The entire process is transparent and easy to follow. It would be helpful to know up front the specific law fees not included if there was a lawsuit. The Customer Service people were clear and great. The process took longer than expected, and I would have preferred just having and signing the document. If I had questions, then I would have called.

Both Kester, through the application process, and Sherylin, through the welcome call, were of great help in our quest to relieve debt. They spoke kind of fast at times, but I was still able to keep up with them for the most part and understand them. Others might not be able to. Overall, depending on how the account settling pans out, I would probably recommend this avenue to a friend who may be in a similar situation we are in.

I have great support during enrollment and on the final enrollment call. This was easy and all staff were very knowledgeable. I researched this program before I enrolled in it and it was the number 1 program in the country and now I see why. Customer service is top notch with this staff.

Settlements take some time but results are satisfactory. Some settlements are reduced in half which is great savings. I would recommend this company. It’s a smooth efficient process. Though it takes time by time settlements are arrived you will have stored money in your account to start payments immediately. So far results seem to be consistent with presented goals and expectations.

National Debt Relief is an excellent debt settlement company if you are unable to pay creditors. The customer Service success members are very knowledgeable, professional and patient when explaining the program. The only problem I had with the company was the length time it takes to get a settlement.

Over the process was user friendly and concise. While making my decision to go forward I did feel some pressure to make a decision receiving at least one call and email per day asking me for my choice. As this is a big choice, I felt a little pressured. Once I decided this program was the right one for me the process was quick, easy and virtually hassle free. Since my first discussions with NDR, I have been very satisfied with the communications from your customer service people. My one problem is that I have called on at least 2 occasions regarding continued calls from Chase card services telling me that they have not received any paperwork from NDR regarding my accounts. This could be just a harassment issue but when I checked with NDR, they were unable to confirm any activity with Chase. This was my largest account and I would have thought that would get attention first. Chase wants a proposal and they also deny getting any form to tell them that I have turned over my account to NDR for resolution. Help me fix this and the above is 5 stars. Thank you.

They are unwilling or unable to follow directions from clients. I cannot hear on the phone very well & have requested all correspondence via email. They insist upon calling at all hours. What is wrong with these people?! It's been over a year since I started with NDR & am not impressed.

Well I did like National Debt Relief until... I received a phone call today offering me a loan to pay off my creditors faster, I asked for more information and was transferred to Metabank. They did a soft credit check and denied me the loan...obviously!! My credit score isn't looking fabulous right now obviously, that's why I'm enlisting the help of National Debt Relief!! Why would you offer me a loan dependent on decent credit? Why would you waste my time? You know all of my info and what I'm doing here with you. I would love to know the thinking here and why I was offered this. It's almost laughable.

I feel you guys need to work more on communication. When a person tells you he or she can't afford what is coming out every two weeks. You guys cut it for three months.
