My emails are answered in a timely fashion, which is refreshing especially when you're dealing with harassment from creditors.

I was very unsure that I wanted to take this step with my debt and I had many questions. But after speaking to my representative he was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease that this is the best option I have, to get out of debt faster while I saved thousands of dollars!!

I feel as though this company is disorganized. They tell you in the beginning the payment you will need to make each month. Then, after they settle with each creditor they call you and ask for additional funds. After not contacting discover, they came after me with court papers, suing me for the amount. I had to pay their lawyers $350 to fix the issue that they made so that I did not have to go to court. This program is a joke. They also didn't take out payments from January and February and delayed me being out of debt by 2 months. If I was to do this again, I would never use this program again.

National Debt Relief The Sales Rep didn't explain completely how the program worked. Your monies are used for interest until your account have a certain amount of monies for disbursement. It's a waiting game. Staff members are always nice. You must wait 24 hours to get a response. The programs far exceeds your Time & money. Overall the pays off creditors with lowest amount first. Creditors still continue to call while you continue to be in the program. I had one file a court order, a deputy delivered the court order. NDR took care of this. Very thankful for this.

No one likes to be in this position, of being unable to pay their bills. National Debt Relief are complete professionals, making an embarrassing and humiliating process feel much more human. They are reassuring, they keep in constant touch re: bill repayment and do not push you to make repayment schedule amounts which are beyond your means. If I have to be here, I feel I am in very good hands with National Debt Relief.

If I have a hardship, and I'm unable to make a payment on a specific month, they find ways to ensure that both the plan stays intact while also finding a way to make the payment more palatable for the client.

I was told to put $6000.00 into my account and that would cover all debt as well as mostly likely receive money back. In November I put $5500.00 into my account and now it's March and I am still making payments and all debt is not resolved. This is very disappointing to me as I am being told my debt will not be resolved until June. As I look at my account I truly doubt June is doable. Multiple inconsistencies.

I was presented with a very good settlement, but I didn’t have enough extra funds to add to what was in my account. The agent worked it out that they would take their cut at a later date and managed to work it so I only had to add 34 cents. These people really do want to see you succeed. It was a good decision to go with them!

I am disappointed in the amount of the payments each month and the fees that it cost me. I know when I signed up for this program that there would be fees. But I never thought that my account balance would be a problem. I think to make it better for clients like myself. Fees also should be monthly payments. I thought this program was designed to help people down on their luck. But I should of known that it's all about money. I feel like this is my only choice now. After my credit is completely destroyed. I would not recommend doing this ever again.

I am very annoyed with how many calls I get from you. When you have an offer for me, I get bombarded with calls even though you send me the emails notifying me. I need to be able to take care of business online and not on the phone.

Being in debt due to to medical hardship is very overwhelming and scary. We received letters from three company wanting to help my husband and I. I choose your Company because your are with BBB. I gave them my full name to look up my debt as well as my wife's debt, and then some information about how much I make and how much I can afford to pay a month. They did a debt to income ratio analysis. And they came up with a number that should be the best amount if I could afford it, and I told them, "Yes". They're making payments on my credit and I make payments to them, and they've resolved a lot of debts for a lower price. I still have two years on the program.

I ask questions resolving debt counter offers and resolutions and get very little answers. I requested to pay a debt off in full since the money is available. The customer service rep became verbally combative. I requested my proposal be submitted and she said "fine". I called back for update and different customer rep said there was no record of me wanting to pay in full.

I had a very pleasant and professional conversation, with one of your female representatives today. She answered all of my questions, and I was very satisfied. She was able to give me results of the vendor's acceptance, and also a timetable of how, and the monies will be paid.

I have been with National Debt Relief for approximately 17 months and they have settled some of my debts. The problem I have is they do not take the next step to make sure they come off of my credit report and they do not let you know where they are at with the ones that are still pending. I would have loved to have all of these debts resolved in less than two years but I guess at this rate they will not be. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with the ones they were able to settle.

Your settlement fees to close an account are completely outrageous. Make sure the customer knows this really clearly before they sign on. I thought first payment was a settling fee. I would not have joined. Just lost my job and asked for last payment to be forgiven since I have paid all my accounts and your company can't be forgiving. I've never missed a payment not once and now that I'm in hardship the last damn 200$ can't be forgiven, but I'm told if I push last payment to two months away CLIENT GLOBAL SOLUTIONS WILL STILL CHARGE ME AN ACCOUNT FEE OF 10.00 FOR EVERY MONTH THAT PASSES TO MAINTAIN MY ACCOUNT. Computer does that. NEVER AGAIN. Dont use this company. Watch those settlement fees. They are really high.

