National Debt Relief has been a life saver for me. I am an 80 year old man with past medical debts. They have worked with the creditors to enable me to make monthly payments that I can afford and they have the total debt reduced. I would recommend them to anyone having difficulty making ends meet.

I was discharged from the military and that led me to have some financial problems. An old friend was using National Debt Relief at the time and she was so excited so I signed up. NDR verified my identity and the accounts that I needed help with. However, when I gave them all the accounts, they rejected three or four because they were military affiliated and they could not do anything about them. I was already enrolled in the program before I found out that they couldn't help me there. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone with any company unless they did military accounts as well.

I didn’t want to pay any more credit cards every month. I was trying to consolidate them and I was with a different company before but it was taking forever for them to resolve my other credit cards. I decided to change to National Debt Relief because I saw them advertise on TV. I made a phone call and I talked to a guy who told me everything and what to do once he pulled out my social security. It was very well explained.

The interest rates on my credit cards led me to go with National Debt Relief. While searching online, I saw that they had good reviews. In the enrollment, I called and spoke to Mark and he took all my information. He explained to me, and broke it down, and told me everything that was going to happen. The program is good, and it is exactly how it has happened. They have consolidated my debts, and I'm paying them off. They are getting an interest rate-free amount that we got covered. Compared to what I was paying, I'm paying now like half the amount. What I like is that they charge you one bill at a time. Every time they get a payment amount from a credit card company, they email me and ask for approval, too, which I like. Everything was good and smooth. I still have two years to go, but NDR made me a little more comfortable. It is the only company I can recommend.

We'd talked to numerous different companies and National Debt Relief was the nicest one, and their overall customer service was way better. They were also willing to give us a low monthly payment versus the other ones. Enrolling with them went smoothly. They gave us some pre-payment and they told us not use our cards. So, we've been making our monthly payment every month for quite some time now and we love it. They were able consolidate quite a few credit cards. We're not close to completing it but we are where 26.16% debt has been settled. They’ve saved money in our pocket because if we were to add up all the payments we were making, it's a lot less and I see our debt dwindling down a little bit, whereas before, we were just paying interest. So, it's been making our lives a lot easier. I have referred people to NDR. People talk about wanting to consolidate their bills, and the first thing out of our mouths is who we're working with.

I called NDR in November 2017 because I was in a mess. They explained how the process would work, and that it would take a little time, to be patient and everything would begin turning positive. They quoted that somewhere between 4-6 months I should receive my first debt settlement, and sure enough, my first settlement came through around the middle of March for 51% of what was owed! I logged in to my portal today to check, and it looks like NDR is in the process of another settlement with a different creditor! If this offer does go through it will be for about 40% of what was owed. I'm so excited to know that soon everything will be in a stress-free positive state in my life again! I reached out to National Debt Relief when I couldn’t afford my debt any longer. Their negotiators were really good and they explained everything and were thorough with everything as well. They added up all my debt and gave me a payment plan which was very affordable. Within three months of being in the program, two cards or two accounts so far have settled for less and payments are being made for them. I was already falling behind, so the program was what I needed because I was already three months late on some bills. The program fell right in place where I was at, and pretty much not caring about the late fee and negotiations being established with the guys have eased my mind a bit. When I first started, I had just moved and a lot of my stuff had gotten over my head and I couldn’t afford it. I know I didn’t want my credit to go bad without trying to fix it, then my mom suggested National Debt Relief. I was on a debt relief program before with another company about two years ago. It was similar to the one I got with National Debt Relief where I consolidated four credit cards and it was for a full year. But they kept on extending for a couple more months and even when the timeframe was up, they still kept extending. Yes, NDR has helped with 2 of my creditors; the others are still pending (several months into the process). What’s annoying is that they keep calling and asking me to put extra funds in my account over and above the agreed monthly amount. If I had extra funds, I wouldn’t have needed their help in the first place!

Robert ** was a great help. He walked me through the process painlessly. However I called back and the customer service people are hard to understand. Couldn't understand where I needed to sign the documents required. I'm still plowing through it all.

