Laura answered my questions in a kind way, even though I was scared doing this. I don't want this to be a mean thing when I am paying every month and I don't want it to go to court. Thank you.

I have to say, this is a very stressful situation to be in. But every single person I have come into contact with at NDR has been extremely nice and understanding, never condescending or short. I have had a wonderful experience so far. I am in the beginning stages so I will try to report more later. The process was very easy. I received a call back almost immediately and the Dorian was extremely helpful. I had a 1000 questions and he was very helpful in answer each of them. Once we laid out what we had to deal with he explained the process and costs and I had asked for time to think about it. There was absolutely no pressure. He called me back a half hour after the time I had told him to call and even explained he did that to give me a little extra time. Dorian was very thorough about everything and even gave me contact info should I encounter any problems going forward. I cannot express enough how much this is going to help me. I made mistakes and didn't feel once that they were debt shaming me. I can now look forward to my future and not dread it.

Overall, my experience with my initial call and my welcome call were good. I especially liked the initial call, as the person listened well and reviewed items really well. The welcome call person also did well. This experience can be very embarrassing, and both of the people were respectful and kind.

I was very nervous, but I had been struggling on my own for so long. National Debt Relief has been there for me. They are patient and non-judgmental. The only big issue I have with NDR is that one of my debts which was only mine was submitted to the credit bureaus against my wife. Because of that, I was forced to pay 2500.00 ASAP to clear it up. When I asked NDR why, they said that they are allowed to do that. I was never briefed on that and I did ask before I went into the program.

A little nervous. Kind of sad that we even had to take this step. Life sometimes hands you a bunch of lemons. So we are gonna try and make the best of the situation. The sign up process was a bit long. However, everyone was very patient and thorough with all of our questions. Also, they were very transparent. You know this is not going to be a walk in the park. I had a friend who did the program with NDR a couple of years ago and it took him four years to get out of debt. It would have taken him 10 or 15 years to get out of it so I called him. I got to the point where my monthly payments were a little bit too much to handle and bankruptcy isn't an option I’d like to do. I'd like to be able to get out of things and I'm not the type to quit but I was struggling to the point where every time I got paid, I had to pick which bill to pay and I didn’t want to lose that way.

National Debt Relief has been collecting my money for a few months now and handling creditor inquiries. They were able to settle with one credit card paid off in full for about half what the full balance was, and have negotiated a longer term payoff settlement with my largest creditor. In each case they contacted me to get my approval to their proposed settlement before confirming it with the creditor. Their fees seem reasonable for all they are doing. Especially when you compare them to some of the other debt settlement companies who extract huge fees upfront before settling any of your debts.

They charge some pretty high fees for helping you. SO in addition to being in debt and trying to work out of this you are pushed backwards even more because they charge such high fees. They told me I would be out of debt in a few months based on their own calculation but here I am a year later not even close to being debt free.

Getting in touch with a specialized rep takes 3-4 phone transfers. Still waiting for a follow up from the legal department in a pending issue. If I don’t call regularly, I don’t feel I would ever hear anything about the status of my civil suit.

I have been NDR for a year now and they have paid off about a third of our debt. At least 2 of which were going to court. Their legal team handled these efficiently and timely to settle with the companies ahead of any court dates. It gave us peace of mind to be able to turn this over to the NDR legal team and know that they would take care of it. I was seriously behind on my credit cards and National Debt Relief did a credit card consolidation for me and was very helpful and informative. They explained everything to me very well before I did anything and they did a good job. The payment plan worked out for me with what I needed to do so it’s going well. I like NDR and I would tell my friends that they should consider it if they need to consolidate their debts.

I was having debt problems, so I figured I would try National Debt Relief first. Their reps did a good job. A lot of times they would call me or send me an email and let me know what the status was. The payment plan was working out good. I’m ready to get it all paid off and start back over again. But it would be a little different if I had the money to go ahead and take care of one debt rather than stretch it out. They did one where they stretched it out and I would rather have the debt paid off. But NDR is getting things done and they're doing a great job. They are a good company and I would refer them to somebody else.

