I really love this company. I made some bad financial decisions a few years back and thanks to NDR I now feel like I can get back on track and hopefully even purchase a home in the future. They were always very caring and understanding and any time I need anything they are always there to help! As long as you are responsible and follow the program accordingly you will have no problems!

The service was awesome. Everyone I talked to made sure everything was explained to me very well. They were very nice and made the process easy and pain free. My process was very fast and easy which was great because I'm very busy. So I don't like to have my time wasted and it was not which was great!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the very professional and helpful manners of the staff that assisted me in entertaining my qualification for this Debt Relief Program and then explaining the program in detail and getting me "set up". I have been with National Debt Relief for approximately 17 months and they have settled some of my debts. The problem I have is they do not take the next step to make sure they come off of my credit report and they do not let you know where they are at with the ones that are still pending. I would have loved to have all of these debts resolved in less than two years but I guess at this rate they will not be. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with the ones they were able to settle.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon on my Debt Relief program. He was very helpful and courteous to all of my concerns. I also had the pleasure of having Victoria walk me through my welcome packet and she was also very helpful.

I like how much help this program has been and look forward to completing it. Customer service is always fast and answers all my questions. Only thing I have had a problem with is that when I signed up I was told if something shows up my credit report to just call and it would be added on no problem. One account was added to my credit report and I want to add it to the program but now I’m told I need a statement from the company and have to speak with them myself. I’m still trying to get a statement to add this on and it’s not as easy as I thought it would be.

It has not even been two months since I signed up for the service and they has everything already resolved one debt! So happy I made this decision to change my life for a better future. I am hoping to retire in four years.

Very friendly customer service, the rep the sign me up didn’t make me feel bad at all. The lady that did the Welcome call was so friendly and made me feel more comfortable. I know now I am in the right place.

Your settlement fees to close an account are completely outrageous. Make sure the customer knows this really clearly before they sign on. I thought first payment was a settling fee. I would not have joined. Just lost my job and asked for last payment to be forgiven since I have paid all my accounts and your company can't be forgiving. I've never missed a payment not once and now that I'm in hardship the last damn 200$ can't be forgiven, but I'm told if I push last payment to two months away CLIENT GLOBAL SOLUTIONS WILL STILL CHARGE ME AN ACCOUNT FEE OF 10.00 FOR EVERY MONTH THAT PASSES TO MAINTAIN MY ACCOUNT. Computer does that. NEVER AGAIN. Dont use this company. Watch those settlement fees. They are really high.

So far the processes was explained understandably and my case worker was very comprehensive. I was in debt up to my eyeballs and hopefully the debt relief program will give me a second chance at a new beginning. Thanks to the National Debt Relief program, hopefully everything will go as planned.

Terrible service! Slow to make payments to creditors. Payments too low, too many! I think you are working for yourselves and the creditors! Was told payments would go out within 30 days of first payment. Negotiations would start as soon as I signed up! Neither of these happened!

Not very tech savvy they help you through process. Website is user friendly. Sometimes difficult to talk to person but very helpful once connected. Phone help not very connected to website sometimes. Overall very good. Very friendly on phone happy with service in general, hope to never have to use again but would recommend to people I know.

Other than the waiting time it took for resolve one of my first accounts everything was easy and great. I have 3 more so we will see how long it takes those to settle, but all has been a smooth process.

Updated on 1/19/19: I have been in their program for a little over a year now. I had five debts I had to take care of. They’ve taken care of two and they’re working on the third one right now. They said I’d be cleared of debt in a little over two years as long as I keep making that deposit every month. Making payment is pretty easy. I got an automatic payment set up and they take it out on the first of the month. The team at National Debt Relief has been pretty good as well. They only email me when they wanna get in contact with me, especially if they’re ready to settle another credit card deal. I’ll give them a call and they will explain everything to me in a simple language so I can understand stuff. I work with one specific person and if somebody else answers the phone, I ask for that particular person. I feel relieved working with NDR and I don’t have to worry about it pretty much as they’ve handled it all.

