Speaking to the representatives they were helpful in not only looking for my best interest but also insuring that I am aware of the reasoning in as to why it is best to go with one option than the other (Ex: Going with Debt Consolidation instead of a Loan). Because of the advice that they have given me, it proves to me that they were not trying to steal as much money as they can get but truly and sincerely want to see me debt free and back on my feet.

Agents walked me through everything in detail. I was pretty upset about having to call due to my situation but they understand what I was going through and honestly put my mind at ease. Best decision I've ever made in my life.

When I receive phone call I ask how long it will take, they reply 10-15 minutes, then they put you on hold for 2 minutes and when they come back they take 25-35 minutes. Need to be honest about the time. Most people are at work and they only have 15 minute breaks, and 30 minutes lunch.

Your credit will get worse before it gets better 2. Yes there is a fee NDR is providing YOU a service! 3. Can you do it on your own, sure... but they get you an escrow account to build money faster, they deal with the phone calls and negotiating. So, people please read and understand prior to giving poor reviews. They have been amazing better CS, to bottom lining to paying off my debt! Thank you NDR!

The representative who handled my update on my account was very knowledgeable and efficient. She answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough. She also went above and beyond by providing me with account details and/or updates that she noticed.

I was contacted by a robo-call asking me to contact National Relief, I spoke to an agent named John in regards to the Discovery CC account ending in **. He explained the current balance of this acct. is $14,230.93 and that National Debt Relief had come to a settlement of $5693.00. Additionaly he explained that in order for this settlement to go through I had to make a payment to my Global acct. of $5232.85 no later COB today (5/29/2018). I asked what the current balance of my Global acct. was, John explained that it was $1123.95 and that is why I needed to make the deposit today in order to keep the settlement on track.

Very thankful for National Debt Relief. After the bad financial decisions I made. I had most of my credit cards almost maxed out. Only able of making the minimal monthly payments, all with high interest rates, made it almost impossible to ever get my creditors paid off. Very poor communication. I used another company years ago and they worked with ALL of my credit card companies at the same time. This one takes months and does one at a time so the last one is left hanging for 4 years which I find unacceptable. I would switch if I could and would not recommend.

I looked online and found National Debt Relief then saw that they are pretty good. Their enrollment process was extremely easy and didn't take that long. A gentleman called me and walked me through it. I went on the computer and he did it step-by-step and got everything approved. I also got a copy of the paperwork as proof that I have all my debts being taken care of because I needed it for my job.

When I contacted the services of National Debt Relief (NDR), I did so with much hesitancy, as we did not have room for any additional financial difficulty. Bankruptcy was our next option. National Debt Relief helped me a lot. I was in a debt and so I looked for an option by searching it online. And then I called them, they explained the terms and conditions and I found them very feasible and workable so I opted to work with them. In running through all these things, the first thing I thought was if they were legit. I've been working with Donavan and he explained stuff, how it works and how many people have already gotten help from this and that helped me in moving forward with this. I signed up for their five-year program and would be paying 798 bucks monthly. I find the payment plan to be a little on the higher side though, maybe because of the amount of debt I have, but it's feasible. It's been more than a year since we started and we have finished one of the three debts I have enrolled in the program. I shall recommend National Debt Relief to people who are in debt.

When I called NDR, I was on the verge of being sued by collection agencies. NDR representatives were very understanding of my situation and didn't judge me and actually made me feel comfortable talking about my situation with them. Phone calls stopped and within the first month they had resolved one of my debts. Yes they charge fees, but I think it's reasonable considering the stress I'm no longer having to deal with. My only regret is not calling them sooner.

I needed help with my credit card debt and I saw National Debt Relief's little ad. I read about it and it sounded good. Enrollment was easy. Their program consolidated everything and the debt is easier to manage now. I'm halfway through and they have already made some settlements. It was easy to deal with my debt negotiator, but their website could have been laid out a little easier. They set me up with a company for a monthly payment, and the whole plan itself could have cost a little less for the consumer. Working with National Debt Relief has given me fewer worries. But the credit is gonna hurt for at least three years and I would receive a late payment thing all the time.

If I would know that the companies offer you a settlement without you, I would have done it on my own.
