Started with National Debt Relief but my credit score quickly fell. No debts were being resolved. The savings needed to build for 6 to 10 months, meaning my credit would be trashed. I had credit card concerns and with the ratings that I found online about National Debt Relief, I decided to go with them. Their enrollment process was easy when I registered with them and their reps have been good. They helped me through the process. They’ve been helpful every time I've called and they were able to answer all of my questions. Also, my payment plan with them was lower than what I was paying. I'm still struggling, but at this point, it's better than what I was paying. It's safer.

I wanted to get under a debt relief program and National Debt Relief seemed the easiest to work with at first. It seems like the least hassle when I went through everything. So far, a couple of accounts have been paid off or in the process. And with my status and my income, I understand that my debt can’t get paid off quicker. But I would like that communication would be a bit better between the creditors because for a while, the creditors were still calling me. Nonetheless, the negotiators I've worked with were cordial. They were professional and easy to touch base with. In terms of cost of the program, I’m okay with it. I just feel like it might be a little high, but I also noticed they have the backend too that I don’t see.

I may have not understood exactly how the process would work once a settlement had been decided upon for my creditors. My monthly payment to NDR does not cover the amounts the creditors want to settle on. Trying to pay back $900 to three creditors in three months ($2,700) is impossible with what I have in my account just starting a few months ago... The creditors want large monthly payments, and I am unable to deposit more money into my NDR account as I am living paycheck to paycheck. I hope this smooths out because I have several debtors they are trying to settle with. Knowing my hardship, I don't understand how the creditors think I could pay those amounts from my account every month.

Consultation and agreement - Calm and collected. No sales pitch. Went item to item. Explained each point of the agreement. Felt comfortable if I needed further help. There seem to be a genuine concern to make this happen. Good communication after. The 1st contact return phone calls happened as agreed in timely manner.

So far I can only at good things. FDR has made everything as easy as possible with my current circumstance. I spoke with a few others and they wanted quite a bit of money up front. If we had the money we would be paying our bills.

This is a difficult process, but the agents were very helpful and provided all answers to the questions I had. I enrolled Oct 2017 and as of May 2018, NDR has resolved one of my debts. I very pleased that I'm seeing results. Now, to just sit back and be patient till I'm completely debt free. Depending on the amount of debt enrolled really depends on how quick you see results. Cause you have to build up "savings" before the negotiating process can begin.

The representative was very thorough with explanations and answering questions. They were very prompt in getting back to me. I haven't had anything settled yet, but I'm hopeful. They were able to keep my payments for all settlements at the same amount as just one of my debts monthly payments were.

When I receive phone call I ask how long it will take, they reply 10-15 minutes, then they put you on hold for 2 minutes and when they come back they take 25-35 minutes. Need to be honest about the time. Most people are at work and they only have 15 minute breaks, and 30 minutes lunch.
