It hasn’t been even been a year and I’m halfway through resolving my accounts! The staff has been very thorough and have no problem answering my questions. Their response time is very quick, and I have never had to experience long hold times when contacting the customer service line.

I started out thinking these guys were going to really help me settle my debt situation. What happens is, they settle it for a lower amount. Which is great. But then they hit you with their fees, which is ridiculous. They base the fees on the entire balance before settlement. I guess maybe this was my fault because I was in a jam, but if I had to do it again, I think I would re-think who I would use. Hopefully, I will never have to do this again.

Everyone that I have talked to has been super nice and made this process which I thought was going to be very difficult simple! I also have to add that at no time did they make me feel as ashamed for asking for help.

My service rep was outstanding! I can't recall her name but she was helpful and explained everything thoroughly. We even had a few laughs about life while talking. Throughout our phone call she called me by my name which made it even more like a person to person conversation.

I have had a good experience so far and it has been very easy to work with this company. I wasn't able to catch their phone call for a debt settlement offer but was able to view they message on my email and I didn't have to call back, only click yes to take offer. This is very convenient because with my two year old it is very hard to be taking or making calls and I found it to be a lot easier to just click on my email to get them the response they needed quickly and effortlessly.

I was suppose to get a call today. At 2:30 I still didn't get the call so I made the call myself. I was told to check the account numbers of the credit cards to make sure everything was ok. Well one account number was wrong. It took 3 additional phone calls to get someone to correct the account number. It should have been corrected with the first phone call. Then you want a power of attorney signed but didn't give me an address to mail it back. That is stupid that you give the attorney w/o an address. I can say that because I have an MPA. That is poor business. When another masters person wants to dispute then they can call me and tell me I'm wrong.

This company has made it seem easy to relieve myself of debt, without filing for bankruptcy. I don’t want to drown in debt and National Debt Relief will allow me to do that, while staying afloat. I really appreciate the ease of NDR’s website, which allows me to keep up with payment settlements and debt remaining.

Happy with how the process is going. I won't be able to accurately rate the experience for at least a year once I see that the process has worked the way I am told it will. However, Diana was excellent.

National Debt Relief has been really great. I don’t work and I stay home with our two children. My husband is the only one who works and he doesn’t make enough to pay all of the debt that we had plus our bills. We got married and we went to crap because we have barn cars and farm equipment and then we also had hospital bills that were ridiculously crazy.

National Debt Relief has made me feel a lot better to provide for my family and kids. I put down my total debt and I'm going through their program. I’m almost complete and I’ll be done paying credit cards off soon then all my debt will be done. My last settlement will be up in November. Also, National Debt Relief worked my budget and saw what I can afford. The cost of their service is reasonable.

I wanted to consolidate my debt so I reached out to National Debt Relief. I'm still in the beginning stages of the program, but so far, they're getting some of our debt reduced, which is good.

I didn't want to file bankruptcy and my wife did some survey and said National Debt Relief has a good rating and good reputation. The process seemed feasible for us financially. What they do is they go to the creditors and they come up with an agreement or settlement to 40% of the full amount that they pay, and then it comes out of my special checking account that they put aside. I did positively every two weeks. So far, they're doing great. It was difficult in the beginning because everyone was calling me and I had to give a lot of information. But other than that, they're doing a great job and no one's bothering me ever since they got involved with the creditors. But I decided to keep the few of the creditors, paying them off by myself to keep the credit in good standing. NDR takes care of credits that are above $500.

I was covered up in credit card debts and unable to make all the payments, so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. I had a good initial experience with them on the phone and subsequent follow-ups were the same. I talked to a couple of other outfits, but National Debt Relief addressed my needs better and I also liked the interaction with them better. I called them and chatted with the representative. She got back and emailed me information that I looked over. They also sent me a package in the mail that had some forms I had to fill out and send back. Then, the rep and I had another follow-up call after she had gone through all of my creditors and put together a proposal with actual figures, and we moved forward from there. The process was painless and straightforward.

It was a very pleasant experience. The representative was knowledgeable, Pleasant and informative. The representative took time to explain things I did not understand. I found this experience Pleasant and easygoing. Thank you so much for your help. Is a pleasure doing business with you.

