I had some credit card debts and National Debt Relief’s process has been okay but I’m stressed because I get lots of calls and letters from everywhere hounding me. Dealing with the negotiators was good and two of my credit cards were supposed to be paid off last week, two are supposed to be paid off this month and then I have one more credit card and one more loan. It might have been better to do bankruptcy because I probably would not have had the calls, got so behind on everything and my credit score would not have gone horrible but NDR is good.

National Debt Relief did not explain to me in greater detail how their fee would be taken out immediately after they settle and cause my account to be zero. After the first three settlements which they settled in nine months time, now I would have enough money to do more. Furthermore, I have to pay more money because my account was in the negative. They will take out their fees, which causes no more debt consolidation to be done for five more months and I have lawyers calling me on an everyday basis. Currently, I have sixteen accounts still pending.

Their reps call me, let me know and ask me if I want to go ahead and do something. I’ve paid off five things so far and I’ve got about another year on the program. National Debt Relief gave me the best deal for a program for credit card debts. They work with me on how much I can afford to pay. Then they just call me when they have made a deal and then I have to say yay or nay and then they take care of it. I don’t have to worry about anything and I don’t get too much phone calls with them, which I like. I have about two more years in the program and I’m happy with National Debt Relief.

I enrolled with NDR's program over the phone, and the process was really easy. And they gave me a certain amount for 42 months then I’d pay on the 1st. Whenever they settled a debt, they always asked me if I approve it. National Debt Relief has been good to me.

I wanted to get under a debt relief program and National Debt Relief seemed the easiest to work with at first. It seems like the least hassle when I went through everything. My monthly payment to NDR does not cover the amounts the creditors want to settle on. Trying to pay back $900 to three creditors in three months ($2,700) is impossible with what I have in my account just starting a few months ago... The creditors want large monthly payments, and I am unable to deposit more money into my NDR account as I am living paycheck to paycheck. I hope this smooths out because I have several debtors they are trying to settle with. Knowing my hardship, I don't understand how the creditors think I could pay those amounts from my account every month.

Consultation and agreement - Calm and collected. No sales pitch. Went item to item. Explained each point of the agreement. Felt comfortable if I needed further help. There seem to be a genuine concern to make this happen. Good communication after. The 1st contact return phone calls happened as agreed in timely manner.

So far I can only at good things. FDR has made everything as easy as possible with my current circumstance. I spoke with a few others and they wanted quite a bit of money up front. If we had the money we would be paying our bills.

This is a difficult process, but the agents were very helpful and provided all answers to the questions I had. Shawn was very clear in explaining the process and guiding me in the completion of the application. The welcome call was also very informative and easy to follow steps to set up the account.

I enrolled Oct 2017 and as of May 2018, NDR has resolved one of my debts. I very pleased that I'm seeing results. Now, to just sit back and be patient till I'm completely debt free.
