I had credit card debts. National Debt Relief was the first one I saw and the enrollment process was all done over the phone and through the computer. It was quick for someone to get back to me. Normally, they would call me and say that they made a deal with one of the cards. And then, they tell me the amount. They also asked me if I would approve it or not. David, the first guy I ever talked to was helpful and kind. Also, I'm comfortable working with National Debt Relief. They helped me get out of debt with two cards right now and working on the third. I am now doing what I couldn’t do before.

So far our experience has been comfortable. The people we have has conversations with have been helpful and compassionate. We tried using a different debt relief company many years ago and it ended up being an uncomfortable experience. This program is informational and easy to understand.

Diana and everyone else who contacted and worked to help us get enrolled were wonderful. They recognized that this was a difficult decision to make. It can be hard to have to ask for help. But Diana took all time that was needed to answer our questions and provided encouragement when we wanted to talk between ourselves further. Diana and everyone was flexible about calling after we were home from work. The support has been amazing. We are glad to be started on this journey.

Wow, talk about a positive experience all the way around. Both of the gentlemen I spoke with to get started were both so informing and friendly. It made a very anxious and nerve-racking situation very manageable. My phone dropped the call and I got called back before I could do the same! After being unable to make payments on multiple accounts that were out of control, National Debt Relief got me settlements at a much more manageable number. They did all of the negotiating and took a lot of stress off me.

Generally very positive or a very negative subject. The process is sufficiently unfamiliar and complicated that it might easily be misunderstood or not completed simply because of its nature. To the degree that one can be comfortable I think this approach is successful.

They quote you how much to pay each month and they say it is to cover what you will pay to settle your debt. When you say, "Will there be more fees," they say no. But when they negotiate your settlement they want more to process the settlement. Buyer beware, this is kind of shady how they lie. When you pay your monthly payment that should be it. I am looking into changing companies. I know other debt negotiating companies do not charge an extra fee for the settlement.

The sign-up process was amazing. Obviously this was a HUGE decision for my husband and I to make for our family and we definitely had our doubts after reading some of the reviews and talking to others who had gone with the debt relief option, but didn't use National Debt Relief. We had already signed the contract and this made us feel a bit un-easy. However, I expressed these concerns to the representative who originally assisted us in signing up, and he responded within 24 hours and even called me personally to discuss my concerns and put me back at ease. This made me feel comfortable knowing that he didn't just sign us up and move on to the next. He actually handled my email personally and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with our decision. The Welcome Call was also very informative and helpful. I look forward to being debt free and hope that I can continue on that path moving forward.

Both people I spoke with were very clear with their information. They both seem to be true advocates for consumers. Again very informative, very clear, very friendly and sometimes even humorous... Diana has been working with me for some time now and has been very patient with my crazy schedule in regards to phone calls and playing phone tag.

It was a very good experience because everything was explain very well and clear to me. They made sure I was able to understand what they were talking about. They guided me with every question I had and guided me thru the documents and made it very easy.

I lost my job and have had difficulty in meeting my bills. It finally got to a point that I had to do something and I saw the NDR advertisement. I called them and then went from there. They're trying to lower the debt and negotiating with the vendors to hopefully settle for something less. The first person that I spoke with was Elizabeth and I found her to be very helpful. Of course, when I made that initial call, I got so much information so I was a bit overwhelmed. It was a lot to absorb at one time because I had never had this issue in my life. But I decided to go ahead and proceed with things. I provided all of the information about the credit cards.

Someone recommended me to National Debt Relief and I had my niece research it, and she told me that their ratings were high. The enrollment process was fairly reasonable. It took some time to get everything together but it was okay. NDR is the one fighting off the creditors and they get the payoff amount. Then, they call me to see if I agree with what they are negotiating for. They told me to let them know if I was not happy with a settlement. Working with them is a plus because I don’t have any credit card to use. I just use my cash and what I don’t have, I leave alone. Based on the payoff amount for the bills and in reference to the benefits, the return on their percentage was a bit costly. Also, they could let me know how far I am into the program and what my balance is in six months, just to give me a little update as to where I’m at. I’m supposed to be in a two and a half to three-year program and I’m probably about a year and a half into it.

