It was pretty easy process. It was explained decently and they attempted to break it down as simply as possible. My only complaint is that they were extremely pushy for a final decision. Overall I hope that this does help me as much as they insist that it will.

You send them all your credit/debt information and they handle all transactions from that point forth. All you have to do is click a button when you agree to the transaction. This move was a definite stress reliever for me.

I have been please with National Debt Relief. They always work behind the scene working with my debtors. They keep up with previous settlement amounts in order to assure my settlement can be achieved within my budget. Also, my debts have been settled for great discounts.

I was very pleased that my latest card settlement was for 1/3 of what I actually owed. When I call in for help, the person taking my call is always friendly. They send email when there are updates to my account.

Questions about the "Authorization to Speak and Negotiate" - I called today and spoke with a man about this and he was quite rude actually. He made me feel bad for having a question about what I was signing. I felt like I had no business questioning that form and just to "do it"! We were on a recorded line if you'd like to review it. Might want to teach him better phone etiquette and to treat people with respect and consideration. This process is difficult as it is and for me anyway, it's hard to have to go through this so a little understanding and compassion would be nice. Thank you.

Program clearly explained. Pro service! All questions were answered well and staff made every effort to avoid client apprehension. Every email sent to me was reviewed and gone over. NDR customer service is so far excellent. All that was gone over, gave me a sense of transparency.

Fairly new, only a couple months in, but everything that the original 'agent' told me is taking effect. The customer service team/Global Client Solutions team is great. The only feedback I would have is that it was evident to me that the original person I spoke to was in it for the sale and then there's a clear hand-off to the customer service team and during that transition I had several more questions, but the original person went dark on me. Other than that though, it's been a good experience so far and seems to be working.

The payment plan started off difficult, but it's easier now because the bills were consolidated and I have one sum to pay instead of paying five different sums to five different people. National Debt Relief keep me updated every time there is a settlement with a credit card via email or phone call. Any changes to my account they always communicate with me. When I speak to customer service they are always polite and they listen to what you have to say.

When choosing a debt free company it is a very hard process. I had received a lot of companies wanting to help but NATIONAL DEBT had the BBB backing them up. Sam ** was wonderful and she helped with the process and helped me understand just what the company was offering. If I had a question, I knew I could call her and she was right there to help me. The only problem I came across was getting the documents to upload and had to get this done by a friend and print them out. So far so good. The process is long but well worth the effort of being debt free again and not have to worry of not answering the phone.

I was treated courteously and professionally at all times. All my questions were answered. The thing I appreciated most was that the first dollar figure I was quoted stayed the same throughout the process (i.e. oh, that will be extra).

Couldn’t be happier with the way NDR handle my account. Easiest place I have ever worked with. CSR always polite and always have answers for me. Worked with me when my wife lost her job and I had my hours cut back at work.

I appreciate all the NDR has done for me to settle my debts to this point. However, the process has been extremely slow and payoff schedules are very drawn out. I'd like to get my life back on track and they seem to be stretching things out to earn more money on their side. They contacted me after 6-8 months of on time payments to say I could apply for a consolidation loan but I was rejected for bad credit... duh! I'm in a debt settlement program. Really stupid.

This company has been excellent in helping me resolve my debt issues. Any questions that I may have had were always answered. Updated on 05/04/2019: I had way too much credit card debt grounding slowly. I saw the National Debt Relief commercial, which was extremely easy to understand on TV, and when I called and spoke with a couple of different people on the phone, they were extremely helpful. What really stood out to me about what they were offering was being able to get all of my debt taken care of in three years instead of having to pay it all off. It would save me an enormous amount of money, about 52% overall, so it is quite a huge saving. I have some debts that have been settled, but I still have some that are open that I'm waiting on acceptance from their part.

This company is great! We were in big trouble and gave us a way to look forward to a positive future! The customer service I received was terrific. All my questions were answered in a fast and thorough way each time.

They are fine when everything is going well, until you get sued, then they make it obvious they don't want your account. You're just a number to them and the customer service reps are rude and won't listen to you, and barely have any knowledge to help you.

Things are moving along; not at the pace that I would prefer but on track as promised, overall. It feels like the fees being assessed on accounts are being settled are quite large. I have no problem paying for representation but they are quite extravagant and feel that the fees should be spread a little thinner so that the debts can be settled more efficiently. Also, it seems like they are negotiating medical bills harder than they are credit card debt. Had I known the movement on my credit card debt would have been this slow I would not have included the medical bills, as we've received good settlement offers directly from creditors. The credit cards should be the main focus and that with all the fees we pay, they should listen to us when we ask for that consideration.
