I would like to offer a suggestion that in the beginning let your customers know that all POA's have been sent. I am still getting letters from my creditors that they need this paperwork.

This experience was the first time my husband and I had to humble ourselves and ask for help during a hardship, and both representatives we worked with were very polite and professional. All the information given to us was not forced, and they emailed everything and gave us time to respond to them rather than haggling us to sign up. I would recommend a friend, I tell friends and family about NDR. They would ask what did I do after no income for 3 months. I have found NDR to be extremely helpful in a very stressful situation. They explained the program fully to me and have been there any time I have had any issue. So far they have resolved 5 of my credit cards at just about 50% of what was owed, not including their fees. People complain about their fees but they are doing a lot of work on my behalf and if not for them I would still be making minimum payments on my accounts with no end in sight. My program is scheduled to last 48 months but I am already seeing light at the end of a very long tunnel. Yes, my credit score has suffered but it is gradually climbing and would have dropped whether in the program or not. I have been in the program for about 9 months now and have yet to receive a single phone call from any of my creditors so I know things are being handled properly by NDR.

I was given a breakdown of my debts and options on how to get things in order. Everything was explained in great detail and every question I asked was answered; very knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing what happens next...

I called National Debt Relief and gave them my information and accounts, I agreed and we approved and moved forward. We are in the middle of the debt consolidation process and it should be done by the end of next year. NDR gave me an option for the payment and told me that it would take a certain amount of time for the different cards. The negotiator was very friendly and trusting and we had a great interaction. I have found your service very helpful. However a solution to the constant calls from the creditors needs a lot of help. I have been told I am not required to talk to them, but they continue to call several times a day.

We have been happy with the settlement of different accounts but we’ve had one that was turned over to you that we received legal papers on sent them to you and the attorney and here we are 9 months later under the impression this was being handled and we’ve not only almost doubled the amount owed but now have been served with legal papers and a court date. I had a great experience with Andrew and the welcome call and Andrew was very knowledgeable and smart. The welcome call explained everything and was very helpful. I was able to leave with knowing all I had to know.

I was checking out different debt consolidation companies and my son said National Debt Relief would be a good one. I’ve done consolidation before, but I never did it online. My son knows a lot about that kind of stuff, so I just went along with him. He filled out everything for the enrollment and he did the work online. The reps have been very helpful in explaining everything to me, like which bill would be paid off next. The payment plan was tough but not too bad for the amount of stuff that I had. And I’ve done real good because I’ve had five bills paid off. I got one more that is supposed to be paid off in June but is still being negotiated. The creditors love to call and I don’t like that, but I feel much better now that I know I’m getting rid of a lot of bills.

I’m putting money in the account for National Debt Relief to pay the bills and to reduce the amount owed to the credit card. It was nice when they called but I have only spoken to them three times in the eight months that I've been working with them. I have seen only one negotiation that has been done but I have no idea what’s going on with the rest. I don’t see the balances of some of the accounts. Also, I’ve been checking on my points with the credit bureaus on a periodic basis and I don’t see an improvement although I was told that I will see a good jump after six months. I’m a little bit confused with National Debt Relief and I don’t know where we stand. I would appreciate it if somebody would send me a report about what they have done and paid, what should be continuously paid and what was to be settled. I would recommend NDR but I would tell other people to be very strict unlike me who is too relaxed.

The representative was very helpful who was assigned to me. He communicated effectively and was very patient. The Welcome Process was a smooth transition and the representative was also clear, precise and very patient when I would ask continuous questions. All around great experience. I felt a load taken off as soon as I was approved and they processed my application. My anxiety was put at ease.

The people are very helpful and keep me informed on my account. I had knee replacement and was off work for a few months. Working part time I wasn’t getting income from work. My social security was not enough to cover my bills, rent and other expenses. I am thankful for their help.