I am very happy with the experience with Nick on today. Very knowledgeable with the National Debt Relief program. This program will help me save more money and not live from payday to payday. Now by next year I will be able to go on a vacation with my family instead of being left behind. There are a lot of people in debt but do not want to go through a Debt program.

So far, so good. NDR has negotiated settlements with two of my creditors thus far. And they have kept me in the loop along the way and have asked for my approval before finalizing each of the settlements. This process overall has been a good one. Everyone has been so helpful. I had many questions in the beginning but each time I reached out to my team they were always willing to help answer my questions. With each month that passes I feel the stress being relinquished.

I was in over my head in debt and National Debt Relief helped me resolve my debt. They consolidated my debt in one monthly payment. Trust the process it might not be as fast at time but well worth it. Your credit is going to take a huge hit. Mine went from 760 to 480. As I paid off each creditor my score went up. I’m now at 675. Two years ago I was $30,388. Now I’m about to exit the program by next month. The key is to add additional fund when you can and it helps to be an authorized user on someone credit card that has good credit. If cannot put additional fund or be an authorized user don’t worry at least you won’t have to file for bankruptcy.

To this point, my startup process has been very seamless with National Debt Relief. I was pleasantly surprised to have so much help and information. I am confident I will be able get out of debt in my near future!

I would give them 5 stars but I just started, after just months they are making a agreement on my biggest loan which makes me very happy. I will rate them again after a few more months of them handling this. I will say they are moving fast, my credit has gone from 700 to 540 in just months but I heard that once they start working on it things get better.

I received an email today regarding a verbal resolution commitment from a creditor. If it goes through, this will result in approx a 60% savings in my favor, less any fees. This, of course is very pleasing to me. Job well done. Three to go... Haha.

I lost my disability support because I worked too much last year, and I had to do something so I could get my cards paid off. National Debt Relief was the first one that actually talked to me and told me what was going on and how I could get over it. The process was really simple and easy. Everybody seemed really nice to me. And if I have questions, they answer it right away. They have taken care of business and their program helped me reduce my debt. For the payment plan, they asked me what I can do and I've told him and they agreed to it. I don't miss any payments because it's all coming out of my checking account.

In 2014, I had a major motorcycle accident. I went a year and a half without working and filing for a permanent disability. I was left with all my debts and I was trying to keep up with them, but I was making no progress. I saw National Debt Relief on the internet and I looked into it. They treated me awesomely, kept me up-to-date, and explained things well. I got into their program to reduce my debt to a fraction of what I was affording to pay and it was an alternative to filing a bankruptcy. It was the best I could do given my situation.

We had an excessive debt. We had checked out some other companies, and another company did not seem like they had their act together while National Debt Relief seemed like they did. NDR had a couple of our creditors off our back by settling with them. NDR has taken a burden off us.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was simple and easy. I talked to a guy and he got an idea of how much debt I had. He figured out what the percentage of it we should be able to realistically consolidate for then he gave me what that monthly payment would be and set it up. The biggest thing was that my credit score was going to take a huge dive. That was a little disturbing but it was to be expected.

We had debt that we could not pay down. We have had a lot of extenuating family circumstances in the past couple of years and they were just out of control, too. Al helped me understand the process. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend a friend. He helped me understand how much I would actually be paying and how long to my creditors. My monthly payment is less than my loan payment without the other cc on top.

To begin with, I had a credit card and did a balance transfer and some of the credit lines were ridiculously high. I bought some stuff with the intent to pay it off and I broke my ankle that weekend. And since then, there was no possible way I could pay off any of my debt with not working. But when I did go back to work, there was not really much work to go back to. So I googled about debt consolidation. National Debt Relief was able to pretty much cut the debt in half and a no interest thing. It made me go through them because there was no way that I was ever going to pay off my deby within the next 10 years with the high rate of interest on a credit card.

I checked National Debt Relief with the Better Business Bureau and they had good ratings. I thought their services would be a way to repair my credit, but right now it doesn’t appear that way. So far, they had negotiated with two of my creditors, but not the others. And for the longest time, I didn’t hear anything from them. It went for months. I kept getting calls and letters from my creditors, and I wasn’t hearing from National Debt Relief. I didn’t know what was going on, but they were taking the money out of my account every month. For a while there I was thinking I was being scammed.

