Very fast, effective, courteous to my situation. Was able to give me an answer within an hour of my call. This was not a scary or threatening process at all for me, very helpful. I felt relief immediately, wish that I would have called National Debt Relief much sooner.

It's pointless to have this service. They really do not help you and charge you so much to even help you when you could be just paying it off yourself. You actually paying them to just tell a collection company how much you can pay them month. And they charge you first then once you done paying them then they go in and pay the charge off. However they do not provide service that would help remove anything off your credit. So it's really not worth paying somebody to do what you can do.

They strive to help you diminish your debt and since we’ve been in the program they’ve done that. I was with another company that didn’t resolve anything. Thank you National Debt for helping get my debts resolved very quickly!!! If you’re in trouble and you find yourself drowning in interest rates and going nowhere these are the people to call.

I was in debt and I went online and National Debt was the first one on there. I went with their debt consolidation program and my experience was great. They asked how much I was in debt and how much I made. And then, they figured out my income and how many bills I had a month, and they decided how much I could afford. I’m still working on the program, but it's paid off a lot of my debt. National Debt's reps were very courteous, nice, and helpful, and they wanted to help me get through this.

I liked National Debt Relief's price difference over other debt relief companies. I enrolled all the debt that I had, around $60,000. I had a lump sum payment that I added into that, so it kind of move things quicker. Now, what I need to do is go over my budget and see how much I can contribute on a one-time basis to get back on track. So, I owe them a callback. Moreover, it might be nice to do emailed transfer notices. Say, you’ve got a schedule set up that you’re gonna withdraw $100 every Tuesday, and you got email notification set up to do similar things. It would be good if that particular transaction type had its own email notification. Nevertheless, it is very easy to get in touch with them and their payment plan is flexible. I noticed that I got to pay all my bills once a month now, which is a little tougher than paying it twice a month. So far, NDR is doing a good job.

I would truly recommend this company to friends or family. I had researched different debt consolidation companies and the Better Business Bureau rated this company as an A+. I am so relieved that my husband and I can pay off the debt we owe. We are both so relieved and happy!

I was very nervous with starting this program. Luckily I had a co-worker who also did the same program with this company! Good welcome call. The representative I spoke with explained everything, however, there was more talking than listening or answering questions. More like reading a script than a conversation. It worked for me because I already understand the program. But for someone not as familiar with it, they might agree to something they don’t fully understand.

When I first called, I was apprehensive and a little embarrassed at the financial situation I was in. I felt as though I was stuck in this cyclical burden of my minimum payments. Updated on 01/19/2019: National Debt Relief said that the timeline to settle all the debts was approximately three years and we're about 30% done already. With this program, It’s easier to manage my paying people back and having one loan instead of trying to keep track of paying everybody. It's not hard at all to get a hold of somebody either. All I have to do is call the 800 number and they’re on the phone with me right away. The people there are all very friendly and always extremely helpful. I've also recommended the service already.

I called National Debt Relief and their reps asked me a bunch of questions. Then, they sent me some paperwork to look over and sign. I sent those back in and I was on my way to getting some help from them. So far things have been good with them and I'm about halfway done through their process. However, there were a couple of months that I had to skip payments because I needed the money. NDR was good about helping me and they were really nice about it. Also, their negotiators were really good and they explained everything. While I don't know what they're paying off at the moment, they let me know when they manage to pay a debt off. NDR is working with my creditors and they're getting me out of debt. Overall, they're pretty good and I'd tell others to go through them.

I had surgery so I wasn’t able to work and finances weren’t available to be able to fix the bills. I decided to give National Debt Relief a shot and they were really helpful. I like getting going with it. The reps made the enrollment process easy and they let me know what they needed to do. Everybody that I talked to has been very polite and helpful. We’re coming up in about a year, so I got about two more years after that. National Debt Relief gave me a bit of relief when I needed and they’re willing to work with me, so that’s helpful.

National Debt Relief did not explain to me in greater detail how their fee would be taken out immediately after they settle and cause my account to be zero. After the first three settlements which they settled in nine months time, now I would have enough money to do more. Furthermore, I have to pay more money because my account was in the negative. They will take out their fees, which causes no more debt consolidation to be done for five more months and I have lawyers calling me on an everyday basis. Currently, I have sixteen accounts still pending.

I had some credit card debts and National Debt Relief’s process has been okay but I’m stressed because I get lots of calls and letters from everywhere hounding me. Dealing with the negotiators was good and two of my credit cards were supposed to be paid off last week, two are supposed to be paid off this month and then I have one more credit card and one more loan. It might have been better to do bankruptcy because I probably would not have had the calls, got so behind on everything and my credit score would not have gone horrible but NDR is good.

National Debt Relief gave me the best deal for a program for credit card debts. They work with me on how much I can afford to pay. Then they just call me when they have made a deal and then I have to say yay or nay and then they take care of it.
