At first I was very skeptical about enrolling, even about calling, I thought that I was going to hear a bunch of gibberish about things that I did not understand and the agent was going to be pushy. But I was wrong. I talked to Mr Carlos D** ore who turned out to be a very professional and easy to talk to agent for the National Debt Relief program. He made everything understandable, he took his time to answer all my questions. He was very patient. Thank you national debt relief for this opportunity to get my life back on track.

Because of my high credit balances and monthly payments being made it seems very tight. They do work very hard to get best payment schedules for me. It will take longer than I thought to be completed but life at home has been better seeing debt go away.

All conditions of the plan were clearly explained. Documents came immediately and the electronic signature made it easy.

I was very happy with help National Debt Relief gave me. They were kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable to any questions that I may have had. They were very easy to work with and wanted nothing but the best for me.

When I spoke with a agent regarding my debt he was forward with me and told me everything I needed to know. I asked questions and he answered them truthfully. When I had to put my account on hold due to maternity leave and no income coming in I was able to do that with no problem. The only issue I have is the individuals who respond to the additional questions I have regarding things I see on and off my account. One of my credit card companies that NDR is handling sent me a email saying my account will be charged off. When I sent the same email to NDR they gave me a generic answer as well as there are additional settlement amounts on my account and no correspondence has been made but still evolving. I asked about that and got a generic answer once again. So since being enrolled since November with a 2 month break I have gotten 1 of my debts resolved out of 4.

Everyone has been very helpful. Ryan ** has guided me from A to Z with every question and concern. He made me feel like I was making the best decision to solve my debt. I'm looking forward to resolving this debt. I'm so appreciative for this program.

I am very happy with National Debt Relief. They keep me up to date on all settlements. In a little more than a year they had settled all my credit cards. I will be paying for a few years but this would have taken and cost me a lot more to do this myself.

Taking too long. I had offers myself and National Debt Relief did nothing about the offers. I could have settled some of my accounts myself if I know how they worked so slow. I wish I never hired this company to handle what I could have done myself.

I called and asked about the program and the two customer service reps we spoke to was phenomenal and answered all our questions. We also got enrolled in the program. We did our welcome call and both associates walked us through everything and read over the whole packet with us.

Updated on 02/28/2019: I was caught between a rock and a hard place. I used NDR before but I didn’t use them for two months because my wife passed away and I couldn’t afford to make the payments. After I got things resolved and help from my daughter to take care of my wife’s remains, I went back to NDR and the process was very smooth.

Everyone treated me with respect and answered my questions. I just need the hard copies to sign any other documents and fax them in. I am not able to download the pdf files. So far I am very pleased and can't wait to see actual results of this program before giving my final approval. I asked to speak with Marisa and Kaiya did not transfer to her. I wanted to speak with Marisa as she was very understanding and spoke with authority knowing what she was doing. I'm sure Kaiya knew what she was doing but spoke too fast and I could not completely understand everything she was trying to explain. I can only respond to the CSR who signed me up, Bill ** who was very professional and talked to me about this program. Debt free in 36 months, the only thing I am worried about is getting the phone calls from the credit card companies. I have tried very hard to keep my credit score up by paying on time but as you know the ones with the highest interest rates I was not getting anywhere!!

I am perfectly ok with the debt settlement agreements with my creditors, however I still find extremely expensive the fees you charge for your services. Your fees almost offset the saving I make with such settlements. I also would like to request that you contact Bank of America and try to reach an agreement. B of A is the bank that I have my account for over 20 year and I need to establish a better relationship with my bank.

The cost seemed a little high but it was on par with everyone else and it worked. Working with National Debt Relief was handy because a bunch of bills was paid off.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been positive. They have the best rating from what I read and I am in a situation, and so I called them. So far, it's going well with National Debt Relief, although it could go a little better. They've been helping me get reduced payments on some of my cards. So far, two were completed and there are still some pending. The negotiators are nice people and they try to work with me. They ask me if there's anything else going on that I need to talk about, and those are good qualities. They offered me a payment plan which I gave my okay. They have payments set-up and I check my accounts from time to time. I feel a little less stressed since I don't want anybody calling at my job and I don't want anybody calling me at home. Still, I would like it if National Debt Relief speeds up a little bit because I have overwhelming debts that I would like to get addressed, get negotiated, and paid off.

