During a time when a person feels under incredible stress, anxiety and pressure, I was treated with kindness and understanding, patience, explanations were repeated when I had questions. I like to emphasize that I greatly appreciated the way I was treated.

I had payments that were more than what I could afford to pay, so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. They were the first company that I called. The enrollment process wasn’t very difficult. The reps have been nice. They've called and let me know stuff. The cost is pretty good. NDR just takes a certain amount each month out. At this point, I’ve paid one off and they’ve made arrangements with two others, and there's still more to go. Their program relieved a lot of stress because I don’t have to worry about being late on things and that’s nice. Working with NDR got me out of my bind and got the monkey off my back, all the money I owed. It’s less confusing. I told my son he should try NDR if he can’t figure out what to do with his credit cards, so I would recommend them. So far, my experience with them has been good.

they only worked with 2 of my creditors since the balances weren't high enough for the other 4. Not too sure about the allowing to go past due but we shall see what it is worth. I guess things will work out in the end.

I was walked through the entire process. Miesha was very thorough with her explanation. Very prompt with communication. Helped make me feel at ease with decision. The process was very detailed but allows me to pay off my debt quicker if possible.

I saw National Debt Relief commercials a bunch and then I looked online and saw some good reviews about them which made me give them a call. Their online stuff is really good. You can see everything. Then the person who talked to me was extremely patient and informative. It took me six to eight months before I went ahead and made a decision to go with them. And then when I called back with them, it was like I never missed a beat. It was like, “Hey, I’m gonna walk you through the process.” They were very informative, they explain everything and remind you of the stuff you wouldn’t think to think about. I was very happy with it.

Being in debt led me to seek out the services of National Debt Relief. I called them and my experience with them has been great. The enrollment process was easy. The reps that I worked with set up my account. The program has paid off my debt and I've got almost two years left. I’m gonna end up paying NDR to negotiate, so someone’s getting my money and it’s not all going to the creditors. It gives me a little bit of relief to have NDR negotiate with creditors on my behalf. It’s less stressful on my part. I would recommend them to a friend.

I felt that Diana ** was very honest. Being in my situation is very hard on me and my ethics. It is scary. She made me feel like there is light at the end of my tunnel. I am severely depressed and I feel like that a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.

It is too soon to tell how to rate my experience. I can say this is my first time working with any type of debt relief service and I have nothing to compare it with. National Deb Relief is doing a wonderful job and I'm very comfortable working with them. I’m very happy with them. My program was set up for 38 months and I'm seven months into it. So far, I’ve had about four bills negotiated on my behalf and I feel much better about where I’m headed. It has made me much more relaxed towards the debts knowing that I’m going to get them paid off. I feel that the process is going to be quick enough that I can start to reestablish my credit and everything shortly down the road here.

NDR's reps were really helpful. When I started asking questions, they helped me out right away and were super informative. I signed up and it was pretty easy. Thus far, they have been easy to deal with. We don't hold forever to talk to somebody and their reps are able to give me figures right away. The payment plan they gave is aggressive but it's working. Thus far, working with them has alleviated a lot of stress and I feel like I'm making progress.

When I became unemployed, we were unable to make, at least, even the minimum payments on our debt. Given our situation, I just looked for the best and went with National Debt Relief. They set me up with a payment plan for a goodly amount. Although it is kinda high for a one-income household, it is getting us to where we can still manage it. Also, the cost that I pay them has been reasonable. So far, they already settled one debt in less than a year and they just started working on our second debt. Their reps have been keeping us up-to-date on negotiations and our interactions with them are excellent. National Debt Relief is doing a good job. I would refer them.

At first, I was a little fearful as I had "bought in" to the idea of having credit cards and thinking about not having them created a little anxiety. I made the call anyway! National Debt Relief has helped me consolidate my debt and get rid of some of my debts. It's affordable too. The payment plan is based on the debt that I have and our monthly budget. When I called them initially, they walked me through their steps of what I needed to do and the enrollment was all done over the phone. They've also always been understanding if something comes up where I can't make a payment or where I make a half a payment in the beginning of a month. Then if I have a question or a concern, someone would get back to me within minutes.

This was a huge step for me to take. A failed business had put me in a horrible mess with personal credit card debt. I contacted Consumer Credit Counseling and several bankruptcy lawyers. Bankruptcy was an option but not a good one and per information from Consumer Credit Counseling I tried debt relief as an option. Hello NDR Team, I want to take a minute and recognize Kester ** for his outstanding customer service. I’m in the world of sales and get to talk to people face-to-face and on the phone all day every day and, I’ve seen and heard almost all of it. Kester is nothing short of legendary. This is a very difficult/scary time for me as I've never been in a debt situation like I am in presently. I just went through a divorce which cost me $30,000+ that I had to put on my credit cards and, with the interest rates I’m getting charged there simply no way I would ever be able to pay it off since I can only afford the minimum payments at this time in my life. I had to clear up some debt and searched for something to consolidate all of it together. I got a debt consolidation from NDR and they put all my debts together in one payment. However, I didn’t realize they were gonna take all our past due so far where it wrecked my credit really badly. Anthony was very helpful however the lady I spoke to on the phone was rude. She spoke so fast that I couldn’t understand half of what she said but if I asked her to say it again she would sigh and would not speak any clearer. She would ask me if I had any questions but if I did have a question, she got annoyed as if I was bothering her.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Things were explained very clearly. The later in the evening operation times were helpful as well. The payments were surprisingly affordable and conveniently I could break that one payment up into two payment and that made it even easier payment wise.

My overall experience was quite a long procedure. I emailed at first because I do have trouble hearing on the phone and it was very good because then I could take the time to go over the documents. The explanations were precise and to the point. I only had a few questions which were all answered.

My payment is $634 a month, now to 2020. It wasn’t gonna be so much longer down the road. In 2020, I would have that much more to go towards my family and my expenses, to take care of them.

I had gotten something in the mail from National Debt Relief. I saw something there and looked it up. The enrollment was simple. We’ve been in the program for almost a year and have reduced our debts. Although there is a fee that we have to pay, it’s not as much. It’s as if I had to pay every penny back though. They do not work hard to settle your debt and you can still be sued and your credit really drops.
