I had so many questions and doubts before talking with a representative about this program and they made the whole program and steps of the way transparent for me and my husband to understand. I am so hopeful and trust that the National Debt Relief team will help my family and I live a more financially stable life.

I feel that the help I received from Warren, Sherylin and Maryann was very professional and helpful! I am pleased with the service and information about the company and how my debt will be paid! Backing up conversations and info with emails was also very helpful and allows me to keep track of all my correspondence with your company.

For the most part the experience was what I expected having spoken with several firms. Generally everyone I spoke with was helpful and tried to please. However, it was hard to understand some voices and the person who responded to the Welcome rushed through the review. Working through some of the online forms seemed difficult if one is not computer savvy.

Okay, well it is odd that I cannot pay off all the little bills first and then go for the big guys. I mean, it is "my credit " score you guys are ** with. First, you tell me not to pay a single penny, then I ended up going to court for a Target bill of like 250.00 dollars, WTF? I mean really? I paid off 10k but I have to go to court for "stupid **", if I was already working with you guys, I would not want to continue. I do not believe that I will be recommending you guys to "anyone" "anytime" soon...

I worked with Christopher and within an extremely short phone call I was up and ready to pull my life back together again. He made understating my options easy and he helped me alleviate the things that kept me up at night. I’m a new person today.

Anthony ** was very informative because I was on the edge of cancelling because of a family emergency and Anthony let me know that I do have options in this. He explained that it's best to be with National Debt Relief or any debt settlement agency because they have the best interest for you, although it may come with fees, nothing's free and it shows. He provided excellent customer service. He even told me to follow up with him if for some reason I can't make the next payment because I've had a family emergency recently. And although I don't want to get into on what exactly is going on it's been very stressful.

In one week we got 4 good settlement offers. The customer service rep was great and she explained each of them thoroughly. That will be 6 settled since we started in July 2017. The weight of our debt is getting smaller and smaller and we couldn’t be happier.

They were very helpful in helping me and explaining what to expect with my credit debt. Nathan and the gentleman who did the final phone call were both very informative. Let me know all the steps that would be taking place to get me on the right track. Made sure I could afford the payment and what to do if I couldn’t make a payment.

I am not pleased with the handling of settlements but I’m so behind now since National Debt Relief took over that it makes no sense to stop. The fees are outrageous and when I call in hold times are long.

I was struggling after losing a job and collecting unemployment. I was in a bad situation. Racked up all my credit cards due to not having enough income with my unemployment. I was always so nervous about calling because I’m so scared of giving info over the phone and getting rejected. I filled out the application and called and spoke to Bradley ** and he was so helpful! Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about, he was able to answer all my questions and not once made me feel like I was a burden! At that time when we decided to try National Debt Relief, everything was going backwards on us and we decided to try to put all the credit cards into it. We did the enrollment on the computer and it was pretty good. The negotiator seemed pretty nice. He told us what things could be and how things would go. He also said, "When the credit card companies call you, just explain to them you put it through National Debt Relief and they will either contact us or whatever they decide." When I asked him something, he answered my questions for me. I told him I didn't use the computer very much, so he said, "Anytime you got questions, just call."

I got downgraded in my job and I was trying to keep up, so I thought of giving National Debt Relief a shot and my experience with them was fantastic. They take care of everything and tell you to relax, sit back and listen to what they have to say, and that's what I did. They give you results and tell you all the downfalls that could possibly happen, which are very minor. They also work with you in picking a date for the payment plan that’s best for you, so when you get paid you’ll have the fund set up. Also, the rep I talked to was on top of his game. Since working with NDR, I've seen some breathing room to calm myself.

I couldn't pay my bills and I was getting deeper into debt. The interest was impossible and the situation was just too bad. My wife and I were impacted due to that debt problem and we were always fighting as we were both under stress. I've been grinding my teeth 'til I got nothing left and this program of National Debt Relief relieved my tensions. I've received good service from them. Everybody I talked to was very informative and they've been really nice about explaining things. National Debt Relief is making payments for me and paying things off, which I check every so often or they call me. Work with me to help decrease my debt. Do charge fees for doing so that I don’t understand 100% but overall I am happy. Since they lower my debt a large amount I’m not sure why payments stayed higher but oh well.

My experience with NDR was bad. That is not to say that they will be helpful to someone else. But I was paying all my bills on time. NDR wanted all of my debt to be basically in collections before they would help me. Which is not OK. They told me not to pay any of my bills & not to speak with debtors. Now my credit is in the toilet & I have fired NDR. I can do better than this myself. If you just talk to your debtors, you probably can too.

The agents were patient and thorough. They went over every detail and paused for any questions I may have had. This is a nerve-racking process but they made me feel more comfortable and confident in my decision to do it.
