I have found your service very helpful. However a solution to the constant calls from the creditors needs a lot of help. I have been told I am not required to talk to them, but they continue to call several times a day.

We have been happy with the settlement of different accounts but we’ve had one that was turned over to you that we received legal papers on sent them to you and the attorney and here we are 9 months later under the impression this was being handled and we’ve not only almost doubled the amount owed but now have been served with legal papers and a court date. I had a great experience with Andrew and the welcome call and Andrew was very knowledgeable and smart. The welcome call explained everything and was very helpful. I was able to leave with knowing all I had to know.

I was checking out different debt consolidation companies and my son said National Debt Relief would be a good one. I’ve done consolidation before, but I never did it online. My son knows a lot about that kind of stuff, so I just went along with him. He filled out everything for the enrollment and he did the work online. The reps have been very helpful in explaining everything to me, like which bill would be paid off next. The payment plan was tough but not too bad for the amount of stuff that I had. And I’ve done real good because I’ve had five bills paid off. I got one more that is supposed to be paid off in June but is still being negotiated. The creditors love to call and I don’t like that, but I feel much better now that I know I’m getting rid of a lot of bills.

I’m putting money in the account for National Debt Relief to pay the bills and to reduce the amount owed to the credit card. It was nice when they called but I have only spoken to them three times in the eight months that I've been working with them. I have seen only one negotiation that has been done but I have no idea what’s going on with the rest. I don’t see the balances of some of the accounts. Also, I’ve been checking on my points with the credit bureaus on a periodic basis and I don’t see an improvement although I was told that I will see a good jump after six months. I’m a little bit confused with National Debt Relief and I don’t know where we stand. I would appreciate it if somebody would send me a report about what they have done and paid, what should be continuously paid and what was to be settled. I would recommend NDR but I would tell other people to be very strict unlike me who is too relaxed.

The Welcome Process was a smooth transition and the representative was also clear, precise and very patient when I would ask continuous questions. All around great experience. I wanted to get out of debt and, being the first company that I found, I went with National Debt Relief. Their rep told me what their program was about and because I didn’t have a job at that time, he told me to find one and after that to contact them, which I did. And I told him how much I was making and he helped me out with a budget to get out of debt as fast as I could.

I have a business that I run and our partners basically had a fallout with another group of fellow partners. We were going through a lawsuit which took a toll on our finances so my bills were accumulating. I was paying them off in time but it wasn't going down at all. A friend of mine did National Debt Relief and I was basically referred. I also looked up the reviews and they were good compared to other companies that were out there.

I did a search to try and get rid of some of my bigger credit cards. I called and talked to National Debt Relief, and it was easy. I'm not too knowledgeable on debt relief and the reps explained how it worked, what their company offered compared to some of the other ones. It was NDR’s customer service that made me go with them because if I would've called any other company, I might’ve just went with them instead. Their enrollment process was smooth and painless. I told their reps what my situation was, and they wanted me to submit documentation or paper trail to make sure I was who I said I was, and my debt was legit. The process took about a half hour between the phone call which was me inquiring and the paper transfer via my tablet. I got an iPad, so I signed all the stuff there then sent the documents back, and I was enrolled.

I received my welcome call, was well informed and the gentleman I spoke answered all my questions in a professional matter. I'm glad I got in touch with you people. I was so stressed with my debt and this was the best choice I have ever done in a while. Looking forward to freedom debt.
