Over the process was user friendly and concise. While making my decision to go forward I did feel some pressure to make a decision receiving at least one call and email per day asking me for my choice. As this is a big choice, I felt a little pressured. Once I decided this program was the right one for me the process was quick, easy and virtually hassle free. I haven't made my first payment yet so I can speak about the service received so far and it's been good.

Since my first discussions with NDR, I have been very satisfied with the communications from your customer service people. My one problem is that I have called on at least 2 occasions regarding continued calls from Chase card services telling me that they have not received any paperwork from NDR regarding my accounts. This could be just a harassment issue but when I checked with NDR, they were unable to confirm any activity with Chase. This was my largest account and I would have thought that would get attention first. Chase wants a proposal and they also deny getting any form to tell them that I have turned over my account to NDR for resolution. Help me fix this and the above is 5 stars. Thank you.

The gentleman I spoke with were very professional. They took the time necessary to educate me on the process, and assured me that it my best interest was there primary concern. I am still uneasy because I have not done anything like this before. I feel confident that they will walk me through this process as painlessly as possible.

I was so overwhelmed and depressed and didn't know what to do. My husband lost his job of 18 years and found another, but only making less than half of what he was making before. They are unwilling or unable to follow directions from clients. I cannot hear on the phone very well & have requested all correspondence via email. They insist upon calling at all hours. What is wrong with these people?! It's been over a year since I started with NDR & am not impressed.

They are very courteous, and explain everything to where you can understand it... Also, they fully answer any questions you have. Took a little time to build up my account but after 4 months I have my first creditor off my shoulders. They ended up accepting less than half of what I owed them. Very happy about this! I think it would be much more efficient if each email would be properly titled and maybe a bit less info in each. A check list would also be extremely helpful. Well I did like National Debt Relief until... I received a phone call today offering me a loan to pay off my creditors faster, I asked for more information and was transferred to Metabank. They did a soft credit check and denied me the loan...obviously!! My credit score isn't looking fabulous right now obviously, that's why I'm enlisting the help of National Debt Relief!! Why would you offer me a loan dependent on decent credit? Why would you waste my time? You know all of my info and what I'm doing here with you. I would love to know the thinking here and why I was offered this. It's almost laughable.

I feel you guys need to work more on communication. When a person tells you he or she can't afford what is coming out every two weeks. You guys cut it for three months. I just feel you guys are holding the money and not doing anything with it. So my credit score is taking a hit while you guys are not paying the bill.