So far the processes was explained understandably and my case worker was very comprehensive. I was in debt up to my eyeballs and hopefully the debt relief program will give me a second chance at a new beginning. Thanks to the National Debt Relief program, hopefully everything will go as planned.

Terrible service! Slow to make payments to creditors. Payments too low, too many! I think you are working for yourselves and the creditors! Was told payments would go out within 30 days of first payment. Negotiations would start as soon as I signed up! Neither of these happened!

Updated on 1/19/19: I have been in their program for a little over a year now. I had five debts I had to take care of. They’ve taken care of two and they’re working on the third one right now. They said I’d be cleared of debt in a little over two years as long as I keep making that deposit every month. Making payment is pretty easy. I got an automatic payment set up and they take it out on the first of the month. The team at National Debt Relief has been pretty good as well. They only email me when they wanna get in contact with me, especially if they’re ready to settle another credit card deal. I’ll give them a call and they will explain everything to me in a simple language so I can understand stuff. I work with one specific person and if somebody else answers the phone, I ask for that particular person. I feel relieved working with NDR and I don’t have to worry about it pretty much as they’ve handled it all.

I am so glad I chose National Debt Relief to help me out with my Financial situation. They are experienced knowledgeable and keep me up-to-date with every change that occurs. Updated on 1/30/2021: NDR has done a great job and they have been able to work with all of our creditors and get us taken care of. It’s been hands off for me, which made my life a lot simpler. It’s so much easier than dealing with the stress of the situation on top of dealing with seven different companies. One thing that they offered halfway through that I don't think should ever be offered to any human in a debt situation is a consolidation loan. The whole idea is to get away from the revolving credit and the high interest rates. I understand you're getting done faster, but it's still creating the same problem. Other than that, they saved our lives. I would not still own a home if it weren’t for them.

Each person that I spoke to were very thorough and helpful in getting me the service that I was looking for. I am confident that this program will work for me to get out of debt quicker than I could have ever done on my own.

I started working with National Debt Relief to get out of debt. They have really good reviews and they seemed trustworthy. The plan that they set out seemed like something that would actually work, so it looked like a good option. I got into their debt settlement program to reduce the loans that I owed. NDR got the information of creditors that I had and the information about how much I owed them, and how much I was making for monthly payments. They also went over how much income versus how much debt I have, what I can afford to put aside each month to go towards the debt amount that I have. After laying all of that out, they came up with a figure to cover how much money it would take to get out of debt in three years.

The person I spoke to at National Debt Relief gave me a lot of information. I felt comfortable with that person so I decided to just go ahead and take advantage of the opportunity I was presented with. With the program I'm paying about $1,178 a month and it knocked down my debt which was originally $30,000 to around $20,000 to $22,000. So I'm saving a great amount of money by going ahead and going through NDR and doing those little one-time payments instead of having to spread out the payments to like five different lenders.

He always asked for confirmation that I completely understood what we were discussing. I feel that I was not completely informed on how the program works. A certain monthly amount was discussed for a given amount of months. Then it turns out that my account was referred for a loan - which of course pays my account faster, but now I will have to pay more on the long run. All of this information was not disclosed at the beginning. When I spoke to customer service, they told me I didn't have to go with the loan, but then some of my accounts will take up to 3 years to pay (They didn't tell me that either when I enrolled in this program), therefore I had no choice but to go with the loan. I am a bit disappointed.

When speaking with all Customer Service Debt Service Specialist my 3 or 4 times on the phone, it was all explained in detail and ease of understanding. William ** was a pleasure to work with and did a fine job helping me. My Welcome call also was very professional and prompt. Thank you all for your great service.

I was informed recently that a settlement has been reached with one of my creditors. I was sent a payment schedule and it was my understanding that my twice monthly payments to NDR will cover the settlement payments to to creditors. To my surprise, I was asked to make an additional $400 payment. When I signed up for NDR, I specifically asked whether I will be required to make additional monetary contributions other than the $742 a month which I signed up for and I was told NO. I was told everything was included, including the fee NDR charged me for the service. I am not happy with this, seeing that I trusted NDR to negotiate an acceptable settlement and payment plan using the contributions that I signed up for. I do not have an additional $400. Can you guys negotiate a longer pay period? Please.
