I was looking for a resolution to my debts and National Debt looked like the perfect match in terms of what my overall debt was. Also, they have the consumer ratings from the BBB. I then had a couple of phone conversations with Carmelo, the sales guy. He explained the merits of the program, what it would entail, what it would cost, and how long he anticipated the program to last. I had his number so he told me, "Call me if you have any questions." Of course, I waited, which in retrospect, I probably shouldn't have done. I should have just heeded his advice and signed up for it when I first contacted them. So I called back and we started the enrollment. He got my info over the phone and sent information via email. Then, I sent a paper copy of something and we got it done. It was easy.

I recently got separated and my partner and I were paying a lot of the bills together. But then, he started to refuse to help me pay the bills so I was unable to support all the credit card debt on my own and I needed help. NDR seemed like a credible company and once I called and got the information, they were super helpful. Every single time I've called, they've been able to answer my questions. They gave me check-in calls and sent me emails. The phone isn't always the best, so I liked that they reached out via email. It was super convenient.

My credit card was too high and I got debt consolidation with National Debt Relief. It went very smooth and their negotiators were very helpful. But considering the cost, the quality of the service was average. Still, I'm pleased so far and if a friend asked about National Debt Relief, I would tell him that he has to do it.

National Debt's negotiators were good and I was impressed with their professionalism. The cost of the program and the service are excellent. I'd recommend National Debt.

I needed some help from debt and found National Debt Relief online. They get me ahead of plan so I can hopefully get out of debt next year. The process has been good and the cost is fair. National Debt Relief has taken a little bit of the stress out of my day.

I was paying my credit card and the interest was so bad. I called my bank to ask for a relief on the interest payment but they told me that they wouldn't do that. It stressed me out. So I tried paying back and forth until finally, I called for debt relief. I settled with NDR and we did everything on the phone during the enrolment. They sent me a paper to sign and they started the process. The negotiator handled everything for me and I didn't speak with the creditors. I've gone to my creditors personally and they didn't give me any options, but NDR was able to settle everything which was what I liked about that.

I've worked with several negotiators at National Debt Relief, and they've been doing the best they can. At the time when they decided upon the dollar value that I was going to pay them every month for them to pay my debt, the original person that I spoke with did not inform me that at any given time, they could ask for more money to try to resolve an account. And they called me up one day and said that they've solved one of my credits cards. They dropped it down from X dollars to X dollars, but I needed to send them a check for $2100 in the next week or two. I told him that I was giving them $900 a month and that they would gradually pay my debts. They said that that was the amount that they negotiated that would take to pay down my debt. He then said that some of the companies will only go on a three-payment plan over the next six weeks.

I needed help with my credit card debt and upon reviewing stuff online, it seemed like National Debt Relief was a good fit. I reached out to them. They called me right back and talked to me about what they would do and it went from there. They started sending emails then I started. Their rep was very helpful. He broke everything down and how long everything would take and what the monthly bills will be like. He pretty much took all the burden off my shoulder after explaining everything. Also, the cost is fair. It's half of what I was paying per month, so it's definitely a plus. NDR is doing a good job and my experience with them has been excellent so far. I will tell my friends to reach out to them.

I would like to say that NDR has helped me tremendously with resolving my debts, it was the best decision I had ever made to improve my finances. They were in touch with me throughout the whole process. I highly recommend NDR.

I wouldn’t recommend National Debt Relief. Another company took me on and then kept me for three months and got me in trouble. Then they dumped me and didn’t do anything for me. They said they couldn’t take care of me and then they recommended National Debt Relief. However, National Debt Relief talked me into something that I thought was a good deal. They settled accounts with two or three credit cards. They also settled with the court case and kept me from going to court. But if I just claimed bankruptcy, I would have been out of it long ago. Plus, it wouldn’t have cost me near as much as it’s cost me already and I’d be building my credit back.

I moved and switched jobs a couple of times so it was really hard to keep up with credit card payments. National Debt Relief's reviews were good so I figured I would try them out. The enrollment only took half an hour and it was easy. Then they negotiated with creditors and got my payments to be lower and then settled some of them. 50% was already settled so 50% more to go.

I just got a divorce and mostly the credit cards are within my name. I'm on my own now. It was hard for me to even buy food, paying off credit cards, getting a roof over my head, and everything. I didn’t know what to do until a friend had told me about National Debt Relief, which I always heard about, but I never thought that – I thought I can do it on my own. I was paying my bills, but they weren’t going down. It was just too much for me to deal with.

