I just enrolled and will see if NDR will be efficient or satisfying in a few months. The enrollment was easy and understanding the objectives was a little bit confusing with the accumulation of Money in the escrow account before moving.

I was originally gonna go with ClearOne Advantage but their customer service just wasn’t as good. I just wasn’t happy with what I was hearing. I called National Debt Relief and it was a much different experience and things made more sense. I’ve never been in any negotiations. But they updated me along the way through emails. I would hear from them in person pretty much when they’ve settled something for me and they asked if I accept it. And if I don’t, they’ll keep trying. But I wish that they reach out via phone just a little more often.

So I went onto BBB to look at reviews on what would be the best way to consolidate my debt. I came across National Debt Relief. I filled out a couple of the questions. I waited to receive a call. Which I did the day after. The person who called me really knew his stuff and had an answer to all of my questions. I did go through with the process and so far I feel pretty good about it. I would recommend this company because I feel that they were very honest with me. I have tried personal loans and just got myself more into debt. With going about it this way my accounts will be closed so I can't get myself into any more debt with my cards. So will see how the next couple of months go.

Updated on 05/24/2019: National Debt has made my life a bit easier and I didn’t have to stress so much about those credit cards. At the time I started with their program, I didn’t have to pay anything out-of-pocket and a part of the price they quoted me each month already included their service fee. I’m now over half of the program but not quite three-quarters of the way, but I’ve seen improvement on my credit scores. I get emails from them when they have negotiated a certain amount on my behalf for an account and ask me if I will accept it or not. Also, when I had to change my banking system, I called them and they were good and professional. The cost of NDR’s service is money worth spent. And as long as they take their money and I’m not getting calls by those creditors, I’m happy!

Never respond on time, I didn't receive any response for more than a month for which I had to shift on some other company. Time wasting, money wasting, do not go for this, really bad services. Stay away!

Both Customer service members that I spoke to were absolutely amazing. They answered all my questions and took their time explaining everything. I came across a series of advertising and documentation from reading online and National Debt Relief seemed like a good, responsible fit. They were more like a ghost thing while I was there and they were very adamant about it because, over time, I received a lot of phone calls concerning the different options that I would have as far as some of the agreements they were coming to, but I never spoke with a negotiator on the phone. However, I always got an email or phone call anytime there was any type of changes or correspondence, a need for a signature, or a need for me sign off on something. I was always explained to what was going on with my account if I had questions. They followed me through the whole process and it didn't seem exhausting or frustrating at all.

I wanted to have a better credit so I can get a house. National Debt Relief is good with their reviews so I called them and the representatives were straightforward. I provided proof of income and had to get my approval to see if I was qualified. Now, they're doing the whole work with my credit, consumer repair, and debts. I'm paying an amount every month. And depending on what gets settled or if I got an offer, then they charge a fee along with that and on top of the offer settlement. That's what I’m not happy about because it looks ridiculous. I didn’t think it was gonna be that much and I could’ve done it myself. Other than that, National Debt Relief has already done half my debts and I don’t wanna back out now. Also, I would recommend them, especially to people who don’t know what they’re doing.

I was looking for an easier form of payment. Having one payment to cover everything, rather than me going through each one and having four different payments, is more convenient. I heard about National Debt Relief on the radio once and I called right away. They are able to pay in full whatever debt had. They agree on a lower balance and then just pay it off as opposed to the full balance. I spoke to a gentleman and we went over my income and spending. After that, there was a budget to see how much I was able to put into the program and if that would be something they could work with. The budget was tailored to my needs, which was great. The payment plan is very flexible. Plus, my payment is very minimal, but it's enough to cover the different small payments that they take care off. And the cost matched the quality of service.

I have just signed an agreement to partner with National Debt Relief to rid myself of the debt that has accumulated since my husband's illness which was followed by death. National Debt seemed the most fair from everybody else that I checked out and their reviews were good, too. I am halfway through their program and it has worked very well so far. I liked it when they called and had an update for me and also, it was nice when they struck a deal with one of my creditors to chop the payment almost in half. National Debt gave me a number upfront for my payment plan, but I recently fractured my back and they worked with me. They cut my payments in half and told me to let them know if I needed it lower. And since working with National Debt, my stress about my debt went away.

I became overwhelmed with too much debt going out. I reviewed and looked at National Debt Relief’s ratings and they were one of the better companies. And then I called and spoke with the representative and they told me how the program works. I’m four months in the program and it’s bringing down my debt and there's one fee going out instead of a bunch of them. The only problem is I have some companies still calling me. But being in the program gives me less stress in dealing with what payments are going out and when. Also, their representatives are good at making sure that things are going smoothly. And with my experience with National Debt Relief, I’m surprised that they are not too costly.

National Debt Relief did consolidation and settlement of my overwhelming credit card debt. During the application, I answered a few questions and signed a financial power of attorney for the specific credit cards they were consolidating. I provided them with my monthly income and they looked at a few different plans on how long would we pay it for and how much to pay it forward. Then we settled on one that was in the amount I could afford for a period of time.

A lot of older people don’t have a lot of computer skills. When going through the last step checking on Mathew and his approach to helping me it shouldn’t be so quick to get me off the phone. Mr. ** wasn’t very assuring. I found myself agreeing just to get through it. I was pleased with Mathew! He was great!

Veronica was too long. Question to the way she was explaining. Not in manner to understand. For instance failed to mentioned that the 475 that included in the payment was 9 for this, 12 for that. What she was saying was that I owe 9 for this, 12 for that. In my mind is that 475 + 9 +12 = 496 or other.
