This service is very easy to use and I don't have to answer all of the debt-collection calls. I'm looking forward to being debt-free in two more years. The online dashboard is also nice. You can monitor your progress at a glance.

I had a few issues with the main person I have been talking with in regards to communication. I had sent a couple of emails and he never responded to, but it was resolved. The program was explained very well by him and the follow up customer representative.

Oleg ** was very helpful and was very kind during the entire process. I was really nervous and embarrassed about having to call and at the end of the call I felt less embarrassed about the situation that I created. Paul was also very great when I did my welcome call and explained everything thoroughly.

All matters of the program were explained to us in a detailed and professional manner. They took time to answer all questions and address all concerns. They made the process very easy. Jeannie was very easy to reach through phone and email every time I had a question.

I just completed the sign up and registration but so far I'm very pleased with the professionalism and follow up that I've experienced. They've been thorough in their research into my accounts, ensured I understood the terms and the process. Fingers crossed everything works out as planned!

The rep that I talked to upon initially calling refused to answer any of my (3) questions, and very rudely by repeatedly telling me that the calculation estimate I was asking for could not be calculated. Eventually, ~ 10 mins later, I specifically asked to transferred to a team leader, he obliged. After waiting (3) 10 minute intervals, or ~ 30 mins, I spoke with Brianna. She answered each and every detail of my 3 questions and extremely polite. Brianna was a "gem", I've called other times, and it's been unfortunate that all the reps acted similar to the first rude rep I described above. Brianna should be promoted. The rude rep I mentioned should be disciplined. Brianna should teach all reps how to be courteous and train them on detailed calculations. Brainna is clearly a 5 star, the 1st rep is a 0 star- Very POOR.

I love how they were precise and to the point. They will tell you up front what to expect. And will let you know in a matter of an hour if they can help or not. In all once he or she is in the program their team has her back 100%! Thank you! Thank you, all!

Enrolling wasn’t hard. Just tough when your schedule is hectic. They do call to reach you. Approval didn’t take long. It seems as if it should be a painless and rewarding experience. I felt like at moments my rep didn’t listen so I would call him back. But ultimately in the end I got it completed.

National Debt Relief is a company that will help with your debt. They personally go over everything that’s concerning you and they help you. I went with them because the guy that I talked to was very friendly and just to the point. He really made me feel comfortable. In getting enrolled, he just asked about our situation and I just told the truth. That was about it. So I thought it was good. I told them that we couldn't afford the amount we used to pay and I asked if we could bring the payment down. And they did. We’re about 80% into the debt consolidation program now and National Debt Relief has helped us get our debt down. Our debt ratio is good too.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been really good and I'm completely satisfied. I had a lot of credit card debt and lost my job at the same time. It was horrible. I have been with them for two years. They're still collecting negotiation fees but by May 9 I'm off the hook. NDR really did a good job for me. They told me what to expect and it worked out exactly that they said. They negotiated the settlement on my three pretty serious credit card bills. They called me when they've settled the bill and the cost for their service was really reasonable. The only thing that was uncomfortable for me was that it did wreck my credit rating. Nevertheless, I sleep better and I'm out of debt. I'm trying to rebuild my credit rating at this point.

I just started so I can't say too much, but so far the customer service has been excellent and they are saving me around $25K in principle amount savings. However I was drowning in bill debts and barely could make minimum payments, in fact I could so so far they are saving me $1400 in payments a month. I'll review results later down the road.

I then had a couple of phone conversations with Carmelo, the sales guy. He explained the merits of the program, what it would entail, what it would cost, and how long he anticipated the program to last. I had his number so he told me, "Call me if you have any questions." Of course, I waited, which in retrospect, I probably shouldn't have done. I should have just heeded his advice and signed up for it when I first contacted them. My credit card was too high and I got debt consolidation with National Debt Relief. It went very smooth and their negotiators were very helpful. But considering the cost, the quality of the service was average. Still, I'm pleased so far and if a friend asked about National Debt Relief, I would tell him that he has to do it.

National Debt's negotiators were good and I was impressed with their professionalism. The cost of the program and the service are excellent. I'd recommend National Debt.

I was paying my credit card and the interest was so bad. I called my bank to ask for a relief on the interest payment but they told me that they wouldn't do that. It stressed me out. So I tried paying back and forth until finally, I called for debt relief. I settled with NDR and we did everything on the phone during the enrolment. They sent me a paper to sign and they started the process. The negotiator handled everything for me and I didn't speak with the creditors. I've gone to my creditors personally and they didn't give me any options, but NDR was able to settle everything which was what I liked about that.

I needed help with my credit card debt and upon reviewing stuff online, it seemed like National Debt Relief was a good fit. I reached out to them. They called me right back and talked to me about what they would do and it went from there. They started sending emails then I started. Their rep was very helpful. He broke everything down and how long everything would take and what the monthly bills will be like. He pretty much took all the burden off my shoulder after explaining everything. Also, the cost is fair. It's half of what I was paying per month, so it's definitely a plus. NDR is doing a good job and my experience with them has been excellent so far. I will tell my friends to reach out to them.

I've worked with several negotiators at National Debt Relief, and they've been doing the best they can. At the time when they decided upon the dollar value that I was going to pay them every month for them to pay my debt, the original person that I spoke with did not inform me that at any given time, they could ask for more money to try to resolve an account. And they called me up one day and said that they've solved one of my credits cards. They dropped it down from X dollars to X dollars, but I needed to send them a check for $2100 in the next week or two. I told him that I was giving them $900 a month and that they would gradually pay my debts. They said that that was the amount that they negotiated that would take to pay down my debt. He then said that some of the companies will only go on a three-payment plan over the next six weeks.

I needed some help from debt and found National Debt Relief online. They get me ahead of plan so I can hopefully get out of debt next year. The process has been good and the cost is fair. National Debt Relief has taken a little bit of the stress out of my day.

My boss told me about National Debt Relief since she used them and I also needed to do something. So, I went with them because she recommended it. Everything went real smooth. I worry every time I get something from the lawyers so I call National Debt Relief and I just said "Fax it in to them." The negotiators were really sweet. They explained everything and I haven't had no problems. Their representatives made me feel fine as well. I just worry that I'm not going have enough money in there. I know when they set that up, they said $600 a month. And sometimes I turn around, and then it's an extra $300. I don't know if it's for a year or what. I've been having some hardships because I've been sick and having extra doctor bills.

I just got a divorce and mostly the credit cards are within my name. I'm on my own now. It was hard for me to even buy food, paying off credit cards, getting a roof over my head, and everything. I didn’t know what to do until a friend had told me about National Debt Relief, which I always heard about, but I never thought that – I thought I can do it on my own. I was paying my bills, but they weren’t going down. It was just too much for me to deal with.

I wouldn’t recommend National Debt Relief. Another company took me on and then kept me for three months and got me in trouble. Then they dumped me and didn’t do anything for me. They said they couldn’t take care of me and then they recommended National Debt Relief. However, National Debt Relief talked me into something that I thought was a good deal. They settled accounts with two or three credit cards. They also settled with the court case and kept me from going to court. But if I just claimed bankruptcy, I would have been out of it long ago. Plus, it wouldn’t have cost me near as much as it’s cost me already and I’d be building my credit back.
