My experience was good. There was a couple of things that were not told to me at first. Like the welcome call that had to be done before my account would be activated or my account would be deactivated. Also that it would take another 20 min on the phone to do this.

We had a tragedy and we racked up all of our credit cards. In the span of a year, we surmounted some debt. We researched National Debt Relief and they were the best as far as how much they would charge per settlement. We signed up with their consolidation program. However, the enrollment process was not that easy. Everything that we had, debt-wise, did not show up on our credit report. We knew there were a few things missing, but they had been sold to other companies. We were still getting phone calls a couple of months into the process with new debtors. So we had to continually add debt to our amount. And so, that brought up our monthly payment. But it wasn't NDR's fault that they didn't have all the information, it was all our fault.

I had a bunch of bills that came up which caused a tidal wave because other things just collapsed upon other things. There was no way to pay for any of it at that point. I looked around to look at the companies that I was aware of and with that, I chose National Debt Relief. They set me up with a pretty good program and enrolling was very easy. They call me or I call them and we have a conversation. They gave me some numbers and asked me to consolidate some of the information for them. It took three to four hours on the phone.

They were extremely helpful. They explained everything so I could understand it. They gave me phone numbers to call if I had questions any time. They had a welcome call to go over everything to make sure I understood everything. They made me feel so much less stressed.

The ease of signing up and the follow up phone call immediately was well received. It's nice to know that someone still cares to help those of us who have hardships and just need the resources of a company like NDR to lift us and get us through. Thank you in advance.

The enrollment process has been very pleasant. Everyone I have spoken to has been reassuring and helpful. They have clearly communicated that this process will negatively affect my credit. The true evaluation will be at the end of the process. I greatly fear aggressive creditors pursuing legal action. That I would consider the worst case scenario. Hopefully it will not happen, but if it does, I have been assured the legal team for NDR will take care of it. This is a scary process, but the thought of never getting out of this debt and the thousands I am loosing in interest is even scarier.

I ease right the wonderful experience. I was put at ease right away. All that I talked to never made me feel any less of a human because of owing so much money. Everything was explained to me in great details and when I asked a question, I was treated with respect and didn't feel stupid.

I reached out to my dad and he had heard of someone having success through National Debt Relief's program, so I picked them. They made it super easy to sign up. Everyone has been super friendly and not overbearing, which is nice. They pick everything for you and you hardly have to think about it. They have wonderful customer service and the reps are professional and very patient when I have questions. I've been in this process with them for about two or three years now and they've been making great progress. I'm almost done with it. The payment plan is entirely reasonable and I hardly notice the cost because it's that beneficial. I just wish there would be a little more transparency about how much longer things are gonna take, like a visualization of where you are in the process. There is one on the website and it has been really wonderful.

Signing up with National Debt Relief was very easy and it was a very simple process. There was an interview and then, I had to go online. They gave me a timeframe of roughly a couple of years to get everything settled. I have quite a ways to go but there have been some settlements at this point. The reps knew what they were doing for the most part. I had some questions along the way and they were very helpful. Their customer service was wonderful and they were very empathetic to my situation. They tried to work with me as much as they could within their means but still tried to move things along as best as they could too. I would recommend them to someone else and I just recommended them to my mom. She recommended them to me a while back, but she fell out of the program. She called me and asked if I went through with NDR and I said yes. I also told her that she should try them again so, I think she's gonna sign up.

I had lost my job and I had debt. I didn’t see any way out of it. My husband suggested I consolidate it and I looked at the AAA scores and the Better Business Bureau. Then I called in to National Debt Relief and interviewed with Arthur. He said it seemed like a hardship to him. Then it was pretty simple to enroll. It took a little while on the phone but they’re always very responsive. If I have any questions, I can just call. They also send me e-mails with regular updates. Plus they've got everything laid down on the front page of the website and on my user profile. It's simple to read and to get a hold of someone.

Richie ** needs more training to learn how to be professional and polite or he will run off customers that's needing help to get rid of their debt. He is very aggressive and demanding when he is talking to you. I was trying to explain my credit to him and he would cut me off when I was talking and basically told me since I was not going to do it his way that this company could no longer help me. It wasn't until when he was about to hang up in my face, I asked to speak to his supervisor and then he put he on hold. Shelly ** listened to me as I explained my credit and why I did not want to add on credit card that was under my name. Shelley helped my husband and I with the remainder of the process and it went smoothly. Nicol ** was also a pleasure to work with to ensure all my information was correct and ensured we understood what we were signing.

I spoke to Jonathan and he walked me through the program and helped me to make a informed decision. I am very nervous and scared about going forward, but Jonathan took the time to assure me I was making the best decision for me being laying all out in black and white how long it would take me to pay it off otherwise. And told me to stop feeling bad about myself and start fresh with less stress. I spoke to Bianca and she was very nice also. Explained everything to me. I'm paying monthly and they take care of all of the companies. I'm about halfway through the program and it has paid some of the debt off, so it is definitely a good thing. The negotiators were great. They walked me through what has been paid or how much I'm gonna have to pay and how many months and the timeframe that it is gonna take for me to complete the program. I just started. Sounds great if true but the second welcome call was completely unnecessary. I spent another 1/2 hr on the phone and it was a repeat of my original call. She read the same things I already signed. It was a complete waste of time.

I heard National Debt Relief's number on the radio and I called them. They were easy to get a hold of. I didn't feel like I was going to be out on a whim. I received my information from NDR in the mail. After reviewing it I decided to call. After a lengthy phone conversation with questions and explanations of how the Program works I was told I get a call back if approved. The call came and 18 months later I was debt free. This is an outstanding company and they work very hard with your creditors to negotiate fair settlements in a timely manner. Even when I had a lawsuit filed by a creditor it was given priority and negotiated quickly. I realized it’s all about how much you can commit to your monthly payment to make the whole process move quickly. Even people on a fixed income like myself are able to make adequate monthly payments to get through the process. I had too many credit cards and I was having trouble paying each one off with just the minimums that they were having and with how much I was making at the time. I got a flyer in the mail about National Debt Relief and I read other people's online comments about how much NDR helped them. The enrollment process was very easy. NDR took the credit cards, but they didn't consolidate it. I'm paying it off where I stopped paying on the credit card and they negotiated with the credit companies to decrease the amount that I pay as long as I've paid off within a certain period of time. They're very responsive and always helpful.
