Since my experience is just beginning, all I can say, is the people I have dealt with are amazing!! The reason I chose them and I looked them up online, I’m a big fan of BBB and their rating was outstanding, I have no regrets and look forward to working with these outstanding people!!!

Excellent from start to finish. Both ladies I spoke with were very kind and professional. Very understanding and nonjudgmental. I was very impressed with all aspects and everything was explained more than once to me and asking questions was encouraged. Very open and above board.

They were very helpful and nice. I would tell all my friends to call them if they need help like I did. They helped me with the computer as I only play games on it so I don't know much about this and they were very patience with me.

Amanda was an excellent agent. She took the time to explain things to us that we didn't understand. We received more information from Amanda than we had on all of our previous calls put together. She took the time to get accurate information. She explained why she needed each piece of information. She was very helpful, informative and reassuring. She made us confident in knowing that Debt Relief would help us. After the interaction with Amanda, we will highly recommend National Debt Relief.

I had a very good person to walk me through this process. His name is Darrin, he kept me informed all the way. He explain it very well. He called me at least once a week to see where I was in my decision to do debt relief program.

Every time I call any of the team members, I always have a fabulous experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful! I'm so glad to be debit free in about 10 months! Things got very tough due to many situations and without NDR I would not be in my own home within two years. :)

My experience was excellent. All persons were very personal and willing to help and really understood my situation. I was totally confident in my decision to move forward to take care of my debt. So far, they have been spot on either what they say. Communication has been great. Two claims has been settled and they are working with me on the payments. I started off as a wreck worrying about how I was going to make payments on my bills. I’m no longer worried.

I recently joined NDR. As a very new client, I can only say, so far, I am so completely satisfied with my experience. The people I have spoken to on the telephone have been above and beyond kind, compassionate and helpful. My communication by e-mail has been equally satisfying. I would definitely recommend NDR to my family and friends.

Jason ** explain everything to me so that I would understand what was going to happen. Jason went over the contract section by section. When I made the welcome call (sorry can't remember who I talked to) also explained everything very well so that I understood everything.

Anyone that I have ever spoken with at NDR has been very helpful and knowledgeable about my account! The customer service reps are enthusiastic and so willing to answer any and all of my questions, they have taken what is a very stressful situation, and made it much easier to deal with!

This has been the best experience and I wish I would have done it sooner. I feel like a giant weight has been lifted off of me and I have settled three accounts in less than six weeks. It was easy to enroll and get started. Now I just sit back and wait for settlement offers.

Both Edwin and Nicole made it very easy to understand the procedures and process for setting up and maintaining a successful account. It may not be easy, but it should make a great deal of difference for our financial future.

When initiating the process, Representative was very professional, efficient and effective with the explanation of the service provided. All matters of the program were very well explained. NDR helps me sleep at night. We know that our debt is no longer growing and we are shrinking it with every passing day. They do all the work and lay out the options for us, and they’ll wait until we are completely comfortable until they make the final decision. I wish I had done this right when the trouble started. They relieved the pressure off my family.

Great Customer service. Very thorough on explanations. All information was given in great detail. Information that was needed such as fax number/email was given. Email with needed documents was sent in a timely manner. It is obvious that communication between the creditors and this company is being conducted to my benefit.

Both Brandy and Cheryl were very informative. Both answered any question I had, and would stop frequently if I had any questions. I would highly recommend National Debt Relief to my friends and family. National Debt Relief was very quick to call me back, and kept me informed about what was happening.

I was nervous but felt Angel was very nice. It's hard to tell someone you do not know the most embarrassing thing that is going on in your life. Took a long time. Wish the process had have been faster but I'm good.

I have to admit I am nervous about beginning this process... It seems to be a hard step to let go of making regular payments to creditors so that the money can be better utilized. That said, the persons that I have dealt with thus far have been knowledgeable, personable, and friendly, not to mention almost overly concerned that I understand the aspects of this service, both positive AND negative (i.e., credit score drop, etc.). I am also pleased with the way they handle questions, of which I somehow keep finding more to ask - they have been ready with an answer each time. So far so good... The people at NDR have made me feel better about what is maybe not the best option if you ask a financial expert, but it is in fact the only one open to me. We will see where this journey takes me.

Went into the program 16 months ago. During that time I have had nothing but excellent customer service and experience from this company. In this short time they have resolved over 60% of my debt (started at over 50K). Paid much less than what I was going to owe. Average savings was over half what I owed and it has been a great help for me and my family. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I was even served by a creditor, contact NDR and they took care of everything within two weeks. Constant communication with updates and the client portal is great. This program is a godsend. Thank you so much for the relief you have provided my family and a way to get out of debt.

All the representatives I had an opportunity to speak with was friendly and courtesy and willing to assist. They left several messages, sent emails to make sure I completed my document, my welcome call was knowledgeable. Overall great experience. Signing the document online was convenient and easy.

The representatives explained the information in great detail to where I understood it to the “T”. If there was a question I asked the reps answered quickly and very detailed. The service was prompt, when I submitted a inquiry I received a call within minutes asking to help me.

I understand that you have rules, but they need to be flexible. I wanted to keep my bank card out of the program. I fought to keep it out. Otherwise your process is quite thorough. Drew was very patient with me.

Patience is paying off. At the very beginning they told me to be patient and everything would work out. After several months of making regular payments, it's finally really starting to pay off. Dents are getting paid and my credit score is starting to improve. Their negotiating team does fantastic work. Every account was settled for less than 50%.

