Have had totally positive experience with National Debt Relief. All representatives I have had dealings with have been knowledgeable about all proceedings. Have much greater people say cell of mind since beginning this process. I, personally, would not have been able to deal with creditors to achieve the same result.

All of my concerns and insecurities were quickly put to rest by Marc ** and Monica ** when starting this program. Hope the rest of my experience with National Debt Relief is as smooth, professional, pain free as it has been on the phone so far.

I recently contacted The Success Team of National Debt Relief in reference to a debt summons I received yesterday 4/25/2018. I spoke to Rosemary **, This agent went the extra mile to explain in detail the steps and process that the company was going to take to resolve this summons. She took the time to listen, guide, and reassured me that the Co. will work with me and gave me a time frame wen to expect a call from the legal aid. Rosemary responded with professionalism, compassion and a great bedside manners. Need more trained employees like her. Thank you Rosemary, for putting my mind at ease.

Both Adrian Morris and the Welcome Call Team were very helpful in helping me to understand all of the details of the program. While this is very scary for me, they were very reassuring. I'm very excited about getting rid of becoming debt free.

More decisions they offer to you so you become Debt free. You even get a phone call from representatives talking to you about how your account is doing good and what they have to offer for your new payment option that will let you keep a couple of lunch money options. After a year with them, a few of my cards have been taken care of and a few left. Pros: a great customer, helpful, low payment options. Cons: your credit score will hit rock bottom if you solve with NDR. I have heard there are other services that don’t make your credit score hit to the bottom and don't make your bills go to collections. Kinda regret about it.

Every time I have had to call customer service or deal with any of the responders with your company I have had nothing but great people. Wonderful attitudes never a sour tone. I have never been talked down to or felt belittled when dealing with your reps. Thanks for great customer service. Rare these days and very much appreciated. They were very informative and friendly. They made us feel like they have known us for a long time! Very courteous and very punctual with their return calls. My wife and I started a business then we ran up a bunch of stuff on credit cards and basically couldn’t afford to pay them off. I talked to a bunch of different providers and National Debt Relief came up with the best rate. The process went smooth and easy. The rep who dealt with me from the start was very helpful, very good, and came up with a price real quick. I was paying $1,900 a month on different credit card payments and she dropped my payment almost a third. Now I'm only paying $690 a month. I'm very happy with the service. It's definitely worth it.

National Debt Relief's enrollment process was easy, and we got a good payment plan. I looked at the reviews and NDR seemed good. The cost was fair, and I had a fine interaction with the negotiator. They took my information on what I was trying to accomplish, what the payments would be, and how it would work, and they explained it clearly. I know they got to build up some funds before they can start negotiating and it took a while for them to get going on it, but once they got going, it's been doing good. I've been with them for a year and a half now and they've settled almost half of my debts. So, I'm happy with what they have done, so far. I'd recommend them.

Rikyela is great. She followed through with getting my new autopay account checking number processed! She took the info and followed up after three days. She’s a five star employee and so is the rest of your team. Not to mention you just settled another account for me.

Most of my debt has been settled already which gives me a light in the end of the tunnel. The reason why I don't rate NDR as a 5 is because their fee to settle the debt is 23% (at least for my contract with them) which is extremely high.

I like the fact that you can just approve a settlement via email response. You don't get hassled with a bunch of calls. I don't get any more calls from creditors and my credit score is climbing! When I started with this company for about the first year it was good then I suffered major medical and financial setbacks and could not keep up with 2 payments a month so they dropped me with no notice also they dropped 2 of my accounts after I explained in detail how bad my financial hardship was. I am back using them but they raised my monthly payment by 100 when half of my debt was gone but I am trying to keep up with the payments to them. They constantly bother you with automated callls while at work.

My experience has been ok. They did tell me they would call me back on Tuesday evening at 8:45pm and no one called. They kept calling me while I was working. So far I am extremely pleased with the first 3 negotiated settlement amounts of debt on my accounts. The only suggestion I would make is to lower the portion that NDR gets after settling. I didn’t seem to know that it was going to be $250-$300 each time. Thank you!

We followed this plan that National Debt Relief set up for us. It was a difficult process as we have a family and trying to pay off more than $30k in debt, but we did it. They were great to work with and we stuck it out through the entire program and paid it off. It feels so great to have that burden lifted off of us.

Very happy with the initial call with Jonathan **, very clear, very responsive. However, the person I was talking to when I completed my welcome call was not very friendly. She was speaking so fast and every time I would ask a question, she was speaking over me and being super impatient. It didn't seem like she really cared about me, but I am sure not everyone is like that. Again, overall great experience, welcome call not so much.

I've been working with NDR for about 3 months now and they've been really helpful. Customer service is always available when you need them, and so far they have made settlements with two of my debtors! Obviously it will take a while before everything is totally resolved, but I feel like I'm making steps in the right direction. I am aware that you need to take some money out of my account, but was shocked that so much was taken out so soon. I have made 3 payments of $491, totaling $1473. You took out $606. This is over 1/3 of the amount I have paid into my account. This is not right to do! Now I don't have much for you to negotiate with, which will have my creditors adding more fees to my account. I am very disappointed and upset about this and would like someone to call me and let me know what you can do about this.

Overall, The experience has been good as of this point in the relationship. Only time will tell, how the relief system works for me personally. I am hoping to see a silver lining once we are through the dark clouds. But, patience is a virtue. I will tell my friends about this service that may require it.

Credit card debts and unexpected expenses led me to seek debt relief. The enrollment process with National Debt Relief wasn't difficult, except they couldn't get our bank account right. They had a problem with it not being able to take the money, and the money that was coming wasn’t coming out because it was never right. So we had to go open another account for them to withdraw from so that they could do it. But what I had a problem with was with the sales process. Everybody was nice. They called me when they got a settlement offer and emailed it to me. However, within two hours they called me and told me that I have to accept it without anything other than the numbers and my expectation that we would be able to understand what we were settling and how we were settling it. All these other contractual issues that we were led to believe would be relevant, weren't, and in fact weren't part of the arrangement.

Enrolling at National Debt Relief was a good process. When I did some research online, I came across them and the person I spoke to counseled me through the process. That's why I went with them. Right now, I'm still in the process because I have had some hardships so I had to postpone. The process with them was supposed to be 200 and I told them I wanted to skip and they lowered it to $59 so they worked with me. Also, National Debt Relief paid off some of my creditors and I’m still in the program.

When I have spoken to NDR representatives, even though I was upset and crying, they remained calm and calmed me down, also. I appreciated that and still do. I got my 4th settlement in 4 months. We are thrilled. We have saved about $7-8,000 so far and in process of paying off 4th account. Been decently smooth until yesterday For my 4th settlement MY account would be short. I spoke to the first girl that wanted $2,000 today. Did a horrible job explaining why. Kept placing me on hold, explained I had to go. She said call back with 24-36 hours to decide how we will pay. They called me four more times that day. After work I called again. This guy gave me different info but just kept throwing numbers at me that again made no sense. But he did say they need 54.00$ to post by Friday or they have to deny settlement and they will not stop calling. They work for me. They have no right harassing me. I said turn down the offer and not to call again. I was going to take it higher.

I was at a point where I couldn’t debt consolidate. My credit was already to a point where it was diminishing badly and I needed help out of it.