Great customer service, they were very helpful and very easy to understand the situation. They were willing to explain everything so I may understand it. If I could recommend anyone who is looking for help to get back on track it would be this.

This was a difficult decision to make for me. I have been putting this off for some time as my financial worries grew. I always pay my debts but the past years have been taxing on me. Of course I have made some bad decisions and other circumstances haven't worked in my favor. After filling out your online application I shortly received a call from Christopher. Christopher reviewed the information I provided online and asked me all the questions necessary to review for qualification. All the while making me feel very comfortable through the entire process.

I recently entered a debt settlement program with NDR. I spoke with Tom **, who was clear, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with what I was entering into, and what it meant for me and my finances. The representative was cordial and professional. He was willing to explain in detail the terms of the program, and he was patient when I asked for further explanation. During my initial call I talked to William who was patient and non-judgmental. I now feel relief that I will be free from credit card debt in only 35 months instead of 10 years of making only minimum payments. Although my credit will take a hit, it will improve over time thanks to National Debt Relief. My credit cards will all be closed, which is another feeling of relief. After all, overusing my credit cards is how I got into this situation in the first place!

I had a few issues with the main person I have been talking with in regards to communication. I had sent a couple of emails and he never responded to, but it was resolved. The program was explained very well by him and the follow up customer representative.

I was really nervous and embarrassed about having to call and at the end of the call I felt less embarrassed about the situation that I created. I just completed the sign up and registration but so far I'm very pleased with the professionalism and follow up that I've experienced. They've been thorough in their research into my accounts, ensured I understood the terms and the process. Fingers crossed everything works out as planned!

The rep that I talked to upon initially calling refused to answer any of my (3) questions, and very rudely by repeatedly telling me that the calculation estimate I was asking for could not be calculated. Eventually, ~ 10 mins later, I specifically asked to transferred to a team leader, he obliged. After waiting (3) 10 minute intervals, or ~ 30 mins, I spoke with Brianna. She answered each and every detail of my 3 questions and extremely polite. Brianna was a "gem", I've called other times, and it's been unfortunate that all the reps acted similar to the first rude rep I described above. Brianna should be promoted. The rude rep I mentioned should be disciplined. Brianna should teach all reps how to be courteous and train them on detailed calculations. Brainna is clearly a 5 star, the 1st rep is a 0 star- Very POOR.

I love how they were precise and to the point. They will tell you up front what to expect. And will let you know in a matter of an hour if they can help or not. In all once he or she is in the program their team has her back 100%! Thank you! Thank you, all!

National Debt Relief is a company that will help with your debt. They personally go over everything that’s concerning you and they help you. I went with them because the guy that I talked to was very friendly and just to the point. He really made me feel comfortable. In getting enrolled, he just asked about our situation and I just told the truth. That was about it. So I thought it was good. I told them that we couldn't afford the amount we used to pay and I asked if we could bring the payment down. And they did. We’re about 80% into the debt consolidation program now and National Debt Relief has helped us get our debt down. Our debt ratio is good too.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been really good and I'm completely satisfied. I had a lot of credit card debt and lost my job at the same time. It was horrible. I have been with them for two years. They're still collecting negotiation fees but by May 9 I'm off the hook. NDR really did a good job for me. They told me what to expect and it worked out exactly that they said. They negotiated the settlement on my three pretty serious credit card bills. They called me when they've settled the bill and the cost for their service was really reasonable. The only thing that was uncomfortable for me was that it did wreck my credit rating. Nevertheless, I sleep better and I'm out of debt. I'm trying to rebuild my credit rating at this point.

I just started so I can't say too much, but so far the customer service has been excellent and they are saving me around $25K in principle amount savings. However I was drowning in bill debts and barely could make minimum payments, in fact I could so so far they are saving me $1400 in payments a month. I'll review results later down the road.