I contact Natl. Debt last night on computer which within few minutes they called me. The response time was incredible with Sai ** was wonderful on giving me information and getting me approved. The overall customer experience was A+ and I’m happy.

Courteous, understanding, sympathizing and professional mannerisms. Material and options explained very well. Asked questions to see if I understood the material. Good communication skills were apparent. Explanations were easy to understand and grasp regarding calculations of payments and fees involved.

After today knowing one of my debts has been taken care of I feel overly relieved. I got all my questions answered and other questions that weren't related were answered in a quick fashion as well. The only reason I give this review a 3 stars instead of a 4 or 5 is because this is the only good experience I've had. Other offers to resolved my debt haven't been very good as they've asked for 3-4 large payments of anywhere between $800-$1200. I can't handle those kind of payments or else I wouldn't have done this Debt Relief Program.

I struggled so long because I had always paid my bills. A family member did not honor commitments I cosigned for and I ended up covering those commitments with credit cards. A horrible choice. I can now breathe and within a couple more years I will be free of debt. Thank you NDR for this. A simple straightforward process.

Enough info not to worry about if National Debt Relief can really help me get out of debt. I feel skeptical just because I feel there’s a slight chance my creditors won’t accept any offers given to them. The specialist I did talk to made me feel okay to go with the program so hopefully everything goes well.

Perhaps too many documents to be signed --- felt like I was signing my life away and I still have one or two left to sign as I had to leave EMail. I was on my apartment's desktop and someone came in who had to have access to computer right away.

The service was great. My only complaint is that when they go over all of the documents, the representatives are very long winded. They tell you it will take 10-15 minutes but it's usually more like 30-45.

I was quite hesitant about starting this process, but the representatives I dealt with were great. They made this an easy process and were very helpful! I'm hoping for an easy resolution but if needed, I feel confident that I can contact the support team and get a helpful contact person.

I have been with the company for just over a month and so far I have had a good customer service and total satisfaction with how my case has been handled. Very professional and friendly staff. Effective and effective. I for sure recommend National Debt Relief to friends and family.

The people I dealt with were very professional, friendly and explained the program in detail. The only suggestion I would have is it felt very "scripted" and any time I tried to ask a question, they would just continue reading their script. I had to make sure and write my questions down or I would have forgotten to ask them.

In just a couple of months half of my creditors have settled, said up to 6 months. I would say in 6 months at this rate they will all be taken care of! Most of the phone calls have stopped and the ones that do call I just inform them I am working with these guys and they quickly get off the phone. Occasionally I get a phone call from one, but it has pretty much stopped.

The Agents were knowable courteous. They were helpful getting the debts arranged for payment. They were patient in helping me to understand all of the points of the contract. I was assisted with phone numbers. I would definitely recommend the service to a Friend.

I’ve been with them over a year. I’m happy with the 2 deals they’ve made but I hoped to be further along by now. I have 4 more that nothing have been done with. They also don’t ever check in to tell you how it’s going. I mean, not one phone call. I’ve also requested they contact creditors who have now sent me to collections and they haven’t. My sister signed up with them after me and they call her and have settled most of her accounts.

I love that I'm slowly paying things off, but my monthly "deposits" are so large that you guys budgeted me $4 extra per month. That means when I need to make an extra trip out of town because my dad is in the hospital, I can't eat. Your expectations are pretty ridiculous. I postponed several deposits because I couldn't afford them, but then couldn't reduce the payments I can't afford because I had postponed too many. How does that make sense?

They don't harass you for additional payments either, which is nice. Every time I've talked with them they have been honest and understanding. It's pretty refreshing to find that in a company.

I was with the debt relief program through an attorney, and they took $1,000 a month above from what they were taking but did nothing. I've been trying to do the debt relief for about 7 months and they should’ve gotten off and didn’t call me. National Debt Relief had offers immediately. They did 1% and they wanted me to do a $50 a month, but I told them that if I could do that, I wouldn’t be worried about a thousand checks. So I couldn't do that. Also, they were using my home phone and I told them that I couldn’t use that and but they kept using it. And then, it got staggered off because I am in a debt problem. I want NDR to call my phone and identify themselves as National Debt Relief because I will hang up if I didn't know who they are.

I was explained everything that was going to happen in great detail. It was explained in a way that was very understandable. And all the representatives I spoke to were very professional and friendly... I was very happy and felt very good about join the program.

I was hearing good things about National Debt Relief and so I reached out to them. Their program is doing good for me. They handle all the business and I just say yes to everything they need to know. I just got out of the hospital last night so I wasn’t catching up on everything, but my wife handles the call. NDR handles the business and I leave everything to them. So, when they need to know something, they call. They would tell me that they got a good deal for me and ask if I would accept it or not. Then I would accept it and we would go from there. I also like the lawyer they have for me. However, I only have one problem. They are also handling Wells Fargo and I signed the papers. But then, Wells Fargo is the only one that is giving us the hard way to go. Wells Fargo tried to make a deal with me but I told them that they should talk with NDR. Nevertheless, I’d recommend NDR to anybody needing it.

I answered a automative call regarding a settlement with AMX so I stayed in line to speak with a representative. I had an issue with billing. The representative had such a bad attitude, and was very short to resolve my problem. I had to be transferred to a manager who was very sweet and handled all of my needs. I hope someone will address the sales rep about her attitude and the way she is handling her clientele.

I was sad I was over loaning. So, I researched which company is helping out people who have a lot of debt. I saw that National Debt Relief had good reviews. So far, one of my credit cards has been already paid off but the rest of them haven't as of yet.
