Our payment has been paid every month, we are happy with what has been settled. The biggest thing is we were misled and I talked the guy that originally helped us and he had the same spiel and when I confronted him he said the exact same thing we were mad about to begin with. He said, "Your fees would be calculated from the settlement balance," but it isnt, it is calculated from the original balance. All of your fees are paid before our debts. We were going to cancel but we already had two payments in.

I didn't know where to turn to get relief from all the debt that I had until a friend told me about National Debt Relief, they are very caring and understandable about the debt that I had. Thank you! Thank you, what a relief.

I went through a recent breakup, and a lot of bills. I took a lot of the brunt and it was tough to get back on my feet. I googled National Debt Relief and there was good feedback on it. So I went ahead and called them. They were really easy to work with. I did the online application and then they called back to verify everything. It was pretty simple. I've worked with a few people in NDR. It started off with one person and then it goes to another. Once I had an account, then there was different members that helped me out. The negotiator was good. He was attentive and he showed concern and compassion.

I looked at a few different companies online to see the comments and reviews, and National Debt Relief's name was a little better than some of the others. We started the enrollment process online and then we called and went over the bills, our income and expenses. We discussed the options of qualifying and what it would mean then we proceeded on the enrollment. Our interactions with the negotiator were excellent. He seemed to have explained everything very well and answered any questions we had and he followed up. He alwayed returns calls fairly quickly when we had different questions or concerns. I feel very comfortable working with them because they seemed to really care and they want to try to help and be open.

So far National Debt Relief has helped clear some of our debts. We still have a few for them to work on. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel when I look and see when most of them will be paid.

I think that this program has the potential to do great things and to help many people and I am very happy that I decided to reach out and try and get some help. My experience has been pleasant and I am excited to do business with this company.

I recently joined the National Debt Relief team. The reason I say "team" is because Brandon **, my agent, made me feel as though I was a part of the process. I didn't feel like a client. Every question I asked was answered with great knowledge and care. He also impressed upon me of the serious nature of what I was doing. My experience with NDR was great! I chose NDR because they were rated the top debt consolidation company for 2018. When I received my first call from Kennedy I was very please how patient and kind he was. He was also very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question I had. My husband and I were given plenty of time to think things over and we were not pressured at all to make a decision. I would recommend NDR to anyone that has found themselves in a financial crisis.

My accounts are being handled in a good professional manner and it is very much appreciated. I was just paying the minimum and I'm not getting my credit cards paid off, so I sought the help of National Debt Relief. I Googled it and they had the best review. The enrollment process was easy. I called them and they were easy to work with. They answered their phone calls in a timely manner and didn't make me stay on hold for years. They consolidated my cards and they put me on a three-year plan with the same payment every month. We agreed on the same payment plan and I just get it auto drafted out every month. So far, I've got two credit cards settled and I'm waiting on the third one. I can double my payments if I wanted to and get out of debt faster. Its cost seems to be worth it for my situation. They have to make money too so I didn't think that the cost was too much for getting me out of debt. I have two years left after June. We'll see if they tell the truth on my credit score and when I start to build it back up because that was a big concern of mine.

We weren’t able to pay our bills anymore so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. I called them and they asked for my credit cards, our total debts, what our family income was and what we could afford a month. Then they came back with what an amount that would run for so many months on what they thought they could hit the debts. The negotiators email me when they have an offer. So far, we’re 33% in the process. The downside was I wasn’t aware it would be six months before they even made an offer to anybody. NDR did not make a settlement for more than four months. They didn’t make it clear in the beginning so I wasn’t really happy. I had to be four to five months behind before they’d do anything. Also, I had to have enough money paid in to my account before they could make an offer to settle. But the payment plan went fine and everything is going well now.

We had bills that have gotten out of control and we had difficulty in making minimum monthly payments. I researched consumer debt assistance services and National Debt Relief seemed to have the best reviews. I signed up and now, they are working with my creditors to secure agreed settlements on my debts and they have worked with me to set up a monthly budget to address those debts. Signing up was painless. I talked with them a couple of times and we had a lengthy interview process going through my debts, compiling a list of my debts and statements to correspond to those debts, and then applying to them for their services.

