I pay a lot in my credit card bills and then I saw a post where National Debt Relief offered debt consolidation. Also, they had tools to help you once that is over to help you not make those same mistakes. I’m in their 20-mark program which is 20 months and I pay a certain amount every month and it goes into an account. I just call their customer service if I have concerns and they always seem to help me out. They call me whenever they get a settlement offer to see if I accept that and then if I accept it, they go ahead and get the process right on. They settle with my creditor and then whenever they reach a settlement, they pull the money out of my account and they pay my creditors that settlement amount. I feel comfortable with the program and the payment plan is working great. I signed up in June of 2017 and two accounts have been settled. Everything is good on my end and I really like them.

My issue was money and I can't have any outstanding debt, so I needed to consolidate everything and get that under control. I was referred to National Debt Relief by my girlfriend at that time and she told me I should give them a call and look into the program. I inquired with them and they told me what the program entailed, and based on my financial situation at that time and what I could afford, they sent me an email. Once I had PDFs of the agreement based on the amount of money I could afford to put away each month, they explained how it works with drafting from my checking account into my “account” with National Debt Relief which they would use as the pot of money to pay down. Then they consolidated my debt and negotiated on my behalf, and it’s been working pretty good.

The initial customer representative, Daniel **, was very good and patient in answering all of my questions. He was willing to go over my budget with detail to figure out if I was eligible for the program. Overall, he was an excellent representative.

The enrollment experience for debt relief with representative, Marvin **, was under the circumstances quite pleasant. He explained the pros and cons of the process and was patient with contact limitations on my part. He followed through at each stage and was available to answer my questions anytime I emailed him. I am hopeful that, by working with the rest of the National Debt Relief group, I can eliminate my debt in less than 3 years.

I am pleased with the phone call I received from NDR. The girl was helpful and had a great personality. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on. So far we've had a good experience working with both individuals that have contacted us. They answered questions and were very knowledgeable during the process. It is a long, time-consuming process but they helped tremendously throughout the phone calls. Each individual guided us through the steps of the process and what to look for as we move along. Very impressed that I already have an account settled when I’ve only been doing this for 2 months. I had no idea that things would start so quickly. It’s been a scary choice to make, but so far it seems to be working.

It looks to be a good settlement but it requires extra funding. Instead of drawing once a month from my bank account, now they are going to draw twice, once for the original, once for the additional. I asked to have it all drawn at once, but I've had no reply.

I had a question about an account that we settled. Roberto called me back right away. We went over everything thoroughly and he answered all of our questions and then some. My experience thus far with National Debt has been very good. Carlos did a great job and laying everything out there for me and helping during this difficult time. Before yesterday I would have given 5 stars because they are actually helping and HAD taken a lot of stress off of me. Then yesterday happened. When I signed up with them I was given a set amount that would be taken out of my paycheck twice a month. I agreed to this amount with the understanding this amount would not change.

I must say. I am having a wonderful experience with National Debt Relief. The staff is excellent. They do a superb job in negotiating with creditors which ends with you getting an good reduced debt agreement and repayment schedule. My biweekly payments are small enough so that I can have better cash flow and not have to proverbially speaking, “Rob Peter to pay Paul”.

I was trying to get rid of my credit card debt and National Debt Relief was the first one that showed up in the browse result. They have very good ratings. We were looking for something stable or that some people used before. My wife's aunt used them and recommended that to us. I'm now in NDR's debt consolidation program. It has helped me to pay some of my credit card debt. The only downside is the credit goes bad for a while and then they have to work back on track. Somebody told me that they just don't pay the creditors. They wait for a negotiation, so in the meantime, my credit goes bad and there's nothing that I can do about it because I'm paying somebody else to pay them. That means if I want to rent an apartment, I just can't do it because of the situation of my credit. So, that needs some improvement.

I was hesitant to even do a debt relief program but visited your site after receiving a letter and just checked to see if I would qualify. You should give your marketing department raises as the way you send letters that lead to the site and then get customers numbers is very subtle and ingenious. Seriously though, your team has been great and I went from doubts to excitement to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Updated on 09/13/2019: I have been getting help from National Debt Relief for my credit card and bill. There were some things that I misunderstood but they were explained to me later on. At this point, everything is working so I haven't had any problems. I'll be done with what I've begun with in January and there's one more that has started. It will be completed around next October. I'm happy that everything is coming to a close.

At first it took a while to get funds collected but once this was done the process was great. They were very responsive in monitoring my accounts and did a excellent job. Updated on 12/13/2018: I was in the military for 23 years. When I was done, I was pretty much tore up from the floor up. All I got was my retirement coming in and I wasn’t able to keep up with all the bills piling down on top of me, so I reached out to National Debt. I received an advertisement in the mail and read some comments from Facebook. I also started asking around about them.

It was wonderful and very informative and well documented term of legal advice and I look forward to working with them in the future and I like the customer services and how they help me with the relief of credit card debt and how they will help me save money in the future by working with creditors to lower my account balance.

It's been three months. They have resolved one of my accounts and that's good. My credit score really took a hit, down 250 points. So I hope they hurry up and move on some of the smaller accounts. So far I'm pleased.

I had a lot of revolving debt on credit cards and regardless of how much I would send them, it was never enough. I was depressed. So I reached out to National Debt Relief and I talked to an associate, and it was one of the best calls that I made in a long time. She asked for permission to do a credit report over the phone. She checked my credit debt and she immediately told me that I qualified. But even though they initially said it would take 36 to 48 months before my debt was resolved, mine was resolved in about eight months.

Was pleased to find out one of our creditors took a reduced payout to close that account! What a relief it is to know we will have that one closed out on our credit, thank you NDR. We are still working on a few more credit cards in hopes we can have the same results.

When I had credit card debt, my friend who had a good experience with National Debt Relief referred me to them. When I enrolled to get my credit card amounts down, I simply submitted a couple of paper works. Then I pay a certain amount two times a month through an auto-draft out of my account. I started a year and a half ago and the debts went down quicker, and they negotiated faster than I thought. I had three credit cards and they're negotiating the third one now. I would be glad when it's all over but it was a good process and everybody has been very informative and great to work with. It would be helpful if they would help us get those cards off our credit scores after those are paid off but it was easier and more affordable than what I thought it would be and I would refer people to it.

I had credit card bills and some medical bills that I couldn't keep up with. I also wanted to work on my credit and that was why I started with National Debt Relief. I called three times before I started because I had different questions and I won’t remember stuff, and they answered all of my questions. They were able to see my credit and how much I owed. I had to agree and and then I got my quote then I signed the papers. They’ve also always been very helpful ever since they called. The negotiator has always tried to help us as much as he can. They can’t find my American Express though, so they’ve been working with me and I have to keep them updated on everything that I am doing. They call me almost every week to see where the process is at.

At one point I was trying to figure out a way of not taking out so much money from my earnings to pay off my debt and National Debt Relief explained to me how their operation works and I just hope I can do it. This past May 2017 they eliminated two of the outstanding debts and working on the third one but it's still a lot of money coming out of my paycheck.