I am so glad I chose National Debt Relief to help me out with my Financial situation. They are experienced knowledgeable and keep me up-to-date with every change that occurs. With their help I should be out of debt in no longer than 3 years. As of now, thanks to debt relief, I have two more years to go!

Updated on 1/30/2021: NDR has done a great job and they have been able to work with all of our creditors and get us taken care of. It’s been hands off for me, which made my life a lot simpler. It’s so much easier than dealing with the stress of the situation on top of dealing with seven different companies. One thing that they offered halfway through that I don't think should ever be offered to any human in a debt situation is a consolidation loan. The whole idea is to get away from the revolving credit and the high interest rates. I understand you're getting done faster, but it's still creating the same problem. Other than that, they saved our lives. I would not still own a home if it weren’t for them.

Each person that I spoke to were very thorough and helpful in getting me the service that I was looking for. I am confident that this program will work for me to get out of debt quicker than I could have ever done on my own.

We decided to have National Debt Relief help with our credit card debt due to unforeseen health issues. We actually started the 1st of February and today we had our first settlement when it normally takes around 6 months. We are so glad that we decided to do this rather than filing bankruptcy. I started working with National Debt Relief to get out of debt. They have really good reviews and they seemed trustworthy. The plan that they set out seemed like something that would actually work, so it looked like a good option. I got into their debt settlement program to reduce the loans that I owed. NDR got the information of creditors that I had and the information about how much I owed them, and how much I was making for monthly payments. They also went over how much income versus how much debt I have, what I can afford to put aside each month to go towards the debt amount that I have. After laying all of that out, they came up with a figure to cover how much money it would take to get out of debt in three years.

The representatives at National Debt Relief were very courteous and they're helping me get out of debt. They have settled two of my things and this next month they'll settle two that I've had problems with. The negotiators have been as nice as they could be. They call me and ask me what I think and ask if what they are negotiating is good for me. Since working with NDR, I've turned everything over and made sure that the money is there for them each month. Now, I don't worry about my bills anymore.

I got over too many credit cards and now, I'm two-thirds of the way with National Debt Relief. Their reps are very nice and the service is really good. Also, they have made the bills and dealing with everything much easier and simpler.

The person I spoke to at National Debt Relief gave me a lot of information. I felt comfortable with that person so I decided to just go ahead and take advantage of the opportunity I was presented with. With the program I'm paying about $1,178 a month and it knocked down my debt which was originally $30,000 to around $20,000 to $22,000. So I'm saving a great amount of money by going ahead and going through NDR and doing those little one-time payments instead of having to spread out the payments to like five different lenders.

Oscar ** and the Welcome Officer were both extremely helpful. Oscar described the NDR program and how it works in great detail. He always asked for confirmation that I completely understood what we were discussing. The Welcome Officer also explained everything, and answered my questions, to assure that I understood the program. Both of these professionals made me know that I was in good hands with NDR. I feel that I was not completely informed on how the program works. A certain monthly amount was discussed for a given amount of months. Then it turns out that my account was referred for a loan - which of course pays my account faster, but now I will have to pay more on the long run. All of this information was not disclosed at the beginning. When I spoke to customer service, they told me I didn't have to go with the loan, but then some of my accounts will take up to 3 years to pay (They didn't tell me that either when I enrolled in this program), therefore I had no choice but to go with the loan. I am a bit disappointed.

When speaking with all Customer Service Debt Service Specialist my 3 or 4 times on the phone, it was all explained in detail and ease of understanding. William ** was a pleasure to work with and did a fine job helping me. My Welcome call also was very professional and prompt. Thank you all for your great service.

