As long as everything is on the up and up. I've been told by my creditors that it's a scam. Now I'm being turned over to collection agencies. I realize my credit was going to take a huge hit but this has to be better than bankruptcy.

Very informative and helpful. It’s nerve wracking to have to go this route, yet Antonio was very helpful and was very patient with me as I ask numerous questions. He explained everything and would recap when I had any questions.

Veronica was too long. Question to the way she was explaining. Not in manner to understand. For instance failed to mentioned that the 475 that included in the payment was 9 for this, 12 for that. What she was saying was that I owe 9 for this, 12 for that. In my mind is that 475 + 9 +12 = 496 or other.

Spoke with 2 different ladies at different times, was pleased with both, in the way they explained things I needed to know. Marissa was very punctual with her phone appts. with me. The only problem I had was with the second lady, Ashlyn. It took me awhile to understand some of her explanations.

Our conversations were usually right to the point, and they don't drag them out. They told me what they were calling for, and if I could do it or not. Also, they told me I could be debt-free between 24 to 48 months unless I put more money in, then things would go a little faster. Enrollment seemed ok but very tedious. Rep talking while I tried reading documents very difficult. Talked too fast felt like the "bums rush". Welcome was awful, not all of us seniors are computer savvy. Too many emails burying me. Talked too fast. Very stressful to a senior.

When I alerted the DF about some changes in my income and my hardship I encountered two people who shut me down and refused to understand where I was coming from. They were totally unwilling to help. When I pushed back and said that maybe it was time for me to negotiate with creditors on my own--I was transferred to someone who was “willing” to help. I am not sure about this interaction either as I read this morning the emails he sent me.
