Updated on 11/18/2020: I can’t believe I am saying it but I am debt free and it is because of this program. I ran into such financial hardship and could not afford to pay my monthly payments anymore. But I committed to this program, and everyone was always SO responsive, kind and helpful. I am happy to say I graduated from the program!

National Debt Relief has negotiated quite a few of my debt and has gotten excellent results that I would have never been able to achieve on my own. For example, I tried settling with one of my debtors, Real Time Resolution for the second mortgage on a foreclosure, and they refused to settle for less than the $29,000. One of National Debt Relief's greatest achievements was to negotiate and to have me settle what was owed for $8000.

Overall I’m very happy with the service so far. My only concern was with my latest settlement offer. I was told that there would be additional funds required. I was never told this might occur. The amount I’m paying is what I set my budget to. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

We started Googling and we tried to read people reviews instead of picking the first thing that came up. National Debt Relief had a lot of good reviews and a lot of people were satisfied with them. They were not like one of those other agencies that were trying to make a lot of money off of you, so, they were different and that’s why we went with them. So far, we've noticed that we're not bombarded by our debt collectors anymore. My husband is the one that’s working and I'm at home with the kids. He was getting phone calls all the time on his phone and because I was pregnant at that time, he thought that something was happening to me with all the phone calls but it was the people that we owed money to. But now, it's a lot better. Right now, when an unknown number is calling, I could answer it knowing that it wouldn't be somebody that was going to ask me for money. We would also recommend National Debt Relief to a friend.

I had credit card debt and I needed help. National Debt Relief was the first one that came to mind then I talked to them and they looked really good helping-me-wise. The rep I talked to was really helpful. He told me what they could do and gave me a price at how much they could help me and how much it would be monthly. I give them a certain amount of money a month and they take care of paying my creditor. They take out money every two weeks and in four years my debt should be paid off.

I wanted to consolidate my debt so much, so I can get it paid off and be done with it. I went online and looked for different debt relief companies, and I did something like the ones where I see how much money I can get. And so then, I got a hold of National Debt Relief and they seemed to be the one that could handle what I needed. I started with their program about 8 months ago and I'd be paying off in four years. The process didn’t take long to do and they are very informational and upfront in telling what's what because I had some questions about debtors and they answered my questions. Then I still had a couple questions later on and they were answered. So, they did very well.

I was in some financial difficulty and my friend told me that I should come and take a look into National Debt Relief's services. I researched and National Debt Relief was the first one I pulled up online when I'm doing my research. They had a really good rating so I went with them. I called during one of my off days from work because I work a retail job. I called and spoke with a young lady and she talked me through the process because they told me that I was approved for the program. It was a really good process. She explained a lot of stuff to me and everything. I'm paying it monthly at this point. I have three years with them and I've only been paying it for about seven months. They've only handled two of my claims so far. One got lowered from $3000 to $600. And the other one got lowered about a couple of thousand too.

Myles ** was A lot of help and very thorough with explaining the company's purpose. Even with a lot of confusion I had, Myles carefully explained everything with examples as to where I finally got comfortable. Brandon was also a lot of help with going through everything I was signing up for.

I thought this would be a terrible process. To my surprise they were very courteous and nonjudgemental. I'm hopeful that I will be a success story. I will probably opt to review again after I see results. For now though I'd have to say that deciding to call was the hardest part of all.

I am very pleased with a recent settlement on my Wells Fargo CC. The current balance was over 30K and they settled for 12,335 over 4 months. It is a big relief to know that this has been taken care of. I tried several times to arrange some kind of reasonable settlement with Fargo before going to NDR and got nowhere, so I highly recommend them.

While everything was explained to me clearly, at least twice, I am currently overwhelmed with the calls from debt collectors, which occur 4-6 times per day, each day. So far it’s going well. It’s taken a bit longer than expected to get the ball rolling but today we finally received our 1st offer on a debt settlement with one of our creditors. This debt was one of the larger ones and we're happy to accept the offer. It was cut down by over $2800! The process began by being nerve wracking b/c the creditors can be very aggressive and intimidating. However, any concerns I’ve had have been addressed immediately. The representatives have been courteous and very helpful. We had an instance in which we needed some of our $ from our account. We were refunded $1,000 promptly with no problem. We are looking forward to having the rest of our debts resolved with NDR. Still quite a way to go but super excited about this initial pay off.

I keep thinking if I could just make it work another month everything would be ok however, every month I was going deeper and deeper into debt. I was starting to feel hopeless and stuck. National Debt Relief has been a life saver for me. I am an 80 year old man with past medical debts. They have worked with the creditors to enable me to make monthly payments that I can afford and they have the total debt reduced. I would recommend them to anyone having difficulty making ends meet.

I was discharged from the military and that led me to have some financial problems. An old friend was using National Debt Relief at the time and she was so excited so I signed up. NDR verified my identity and the accounts that I needed help with. However, when I gave them all the accounts, they rejected three or four because they were military affiliated and they could not do anything about them. I was already enrolled in the program before I found out that they couldn't help me there. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone with any company unless they did military accounts as well.