I had some people trick me off a lot of money, which was why I couldn’t meet my obligation. I called National Debt Relief and told them which credit card companies I owed and they consolidated everything together. They set everything up and told me how much a month they have to take out. They said it would take two years to get me debt-free, and we’re going on the second year now. They’re real helpful because I had threatening phone calls before. I’ve talked to at least four or five different people at National Debt Relief and their service has been excellent. They did everything they said they'd do and they told me how to deal with the phone calls. They're also real prompt in getting back to me. I can call them right now and tell them who I am and whoever answers will say, “Hold on just a minute.” And then, they’re right back on the phone and they pull your account up and tell you how everything’s going.

I was deeply in debt and I didn’t realize it. I was worrying how I was going to pay back all the money. I kept paying my credit card bills but it wasn’t going anywhere. I was just paying the interest and there was hardly any principal. I saw National Debt Relief advertised on TV, I wrote it down and I called them. Their negotiator explained everything to me and gave me his phone number. He said that if I had any questions and if I didn’t understand something, I could call him anytime. A couple of times I called him when I wanted to ask about something and he was right there answering whatever concerns I had. He was easy to talk to, he was well-informed and he put everything down. He put all the names and terms and made everything easy for me to understand. He took his time and if I wasn’t sure of what he was talking about, he explained it over until I knew what was going on.

The minimum payments were getting to be too much so I sought help from National Debt Relief. I chose them because of their customer service. National Debt has been working with me for about 5 months and I was kind of having second thoughts because I had not seen anything happening but they finally came through and I had my 1st settlement and was very good.

Was at first not informed on account. Was upset when first reviewed. But have been completely informed as work and settlements have been done. So am starting to feel better. Was told they will work harder at keeping people up to date better and more contact with the customer.

Their program allowed me to make one monthly payment and not had to worry about dealing with all the credit cards I maxed out. So far, I'm in the beginning stages but they got one or two settlements already. If I have any questions, I just call the general line and they help me out.

I had a very good experience with National Debt Relief and I would recommend them. I saw some ad on the internet and I took the chance of making the phone call. Then when I found out they were based in New York, it was easier because if I needed to see somebody in person, I could go to their office. I had a couple of different negotiators who were all well. They were always kind and courteous. They did a good job and it's better than what I would have done on my own. They were also very accommodating with the payment plan. They let me pick the date for the payments and they explained the process. If I saw that I wasn't going to save any money then it wouldn't have been worse, but I did. It's not completely over but so far, so good. It's affordable and everything really works out well.

My mom had a lot of debts and she wanted somebody to help her. We heard from somebody that National Debt Relief was good, so we went there. NDR helped in calling the people that she owed, consolidating all her debt and negotiating on her behalf. The debt collectors are not calling that much anymore. By the end of this year, she will be finished with four and then only the four more. I talked to one guy the last time and he was really nice. He told my mom about who they paid and how much they paid. So far, he was able to answer all our questions and he worked really good. For April and May, we were told that we have to pay an extra $25 for one debt that they have to pay so it can be completed. It’s an extra $58. They took into consideration other bills, rent, etc. Overall, their service was very good and I’ll recommend them. So far, everything went okay.

I couldn’t pay off my credit cards and National Debt Relief was the first company I chose. I hit it off with the guy I talked to and he went through the whole program and the whole nine yards. He seemed to know what was going on and I signed up with him. So far, they had two out of three debts paid and they are going to pay off the third sooner or later and negotiate with them. Also, they don’t bug me too much and they called when they paid the first and second ones off. I'd tell my friends to check them out. My experience with them has been very positive.

Everything was proceeding apace, Customer Service couldn't have been better -then I saw some very disturbing information about financial problems people had been having with GCS which resulted in legal action as recently as 11/2017. I was offered an alternative solution by NDR, my money was refunded promptly by GCS, all well and good! Then a little over a week later, GCS made an UNAUTHORIZED debit to my account on a completely random date, it is still not refunded and I have had ZERO response from either company... except for receiving a WELCOME PACKAGE AGREEMENT from GCS on FRIDAY!!! Still no response from NDR EXCEPT for automated responses they have received my inquiries and that a payment is due on 3/21!
