I'm nervous but based on the good reviews of this company I think I made the right decision. Lots of email, but all helpful, and lots of instructions but all necessary. The first woman I spoke with was very helpful.

Great friendly staff. Was a smooth process and everyone was extremely knowledgeable. No pressure and understanding. Website is easy to navigate and access. Both caller were nice and efficient making it all the less stressful. I would recommend to anyone I know needing help in the future.

Very explanatory and easy to understand. Everything was read to you to your understanding and you are given the opportunity to ask questions. Good assistance and customer service couldn't be better. Would definitely be recommending to those that need this kind of service.

Great service. Connor was very patient and explained things really well. The whole process took less than 48 hours. This company had the highest rating. Working out what I used to pay for my credit card bills this is much less.

The representative was very professional and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable discussing my financial situation and I really did appreciate that. The underwriter was informative but I did have some difficulty understanding him clearly so might suggest slowing down when going over the terms but he too was very professional.

National Debt Relief is really slow and their fees were exorbitant. I wish I would have done more research on them. The enrollment process wasn't very easy, but I did it. And somehow I missed the fine print as to how much they were taking and how much they were paying to the creditors. My negotiator told me everything is gonna be great but everything isn’t. And years ago, I worked with another company and they took $5 for every bill that they paid. I wanted to consolidate my credit card debt and I used National Debt Relief's services, but too much money goes to them and not enough money goes to pay the creditors. I pay $125 every other week and they’ve paid off two out of my twelve creditors. I’ve been doing this a couple of years and it’s too late to cancel now because I’ve been paying for so long.

I'm very happy having received a letter from one of my creditors telling me that my debt was all paid in. I started working with National Debt Relief on my debt in the end of 2017 wherein I pay them so much every month, and they take care of the debt. I went through their enrollment process and everything went smoothly. I had a payment plan but if I could not pay one month, they'd say, “Okay. Make sure you let us know when you're not gonna be able to make the payments.” They'd talk to me and they'd make sure that I was in agreement with everything. So far, my debt is being cleared up and I'm not stressed about bill collectors. I still get the letters from some of them though and those creditors get notified that I am in the NDR program. NDR also got me informed about their website where I can go to and check everything they do, every step of the way, so I'm aware of everything. I'm very happy and satisfied with National Debt Relief. It is working for me.

NDR helped me get my creditors off my back. I’m still on the program and their reps are very helpful. The cost of the service is fair and NDR puts my mind at ease.

The employees are helpful and friendly. They are willing to explain more if you need it. They also don’t rush through the process which is nice. They are easy to understand and they don’t get frustrated with you. I like how they give you an option of writing the phone number and emails down or to send you an email with all the information.

National Debt Relief had really good reviews and from the first time we contacted them, the debt consolidation process was very easy. The negotiator, Sue, was wonderful. She was very informative and she put my mind at ease. She addressed the realities of what was happening to my credit versus how my credit could be fixed in a short amount of time. She also addressed the process on what they do thoroughly and all the legal obligations about it. And then, they enrolled me when I electronically signed the things after I read them and they've gone through them with me. They did everything over the phone while I was in front of a computer. I set up an account for payment and they just do a direct withdrawal from my bank account. The program was four years and I have just completed year one. Overall, my experience has been very positive. The program helped my life and my finances become more manageable. I don't have the worries that I had before.

They are very good, very responsive, and very easy to work with. I reached out to them due to financial stuff. I saw their reviews, and they were amazing. I saw their reviews on different websites, not just the original website, but a lot of the other ones. I like those where people have personal reviews and profiles. I used National Debt Relief for payback and the enrollment was very easy and smooth. They asked me a bunch of questions and they set up a monthly fee. I have a group of negotiators and my interactions with them have gone smoothly. I was very comfortable. They'd call me the minute I needed them and when I have concerns, their reply is instantaneous. Also, I was very impressed with the fact that I can get all the information very quickly when I needed it. I'm now 30% done and they've negotiated a lot of the debt down. And I'm perfectly happy with the cost.

After initial discussion with Nomer **, I did not feel comfortable and decided until I knew more about it I wanted to put this on hold. I called Nomer back, not there left message. No callback. Called customer service to cancel the agreement and she passed info on to a supervisor who did talk to me and answered some of my concerns. He said he would call back late in the next week. Never did.

