All I can say is that I have had a good review with National Debt Relief. So far I have had two debts settlements. If only it's A verbal commitment from two creditors settlement. I happy that they are working on my behalf.

Very helpful, patient and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to someone who needs their assistance. They always respond right away. They are very thorough in their answers and make sure you understand everything. Not judgmental at all. I was referred to them by a friends and will definitely do the same to anyone who needs some help. Very willing to help.

National Debt Relief was highly rated. They had better ratings and better reviews. The enrollment process was really easy and the representative made everything quite simple. All the interactions I've had with them have been professional. And if there have been any issues, they've been taken care of quite quickly. The cost is pretty right there and everything they did was good. The program has been working pretty good and they've done what they said they would do. I'm about six months into a 48-month program. National Debt Relief has helped take care of some things and I'm very happy with it so far.

I needed somebody to negotiate the debt I have and I saw a review about National Debt Relief online. I Googled for the number 1 company and if you do a search, they're number 1. The enrollment process was okay, but it was not what I expected it to be. Until now, we only settled three accounts and haven’t negotiated anything else. They should keep me in the loop as to why they haven’t negotiated all the debts so far. It’s been almost eight months now. I want to be more informed about what’s going on in the process.

When looking for a debt relief program, you need to be scrupulous about all your options. I'm 22 and in way over my head with debt. Updated on 1/20/2019: I took a number of credit cards, all unsecured loans and we signed a contract for National Debt Relief to negotiate the payouts. They'd do it over a period of time and during that time, I'd pay them about 25% of the monthly amount that I would have been required to pay on any of the debts. The enrollment process was done perfectly. They were very, very thorough and they were very detailed on their explanation. It was very clear what my responsibilities and obligations are and what theirs are. To this day, I’ve been extremely satisfied with the way things are working out. So far, I'm about 25% through.

Both the person that processed the application and follow up call Explained the program and process thoroughly and in a professional manner. Asked questions to ensure I understood the process and gave me all the pertinent information if I had questions or concerns.

I’m almost a year into my 3 year program and almost half of my debt is settled. It is a weight lifted off my shoulder. I am happy with how helpful the customer service can be when I have to move payments around. I had to stop payments for 1 month during Christmas and they were really flexible with that and I also had to change a payment to another day of the week and that was effortless. It is very nice knowing I don’t have to speak with the creditors. When one of my creditors got aggressive and filed a lawsuit they took care of it right away and had it settled in 24 hours. It is also well worth paying a few extra dollars a month to be backed by their lawyers. This program saved me from filing bankruptcy and I appreciate that so so much. I am a firm believer that by the end of this program I will be able to move forward with my plans to save for a house. I am no longer stuck.

National Debt Relief appeared to be a legitimate company. When I enrolled with them, their process was pretty straightforward. And the people I worked with was very good. The support staff was well run. At first, I was skeptical but the negotiator did what they said they were gonna do. I engaged in NDR’s program because I didn’t wanna have to deal with the collection people directly and it was a relief to know NDR has to deal with any of the collection people. NDR’s cost was very fair and reasonable to the quality of service I received.

My sister-in-law is under debt relief and she had told me about this program with NDR. I sought their services in order for me to fix my credit. The enrolment process was so easy and it was all good. They helped me on what I needed to do. They gave me two years to pay everything out. I've been with them about six months now and little by little, I will finish the program. I like the program because the negotiators are the ones doing everything for me. They call me if I need to update something or if they have something for me or if the creditor is approved. The cost is according to what I could pay and it's always a good deal. So far, working with National Debt Relief has been good.

We were getting very trapped and trying to get some debts paid off but how I was doing it wasn’t working. We tried some debt consolidation and we went through a couple of companies trying to go through that. I heard that National Debt Relief was number one and so far, the experience had been very good. My wife and I looked up the enrollment process and Googled it. I also like that I only have to do one payment, then NDR does their magic. Two cards are already paid off out of five. They told us that probably by next March, it should be all paid for.

Once you sign up they will not negotiate in lowering the payments at all!!! I called after my car broke down and the person I was talking to was nice but when she talked to her supervisor regarding my situation, she came back on the line and related his message to me "you are on your own, you knew what you signed up for". I felt like I was punched in the gut. I called other companies exactly like NDR and they had lower payments that would fit into my budget. Since my car broke down I had to get another car. My car payments almost doubled. You need a reliable car to get to work and be able to make payments!! So not happy with the customer service or negotiation on debt amount to pay back!!
