We had excellent customer service from the representative Shomari **. He was professional and stayed with my mother and I until the whole process was completed. Plus the lady who helped us register with the attorneys at law. Well done and my family and I appreciate everything that they did.

The representatives were very thorough and helpful! Made me feel as though I made the right decision to consolidate my debt with National Debt Relief. They spoke a bit fast but other than that the customer service was very much appreciated.

Both representatives took a boring subject and made it into a tolerable experience. They didn’t sound like they were reading from a screen but instead knew the information and relayed it in a fashion that didn’t let my attention drift.

I was in debt, and I still don't have a steady job to be able to keep up with the payments. I decided to go to National Debt Relief's program and their customer service was more upfront about what they wanted to do with my account. The service so far has been good. Anybody who takes a call there gives me the answer that I'm looking for. So far, they've been very helpful. But there were a couple of things that they told me that haven't happened. Like they will take care of my accounts in six months. It has been seven months now and only two of them have been negotiated with the company. When I called the rep and asked him what happened to the other ones, they said they didn't have enough funds to negotiate anymore for now until I get done with the two that they are working on.

Both Evelyn and Nathan were very helpful and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions in detail. I am very pleased how they took whatever time was needed to make sure that all my concerns and questions were answered.

I was very please with the service from both counselors. I feel they explained the program very well, and I feel I know what to expect - I feel well served. I got myself in deep financial trouble, and after receiving many options from many companies, this is the one I chose, and I am glad I did. Thank you.

It was a long, ordeal but I am sure it is well worth the time. Nathan ** was very helpful with the process and helped me feel safe in going forward with the program. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the man from the Welcome line, but he did a nice job. I have problem with hearing some men's low voices; this made it hard to understand him at all times but he always repeated whatever I needed to hear. The real time for rating the program will be in four to six months when something has begun to happen and again when the thirty months are up and all is good.

This was a tough decision for me but the people I talked to from NDR made me feel secure in my decision. I had to be convinced a few times that this was a good decision for me and I thank your trained professionals for helping me.

Updated on 04/04/2024: I did the program to pay off our credit card debt and completed it in four and a half years. Every time I called, the reps at National Debt Relief were nice and took care of whatever I needed. If we had a month that we couldn't make that payment, they handled it. They sent something asking if I had considered a loan to get my credit score up which I didn't want to start with but other than that, I would recommend it if people are in that situation. It really helped us out and it's such a great feeling to not have any credit card debt.

I had so much overwhelming debt that I was trying to resolve on my own. I had run out of options. I found NDR online and called. They were so helpful and got me set up quickly. Great customer service! They talked me through every part of the process to make sure I understood and helped me choose my best option. We even discussed budgeting strategy and in 2 years, I’ll be able to do what I could not do by myself in 10!

My fiancée enrolled with National Debt Relief for herself a few years ago and they had done well for her, she will be finished next month for her last account and then, she will be completely freed up. Only pointer I would give is that there was an abundance of 'excuse me' on the call for whatever reason and not just pauses while scrolling. Sounds very nice.

When we call we’re always on hold for the first 10 minutes until we get a representative. We give her a name or number who we are and they said, "We need to transfer you to another representative" to handle our account so on hold with that person for another 10 minutes. We wait that person can help us. We get transferred again and on hold for 30 minutes on the phone to where she can get some on the phone.

The initial call is the hardest to make. It takes about an hour or so and then you wait for approval and that is another hour so your nerves are racked during that time. The person helping me explained the process pretty well even though I had a good idea how it worked. It felt a little patronizing but at the same time it was reassuring that help was there and available. You will sign a lot of legal documents which is also nerve racking but it is needed. The most off put I felt was when the "legal services" were offered on the welcome call. I was under the impression they were included in all the fees already. It didn't drive my cost up but every little bit counts when depositing into your account for negotiation.

This is the first time I enroll to this kind of settlement. I feel so nervous during the enrollment process, but when I spoke to Mr. Paul ** and Karen (welcome call), they are excellent in explaining and guiding me throughout the process. I called a few days ago because I had questions, and they put information in my account and resolved my questions right away. They take bi-weekly payments from my account and it's very convenient.
