It is comforting to know that there are these programs to help those in a desperate need of reducing the debt incurred. You see the business I was working for sold to another business and at that time we were told our employment would continue. Needless to say my employment was not and entered into unemployment, I am 61 years young and had to settle for half of my salary. Therefore resulting in a debt situation. Thank you Jaison and Andrew for being there to guide me through this process.

The reviews I saw online led me to use National Debt Relief. I'm still working with them, but they got rid of a few of my debts already. The people that I've dealt with have been very professional. I'm just happy not to be receiving telephone calls from debt collectors.

The first worker, Mike **, slurred a lot of words together in his habit of speaking English, & I had to really concentrate & sometimes guess at what he said. The 2nd worker spoke distinctly enough, but quite FAST, because she was reading something about which she is so very familiar, & I, a new customer, am still getting acquainted with terms/lingo.

I found that National Debt Relief is one of the top-rated companies when I did some Google research. I'm working with them and so far, they've helped settle at least 3 different debt accounts for about 50% of what was owed. I worked with whoever negotiator is available and everybody has been very professional. Everything has been very discreet and the situation has been treated very professionally. Also, the cost of service is very fair considering the results that they're gonna give and the amount of money that they're gonna save us in the end. It makes it worth it to pay for the benefits. I couldn't see the end of my debt before but now, I can see that eventually I'm going to be debt-free.

I have been very impressed with the ease of this process. I didn't think there was hope for my situation. I'm happy that I can now be on a better financial path. Everything was clearly spelled out for me and direct contact information was helpful and reassuring.

Straightforward, to the point, hopefully everything works out the way they hope for. If they can get out of debt and the timeframe that they told me which is three years, it will be a very very very good thing.

The funds aren't coming in like they used to when my husband was alive. I was looking for a company that would help us out and I went with National Debt Relief. They were the first one that responded to our needs. I called them and for me, the enrollment process was very easy. I had the debts all together, and I knew what I needed when we need it. We needed someone to take them over and to help negotiate with the creditors and see if they can reduce that debt and then make the payments. Now, the only thing that I didn't understand is the fee involved with National Debt Relief. The reduction and everything was $940 a month. At the time, I was able to afford it, and I'm still able to afford it, but we may have to change the date but I'm not sure of their fee for doing that.

The two individuals that my wife & I spoke with were very calm & reassuring. I hope that the process will be relatively quick & "painless". Compared to the last person we talk about your people were not pushy & not make us feel like unworthy people!

I was not impressed with National Debt Relief. I was misled and I didn't realize what they really got and what was gonna be done. They told me that I would give them so much money a month and they would pay my bills. But I found out that they were not paying my bills. I'm paying $304 a month. They're collecting the money, and then later on, negotiate with somebody. And then, I have to come up with that money extra to pay the negotiation. I'm not happy about it but I don't have a choice. I got in it, so I'm just rolling things. I wouldn't recommend National Debt Relief to anybody. They should be more honest and upfront about things.

He made a scary, troublesome time of debt seem not as scary after all. All other representatives have been great as well.

When the program was explained to me, the negotiator was crystal clear on what the program was and how it would affect me. I was very comfortable with them. I told them the truth and they were well-versed with this type of situation. If I had any more questions and concerns, I would either scan a document that I might have received or I would send an email. They would get back to me within 24 hours and they usually put it in writing exactly what I need to do or don't do. I'm getting great service from them so far. I send them money and they have been able to come to an agreement with several of my creditors. It’s fabulous being able to go online and look at my progress which I do every day.

I’m having a hardship. I was with a company for 10 years, then they closed, and I’ve been working two or three jobs trying to make ends meet. On top of that, after working two or three jobs, it's still not enough to pay the bills. National Debt Relief has been around and has been providing an outcome for people that had a setback or hardship. I’m stuck on trying to find a job on my field because of my credit scores and National Debt Relief got some stuff down. I am trying to get my income to flow like I want to. I checked and my scores are improving. NDR is negotiating with the creditors and the creditors are not harassing me every hour and hour like they were before.

Great customer service, they made me very comfortable about my decision. I’m 23 years old and it’s amazing how at such a young age I was already caught up in debt. But this is a start to a new beginning for me and I’m looking forward to being debt free soon.

Our debt was causing us to not be able to pay all of our bills and my husband was out of work for a while, so we were down to one income. I received an advertisement from National Debt Relief and I called them. They were friendly and to do what I needed them to do, I went with them. It was very easy to get enrolled with them. I gave them our account numbers and they took care of everything else. They settled everything and half of it has been paid off. We’re slightly to the positive side of halfway in the process.

I thought the people I spoke with during two separate conversations were courteous and knowledgeable. They were happy to explain things a couple of times when I had to ask questions. Some of the details I was getting confused with they found other examples if necessary to help me understand.

I have been with National Debt Relief for seven months. My wife was running up a lot of debt on my credit card, and I needed to go get somebody. I wasn’t getting relieved when I signed up with them, but they’re doing a good job. I’m satisfied with what they’re doing. I told them how much I owed. Then they investigated how much it was, and told me I had to pay monthly $420 a month for 36 months. I agreed. They draft it out of my checking account every month. Their customer service call me every now and then, and tell me the progress they’re making. They've knocked a couple out already.

They took the time to explain everything in great detail. They answered any and all questions I had and made sure I was fully informed on everything. I would highly recommend using them if needed. Thank you for your time and patience.

I talked to a gentleman in New York, and he told me about what a good program National Debt Relief was. I liked the way he was talking. He was upfront and honest. As a result of that I decided to enroll to them. The gentleman overnighted to me some paperwork and I got everything filled out. We got everything settled through the mail. He said the program will take 36 months and I have been working with them for a year. They got all the companies to come down on my debt and they worked out a monthly payment program. Different people started calling me for updates and I appreciate it. My only disappointment is nobody is calling me in the last three months to let me know what was going on. Nevertheless, I'd tell a friend that NDR is a good program and they really help.

As I would try to ask questions, I seemed to distract the agent from her script. It seemed to irritate the agent. The agent was knowledgeable but not thorough with her responses to me. It felt very impersonal at a very difficult time for me. But we managed to complete the process. I look forward to resolving my debts.
