Was not aware had to wait 4 to 6 months. Was not aware might be taken to court for nonpayment 4 to 6 months. Not aware that I will still be receiving collections calls. My main concern I don't want to go jail or court.

Very informative on everything I need to do to become debt free, painless and easy process. Something I wish I would have found out about years ago. Customer service is top notch, both representatives were so very helpful, and made sure I had no questions left before our call ended.

I created a lot of credit card debt because my father passed away recently after an extended illness, which led to me having to make multiple trips to India back and forth over the period of a year and a half. I needed to handle the credit card debt before the interest went up, but I wasn't able to afford to pay off all of that, so I had to go to debt relief. I eventually did a search online and National Debt Relief came up and they seemed to be very well reviewed.

So far I have just a nice experience with NDR. I’ve just signed up and I trust I will receive great service and all my accounts enrolled I know will be taken care of. I have received excellent customer service since my first contact. I trust and I know everything will be fixed.

I'm trying to get my credit back right and start a new year in the right way. I contacted National Debt Relief and the enrollment process was cool. They asked me a lot of questions over the phone but other than that, everything was good. They're the ones taking care of everything for me and they're doing a good job. They call me to let me know that they have been taking care of things. Then, when I make a deal with somebody to try to get my credit back right, they let me know. Also, when I have a question or concern, it's not hard to get through to them. They could've let me on a cheaper payment plan, but I don't have a problem with it. Updated on 10/13/2020: I wanted to consolidate everything and get it paid off sooner than I would have been able to otherwise. I liked the feedback and research about National Debt Relief. Everything has been super easy up until now. Overall, the customer support has been really good. Geri made me feel at ease about it. Also they were able to resolve a bunch of accounts right away. However, I wish I have known from the beginning that they wouldn't start to settle other accounts until you have enough money banked.

This process has been very smooth, all of the reps have been so helpful and nice, very considerate of my situation. If I had any idea how smooth this process would have been I would have started sooner. I would recommend to anyone.

It seemed like National Debt Relief was the one that was most commonly used. I went with debt consolidation and I’ve been happy with the results thus far. Also, if I have any questions, I have somebody I can reach out to through email or their cellphone number and I can contact them directly or I can work through the regular customer service. I have had several instances where I’ve had questions, clarifications, or concerns and I’ve reached out and got immediate responses.

National Debt Relief provides me with a very good service. They consolidate my debt and they try to look for the best way to resolve those. One can go crazy having so many payments come out at the same time and not knowing which to pay first, but then you have to pay everything anyway. It's good with the program because I make only one payment and NDR deals with the credit cards and banks. They try to negotiate with them, get some discount, and then they find out the amount that I have to pay. I started a few months ago on a three-year program and have spoken with a few guys. Every time I call for information or to see how my accounts are going, I get very good answers from them. I would recommend them right away to anyone who needs the service.

I thought the two people I talked to were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made the process very easy and not stressful. I thought they were very professional and helpful. I was very satisfied with them. They made sure I understood every part of the process.

I was nervous about using any kind of debt consolidation company, but knew I really needed help! I was encouraged by a friend to try NDR and have found each step so far very easy and the people I have interacted with have been very helpful and treated me a like a person. Me and My wife needed help consolidating our debt, and we were not getting anywhere. Banks were no help, could not get a loan, too much debt not enough income. I was having concerns with my personal credit cards and I did some research. I saw that National Debt Relief was the top company that helps with big amounts of debt so, I decided to use their services. At first, I wasn’t willing to use NDR's accounts where they hold the money because they have a $10 fee that they charge monthly. I wanted to use my own account. I believe that there shouldn’t be any fees for those kinds of accounts. It just makes no sense. A fee shouldn't be charged to people who are already going through financial problems. You’re trying to get these people paid and to get the headache out of the way.

I considered another company and it was kinda the same thing but National Debt Relief was a little cheaper. The enrollment process was easy. They did everything and they made me know how much I needed to pay. They told me about the timeframe and they've been on point. I've been with them for about seven months now. I have six accounts and they already took care of three so it's more than halfway through.

I went through a bad divorce and for three years, I worked to build my struggling credit. It got up 100 points, but it was stagnant. Then, I lost my job and that was really gonna erase everything that I worked for. So after doing some research, I reached out to National Debt Relief. I had some friends that used them as well as other companies and the ones who worked with NDR had a good experience. Also, when going into a debt relief program, one’s credit drops before it picks back up but at the end of it, NDR offers the 90-day program where they help rebuild people’s credit. The reviews said that it did help people in the long run. So, I decided to sign up with them as well. They took all of the debts and they're working out payment arrangements on my behalf. I'm paying them one flat rate fee and they're settling the debts for me. That way, I just deal with them and they deal with everybody else.

I was surprised by how easy the employees made this process. They went over all the steps slowly, and make sure to ask if I had any questions while we were filling out the papers. No matter how small a question or if I had to ask again if I had any reason to feel that I needed more clarification, they were more than willing to make sure that I understood. I felt so much better about my situation after talking to the people from National Debt Relief.

Enrollment was very fast and easy, the staff working with me were very professional and helpful during what could have been an incredibly stressful process. As for the efficacy of the organization itself, I have no experience yet on which to comment, but if my experience during enrollment translates to my experience with the rest of the process, I imagine that I'll be very satisfied indeed.

Ruben ** was very helpful and courteous! He helped me in understanding my debt total and what I would be paying back and for how long. Gave me a very clear picture of my total debt, how long I am paying into the program and how much I will be saving.

The service representative was very courteous, polite and professional. The representative (Nicole **) was also very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. She took the time and effort, to guide or help me, regarding setting up my client services online portal. I’m overall very satisfied with her service.
