What a great experience... Little by little I am going out of debt. A great program to choose if you want to go free of debts... believe me, is a commitment easy to achieve because you use less money to pay the same creditors that you are paying right know regarding your debt.

Good info provided from the start of the signup process through the program operations. Felt welcomed from step one. All contacts were polite and thorough in their explanation of what will be done and when. Forms for submission were sent in a timely manner with easy to understand instructions.

I have been working with them for over a year and I have made great progress with my debt. Going through a divorce and having to get things back to normal they have really been by my side. I have told friends about them and they are looking forward to work with them as well.

NDR responded quickly to my inquiry and the rep was very knowledgeable of the process. He explained clearly what would take place, what I was responsible for and what the costs were. This has taken a lot of stress off of me.

At the outset, the focus was more on the outcomes such as the negotiations with the debt holders. When I would acquire about the fees, I would be redirected and/or told to be patient and that I am to give into an account for approximately 6 months to have monies to satisfy the settlement amounts. That was not the case. The six plus months were reserved for NDR fees; which is not totally bad, it was the amount of the fees that took me for a whirl. The fees are 25% on the original debt. That meant instead of me saving three thousand on an account; when the fee was applied to this one account, the savings would be less than one thousand dollars. Per the NDR representative the 25% on each item that would be negotiated with the debt holders is not negotiable with them, NDR. It's like taking 4 steps forward and three steps back. That does not work for me.

Very professional, explained the process thoroughly and helped me feel the confidence in my debt relief. I feel I will have the support to get through this process of feeling less stress and not drowning in my financial mess, so I can move forward. Thank you Tom **???

When I first started with National Debt Relief, I was nervous. I just had a baby, still on maternity leave, not getting paid, and bills were just racking up. Before I already had CC debt, by then, it was worse with fees. Medical bills from having my daughter were already threatening for collections... This was just 2 months later. National Debt Relief has now settled 4 of my 6 credit cards. It's definitely a process but you just have to trust how they do things and they will take care of you. I'm so relieved that they just settled my highest balance. It feels so good.

So far the company has been upfront about the process and procedures. I appreciate the quick response time as to being approved and the fact that each line was gone through on the documents. Unfortunately I'm not feeling relief quite yet not until the creditors accept an offer and then are paid off.

I was informed today by Chase that they do not accept and work with debt consolidation agencies... 3 of my 5 creditors are chase and this was a waste of my time and money because they will not be paid off.

My experience in dealing with National Debt Relief was very calming and gave me a sense of relief. Everyone that I have spoken to has been courteous and helpful. I didn't feel judged for the situation I was in. The process was easy. Each person I spoke to helped me to understand what I was signing up for. They answered all my questions and also gave me re-assurance.

I had to contact them just to get something going. I am not dissatisfied with the agreement that was reached with the creditor just with the fact that they sign you up and take your money but leave you to deal with everything on your own. I contacted them to get things going a few times but they wait until 6 months in to do anything. If I had known that was the case I would have talked with other debt consolidation companies before starting. As it is I contacted a few to see about transferring my business and found that not all other companies waited as long to get things going.

Very professional to deal with and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend this company to anyone!! They aren't these other companies that are just there to take your money and leave you stranded, they are there for you every step of the way with their support. We need more companies like this out there.

I haven’t dealt with NDR for very long, but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them. Everything was explained very well to me and after only a few months I’ve already had a settlement with one of my creditors. So, for now, I would highly recommend NDR to anyone that needs debt help.

For a few months I have been struggling with a huge debt and it's been causing a lot of anxiety and stress. I recently lost a sibling to colon cancer and also my spouse even more recent (March). They called me with a settlement between my credit card and them and it was great that they got it halfway but they want me to come up with almost $2000. That’s what I thought the National Debt Relief wise not to come up with the whole lump sum so I was very disappointed.

Updated on 05/24/2019: I was consolidating and heard good things about National Debt Relief. They went over everything with me. They told me how they were gonna take care of everything and what my payments would be. They made sure that the payment plan was something that I could afford to pay every two weeks without having to worry. They also made sure that I was in agreement with everything. I was very pleased with the negotiator. They called me every time they settled a debt. And I can also go online and look there to see all of my progress, which is very nice.

My experience was great. I feel so much lighter. Glad there are people willing to work hard for me and help me through this terrible time. I would highly recommend someone to National Debt Relief because they make you feel better knowing you have options.

I have only been with National Debt Relief for two months but in that two months they have already settled two of my credit card debts for a much less amount which was a owed. So far they have done everything they said they would be doing for me and I’m already feeling very relieved.

Agreed to have $184.00 withdrawn from my checking account on the 4th and the 22nd of each month... monies would be accumulated and paid out to creditors (A) Chase, (B) Wells Fargo, and (C) First National Bank... in proportional final payments agreed to be the lowest and best payback for the specific debt. E.g. 40% of the total debt owed to Wells Fargo... 40% of the total debt to First National Bank and 40% of the total debt to Chase. NDR would collect a total of $368.00 ($184.00 X 2 = $368.00) each month leading to a pay-out of the best negotiated amount that represents savings of over 50% for each debt. My understanding was that NDR would handle everything as far as negotiating the lowest amount payback to creditors.

I was seeking a way to consolidate credit card debt and National Debt Relief was my answer. Everyone I dealt with was very informative and professional, ensuring that I completely understood everything within the program. The enrollment and welcome process are very thorough.

I felt very anxious when I first called NDR, but once the process was explained to me in great detail my anxiety began to subside. I am just starting my journey to be debt free, but I feel comfortable that NDR will continue to be on my side through my whole journey.

Each person I spoke with during this intense and frightening process was supportive and able to relieve some of the stress. So far my experience with NDR has been excellent! The customer service rep I worked with, Casey **, was very helpful and didn't make me feel stupid for needing help with my debt consolidation. After everything was figured out for my situation, I'll have almost half of my debts taken care of in a little over two years, or less if I make double payments! I was not happy to have to contact NDR but Marc was fantastic! He listened to my story, was non-judgmental and supportive, and explained what NDR could and could not do for me. He was patient as well and went over the program thoroughly. Vanessa was just as thorough during the welcome call and I feel like I have a good knowledge of what is to come. It is not going to be easy but at least I have support.

NDR will ruin your credit! Everything they tell you is the most optimistic scenario. #1 - All creditors work with us. NOT TRUE! One creditor (the largest debt I had) would not settle and ended up filing a judgement before NDR "settled" with them for the entire balance. This prevented them from settling on any of my other balances - they kept asking me for more money, probably for about 2 years, to build up my account enough to settle with the other creditors. After 3 years, only 1 of 4 accounts were actually paid off and settled. I also paid about 34% interest with their fees. It would've been MUCH BETTER had I gotten a low-interest loan to consolidate the debt than to use NDR!!! I was too embarrassed about my situation to talk to anyone else about it and made a HUGE MISTAKE!

They seem to be slowly taking care of my debt thoroughly, but are taking a bit long for me. I do like that they pretty much take the wheels to your debt and handle it. I would recommend them to others all the same though.
