I had a very positive experience with Joel ** and then with Ronald **. I talked with Joel earlier in the week to see if I could get help and relief from my debt due to medical bills. Bad, got bounced around from person to person and put on hold way too long and the people I spoke to were unable to help or knew very little. Had to repeat myself multiple times and could not get clear answers.

I admit, I was skeptical about trying this company out. Only heard of them through a mailer. Did some research to find out the company is legit and registered with BBB. After only a few calls and great customer support, was explained in detail what they do, how it helps, what happens throughout the process, and every next step. Was approved the same day I called in and called back when they said they would call back. Everything is going according to what I was explained. This is great. For the first time in I can't even tell you how long, I'm not worried about how I'm ever going to pay my debt.

Both representatives I spoke with were very clear about the intentions of this program and answered all my questions. The phone calls were as quick as possible and I was glad most could be done through email. Both were very friendly and easy to understand.

I was overall satisfied with the service that I received until I was served with a subpoena for court due to non-payment of one of the creditors that NDR was supposed to be working with. I now am having to make payments to an attorney to keep from having to go to court. I mailed letters to all of my creditors stating that I have a debt consolidation program through NDR as requested by my account specialist. I have sent emails to my account specialist in regards to what else I need to do and have not received a response.

The customer service representative talked with their supervisor to work out details so that one of my creditors could be paid without raising the amount going into my account and took the time to explain all the details to me.

They explain it in a clear and concise manner the objective of debt consolidation program. They asked throughout the process if we understood. If we didn’t, they took the time to explain it. It was a good overall experience considering the reason you are signing up for the program.

Agents were courteous, precise, and professional. Information was explained in detail, Questions were answered carefully to maximize understanding. I believe this is the perfect program for me and I look forward to the day that I am debt free. NDR has promised me that they will do their part, if I do mine, to make that happen, I believe them!

As of date I have had a great experience with National Debt Relief. All people involved have been very helpful with the process of consolidating my credit card debt. I find the monthly payment much easier than paying multiple credit cards and after 4 months I'm seeing action being taken. I had a liver transplant last year and it was so sudden. I was in Hawaii and they just threw me on an air ambulance and flew me to the mainland. I had no idea what was financially going on at home and when I came back, there was just too many past due stuff all over the place. The amount of my debt was steady building up and my age is going up, and one has got to go down. National Debt Relief was the first one that reached out to me, so I gave them a call and Sai, the first person I spoke to, came from the same country I did. Because I didn't see anyone on the phone, but I have someone from my country then I had a little trust and I stuck with them. The program seems to be working fine so far. Two of my debts are accomplished already, but I wish it could have been done faster. I also wish I knew about them before. I'm in my fifth month since starting and the debt relief negotiator called me a couple of times. Most of times, he called when I was at work and I told him I trust that the program is going fine. Then a couple of times, I've stayed up at home, went in the computer and look over a few things. And the person is doing a decent job.

The only big issue I have with NDR is that one of my debts which was only mine was submitted to the credit bureaus against my wife. Because of that, I was forced to pay 2500.00 ASAP to clear it up. When I asked NDR why, they said that they are allowed to do that. I was never briefed on that and I did ask before I went into the program.

I want to get out of my debts and I called up National Debt Relief and applied for their program. It took a month and the customer support has been excellent. National Debt Relief has been collecting my money for a few months now and handling creditor inquiries. They were able to settle with one credit card paid off in full for about half what the full balance was, and have negotiated a longer term payoff settlement with my largest creditor. In each case they contacted me to get my approval to their proposed settlement before confirming it with the creditor. Their fees seem reasonable for all they are doing. Especially when you compare them to some of the other debt settlement companies who extract huge fees upfront before settling any of your debts.

They charge some pretty high fees for helping you. SO in addition to being in debt and trying to work out of this you are pushed backwards even more because they charge such high fees. They told me I would be out of debt in a few months based on their own calculation but here I am a year later not even close to being debt free.

During the enrolment process, they asked about our financial situation, how we couldn’t pay the credit cards anymore and our situation with that, what we were making, and how the guy could help us. I was having debt problems, so I figured I would try National Debt Relief first. Their reps did a good job. A lot of times they would call me or send me an email and let me know what the status was. The payment plan was working out good. I’m ready to get it all paid off and start back over again. But it would be a little different if I had the money to go ahead and take care of one debt rather than stretch it out. They did one where they stretched it out and I would rather have the debt paid off. But NDR is getting things done and they're doing a great job. They are a good company and I would refer them to somebody else.
