My experience with this National Debt Relief was very satisfying along with caring. The service provided was very informational and helpful. They make sure you understand what you're getting yourself into and also answers all your questions you may have. They also make sure to take their time so you understand what's going on.

I had a lot of questions about how NDR works and both Josh and Karen were a huge help and very patient. Both eager to answer and explain in depth about the process of NDR and how it helps me to become debt free. I was hesitant to even do a debt relief program but visited your site after receiving a letter and just checked to see if I would qualify. You should give your marketing department raises as the way you send letters that lead to the site and then get customers numbers is very subtle and ingenious. Seriously though, your team has been great and I went from doubts to excitement to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Updated on 09/13/2019: I have been getting help from National Debt Relief for my credit card and bill. There were some things that I misunderstood but they were explained to me later on. At this point, everything is working so I haven't had any problems. I'll be done with what I've begun with in January and there's one more that has started. It will be completed around next October. I'm happy that everything is coming to a close.

The counselor was very professional and informative and answered my questions. He gave a thorough overview of the document which gave me a good understanding on what I am signing. I am looking forward to becoming debt free.

At first it took a while to get funds collected but once this was done the process was great. They were very responsive in monitoring my accounts and did a excellent job. The first one of my accounts to get resolved was at over 50% savings. I would recommend this for anyone looking to get out of debt.

Updated on 12/13/2018: I was in the military for 23 years. When I was done, I was pretty much tore up from the floor up. All I got was my retirement coming in and I wasn’t able to keep up with all the bills piling down on top of me, so I reached out to National Debt. I received an advertisement in the mail and read some comments from Facebook. I also started asking around about them.

It was wonderful and very informative and well documented term of legal advice and I look forward to working with them in the future and I like the customer services and how they help me with the relief of credit card debt and how they will help me save money in the future by working with creditors to lower my account balance.

It's been three months. They have resolved one of my accounts and that's good. My credit score really took a hit, down 250 points. So I hope they hurry up and move on some of the smaller accounts. So far I'm pleased.

I had a lot of revolving debt on credit cards and regardless of how much I would send them, it was never enough. I was depressed. So I reached out to National Debt Relief and I talked to an associate, and it was one of the best calls that I made in a long time. She asked for permission to do a credit report over the phone. She checked my credit debt and she immediately told me that I qualified. But even though they initially said it would take 36 to 48 months before my debt was resolved, mine was resolved in about eight months.

Was pleased to find out one of our creditors took a reduced payout to close that account! What a relief it is to know we will have that one closed out on our credit, thank you NDR. We are still working on a few more credit cards in hopes we can have the same results.

I had credit card bills and some medical bills that I couldn't keep up with. I also wanted to work on my credit and that was why I started with National Debt Relief. I called three times before I started because I had different questions and I won’t remember stuff, and they answered all of my questions. They were able to see my credit and how much I owed. I had to agree and and then I got my quote then I signed the papers. They’ve also always been very helpful ever since they called. The negotiator has always tried to help us as much as he can. They can’t find my American Express though, so they’ve been working with me and I have to keep them updated on everything that I am doing. They call me almost every week to see where the process is at.

At one point I was trying to figure out a way of not taking out so much money from my earnings to pay off my debt and National Debt Relief explained to me how their operation works and I just hope I can do it. This past May 2017 they eliminated two of the outstanding debts and working on the third one but it's still a lot of money coming out of my paycheck. I'm not working right now and I'm living on Social Security.

When I had credit card debt, my friend who had a good experience with National Debt Relief referred me to them. When I enrolled to get my credit card amounts down, I simply submitted a couple of paper works. Then I pay a certain amount two times a month through an auto-draft out of my account. I started a year and a half ago and the debts went down quicker, and they negotiated faster than I thought. I had three credit cards and they're negotiating the third one now. I would be glad when it's all over but it was a good process and everybody has been very informative and great to work with. It would be helpful if they would help us get those cards off our credit scores after those are paid off but it was easier and more affordable than what I thought it would be and I would refer people to it.

I started out thinking these guys were going to really help me settle my debt situation. What happens is, they settle it for a lower amount. Which is great. But then they hit you with their fees, which is ridiculous. They base the fees on the entire balance before settlement. I guess maybe this was my fault because I was in a jam, but if I had to do it again, I think I would re-think who I would use. Hopefully, I will never have to do this again.

