Finally I have found a way to find financially relief and serenity. Your experts were bright, caring, and positive. This was not an easy decision, but once made, your experts never judged. Now I can retire with fewer debts and more security.

A friend had a good customer service experience through National Debt Relief. She knows that they’re personable and they worked with her, so I went with them. They gave me a timeline of how long everything would take and it seems to be becoming so involved. So, it seems to be working and according to plan and what we had discussed. I'm making those monthly payments which definitely decreased the total I was paying for on a monthly basis now. It’s working for me. I had one time where I was not sure if I was gonna be able to make the payment on the date that I had picked and they explained that they could work with me and change this and change that. I was like they didn’t give up on me is what I felt like, and I like that. They were still there to help me.

I had a lot of debt and I wanted to have them settled. I called National Debt Relief and they were able to help me, so I went with them. Their rep and I talked for 20 minutes. The rep went through all my options and was able to put it into a payment plan. The cost is good and is all part of getting the loans settled. I have settled some accounts. I have some more to go and I'm looking forward to when it's over. National Debt Relief has been a help to get my debt settled.

Starting the process was really simple. Everyone has been helpful and professional. I understand the process and look forward to becoming debt free. I feel like if I have any questions along the way, I would certainly call and get answers.

It should **'d out except the last four. When Grace went over everything it was like reading a script, instead of being more personal. It was being read so fast I couldn't even here her take a breath.

After I signed up with National Debt, it wasn't what I thought it would be. I thought they would take all my debt and consolidate it into one bill. But it was not quite like what I thought it was. What they do is they take my highest debt and I have to build up savings. After I get so much into savings, they would send out a letter. Meanwhile, my other debt is getting further and further behind. I didn't know that in the beginning.

When I had some credit cards that were out of control that I could not take care of, National Debt Relief offered debt consolidation and the enrollment process was easy. Their reps were easy to work with. They help me get out of debt and I trust them completely. So far, they have been able to take care of two of my cards. What they are doing is working for me.

The few people I’ve talked to have been nothing but amazing to speak with. They’ve answered all my questions and I appreciate how well they speak with me. They are just so concerned with helping and making sure I know every detail. It really helps.

When setting up my account all went well until the welcome call and that rep was rude and condescending. If I could have signed up without dealing with her all would have been wonderful but her attitude left me feeling very negative about the whole process and the company she represented.

Our service representative was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. By providing legal backup, I feel confident in pursuing debt settlement. By taking over the negotiations with my creditors, the harassing phone calls have stopped and has allowed me to focus on getting out of debt for good.

I felt comfortable with National Debt Relief. They estimated what the payoffs would be. I pay them so much a month and they are paying things off. I’m very pleased. I've been in their program for five months and I still have about 15 months to go. Working with them, there is relief that I’m not having to deal with some of the people I had to deal with before.

We had high amounts of credit card debt due to hospital and medical bills. We had too much going out and I wanted to get out of debt. My daughter gave me National Debt Relief's number and we got hold of them and got everything started up. We talked with them over the telephone and they sent some stuff through the mail. Our negotiator was understanding and easy to get along with. He explained everything nicely. We were given a four-year timeline for the process and we've made progress so far. Working with NDR was a good idea. It's nice trying to get out of debt again.

After 8 very long, frustrating months of getting nowhere with other customer service reps & managers, making multiple phone calls with no advancement to show from it & eventually losing our ability to bank with HVFCU which we have been with for over 10 years, finally in November 2018 during another frustrating phone call to find out why this account still hadn’t been touched at all, I had the pleasure of being transferred to Ola.

I knew nothing about Debt Consolidation when I started the application, but Eric, the young man who was assigned to me, explained everything very well. It's very easy to enroll in the National Debt Relief program. I've dealt with them mostly on the internet and when I've called them, their reps have been very cordial and nice. The cost of the program is good and they've been very helpful. I'm a year in and they've been doing a good job in settling with the debtors.

I thought Daniel ** was extremely nice and explained everything well. The success welcome caller Angel was very nice also, at time she talked pretty fast but was extremely nice also. I was extremely grateful that you were able to extend our payment plan a few extra months.

My experience was fine. No problems to report. The wait for the phone to be answered was way too long. 15 to twenty minutes or so. Then I called back the first time was ten minutes. I hung up and called back and was placed on hold so that my info could be pulled up. I didn’t like that either, but the people who I spoke with made everything right.

Staff was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. It was a very hard decision to make to get help, yet the two people that helped me seemed to care about the position I was in and assured me that I was not alone in this type of situation.
