In my short few months with National Debt Relief program there have been two significant events that have led to some concerns with National Debt Relief that are quickly eroding my trust and confidence in your National Debt Relief to competently handle my debt relief. There appears to be a serious lack of communication within National Debt Relief that amounts to a bothersome amount of time wasted and quantity of phone calls for me to repeat myself time and again. Each and every time the representative assures me that my "account is being noted" which leads to my previously mentioned concerns. I will not allow such important matters as debt relief to be handled by a business with such insufficient methods of communication knowing that I rely solely on your firm's ability to communicate with creditors in an attempt to reduce my debt. The thoughts above are from multiple calls in regards to signing creditor agreements and submitting multiple copies of creditor statements which appear to be lost by National Debt Relief who will then call and state that I have not submitted them.

Dwayne made the enrollment process very easy. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. Until I found National Debt Relief services I was in over my head, and never thought I would get out of debt.

National Debt Relief has been amazing. When I call and ask questions they have the answers for me. They have been getting the debt resolved quickly which I appreciate. I would recommend them to others that need financial help. The creditors have been contacted in a professional manner.

The agent rushed through the process and sounded agitated for awhile. He really didn’t explain very good and I’m questioning if this is the right direction to go. The security and comfort like everything was gonna work out for the best was not established.

Today call was very disturbing. Out of all my other calls this one was the most upsetting. Need a lot more training. I kept asking question about my own account and he would just “say mam do you rejected, I have to review." I told him I didn’t understand why I would be ok if-if rejected the first time. I don’t have any extra. He then still goes on about me talking over him and that he need to review. I just said ok. Then put me on hold and comes back and says ok it’s approved. What! Ok now it’s approved. Ok well I hope this is recorded because you just said I would need 580.

The customer services reps were very informative in providing me with all the information I needed to get started. They were not pushy to get signed up they gave me the opportunity to research all my options before making my final decision.

I contacted National Debt Relief over a year ago, but "chickened out". I contacted them again and spoke to the same person. She was very patient and helpful! I never felt pressured or forced to make a decision. It was on my own terms. The online forms to sign were easily signed electronically. And the welcome call was quick and easy to understand too. I changed jobs and my insurance went up to $90 a week. I was making more money per hour so that’s why I took the position. The only benefit is the fact that I am no longer being harassed by creditors. In the long run it did not save me any money between their fees and how long it takes to settle. It's pointless to have this service. They really do not help you and charge you so much to even help you when you could be just paying it off yourself. You actually paying them to just tell a collection company how much you can pay them month. And they charge you first then once you done paying them then they go in and pay the charge off. However they do not provide service that would help remove anything off your credit. So it's really not worth paying somebody to do what you can do.

They strive to help you diminish your debt and since we’ve been in the program they’ve done that. I was with another company that didn’t resolve anything. I liked National Debt Relief's price difference over other debt relief companies. I enrolled all the debt that I had, around $60,000. I had a lump sum payment that I added into that, so it kind of move things quicker. Now, what I need to do is go over my budget and see how much I can contribute on a one-time basis to get back on track. So, I owe them a callback. Moreover, it might be nice to do emailed transfer notices. Say, you’ve got a schedule set up that you’re gonna withdraw $100 every Tuesday, and you got email notification set up to do similar things. It would be good if that particular transaction type had its own email notification. Nevertheless, it is very easy to get in touch with them and their payment plan is flexible. I noticed that I got to pay all my bills once a month now, which is a little tougher than paying it twice a month. So far, NDR is doing a good job.

I was in debt and I went online and National Debt was the first one on there. I went with their debt consolidation program and my experience was great. They asked how much I was in debt and how much I made. And then, they figured out my income and how many bills I had a month, and they decided how much I could afford. I’m still working on the program, but it's paid off a lot of my debt. National Debt's reps were very courteous, nice, and helpful, and they wanted to help me get through this.

I was very nervous with starting this program. Luckily I had a co-worker who also did the same program with this company! Good welcome call. The representative I spoke with explained everything, however, there was more talking than listening or answering questions. More like reading a script than a conversation. It worked for me because I already understand the program. But for someone not as familiar with it, they might agree to something they don’t fully understand.

Updated on 01/19/2019: National Debt Relief said that the timeline to settle all the debts was approximately three years and we're about 30% done already. With this program, It’s easier to manage my paying people back and having one loan instead of trying to keep track of paying everybody. It's not hard at all to get a hold of somebody either. All I have to do is call the 800 number and they’re on the phone with me right away. The people there are all very friendly and always extremely helpful. I've also recommended the service already.

I had surgery so I wasn’t able to work and finances weren’t available to be able to fix the bills. I decided to give National Debt Relief a shot and they were really helpful. I like getting going with it. The reps made the enrollment process easy and they let me know what they needed to do. Everybody that I talked to has been very polite and helpful. We’re coming up in about a year, so I got about two more years after that. National Debt Relief gave me a bit of relief when I needed and they’re willing to work with me, so that’s helpful.

I called National Debt Relief and their reps asked me a bunch of questions. Then, they sent me some paperwork to look over and sign. I sent those back in and I was on my way to getting some help from them. So far things have been good with them and I'm about halfway done through their process. However, there were a couple of months that I had to skip payments because I needed the money. NDR was good about helping me and they were really nice about it. Also, their negotiators were really good and they explained everything. While I don't know what they're paying off at the moment, they let me know when they manage to pay a debt off. NDR is working with my creditors and they're getting me out of debt. Overall, they're pretty good and I'd tell others to go through them.
