I just completed my application with National Debt Relief, I feel a little relief. The Representatives at National Debit Relief was very helpful, answered all my questions, patience and make me feel welcomed. I would recommend a friend or family member to sign-up with National Debit Relief if you are in debt and struggling to make payments.

Both representatives that assisted me were fantastic and Reassuring, gave me peace of mind. I feel like they care about the client. Here is to hopefully becoming debt free, also excellent with following up with phone calls not overly bearing. Very polite.

I decided to give NDR a call and they helped me out a lot. I have tried other companies before, and they didn’t stay in contact and let me know what was going on. But National Debt calls all the time. They consolidated all of my debts together. Whatever they decided to do for me, I was willing to do because I was about to go crazy. I didn’t know what to do. They're worth for what they do. And so far, they do everything they told me.

The process was friendly, efficient, and professional. Truly a great welcome. The process to fill out the required forms wasn’t too long and the NDR representative was patient explaining everything. I hope to finish this program in a timely fashion.

The National Debt Relief staff was professional in handling my first call, and client focused in assisting me at each step throughout the initiation process and paperwork. I was very unsure about doing a program like this. I honestly was more comfortable doing more personal loans to try and consolidate but I just could not get approved for them. I was reassured right from the beginning that they would try their best to help me. Even though I do not want to be in this program that assured me that everything will be fine and have to keep my eye on the end result.

During the process of my application and also being able to talk to Michael about the questions I had through the process and how the program will work, he was able to answer everything very efficiently and in a strategic format where you understood the foundation of NDR. He was quick but also took his time not rushing me. When I had gotten my welcome call to finish enrolling into the program, the associate who was going through that with me wasn't nearly as clear or accurate on her information. I felt rushed when I had certain questions although I had already gone over it the first time.

This gave us a sense of relief that we will get out of the huge debt that seemed to never end. The process was explained well, and we were reassured as we went. All of the representatives have been polite and helpful. We now have hope.

We discovered National Debt Relief via a mailer a few weeks ago. I held on to the paper when I normally would have tossed it. I realized weeks later that if we did not get our credit card debt under control, we would really in a situation. I called and spoke with Henry ** who by the way, is excellent. Henry answered all of our questions and assisted us through the minefield of our debt, and came up with a plan of action that will assist us to be debt free down the road. The experience was very professional and helpful. David ** showed patience and understanding with me and was kind. These are the things that make it a good experience. You are in a stressful situation when you are having to work out major debt so with that being said all the representatives were understanding. I know this is what they are trained to do but, it sure made it a easier to work out than I thought it would.

They are managing two accounts. Nothing happened until one went to court. Then at first they wanted to settle for more than what I had been offered directly. When I told them this didn't make sense, they had a new offer. Finally settled that one day before court hearing. Remaining one still hasn't been settled. It has been approximately 1 year four months. Every time I inquire, I am told that I agreed it could last longer. Extremely stressed out. I know they told me originally it would take approx a year. I feel as if they are waiting for it to go to court before they do anything.

I regret the day I saw that ad and picked up the phone. I would get random calls saying they needed additional funds (immediately) or my account would be dropped. I really don’t know how I managed to to get together many hundreds of dollars in such a short amount of time, but I did. Very stressful! They told me my credit would take a hit for a short time. My credit now has three negative reports, from delinquencies, until the year 2022. I did everything right. Think really hard before you do this - Dani.
