worry. They have been very helpful and thorough. They also are prompt to get debt resolved and help to get the debt reduced enough to where you can handle the payment to resolve the debt.

I had a Discover Card in the mix to be settled and was not told that they were total bullies and to expect a problem from them. First they sent me a court summons on Christmas Eve hoping that I would not reply in 10 days time or get NDR to reply in that time. NDR should have been more clear that I would expect this. Then NDR wasn't clear on how I should move forward. They just kept asking me if I would accept the same exact 86% payoff over and over (9 times I counted). Each time I said no, that wasn't fair when other creditors were getting 50-60%. I kept asking NDR about court hearing details and what I should prepare and kept being told that I did not need to attend and that NDR usually settles before a hearing.

You negotiate one account at a time. Several years ago I was with Debtscape and they made arrangements with almost all of creditors at once. I would pay $30 per month for 6 accounts that were settled plus your fee's $40 dollars per month. I don't like you collecting your fees upfront to a tune of $400 dollars for each account. I have 10 account so I'm gonna pay $4,000. What I would have saved I'm paying you in fees one account at a time. Please change how you negotiate. Right now I'm paying $91 per month for one account for 12 months, I could be paying $35 for 3 accounts something more efficient.

Updated on 02/28/2019: I wanted to dig myself out of a debt hole that I created and National Debt Relief seemed to be the best program available. Their customer service was one of the top things that stuck to me. I spoke to another company and they weren't as nice as the NDR people I talked to. With NDR, you deal with one person. They're your go-to when it comes to figuring out the next step. It was a good process getting to know the person and them getting to know you, and figuring out how to get yourself out of debt.

Well I just enrolled in this program but everyone I talked to was very pleasant and explained everything very well. I feel this is going to be a great step for me to get out of debt and pay less to get this debt settled.

Feel very relieved and ready to be debt free. Agents were helpful and very kind and made the whole process easy and stress free. I didn't feel judged and it was just an overall good experience. I highly recommend this debt relief to all my friends.

When we started the process, National Debt Relief sent me a lot of emails with papers that I had to sign up and then they went through the contract with me. They're taking care of my debts on my cards and they already have three debts set up. They sent me emails or called me on my phone if they needed something from me. And if I need to ask something, I just call whoever and they respond. They were very flexible with my payment plan and they gave me options whenever I needed. When I couldn't do a payment twelve months ago, they gave me an option for that. My experience has been great and they have great customer service, except for the people who spoke Spanish. National Debt Relief is a good company and I have recommended them.

I had a bunch of credit cards where I’ve been paying my bills on time, but at the minimum, and then interest rates were so high. I thought I was not really paying anything off. It seemed like I was just treading water and not getting anywhere so I thought I’ll just try and get some assistance and maybe pay everything at one time and maybe I’ll just pay like a big loan but without the interest of every credit card that I had. I went online and I looked at debt relief and then National Debt Relief popped up. I think that may be one of the first companies that I saw so I just gave them a call and saw what happened.

I was looking for a company that could help me with my debt relief, and National Debt Relief was referred to me by a colleague of mine. I liked the attention that they were giving me. The other company did not follow up with any of my questions, and National Debt Relief did respond to me within 24 hours. Right now, I’m in the debt relief program with them, and I pay them bi-weekly. And then, I signed over a power of attorney to them so that they can negotiate my debt with the creditors. I’ve been with them since September of 2017 and they resolved two creditors for me. Their program has worked for me because it has eliminated some of my debts and instead of worrying about 10 creditors, I just worry about the payments with them and they handle everything for me. They were also very open to what I could pay and what I couldn’t afford a month. And they also worked with me on every step of the way.

I was very disappointed with your service. I know that one of our Credit Card companies called you to set up payment for them and they were told it could not be done at this time. It had already been 3 months past due. I have never in my life been past due on anything. Your company does not explain how exactly it works. And I was not told that in the end of the agreement with you that the creditors could send us a tax form to claim the money not paid to them as money we took in so hence pay taxes on them. I went to you as I was in trouble. All your company did was cause me more trouble. If I am asked if anyone should use your service I will definitely tell them in no uncertain terms should they. The only thing I can say good about your company is that your Customer Service reps are very kind. I believe that most of what they told me were lies that you insisted they tell me but they were sure nice about it.

For 2018 I decided to take charge of my finances. My life was secured and I could focus better on improving my credit score. I have to admit that their representative was a much better salesperson, had a better rapport, but in the end the numbers made the difference.

Since there are more than one documents and they come through more than one email it would be reassuring to get a follow up call to affirm that all documents are signed. Waiting for the hard copies to be delivered would not be so bad if I had some confirmation that everything was completed through a call or and email stating all documents completed and hard copies to be mailed.
