The sign up was a little difficult. My wife’s account was added and she decided to remove which could have been handled better but was eventually resolved. The representatives weren’t all on the same page which was frustrating. The welcome process was confusing.

I have been pleased with every aspect of my experience with NDR. I am 82 years old and blind in my left eye. I appreciate the patience which Sue ** displayed when explaining all of the intricacies of the debt program and answering all of my questions.

The decision of joining NDR was a very difficult one to make because in a way, I was admitting I failed and needed help to re-establish myself. Overall experience was good. Gary my coordinator was very good, With emails going back and forth to sign electronic forms the experience was not so good. We had problems so much that multiple emails with the same thing were mailed out.

When I first thought about doing this, this was very frightening to me. However, looking the reviews and after talking to Chris, I knew this was something I had to do. Chris was such a great person to work with. I am looking forward to getting out of debt and being able to breathe again.

Everyone explained everything to me in a very long explanation. Loan companies will just shove you through it but my consultants with National Debt Relief took 2 hours to make sure I understood everything and even was able to push back my first payment a month so that I didn't go without. I work in the hotel industry, and I know when someone executes great customer service, and Christina ** is a name that I'll never forget because she perform the aspects that requires class of great service. I enrolled in the program a year ago and I'm almost out, and with the debt that I was in; if I were to do it on my own it would have taken years to get out of financial difficulties. I was skeptical at first, but talking to agent Christina ** for almost 4 hours having her waited on the line and calling her every 24/7 made me feel comfortable in joining the program. Folks! this all starts with the person who we deal with not only the referrals, but for the representatives who accommodates us at first visit to anything.

Everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful, so far everything is fine, I hope it will continue to be this way. Not too sure how I am supposed to handle the creditors calling me, so hopefully everyone will be as helpful with that.

Whenever I need to not do a deposit, the negotiators have been very understanding and very helpful.
