My experience with the company while doing the welcome call was great, I was able to understand everything that was being explained to me, if I had any questions she was able to help me, it was fast and easy.

The staff was very nice and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me carefully and cleared up any concerns and questions I might have had. The staff was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone who is inquiring about it.

I have not been in program long enough to know how it works but I am positive it will be to my benefit. I am anxious to get started and have enjoyed talking to Drew and Simon who are working on my behalf to get me started.

I am really satisfied with the service I received and I was made understand everything and the service was efficient. The employees I talked with have good knowledge of their work and made me understand the process. I hope NDR program will help me get out of debt in a reasonable period of time.

Luis was very friendly and knowledgeable about the program. Thank you for promptly returning phone calls and using emails for communication to get me set up in the program quickly. The use of the graphics to explain in detail the program goals is extremely helpful and gives accountability along with visual aid for goal setting.

Program, looks like a good plan. I'm new so I'm giving a good review for the plan. Ok, the rep that I dealt with was SOOO PUSHY!!! His name is Joshua **. He was so pushy that I almost backed out! I confronted him but received no real answer. Hopefully in the future, I won't have to deal with him.

So far so good. Really appreciated the patience Bianca and Isis displayed while signing up. Everything was clearly explained to me, and if any further questions should happen to occur, I was certainly encouraged to ask, whatever my concern might be. Very impressed with their professionalism and courteous manner. I look forward to resolving my debt. I don't think I could have found another organization as impressive, upfront and honest, as this debt relief company. Thank you N.D.R. for hiring such qualified and respectful employees. Everything they did was speedy, friendly, and to the point. I even took some time to weigh some options and spoke with four different agents but all had exceptional customer service skills. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

It seemed like your time worth way more than ours. I know you folks are helping us, but really don't appreciate being talked down to. I realize this is something you deal with on a daily basis, but the average person doesn't. So yes we are going to have many questions. Also was told one thing and on the Welcome call told the exact opposite. I will make another call on the question and see what answer I get. At the Welcome call was very friendly, and appreciative of business.

National Debt Relief was the first one that popped up on Google. They help me reduce my debt and I have a year and a half left with the program. They call me to let me know if there are any issues or what I need. It's just that I’m kinda iffy about the payments. Sometimes they help me, and sometimes they don’t. I’m 50-50 on that. But then if I have a question or concern, they get back to me right away.

There were a couple of extenuating circumstances that had gone in my personal life and I needed help managing and settling my debt. I looked online for different options as to getting back on track and National Debt Relief popped up. The enrollment process was simple. You reach out and there's someone that takes on your case. They will help you with enrolling the debt, as well as filling out the forms. There's somebody on the phone with you the entire time to talk you through it. It was definitely a professional process which is what I liked. They made it not as embarrassing.

I was very pleased with the help I received from Jalena **, who was the one I worked with the most setting up my account, and getting all my paperwork in order, I did speak with another of your representatives, but I am sorry I do not remember her name, but she was very helpful as well. I would recommend your company in a heart beat, very professional, very knowledgeable, and overall very nice and helpful.

I was nervous and somewhat overwhelmed with this process. Teddy made it the easiest process I have ever been through. Complete compassion and understanding and a willingness to answer any and all questions. I highly recommend this company for anyone in a tough financial situation.

After National Debt Relief claimed to have settled each of my debts, and I graduated from the program, I received a summons from one of my creditors, which stated I was being sued for the unpaid balance! I reached out to National Debt Relief about the matter, and they claimed that they would look into it for me, and they did, but never got back in touch with me. I called them back and asked what was going on on their end, and they said that there was a filing error, and they were missing documents from the creditor. They said that they would resolve the issue and get back with me, and they've since disappeared. I've now had to involved my own attorney, and when I clear up the matter, I intend to alert my state attorney about National Debt Relief, and my experience with them.

From the initial phone call the whole process was made simple and informative. At any point in time if I had a question the customer service rep would take their time to make sure that I understood everything. Every step was explained throughout the whole process and they are always available if I have any additional questions.

Nathan ** is excellent; a superb professional. He displayed patience, was consistent with his words and exceptionally helpful to me. He is definitively an irreplaceable asset to your team. I would definitively recommend him to my family and friends. He is reliable, trustworthy, and a team player. He took the time to hear me to my troubles and how I got here.