We'd talked to numerous different companies and National Debt Relief was the nicest one, and their overall customer service was way better. They were also willing to give us a low monthly payment versus the other ones. Enrolling with them went smoothly. They gave us some pre-payment and they told us not use our cards. So, we've been making our monthly payment every month for quite some time now and we love it. They were able consolidate quite a few credit cards. We're not close to completing it but we are where 26.16% debt has been settled. They’ve saved money in our pocket because if we were to add up all the payments we were making, it's a lot less and I see our debt dwindling down a little bit, whereas before, we were just paying interest. So, it's been making our lives a lot easier. I have referred people to NDR. People talk about wanting to consolidate their bills, and the first thing out of our mouths is who we're working with.

I didn’t want to pay any more credit cards every month. I was trying to consolidate them and I was with a different company before but it was taking forever for them to resolve my other credit cards. I decided to change to National Debt Relief because I saw them advertise on TV. I made a phone call and I talked to a guy who told me everything and what to do once he pulled out my social security. It was very well explained.

The interest rates on my credit cards led me to go with National Debt Relief. While searching online, I saw that they had good reviews. In the enrollment, I called and spoke to Mark and he took all my information. He explained to me, and broke it down, and told me everything that was going to happen. The program is good, and it is exactly how it has happened. They have consolidated my debts, and I'm paying them off. They are getting an interest rate-free amount that we got covered. Compared to what I was paying, I'm paying now like half the amount. What I like is that they charge you one bill at a time. Every time they get a payment amount from a credit card company, they email me and ask for approval, too, which I like. Everything was good and smooth. I still have two years to go, but NDR made me a little more comfortable. It is the only company I can recommend.

I called NDR in November 2017 because I was in a mess. They explained how the process would work, and that it would take a little time, to be patient and everything would begin turning positive. They quoted that somewhere between 4-6 months I should receive my first debt settlement, and sure enough, my first settlement came through around the middle of March for 51% of what was owed! I logged in to my portal today to check, and it looks like NDR is in the process of another settlement with a different creditor! If this offer does go through it will be for about 40% of what was owed. I'm so excited to know that soon everything will be in a stress-free positive state in my life again! Priscila ** was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable on how to deal with my creditors and how to set my goals to be debt free in 45 months. Was not behind on bills until people were hacking 6 credit cards and draining my checking account last year.

I reached out to National Debt Relief when I couldn’t afford my debt any longer. Their negotiators were really good and they explained everything and were thorough with everything as well. They added up all my debt and gave me a payment plan which was very affordable. Within three months of being in the program, two cards or two accounts so far have settled for less and payments are being made for them. I was already falling behind, so the program was what I needed because I was already three months late on some bills. The program fell right in place where I was at, and pretty much not caring about the late fee and negotiations being established with the guys have eased my mind a bit. I'm not smothered nor stressing right now. So, if your situation is similar to mine then you should definitely call them.

I was on a debt relief program before with another company about two years ago. It was similar to the one I got with National Debt Relief where I consolidated four credit cards and it was for a full year. But they kept on extending for a couple more months and even when the timeframe was up, they still kept extending. National Debt Relief knocked them out as they have settled two debts already out of four in one year. So they work a lot faster than the other one and everything is working perfectly for me so far.

We had gotten a lot of mail or soliciting debt relief help and we've just heard about NDR more than the others. They were more of a trusted name over the other newish founding unfamiliar company names. So, I went into a consolidation program with them. The enrollment process was a lot of just going over the account and adding up the accounts that needed to be consolidated, and a lot of legal paperwork too. We have been doing the program for six months now, more or less, but we've hardly come to three or four settlements. On the other hand, their negotiator was professional. Every time that they have a settlement, they call in. I like their attention to detail on our account. I've never said anything to one of the negotiators or anybody on the phone where I needed something that they didn’t give.

Robert ** was a great help. He walked me through the process painlessly. However I called back and the customer service people are hard to understand. Couldn't understand where I needed to sign the documents required. I'm still plowing through it all.

They waited SO LONG to try to work with these creditors, that one of them needed up settling at barely ANYTHING less than we originally owed, and then once we pay the service/negotiation fees to National Debt Relief, we are actually going to end up paying MORE (about $1,800 more!) than what we originally owed. We have had thousands of dollars in our account for some time, and NOTHING was done for 6 whole months after the first card was settled, even with money sitting in our account. Customer service knows nothing more than what you can see on the website yourself, and I've caught them in lies several times, promising me they were working in negotiating one card, and then someone else the next days tells me something completely different. They just make something up to tell you to buy them more time. Bogus.

We still got a little while to go, but they're doing a good job because they contact me and let me know that they’ve made an offer to pay off a certain credit card. They also contact me when they get an offer from a credit card company and ask whether or not I want to take it. Working with them is helping me to get rid of the debt that we're in and it has helped us get back on a good financial stabilization in our home.