My boss told me about National Debt Relief since she used them and I also needed to do something. So, I went with them because she recommended it. Everything went real smooth. I worry every time I get something from the lawyers so I call National Debt Relief and I just said "Fax it in to them." The negotiators were really sweet. They explained everything and I haven't had no problems. Their representatives made me feel fine as well. I just worry that I'm not going have enough money in there. I know when they set that up, they said $600 a month. And sometimes I turn around, and then it's an extra $300. I don't know if it's for a year or what. I've been having some hardships because I've been sick and having extra doctor bills.

I was told via this email that one debt was settled. I will have to take that for granted as I did not receive any other confirmation on that. Every time I call this organization I get a canned speech. When I express a concern, I get nothing but the company line. No real problem-solving, just platitudes. I'm thinking the service representatives are not empowered to do anything.

We had too many debts and it was getting difficult to manage them so we asked National Debt Relief to consolidate and get that taken. NDR had some best reviews and they respond more and was ready than anyone else. They provided us plans on the debt consolidation and debt settlement. And based on the different options we had the best is the debt settlement. We have settled a few accounts and there are few accounts left. They gave us the plan and then they gave us the settlement once it was done. And if we agree to it, then we'll move forward. Otherwise, they talk to creditors to understand if there is any other option available.

I got National Debt Relief's services to get out of debt. I Googled debt relief companies and NDR had very good reviews than the other ones. They provided me with a lowered payoff for my credit cards and they're doing a really good job about it. A few paperwork were sent to me in the mail and then I filled them out. It just took a couple of days to get everything started. I even got my husband on it too. So far, I'm very pleased with how the program is working for me. There are a few left on there that I have to settle. But I got two or three already paid off.

I would like to make big payments for the cards so I could close the program soon and National Debt Relief said I have to wait for the others. They said I have to do the agreement we make with the creditors. And then when they finish that one start with another one. The negotiators tell me different options. And I just talked with a representative two weeks ago and they said they could negotiate a better offer. The cost is a lot because I have to pay $390 for every negotiation. But I trust National Debt Relief to negotiate with my creditors.

I needed some help with my private student loan. I did a little bit of research and National Debt Relief had some good reviews online so I went with them. They're negotiating my debts on my behalf and they're doing really well. Before they make any decision, they’ll make sure to call and email. They always follow up everything with the email making sure that we're on the same page, so I really like that. The payment plan I have is also reasonable for the amount that I had and the cost of their service is fair. They're really on top of everything and it's not hard to get a hold of them versus some of the other companies because I have worked with one other company before.

This is our first experience with the debt resolution and at this time we are happy with the experience. I am sure the longer we are in the program we will become even happier. More to come at a later date.

When I started the process looking for debt relief there were so many negative reviews about extra fees or increased agreed monthly payment amount. With NDR they answered all the questions I had with straightforward answers and all fees are including in monthly payments. No extras here or there. So far so good.

The customer service representative did not listen to my concern at all. I asked her a specific question. She gave me the wrong answer which would have resulted in me having to pay more money, which I couldn’t afford to do. When I told her I couldn’t afford it she said, “It’s just $76, you can’t afford that?” Like lady, clearly not if I’m settling debt. As if her not listening to my concerns and her being condescending about my situation wasn’t enough, when I asked for her supervisor, she acted like she didn’t want to put her on the phone. She kept trying to speak to me after she had completely ignored me. I had to specifically say “I don’t want to speak to you anymore. Put a supervisor on the phone” in order to speak to someone with some competence. This whole experience this morning was very frustrating and I expected better from this company. Once I’m done with my settlements, I will not be referring anyone here.

Both reps. that assisted me were absolutely fantastic, patient and very informative. Lindsay made me feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right decision to begin the program. I've had two accounts settled with unsatisfactory results. Was told they could resolve my account with as much as 1/2 off. What they don't tell you is that most likely you'll end pay more or close to the same after they tack on 25%. So say they settle for 20% less, then they charge 25% of original so you end up paying 5% more than original. With 3300 of resolved credit I've paid $3,179. So I've saved less than 4%. Add in monthly fees and I'm breaking even. So it's more like extremely expensive savings account.

The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and respectful to me. I am so glad that I done this. Because now I can feel like I am going to work for a paycheck again. Not because I have to give my whole paycheck to whoever has a hand out.