I have had a good experience so far and it has been very easy to work with this company. I wasn't able to catch their phone call for a debt settlement offer but was able to view they message on my email and I didn't have to call back, only click yes to take offer. This is very convenient because with my two year old it is very hard to be taking or making calls and I found it to be a lot easier to just click on my email to get them the response they needed quickly and effortlessly.

I was suppose to get a call today. At 2:30 I still didn't get the call so I made the call myself. I was told to check the account numbers of the credit cards to make sure everything was ok. Well one account number was wrong. It took 3 additional phone calls to get someone to correct the account number. It should have been corrected with the first phone call. Then you want a power of attorney signed but didn't give me an address to mail it back. That is stupid that you give the attorney w/o an address. I can say that because I have an MPA. That is poor business. When another masters person wants to dispute then they can call me and tell me I'm wrong.

This company has made it seem easy to relieve myself of debt, without filing for bankruptcy. I don’t want to drown in debt and National Debt Relief will allow me to do that, while staying afloat. I really appreciate the ease of NDR’s website, which allows me to keep up with payment settlements and debt remaining.

National Debt Relief has been really great. I don’t work and I stay home with our two children. My husband is the only one who works and he doesn’t make enough to pay all of the debt that we had plus our bills. We got married and we went to crap because we have barn cars and farm equipment and then we also had hospital bills that were ridiculously crazy.

I was covered up in credit card debts and unable to make all the payments, so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. I had a good initial experience with them on the phone and subsequent follow-ups were the same. I talked to a couple of other outfits, but National Debt Relief addressed my needs better and I also liked the interaction with them better. I called them and chatted with the representative. She got back and emailed me information that I looked over. They also sent me a package in the mail that had some forms I had to fill out and send back. Then, the rep and I had another follow-up call after she had gone through all of my creditors and put together a proposal with actual figures, and we moved forward from there. The process was painless and straightforward.

National Debt Relief has made me feel a lot better to provide for my family and kids. I put down my total debt and I'm going through their program. I’m almost complete and I’ll be done paying credit cards off soon then all my debt will be done. My last settlement will be up in November. Also, National Debt Relief worked my budget and saw what I can afford. The cost of their service is reasonable.

I didn't want to file bankruptcy and my wife did some survey and said National Debt Relief has a good rating and good reputation. The process seemed feasible for us financially. What they do is they go to the creditors and they come up with an agreement or settlement to 40% of the full amount that they pay, and then it comes out of my special checking account that they put aside. I did positively every two weeks. So far, they're doing great. It was difficult in the beginning because everyone was calling me and I had to give a lot of information. But other than that, they're doing a great job and no one's bothering me ever since they got involved with the creditors. But I decided to keep the few of the creditors, paying them off by myself to keep the credit in good standing. NDR takes care of credits that are above $500.

I wanted to consolidate my debt so I reached out to National Debt Relief. I'm still in the beginning stages of the program, but so far, they're getting some of our debt reduced, which is good.

So far, so good. NDR has negotiated settlements with two of my creditors thus far. And they have kept me in the loop along the way and have asked for my approval before finalizing each of the settlements. I was in over my head in debt and National Debt Relief helped me resolve my debt. They consolidated my debt in one monthly payment. Trust the process it might not be as fast at time but well worth it. Your credit is going to take a huge hit. Mine went from 760 to 480. As I paid off each creditor my score went up. I’m now at 675. Two years ago I was $30,388. Now I’m about to exit the program by next month. The key is to add additional fund when you can and it helps to be an authorized user on someone credit card that has good credit. If cannot put additional fund or be an authorized user don’t worry at least you won’t have to file for bankruptcy.

To this point, my startup process has been very seamless with National Debt Relief. I was pleasantly surprised to have so much help and information. I am confident I will be able get out of debt in my near future!

I would give them 5 stars but I just started, after just months they are making a agreement on my biggest loan which makes me very happy. I will rate them again after a few more months of them handling this. I will say they are moving fast, my credit has gone from 700 to 540 in just months but I heard that once they start working on it things get better.

I received an email today regarding a verbal resolution commitment from a creditor. If it goes through, this will result in approx a 60% savings in my favor, less any fees. This, of course is very pleasing to me. Job well done. Three to go... Haha.
