The certified counselor did an excellent job of explaining the program to us and the entire program has been a blessing for us and we would not hesitate to recommend the program to anyone. I work in the hotel industry, and I know when someone executes great customer service, and Christina ** is a name that I'll never forget because she perform the aspects that requires class of great service. I enrolled in the program a year ago and I'm almost out, and with the debt that I was in; if I were to do it on my own it would have taken years to get out of financial difficulties. I was skeptical at first, but talking to agent Christina ** for almost 4 hours having her waited on the line and calling her every 24/7 made me feel comfortable in joining the program. Folks! this all starts with the person who we deal with not only the referrals, but for the representatives who accommodates us at first visit to anything.

Everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful, so far everything is fine, I hope it will continue to be this way. Not too sure how I am supposed to handle the creditors calling me, so hopefully everyone will be as helpful with that.

Updated on 04/02/2019: I am almost halfway in the process at this point and they've consolidated four of my cards in less than a year. Whenever I need to not do a deposit, the negotiators have been very understanding and very helpful. National Debt Relief answered all of my questions and working with them is impacting me in a very positive way. They are helping me build my credit.

Because of my high credit balances and monthly payments being made it seems very tight. They do work very hard to get best payment schedules for me. It will take longer than I thought to be completed but life at home has been better seeing debt go away.

I am perfectly ok with the debt settlement agreements with my creditors, however I still find extremely expensive the fees you charge for your services. Your fees almost offset the saving I make with such settlements. I also would like to request that you contact Bank of America and try to reach an agreement. B of A is the bank that I have my account for over 20 year and I need to establish a better relationship with my bank.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been positive. They have the best rating from what I read and I am in a situation, and so I called them. So far, it's going well with National Debt Relief, although it could go a little better. They've been helping me get reduced payments on some of my cards. So far, two were completed and there are still some pending. The negotiators are nice people and they try to work with me. They ask me if there's anything else going on that I need to talk about, and those are good qualities. They offered me a payment plan which I gave my okay. They have payments set-up and I check my accounts from time to time. I feel a little less stressed since I don't want anybody calling at my job and I don't want anybody calling me at home. Still, I would like it if National Debt Relief speeds up a little bit because I have overwhelming debts that I would like to get addressed, get negotiated, and paid off.
