I would like to say The National Debt Relief team have been wonderful to me! They have answered all of my questions, and I have been horribly embarrassed by this, but I feel like they have not judged me for this mistake. I know I hat they are willing to help me get through this hardship!

Good customer service and very thorough. Answer all questions and explained the program. Program is very simple and direct. Keep you in control of your debt. It is a flexible program. The program will do the negotiations. I am confident that education is the key to success in this program.

Seems like a great program to help people who are financially strapped. The program will be very helpful to me since I was struggling each month to pay my credit cards which nothing was getting reduced from the interest each month.

For the first few months of the program it didn’t feel like things were happening then all of a sudden four of my creditors were settled. They told me I would make 29 payments and be done. Now all of a sudden they want to rush the process making me pay all in one sum of over 2000.00 And still tell me My payments continue to 2022. I started the Global account payments in 2017. That is way more than 29 months. I am not happy... My 250.00 payments for 29 months is 2 years 5 months. 2022 is 5 years!!!

You can call or email literally any questions I have and get close to immediate responses. They are very friendly and great at walking you through the process of the stressful situation of trying to get out of debt. I'm very happy with my experience so far. Been using there help since Dec. 2017 and it's now May.

National Debt Relief’s promise to improve your credit is true. We fell into hard times above our debt and their staff has negotiated paybacks for many of our debts in an affordable and professional manner. Creditors no longer call as NDR has taken over all our accounts in the program. There is a lot of sacrifice by having to live within the means of dispensable income, but being in the program and paying down debt has been well worth it.

My wife and I signed up for the debt relief program and so far it's been nothing but helpful. We do not have to worry each month if we forgot to pay someone as we did have different people we were paying. All we have to worry about is paying our monthly payment to the National Debt Relief program.

I Truly had an Outstanding Experience with NDR. I recently had to quit my job to take care of my mother. This left me without income to help her with bills. He was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and patient with my mother. He pulled her credit report and explained to her that by only making the minimum payments on 13 credit cards, it would take 70 years to pay off. He told her in the program her debt could be paid off in 4 years.

The entire process is transparent and easy to follow. It would be helpful to know up front the specific law fees not included if there was a lawsuit. The Customer Service people were clear and great. The process took longer than expected, and I would have preferred just having and signing the document. If I had questions, then I would have called.

I have great support during enrollment and on the final enrollment call. This was easy and all staff were very knowledgeable. I researched this program before I enrolled in it and it was the number 1 program in the country and now I see why. Customer service is top notch with this staff.

Settlements take some time but results are satisfactory. Some settlements are reduced in half which is great savings. I would recommend this company. It’s a smooth efficient process.