National Debt has been really good about working with my creditors. I was in debt and I've had my bills hanging over my head, and they've been negotiating with my creditors to get some of the interest taken off, which is a good thing. I had six credit cards, and I have two more to go. But they haven't been able to take anything out. I got sick, and I haven't been able to work a lot and what I'm making is just enough for me to get by. I'm working on getting better, though. National Debt's representatives were understanding when I told them that I wasn't feeling good. They had told me that I can only have money not taken out for so long, and then something will change. But everybody's been really nice. They work with me and my experience has been good.

I was trying to get lots of debt taken cared of. I called National Debt Relief and spent a few minutes on the phone, giving them my information. Their staff was very helpful and courteous and I was enrolled pretty easily. I was impressed by how much they knew about the debt deal and I was very comfortable working with them. The guy I talked to when I first signed up saw how much they could work with and gave me a number for my payment plan that was a little bit higher. I didn't feel that I could come up with that, so, we negotiated a lower price a couple times a month. This was a lot easier than what they originally came up with. Since then, I've had a couple of really big amounts taken off my credit score and I'm a little over halfway with the process. NDR is very receptive to my budget. I felt my credit score is still not where I want to be but I still got a ways to go. Nevertheless, I've seen improvements in my credit score.

At first, I was extremely anxious to sign up for debt consolidation. It took me weeks to finally muster up the courage even after I talked to Mr. **, as helpful as he was. NDR does not keep in touch. They don’t let me know what the progress is on anything. They’ve only settled with one credit card company so far and I’ve settled with two in the meantime. I've been about three months in the process and they’re very matter of fact. They don’t seem to care that no one is contacting me and keeping me posted. They set up the payment plan originally and I got a call about two months after. I told them it was too much and I wanted to drop it. The rep was terrible about it and she didn’t wanna do anything. Overall, my experience with NDR has not been very good.

National Debt Relief has a form that I filled out and listed all of the bills that I have every month. And with that, they were able to come up with an amount that I can pay every month. The cost of the service was good and because of NDR, I am getting out of debt. However, I wish they were a bit more clear on the fees that they actually charge because they already collected a fee with the monthly payment that I have to pay. And I didn’t know that they have a lump sum fee that they charge in addition to the other fee that they charge. Other than that, I have already referred someone to National Debt Relief. I let them know that they have to have over $10,000 in debt, which is the minimum that NDR requires and to reach out to NDR and clear it out.

I'm a new client. I'm impressed with the quality of the customer service I have received from everyone I have spoken to from National Debt Relief. I appreciate how thorough the representatives are and how gracefully and patiently they answer my questions.

Updated on 02/25/2019: National Debt Relief had a better program. Their team did a really good job and their professionalism impressed me. If I had a question, it'd take them 15 minutes to get back to me if I didn't get a live person. Plus, everything was straightforward and good to go. We did a whole financial worksheet, which made me very confident that I could afford the program. Moreover, the cost was pretty fair. I've been in the program for seven months and have gotten 35% taken care of, which is good. It has done me really good and given me a lot less worry. I'm a happy camper.

I enrolled on 1/30/18 with A LOT of outstanding debt. Currently, on 6/15/18, I have two (out of 15 total) resolved accounts (saving me 58% of the total outstanding balances) and two more pending resolution. I'm looking forward to working through the timeline and system, and continuing my route to #debtfreedom. Every person I have worked with has been professional and the results are outstanding (so far). The hardest part is the wait time between first payment and first resolution.

NDR got our first payoff agreement in our first month! NDR has been great with communicating with us any time they need information or have information to share. They call and send emails & stay in contact very well. They always give us every detail and also tell us what to expect so there are no surprises. Some people have been unhappy with their plan, but those are not the people that the plan is made for. You have to be in a place of dire need - and there is nowhere to go but up! I would definitely recommend them to someone who fits the profile!

We came to NDR back in April 2018 for help with our debt! Two years ago our 6 year daughter got sick with a rare disease that left her parallelized from the neck down and in an insane amount of pain.
