I was concerned about Chase because they kept sending me letters and stuff and I couldn't handle the payments for the interest. I saw the reviews for National Debt Relief and I talked to the people there. They were excellent and helpful. They told me about the program and they went with me in depth about it. I have had little to no contact with anyone unless I call. When I call I get a different quote on time of program and amount. Nothing has been moved or settled on my account in over 6 months and now I’m being sued and you are refusing to talk to the attorney or settle the account even though there is money in my savings account. This has been a bad decision and I regret not filing bankruptcy instead because your company has and is causing more damage.

My 2 agents were very helpful and friendly. The only problem was with the system getting out the contracts, there was a hiccup in there somewhere. It took about 3 hours to get the contracts out for signatures, by which time I was busy and needed to wait until I returned from a work trip. Overall, it was a good experience though.