I was informed recently that a settlement has been reached with one of my creditors. I was sent a payment schedule and it was my understanding that my twice monthly payments to NDR will cover the settlement payments to to creditors. To my surprise, I was asked to make an additional $400 payment. When I signed up for NDR, I specifically asked whether I will be required to make additional monetary contributions other than the $742 a month which I signed up for and I was told NO. I was told everything was included, including the fee NDR charged me for the service. I am not happy with this, seeing that I trusted NDR to negotiate an acceptable settlement and payment plan using the contributions that I signed up for. I do not have an additional $400. Can you guys negotiate a longer pay period? Please.

National Debt Relief has negotiated quite a few of my debt and has gotten excellent results that I would have never been able to achieve on my own. For example, I tried settling with one of my debtors, Real Time Resolution for the second mortgage on a foreclosure, and they refused to settle for less than the $29,000. One of National Debt Relief's greatest achievements was to negotiate and to have me settle what was owed for $8000.

Overall I’m very happy with the service so far. My only concern was with my latest settlement offer. I was told that there would be additional funds required. I was never told this might occur. The amount I’m paying is what I set my budget to. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

We started Googling and we tried to read people reviews instead of picking the first thing that came up. National Debt Relief had a lot of good reviews and a lot of people were satisfied with them. They were not like one of those other agencies that were trying to make a lot of money off of you, so, they were different and that’s why we went with them. So far, we've noticed that we're not bombarded by our debt collectors anymore. My husband is the one that’s working and I'm at home with the kids. He was getting phone calls all the time on his phone and because I was pregnant at that time, he thought that something was happening to me with all the phone calls but it was the people that we owed money to. But now, it's a lot better. Right now, when an unknown number is calling, I could answer it knowing that it wouldn't be somebody that was going to ask me for money. We would also recommend National Debt Relief to a friend.

I wanted to consolidate my debt so much, so I can get it paid off and be done with it. I went online and looked for different debt relief companies, and I did something like the ones where I see how much money I can get. And so then, I got a hold of National Debt Relief and they seemed to be the one that could handle what I needed. I started with their program about 8 months ago and I'd be paying off in four years. The process didn’t take long to do and they are very informational and upfront in telling what's what because I had some questions about debtors and they answered my questions. Then I still had a couple questions later on and they were answered. So, they did very well.

I researched and National Debt Relief was the first one I pulled up online when I'm doing my research. They had a really good rating so I went with them. I called during one of my off days from work because I work a retail job. I called and spoke with a young lady and she talked me through the process because they told me that I was approved for the program. It was a really good process. She explained a lot of stuff to me and everything. I'm paying it monthly at this point. I have three years with them and I've only been paying it for about seven months. They've only handled two of my claims so far. One got lowered from $3000 to $600. And the other one got lowered about a couple of thousand too.

The rep I talked to was really helpful. He told me what they could do and gave me a price at how much they could help me and how much it would be monthly. I give them a certain amount of money a month and they take care of paying my creditor. They take out money every two weeks and in four years my debt should be paid off.

Myles ** was A lot of help and very thorough with explaining the company's purpose. Even with a lot of confusion I had, Myles carefully explained everything with examples as to where I finally got comfortable. Brandon was also a lot of help with going through everything I was signing up for.

I thought this would be a terrible process. To my surprise they were very courteous and nonjudgemental. I'm hopeful that I will be a success story. I will probably opt to review again after I see results. For now though I'd have to say that deciding to call was the hardest part of all.

I am very pleased with a recent settlement on my Wells Fargo CC. The current balance was over 30K and they settled for 12,335 over 4 months. It is a big relief to know that this has been taken care of. I tried several times to arrange some kind of reasonable settlement with Fargo before going to NDR and got nowhere, so I highly recommend them.

This debt was one of the larger ones and we're happy to accept the offer. It was cut down by over $2800! The process began by being nerve wracking b/c the creditors can be very aggressive and intimidating. However, any concerns I’ve had have been addressed immediately. The representatives have been courteous and very helpful. We had an instance in which we needed some of our $ from our account. We were refunded $1,000 promptly with no problem. We are looking forward to having the rest of our debts resolved with NDR. Still quite a way to go but super excited about this initial pay off.
