My experience with NDR was bad. That is not to say that they will be helpful to someone else. But I was paying all my bills on time. NDR wanted all of my debt to be basically in collections before they would help me. Which is not OK. They told me not to pay any of my bills & not to speak with debtors. Now my credit is in the toilet & I have fired NDR. I can do better than this myself. If you just talk to your debtors, you probably can too.

The agents were patient and thorough. They went over every detail and paused for any questions I may have had. This is a nerve-racking process but they made me feel more comfortable and confident in my decision to do it.

The company has been effective in what they promote. I have saved money getting my credit accounts resolved. My only complaint would be the civil suit I faced, which I wasn't prepared for or expected. But, that too was resolved in a timely manner without further action being assessed against me.

Updated on 1/20/2019: I took a number of credit cards, all unsecured loans and we signed a contract for National Debt Relief to negotiate the payouts. They'd do it over a period of time and during that time, I'd pay them about 25% of the monthly amount that I would have been required to pay on any of the debts. The enrollment process was done perfectly. They were very, very thorough and they were very detailed on their explanation. It was very clear what my responsibilities and obligations are and what theirs are. To this day, I’ve been extremely satisfied with the way things are working out. So far, I'm about 25% through.

Both the person that processed the application and follow up call Explained the program and process thoroughly and in a professional manner. Asked questions to ensure I understood the process and gave me all the pertinent information if I had questions or concerns.

I’m almost a year into my 3 year program and almost half of my debt is settled. It is a weight lifted off my shoulder. I am happy with how helpful the customer service can be when I have to move payments around. I had to stop payments for 1 month during Christmas and they were really flexible with that and I also had to change a payment to another day of the week and that was effortless. It is very nice knowing I don’t have to speak with the creditors. When one of my creditors got aggressive and filed a lawsuit they took care of it right away and had it settled in 24 hours. It is also well worth paying a few extra dollars a month to be backed by their lawyers. This program saved me from filing bankruptcy and I appreciate that so so much. I am a firm believer that by the end of this program I will be able to move forward with my plans to save for a house. I am no longer stuck.