Everybody I spoke to was very helpful, friendly, and supportive. I fell comfortable that I will be kept updated each step of the process, I can see what is happening with my accounts, and communication with NDR is open, easy, and timely.

I have been with NDR for some time now. Trying to get my debt in order, due to a medical and financial hardship while pregnant got myself in this loop of debt. With the company I recently noticed on my statements that each time I call to speak with a representative I'm being charged $12.95?!? You're helping people settle debt and you are charging them for seeking assistance as far as a question goes?!? On already paying a monthly service fee, a fee percentage on the debt that is paid off! I don't understand how you can charge a person to ask a question over the phone, there is a service request online but they always ask you to call in for further assistance what I understood is just to give the comp at a heads up before your call reaches them. Nowhere on the contract is it specified that if you call to ask a question you pay a fee. Surely this is going against consumer rights as bad business conduct.

I was hesitant to go through this process at first but after speaking with Vanessa ** my specialist a second time I decided to go through this process. She did a very good job at answering all my questions and concerns. So far everything was explained well to me and I guess in a few years we shall see the end results.

National Debt Relief provides debt settlement for me. They took it out every check and put into almost like a savings account for me. I'm about halfway done the program. If I have any questions, the reps are always really good about finding out exactly the right answer for me. And if there's something going on like a settlement, they're good about calling me and letting me know right away so I can accept those terms. They're always really friendly. Also, I'm really satisfied with the cost. It saves me a lot of money. Working with NDR has taught me a lot because I used to feel like I was drowning in it like there was no way out and now, it almost feels like I'm normal again.

The representative I spoke with was very understanding and nonjudgmental. He encouraged my being proactive and taking care of myself and my family. He was informative and made the process quick and easy. I recommend National Debt Relief to anyone experiencing a hardship who needs assistance with debt.

Both of the women that helped me were incredibly informative and helped to answer all of my questions. Excellent experience!! Like the way they made me feel. I will pay off all creditors and have debt relief. That my life could have secure stress-free answer. Now I won’t have that for the next 30 years. I also like how they were able to get my numbers and account in aligned with one monthly payment. I was barely staying above water with my credit cards and decided to get ahold with National Debt Relief. I've been very pleased with their service and so with their cost. The reps at NDR always contact me when they have a settlement agreement, and we go through all that, and then they send me a letter too. When I have questions, it's very easy to get ahold of somebody. It's set up to where whoever answers the phone can answer your question. Wasn't sure what to expect when I enroll in this but after talking to the lady on the welcome call, I felt a bit more secure of where my financial situation is going. All of my questions were answered and the program was explained in depth. I wish I had called sooner. Very helpful, they explain everything clearly and in a friendly manner. Looking foward to start working on getting me out of debt in a responsible way.

I had overextended myself and wanted to get my debt cleared up and be back on good financial ground. I kept getting mails from National Debt Relief so I researched them and I saw a lot of places that they were number one. They had really good reviews. Enrolling with them was easy. Their reps asked a lot of questions and I answered them. The cost is a little high but not excessive. So far, two of my debts were cleared and I have three years left in the program. I like that there’s somebody available 24/7. However, you don’t work with the same person all the time. It would be a more personalized experience if you work with one counselor all the time. It would be easier as far as being comfortable and familiar. But I can see how it would be difficult on their end because that person could be on the phone all day long with customers and not be able to get any work done, and the person needs a day off. Overall, my experience with them has been good.

I had a lot of bills and I knew that I couldn't pay them all off. Somebody at work went through National Debt Relief and liked them, so that person gave me NDR's information and I went with them too. Getting set up with NDR was fairly easy. I gave them my social security number and they looked stuff up. I also gave them my address for them to send bills to. The customer service really wanted to help me out and they always got right back to me when they needed to. So far, NDR has been doing really well and they've definitely been making progress. Updated on 4/16/2019: I’m only in the first couple of months but NDR has already paid off two of my loans, so that’s good. They were able to get things done so well, so quick. They knocked off more than half the interest of one specific card. It's really impressive that they were able to do that ‘cause I would have never been able to. The payment plan that they set up is definitely doable for the amount of debt we had. I really appreciate that there is a person out there that actually understands getting into hard times and that there’s a program out there to be done. We had a fire in May of 2017 and that was really hard. It brought all of this debt on. The insurance companies didn’t immediately pay, so we were out of nothing. We had to live in a hotel for almost a month or two. I really needed help at that point.