I had credit card debt consolidation with National Debt Relief which I just saw them online. The enrollment process was smooth and the cost was good. I have had no issues until now.

Very clear and thorough. I felt welcomed. I felt they cared and reassures I was being helped. I felt honesty. I know for a fact my Credit Score cannot be repaired in just a month, and they were honest about it and straight forward that the program takes time. It made me trust the process. I feel relieved that I don’t have to deal with calls from creditors anymore, but yet it’s still being taken care of. I still get to be in control of my funds, and that makes me feel more comfortable about this program. Thank you!

I was pleased with the service and the representatives Antoine ** and Kaya (Sp?) ** were very informative and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the multiple times being put on hold and the multiple mutes. But, I am happy with the overall performance.

I am very happy that I am paying these credit cards off. The only thing I am sad about is having bad credit because of this situation. I would eventually like to purchase a new car in the near future, but I am not sure if I will be able to get a good rate at this point. I believe I am considered a high risk even though I am not. At first I was concerned about the negative phone calls and the dip in my credit score, but after only a few months into the program National Debt has already settled with my largest creditor and they are talking and making settlements with the rest. I began the NDR program in December of 2017 and have already settled one account and just received notice that another account has been settled. The quickness of the process is surprising as I wasn't expecting for some of my debt to be settled this quickly!

I signed on with National Debt Relief in April of 2018. Everyone I talked to was professional and courteous. They were helpful and patient when I needed a question answered. It was a smooth transition and process. I may add that they were very thorough about NDR, the fees, how it worked, etc.

No one likes to admit when they screw up and accrue large amounts of debt. That's just the truth. I hit a rough summer when I had to go part time to finish my degree and I just couldn't catch up and honestly, this country is expensive. The very first phone call that I made to NDR was fantastic. No one likes to talk about money and I definitely felt that I was not being judged by the other person. The setup process was kinda lengthy but worth it. They are still continuing to negotiate on my behalf and I am almost one year in and on the path to being debt free. Sure they will help you resolve your debt for a hefty fee. I paid $1800 to have them settle a debt so after I pay the settlement and they add $1800 on I save $300... I paid them $1800 to save me $300. I'm beyond sick! I can't believe this company is allowed to operate.

Okay, well it is odd that I cannot pay off all the little bills first and then go for the big guys. I mean, it is "my credit " score you guys are ** with. First, you tell me not to pay a single penny, then I ended up going to court for a Target bill of like 250.00 dollars, WTF? I mean really? Anthony ** was very informative because I was on the edge of cancelling because of a family emergency and Anthony let me know that I do have options in this. He explained that it's best to be with National Debt Relief or any debt settlement agency because they have the best interest for you, although it may come with fees, nothing's free and it shows. He provided excellent customer service. He even told me to follow up with him if for some reason I can't make the next payment because I've had a family emergency recently. And although I don't want to get into on what exactly is going on it's been very stressful.

In one week we got 4 good settlement offers. The customer service rep was great and she explained each of them thoroughly. That will be 6 settled since we started in July 2017. The weight of our debt is getting smaller and smaller and we couldn’t be happier.

I got downgraded in my job and I was trying to keep up, so I thought of giving National Debt Relief a shot and my experience with them was fantastic. They take care of everything and tell you to relax, sit back and listen to what they have to say, and that's what I did. They give you results and tell you all the downfalls that could possibly happen, which are very minor. They also work with you in picking a date for the payment plan that’s best for you, so when you get paid you’ll have the fund set up. Also, the rep I talked to was on top of his game. Since working with NDR, I've seen some breathing room to calm myself.

When I asked him something, he answered my questions for me. I told him I didn't use the computer very much, so he said, "Anytime you got questions, just call."

The agent took his time to explain things to my understanding. He was polite. The agent gave me time to think about my decision and was very patient with me. The welcome team members also were very good in making sure that I understand what I am doing.

Great customer service with people who take the time to go step by step through the process with you. Based on the reviews I read prior to enrolling, I already knew what to expect. There is a reason why this company has consistent ratings.

Work with me to help decrease my debt. Do charge fees for doing so that I don’t understand 100% but overall I am happy. Since they lower my debt a large amount I’m not sure why payments stayed higher but oh well.