I did some research online and looked at reviews and decided that National Debt Relief was the company that would be able to help my husband and me. During the enrolment process, they asked about our financial situation, how we couldn’t pay the credit cards anymore and our situation with that, what we were making, and how the guy could help us. We were paying minimum payments and getting nowhere and the program took a lot of pressure off. Also, everyone I have talked to at NDR is very helpful and I'm impressed with their demeanor and not making me feel degraded. We went on an auto draft out of the bank and it works just fine. The process has gone pretty smooth and it makes me feel pretty comfortable. And the cost was pretty fair. If someone is in the position we’re in, I would definitely recommend them.

I tried National Debt Relief last couple of years ago to pay off all my debts. Right now, I'm in their program and about to pay one of my debts this June. And the next one is, maybe better soon. I had gotten more than 6 calls a day because they had an offer to talk to me about. Well when I got a chance to call. I was told what they wanted. I was told that all fees for this transaction would be waved to hear later it would be deferred! Still no calls back from upper management to explain why the first person said waved and the second said something different. I have made a number of calls back to see about getting this issue taken care of and still no answers! They work great for you the first year you're with them but after that no real talks with a human. In the last 3 months I have counted I have had over 250 robot calls from this company!

I was starting to get antsy*, several months had passed and... BAM! THE LARGEST AMOUNT CREDITOR WAS REDUCED AND PAID OFF! WOW I REALLY BELIEVE THAT I WAS LED TO THESE GOOD FOLKS! I was with another company (a few years ago) and they apparently embezzled several thousand dollars from me. I swore that I would never do this again... but after retirement I have learned that in the future that I really have to start counting the pennies instead of just the dollars. While I really appreciate the efforts to get my financial situation in order, I didn’t exactly appreciate the request for more money to settle a claim. I am in the situation to settle my debt because I don’t have extra funds to pay what I spent plus interest. When I was asked for more money, I explained I didn’t have anything extra to add at this time. The agent asked if I would in the future. This confused me since I can’t predict that. I was made to believe this would hurt my chances at a recent settlement offer. The agent said to hold on while she spoke with management. I waited on hold and was surprised when she came back saying they would settle per the offer without me adding more money. I was happy but confused how easy that was without the extra money. It brought up some suspicion. I’m grateful for the settlement, but the process gave me some concern.

So far I am very pleased with the professionalism of the two representatives I have spoken with. They both had in depth knowledge of the process and were patient with listening and answering my questions. I look forward to working with NDR now that I have experienced good customer communication.

I saw National Debt Relief’s advertisement and I liked the terms that I read, then I called and talked to a representative and I was happy with what I heard. They deduct so much out of my checking account into National Debt's savings account, which is added up to pay off a debt. They also have the power of attorney which helps in working with the debt companies. It was a little tight when I had to pay my regular withdrawal payment each month, then I had to pay extra money on top of that and I am not able to pay other debts but it’s working and I'm happy that two credit cards have now been resolved. I hope that they can do it with my other two accounts that are open. National Debt Relief is able to help, and it is a better resource than going into bankruptcy.

We just purchased a house and within a year, we had some storm damage where the roof was leaking. It wasn’t worthwhile repairing the problem at hand and I had to replace the roof. The insurance company only paid for the water damage. They told me they couldn’t date when the roof was put on so they weren’t going to be held liable. I was just paying the minimum payments, so I wasn't going anywhere with that so I sought debt relief. Everything was good and we're happy so far with National Debt Relief. The payment plan was affordable for us. It was less than what we were both paying in minimum payments on our cards. However, when my husband and I worked with National Debt Relief, I wasn't in collection but my husband was. So, for him, I’ve been seeing good things on his credit but not in mine yet. Nonetheless, I recommended them to people that told me about their debt.

If I see that the account is worth it then I’ll make a deal and say, “Yes.” I’m doing fine with them and I’m getting most of the account for half of price. Working with National Debt Relief is very good. They’ll treat you very good and help you out, and they do everything fast.
