I was worried about the amount of debt that I had. And after looking at three providers online, National Debt Relief seemed to be the best. Signing up with their program was easy and fairly simple. The rep was thorough and moved fast, but he wasn't pushy. In addition, my interactions with him were smooth and he was easy to understand. Getting things up and running took just a couple of weeks. But they’re taking a while to get it all done and it’s been eight months now. I could use more communication with them. But so far, NDR has settled about half of my debts at good prices.

I had too much concerns regarding credit cards and NDR provided a hardship case. It got my credit cards down to where I’m gonna be out of debt here in a couple years versus I wouldn’t be out of debt in a long time. I'm a quarter along the way and they satisfied me each time. The payment is suitable for what I can afford. If a friend should ask I would tell them to go ahead and do the program with NDR.

Brian ** was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, respectful and helpful. I had time to think through my decision and so was sure and comfortable when I enrolled. The process itself was easy and remarkably quickly done. I have already recommended the program and Brian specifically to a friend.

Both of the gentlemen that helped me to get started with my account were very thorough and very good at explaining all the details and helping me thru the entire process. Because of them I can fully understand what I am doing to get my debt erased.

I had a couple of medical issues and my credit card debt went a bit high. I went online and I started figuring out how to solve the issue, and National Debt Relief was one of the companies that popped up, so I contacted them first. They explained everything in detail and I followed up with that. I got the debt negotiations from them and it has been really good. We are settling the last debt problem with the creditors. The negotiators worked very well. They were very explanatory and they detailed their work in how we can follow through on solving the issues. Working with National Debt Relief has helped and the stress level has decreased.

I overextended with credit cards and I thought National Debt Relief could help me get my debt down. Their rep seemed very knowledgeable. He was a very nice guy and I felt very comfortable talking with him. If I had concerns, I could call NDR any time and talk to them. I’ve suspended the program though. I just got served with court papers for garnishment on my wages. I’m gonna leave NDR and do something else. It just doesn’t seem to be working for me.

I had an issue with my first rep as she was quick to explain things and didn't communicate well but then my account was transferred to Jay who was amazing with walking me through the process and helped ease my worry in an already stressful situation. He was kind enough to work around my busy schedule providing me options that made getting started in this program so much easier to do. I was in over my head in credit card debts and it had been difficult paying it. I searched National Debt Relief out and they seemed to have a good rating so I went for it. The enrollment process was easy and they let me make a payment that I could afford. Even if I couldn’t make that, they would give a notice three days ahead of time. And if I wanted to pay more, they would just get on that. They worked with me on the payment plan very well.

We were a bit surprised to learn on our Welcome Call that we were going to be dealing with angry creditors. I had a good experience with NDR. I was in debt and I heard them on the radio. A rep from National Debt Relief called me and I talked to him. He then called me and said that I got approved. He told me not to pay any of the cards anymore. He also told me how much I was gonna pay every other week. As soon as they would settle, they would call me, give me the offer then I would accept it and we go from there. He would always call me for everything which was what I liked about it. The rep gave me a timeline that the debt relief would take 36 months. I'm into it for a year now and they've already settled some debts which increased my credit score big time. The payment plan is good and comparable to what I was paying before the program started but now, it’s actually going to a good cause so that’s a good thing.

They are very helpful and nice people to talk to, they are willing to help you fix your bills in one payment. They organize all your bills into one payment and try to come up with the best payment for you.

The representatives at NDR gave me a great experience, they were very patient with my schedule, very concerned about my debt and getting it eliminated and they did not give up on me. The initial call and discussion with Michael ** was excellent. Explained everything in detail, answered questions and was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional. The Welcome call experience was another story. I could not understand the first caller and she was not capable of answering my questions. The second attempt wasn't much better. She speed read through her obviously scripted routine.

My experience was great, I was treated with great respect. Harry was very understanding when I told him what I had been going through just losing my mom and my dad been in the hospital for about a month and half just got out and my cousin just lost her mom my aunt and she just works at Walmart. Her car got reposed and house was behind and I paid it for her and it got me behind but I couldn't see her lose everything.