They waited SO LONG to try to work with these creditors, that one of them needed up settling at barely ANYTHING less than we originally owed, and then once we pay the service/negotiation fees to National Debt Relief, we are actually going to end up paying MORE (about $1,800 more!) than what we originally owed. We have had thousands of dollars in our account for some time, and NOTHING was done for 6 whole months after the first card was settled, even with money sitting in our account. Customer service knows nothing more than what you can see on the website yourself, and I've caught them in lies several times, promising me they were working in negotiating one card, and then someone else the next days tells me something completely different. They just make something up to tell you to buy them more time. Bogus.

I'm absolutely satisfied with the customer service I've been receiving from NDR. Clyde was great at answering all my questions and concerns! Granted I was very skeptical about this but at the end I ended up going through with it. Can't wait to see the money I'm saving monthly and debt being paid off.

I was getting tired of my credit cards and I needed something new to be done about it. I googled up consolidating debt, cards, and National Debt Relief has really good ratings. The staff at National Debt Relief were all nice to work with and I felt very comfortable working with the negotiator. I have no problems calling the guys for anything, if anything. They told me what they can do, and even when I said it's gonna be tight, I still went with what they suggested. I'm still paying a little bit more than I would like to, but at the same time I wanna get it over with too. So, I still live with a very tight budget.

We got National Debt Relief's services to relieve the credit card debt that we have at a cheaper rate and they fulfilled what they said they offer. The enrollment was pretty thorough. They laid it out all on the table. Any time you ever have any questions, you contact them and they don’t dilly-dally around. They get right back to you and they handle it. We still got a little while to go, but they're doing a good job because they contact me and let me know that they’ve made an offer to pay off a certain credit card. They also contact me when they get an offer from a credit card company and ask whether or not I want to take it. Working with them is helping me to get rid of the debt that we're in and it has helped us get back on a good financial stabilization in our home. Plus the cost is good because you're getting your money’s worth.

I pay a lot in my credit card bills and then I saw a post where National Debt Relief offered debt consolidation. Also, they had tools to help you once that is over to help you not make those same mistakes. I’m in their 20-mark program which is 20 months and I pay a certain amount every month and it goes into an account. I just call their customer service if I have concerns and they always seem to help me out. They call me whenever they get a settlement offer to see if I accept that and then if I accept it, they go ahead and get the process right on. They settle with my creditor and then whenever they reach a settlement, they pull the money out of my account and they pay my creditors that settlement amount. I feel comfortable with the program and the payment plan is working great. I signed up in June of 2017 and two accounts have been settled. Everything is good on my end and I really like them.

My issue was money and I can't have any outstanding debt, so I needed to consolidate everything and get that under control. I was referred to National Debt Relief by my girlfriend at that time and she told me I should give them a call and look into the program. I inquired with them and they told me what the program entailed, and based on my financial situation at that time and what I could afford, they sent me an email. Once I had PDFs of the agreement based on the amount of money I could afford to put away each month, they explained how it works with drafting from my checking account into my “account” with National Debt Relief which they would use as the pot of money to pay down. Then they consolidated my debt and negotiated on my behalf, and it’s been working pretty good.

The initial customer representative, Daniel **, was very good and patient in answering all of my questions. He was willing to go over my budget with detail to figure out if I was eligible for the program. Overall, he was an excellent representative.

It looks to be a good settlement but it requires extra funding. Instead of drawing once a month from my bank account, now they are going to draw twice, once for the original, once for the additional. I asked to have it all drawn at once, but I've had no reply.

I was trying to get rid of my credit card debt and National Debt Relief was the first one that showed up in the browse result. They have very good ratings. We were looking for something stable or that some people used before. My wife's aunt used them and recommended that to us. I'm now in NDR's debt consolidation program. It has helped me to pay some of my credit card debt. The only downside is the credit goes bad for a while and then they have to work back on track. Somebody told me that they just don't pay the creditors. They wait for a negotiation, so in the meantime, my credit goes bad and there's nothing that I can do about it because I'm paying somebody else to pay them. That means if I want to rent an apartment, I just can't do it because of the situation of my credit. So, that needs some improvement.