I love that one of my debts is being settled so quickly. And a National Debt Relief rep contacted me and reviewed the settlement so thoroughly to make sure I had a complete understanding. National Debt Relief's rating with the Better Business Bureau got me to go with them and enroll in their debt relief program. The enrolment process was good and easy and I had a pleasant interaction with their employees. So far, the program has been working fine and I like NDR's cost. With NDR, some things got taken care of and took some weight off my shoulders.

Once I approved it, National Debt Relief paid the credit card company and that credit card was completely paid off in full.

I’ve noticed that National Debt Relief has been pretty good about keeping me notified when they want to update me about the status of my account. Also, when I forward an email from a credit account they respond immediately with a notification that they’ve received it. They seem pretty organized, which I like.

I feel relief but anxious about the process. I feel hopeful but nervous about the creditors backlash. From what I’ve been told you guys will take care of me. I am thankful for that! I hope and pray this process as smooth as possible and I’m able to get out of my debt responsibly and smoothly.

The representatives were helpful with my questions and were always very informative and answered all questions. They outlined a program for me to resolve my debt. I was called and emailed about the progress of my debt. They are the best and I recommend them to anyone.

I did a Google search and National Debt Relief was the first one that came up. When I called them, the rep was so nice that I used them to consolidate some credit card debt that I had accumulated. They reached out to all the credit card companies and then they came up with a financial plan for me that worked and I could pay them monthly. At that time, I was working and my husband was adamant about not paying it. Now, he pays it because I got hurt and I’m not working. But we came out with an amount and National Debt Relief was fine with that. I said I could pay $200 every two weeks but they asked me every time they called if there’s any hardships and if I wanna lower it. And they negotiated all my credit card bills down and then called me and I had to accept it.

I had very few options to consolidate with and National Debt Relief seemed to be the best choice. I also explored a couple of companies and they gave me the best rates, so I went with them. We discussed which loans I wanted on their program or what I needed to consolidate and they joined them all together. Their negotiator was very cooperative and answered all my questions. The program has worked for two of my loans so far, and they told me the requirements for the third but I haven't met that, so I'm waiting on it. I'm very satisfied with their service and working with them made my quality of life a little better. Before, life wasn't really easy and I didn't have enough money for food. I would refer National Debt Relief to my friends if they needed it. They're good at what they're doing.

National Debt Relief has been a big help to me as a divorced woman who had some stuff she had to deal with after a divorce. I needed help with my debt and I saw NDR's ratings. The young woman that I spoke with was great. She explained everything and everything went well. NDR met my needs and the cost was absolutely fine. They were empathetic and very caring, which was very nice. I could tell they're out to help and not just to make money on their end.

I was in a situation where I couldn’t afford my debt any longer, and after doing some research, National Debt Relief seemed to be reputable. I have three out of five accounts settled and I just settled my last two, so I’ll be done with the program in October. They said three to four years and I have been on the program a little over a year, so I’ve done pretty well. However, I wish they’d have some sort of thing when I make an agreement with one of the creditors where they put "agreement settled" versus whatever they have on my credit report. But I would recommend them overall.

There was a National Debt Relief poster in my office and because it was posted at my work, I figured I could trust them with my concerns about having too much out and not enough coming in. I did the enrollment process on the phone and it was easy. They asked me how much my debt was and I told them and then I asked questions about how they would pay my debt. And whenever I had questions, I could email them and they would get right back at me. They asked me if I could make a certain payment and I said no on the first payment because I was stretched out far enough. On the next payment, I was told to stretch it out again and I agreed provided that they gotta split that up. So, it worked. When the payments first started to come out, I worried about what was gonna happen. But after they started paying, it was okay. They also considered other bills. They have cleared out at least two of my debts and I'm happy right now.

They explained things so simply it was easily understood. They took the time to answer our questions and were very friendly. We called the National Debt Relief number pretty late and Matthew stayed on the line with is until 9:30 p.m. which was amazing.
