NDR does not keep in touch. They don’t let me know what the progress is on anything. They’ve only settled with one credit card company so far and I’ve settled with two in the meantime. I've been about three months in the process and they’re very matter of fact. They don’t seem to care that no one is contacting me and keeping me posted. They set up the payment plan originally and I got a call about two months after. I told them it was too much and I wanted to drop it. The rep was terrible about it and she didn’t wanna do anything. Overall, my experience with NDR has not been very good.

National Debt Relief has a form that I filled out and listed all of the bills that I have every month. And with that, they were able to come up with an amount that I can pay every month. The cost of the service was good and because of NDR, I am getting out of debt. However, I wish they were a bit more clear on the fees that they actually charge because they already collected a fee with the monthly payment that I have to pay. And I didn’t know that they have a lump sum fee that they charge in addition to the other fee that they charge. Other than that, I have already referred someone to National Debt Relief. I let them know that they have to have over $10,000 in debt, which is the minimum that NDR requires and to reach out to NDR and clear it out.

I spoke with the reps of National Debt Relief. They laid out a concrete plan on how I can address my debts from student loans to credit cards. It really made sense that I will be using my money with them as advocates to become debt free.

Updated on 02/25/2019: National Debt Relief had a better program. Their team did a really good job and their professionalism impressed me. If I had a question, it'd take them 15 minutes to get back to me if I didn't get a live person. Plus, everything was straightforward and good to go. We did a whole financial worksheet, which made me very confident that I could afford the program. Moreover, the cost was pretty fair. I've been in the program for seven months and have gotten 35% taken care of, which is good. It has done me really good and given me a lot less worry. I'm a happy camper.

I enrolled on 1/30/18 with A LOT of outstanding debt. Currently, on 6/15/18, I have two (out of 15 total) resolved accounts (saving me 58% of the total outstanding balances) and two more pending resolution. I'm looking forward to working through the timeline and system, and continuing my route to #debtfreedom. Every person I have worked with has been professional and the results are outstanding (so far). The hardest part is the wait time between first payment and first resolution.

If you were 'forced to retire' and need to consolidate your debt then use NDR, they have been nothing short of wonderful in helping you get back on track with your debt. Very professional and responsive to your debt free goals!

NDR got our first payoff agreement in our first month! NDR has been great with communicating with us any time they need information or have information to share. They call and send emails & stay in contact very well. They always give us every detail and also tell us what to expect so there are no surprises. Some people have been unhappy with their plan, but those are not the people that the plan is made for. You have to be in a place of dire need - and there is nowhere to go but up! I would definitely recommend them to someone who fits the profile!

We came to NDR back in April 2018 for help with our debt! Two years ago our 6 year daughter got sick with a rare disease that left her parallelized from the neck down and in an insane amount of pain. She spent months in the hospital and continued physical therapy once she was discharged. All we could think about was taking care of her. I would like to offer a suggestion that in the beginning let your customers know that all POA's have been sent. I am still getting letters from my creditors that they need this paperwork.

I have found NDR to be extremely helpful in a very stressful situation. They explained the program fully to me and have been there any time I have had any issue. So far they have resolved 5 of my credit cards at just about 50% of what was owed, not including their fees. People complain about their fees but they are doing a lot of work on my behalf and if not for them I would still be making minimum payments on my accounts with no end in sight. My program is scheduled to last 48 months but I am already seeing light at the end of a very long tunnel. Yes, my credit score has suffered but it is gradually climbing and would have dropped whether in the program or not. I have been in the program for about 9 months now and have yet to receive a single phone call from any of my creditors so I know things are being handled properly by NDR.
