They'll trick you into their program with all the comfy words while you're in financial distress give you veil promises and you'll end up saving nothing. Be smart if you contact them. Don't get manipulated. Writing this to you readers as a survivor from their scam, I went all in with their program and only after 9 months in I realized what they're up too. WATCH OUT!!!

National Debt Relief seemed to have helped me so that’s good. I went with them because of their ratings. They were a little better than the other companies. However, when I wanna know where an account is, I call them, and I talk to just a person, not the actual negotiators I worked with, and I can't get any information on my accounts until they’ve account negotiated something. So, I think that could be improved. They don’t know anything about the account, why it's being negotiated or not. There should be a little better communication there. But since using National Debt Relief for about a year now, we're able to pay the bills. It was like $400 less a month, but they're dealing with it. And I don’t get anymore phone calls.

I was in college and I was trying to fix old mistakes. I did a little bit of research online and National Debt Relief had the best consumer rated reviews. I called them and then they called me back and sent me the paperwork and letters I needed through email or through the mail. I was able to look up anything I needed to look up, like I could see when the next payment was, past payments and the amount of the debts. Also, the payment plan worked out perfectly. They took my other bills into consideration and I was able to call them and change the plan if I needed, and even postpone it if needed sometimes. Working with them, my credit score improved.

Both ladies that we had the privilege to talk to did a very great job of letting us know what to expect and what we need to do. I am very happy with the professionalism of both ladies. They answered all question in a full detail answer. I am excited to get started becoming debt free with NDR.

I came into a situation where that time of the year, you get escrow shortage letters and notifications. National Debt Relief consolidated my debts. I have a commission-based contract with the company. It was an unusually slow winter. I had health issues last year and leaving almost three months of work set me behind. That’s why I ended up in the program to begin with. They suggested I let my debts age a little bit. I waited three months before they started to negotiate. The ones that they have closed on were substantial reductions and I had a fairly easy payment plan. They were there once I made the call. Then when I needed to skip a few payments in my account, they were really responsive. They have a good understanding of what my situation is. They were more than willing to work with it. They worked it out and are still making that work. They consistently bent over backwards.

The agent was clear and easy to understand in everything he explained to me. I had thought it would be intimidating and too much to handle for me but the step by step process was simple and easy to follow.

I needed debt consolidation and found National Debt Relief online. They kept popping up everywhere, so I went with them, and their enrollment process was relatively easy. However, it would be perfect if things would be resolved quicker. I started working with them in November, now it's already April, and I have just two accounts negotiated and set up for payment. I also have two customer fee payments, like $1,500 which is pretty big.

I pretty much did a little bit of research online, and National Debt Relief had the least amount of negative reviews. They provided me consolidation of multiple debts, credit cards and other loans. Now, I'm not struggling to pay bills. The enrollment was pretty smooth too. It only took maybe a couple hours at most.

Very thorough and continuously reiterate so as to keep confusion low. This is a very uncomfortable scary time, but they have been very professional thus far. I look forward to successfully completing this process. I am hopeful this will go as smoothly as they say. They did come highly recommended and have an A++ rating with the BBB.

I found myself in a difficult situation with my finances and happened to come upon NDR. I am so happy I did. The person who guided me through all this was Rodney **. He was so helpful but most of all patient. Besides being nervous and questions, he made me feel at ease. All the other team members were so wonderful as well. My stress level has come down a bit and all due to great guys at NDR.

Everything was explained to me very thoroughly. Agents were very patient and answered my questions in a manner I could understand. They are very prompt with follow up. I feel very comfortable with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend them.

National Debt Relief is nothing more than a scam. The negotiation fee (in my case) ran the resolved debt up to the same as the original debt minus $1,000. My global savings. My original pay off date was 7/2019. Now they moved it to 9/2019. When I called to inquire about it, I was told they were carrying it over until 11/2019. The person on the phone did a ton of math over and over to try to make sense of it. Then he came up with my total. Settled debt at $11,000. Company Fee for settling the debt at $4,600. Total should be $15,600. But at 73 pay periods, mine is at $17,228. He said, "oh that is because of the smaller fees for holding the money and transferring funds, which is a monthly fee that adds up over time." My original debt was $18,000. Totally useless and NOT WORTH it!

Both representatives did a remarkable job helping me digest all of my options. They both made me feel very comfortable making a hard decision like this. I truly feel so much better already because of how they clearly explained my options. Thank you.

I was hesitant to call but now I am glad I did. The staff is very helpful answering all my questions and guiding me on the path I needed to take. I did not feel like I was being judged and everyone that I spoke to was friendly and understanding.

My specialist was very informative and had a lot of information. I had to ask them to repeat themselves because they went too fast as I was I was trying to take in all the information. I know they do this on a daily basis but I really needed them to slow down and explain things more clearly and slowly so I understood what I was getting involved in. Sometimes it was overwhelming for me. But they were accommodating for me.

Didn't care for the several repetitions of reading and listening to the long paperwork --- I know, - you gotta make sure it's all clear--- from my research 50% off my credit charges is exceptional (mentioned several times). But if I'm offered only 25%, I can only assume that's not a sincere final negotiation.
