Great. Very helpful. Seem to know his job very well. Walked me through process with ease. I am hoping this will solve some of my problems. I was certainly getting nowhere just paying interest on credit cards.

Kenny was so helpful and understanding and very good at what he does. This program is going to save me money each month. The person that did the welcome call was educated in her job. Even if call was long I was ok with it because of the people that was taking care of you.

All service reps were very helpful, I just hope I am not threatened by the creditors. This is a very unusual experience for me, however I do look forward to being debt free at some point. Sam and Karen were very helpful to me during the whole process in the enrollment period. They both made sure that I understood everything that National Debt Relief was offering to me. If I did not understand then they explained it more clearly.

I got online looking for some way to get out of debt. National Debt Relief popped up and had good reviews. They’ve been quick during the enrollment process and they answer stuff. I’m in the middle of the process right now and it seems to be going good. They answer the phone pretty quickly. They usually get a hold of me before I get a chance to get a hold of them. Plus I don’t seem to be put on hold very long. There were a few times where the payment bounced but they worked with me pretty well to get it done. I paid off one payment so far. But stuff seems to get closer to getting paid off. NDR has been pretty easy to deal with.

I was laid off from my job and I'm using National Debt Relief to help me lower settlements. They're a member of the Better Business Bureau and they have good reviews. The enrollment process went really well. I talked to somebody on the phone and they did all the work for me. Then my interactions with the rep was perfect, in the way he talked to me and led me through the process. He helped me understand the process and how long it would take. He made it really easy and pain-free. Also, I was impressed with his demeanor with me. He was very understanding. He told me what the cost would be in a month and I agreed to it. My program is for two years and I've already completed six months. And so far, it's been good. They’ve settled two of my debts already. National Debt Relief has made day-to-day expenses a little easier because I don't have a bunch of big expenses. I would definitely tell people to contact them.

Glen did a very good job in explaining what is expected on the process. He used words easy to understand for someone like us. He had a voice that is pleasant to hear that everyone can easily understand. Good job Glen!

My experience with the team member who called to Welcome me into the NDR family was pleasant and very informative. My only complaint was that she had an accent (and I have 66 year-old hearing) and spoke very, very fast. Because the person who I spoke with initially gave me such a thorough picture of the program, I was able to follow along with the second team member.

I was a little skeptical about calling at first, didn’t know what kind of program NDR offered and if I would even qualify. However the representative sat through the entire call with me and explained in detail everything. 30 minutes after she went over the details with me, she called me back and said I was approved. Everyone I spoke to at NDR was very courteous and professional.

Both Calvin and my Welcome Call guy (I am sorry I forgot his name!) were very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel so more better moving forward! We were pretty happy to find a way to get help with our debt and the service and set up was easy just a lil missed commutation but it was resolved. I would recommend this program to anyone that needed help on fixing their credit.

Both my husband and I were impressed at how great everyone was. The application process went by so quick and we were all signed up in no time. This program is a very thorough and a great relief. To have legal help to secure my accounts and funding for my debts at lower monthly payments into one is logical. To accumulate less combined interest will reduce years of payments. The process and documents are detailed and supportive to continuing the program.

First time debt settlement. I am very scared to do this, because my credit score is going to down significantly and I won't be easy to get back on my credit score. I really don't think there is other solution to solve this financial issue. Customer service was very helpful and they did an excellent job answering my questions.

I felt National Debt Relief would help me settle the accounts and now my husband and I can keep track of our debt. I send National Debt Relief the copies of all the letters and all the creditors that wanted to settle. NDR can say to them, "Okay, let's work with the settlement," and give them specific dates they can start paying. I've been with NDR for almost six months but so far, I'm still not paid and I haven't heard any settlement. I still get collectors and I'm still getting from my husband's side. So National Debt Relief hasn't done much.

They were both very nice and super helpful and explained everything so perfect. Everything they said made sense and was very clear. They also really wanted me to make sure I understood everything and would ask me if I had any questions for me. They really made me feel comfortable and happy to be part of NDR. Thank you so much. I was drowning in debt. I did some research and at the time, National Debt Relief was in the Top 5. And then I checked the BBB and they had a good rating. So I went with them and now, I'm going about a year into the program. At this point, everything has been very smooth and great. They're up-to-date with anything that pops up on the account and they're quick to notify me. Even the hold times aren't long when I call in.

I was well into debts and I did research about National Debt Relief. The enrollment process went well. They asked me and I asked questions about it. And they explained everything to me before I made the decision to go with them. Whenever the reps at National Debt Relief would have any news, they’d give me a call on cost and they’d check my email or the account. And if I received anything from the creditors, I would make sure to send a copy of the documents to my profile so that they can have the latest update. However, I had to wait for each account to start getting delayed and that took about six months before National Debt Relief could start doing their negotiation. And I had to have a certain percentage available in my balance for them to reach out. It was a little overwhelming but it all worked out.

When I first joined NDR in October 2016, I was in a huge financial hardship. They were able to sign me up over the phone (and emails too) without fail. Since joining, I’ve had to lower my monthly payment but it’s always gone back to the original agreed upon amount. NDR has worked with me continuously and I couldn’t be more grateful! I would recommend NDR if you are having financial hardships. They’re wonderful.

Started with NDR about 5 months ago and, thus far, I’ve been pleased. Quick responses and great customer service. We still have a ways to go but with the help of NDR I’m starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

The associate was patient and answered all my questions. He went over things in simple terms and multiple times when needs. He was very informative and thorough about the program. I would recommend this program to others who are seeking debt relief.

Was not completely satisfied with the product present at the welcome part of the signed process, will be cancelling the order. Did not want to go further in debt in order to be able to get out of debt.

This was explained to me very clearly so it was easy to understand. Paul ** was very professional and nice. Dave was also very easy to understand. I can see why this is the number 1 debt relief program out there. It was relatively painless and only took about 4 hours too complete.

I was paying the minimum payments and it wasn’t going anywhere. I looked up online and saw National Debt Relief. The NDR negotiators have been good. They're honest and they follow up with me and they do what they need to do.

I was making minimum payments on everything and it wasn't getting us anywhere. It's gonna take us 37 years to get out of debt. So I researched a couple of companies and then my wife and I decided that the information provided by National Debt Relief was more than helpful enough, thus, we made that decision to go with them. The enrollment process wasn't too intrusive. You fill out some paperwork and they determine what type of financial obligation I have. They then take my debt, negotiate with particular creditors, and they say what my monthly response will be. So far, so good. We still got our financial hardship but it's something we're gonna have to tolerate for the entire duration of the program. And then once that's obligated, we can get back to where we were and try to be debt-free. Overall, they have answered all my questions and if I had to call, I'm able to talk to somebody at any time.

Everyone was very helpful and understanding. I was very unsure of myself and what I was doing but the help given me but me at ease. I would recommend them to anyone else that got themselves in the same situation.

I am very thankful for the assistance I have received with my debt issues. The whole experience was simple getting signed up. They were all so easy and understanding of my problems and super easy to talk to on the phone. On my way to recovery!

When we were finally 'ready' to do this, I contacted the guy (from NDR) whose has been patiently waiting. We took approx. 15-20 min. on the phone exchanging information. First off, the Customer service was good, so I did not have an issue there. My issue is with the fees and savings. I originally had a debt of $53,892.00 on 5 credit cards. National Debt Relief was able to negotiate the final settlement amount to $27,654.00. So I originally saved $26,237.00, which is great. However, the debt settlement fees and other fees were $11,716.85. Which brings the savings to $14,521.15. Still that is good savings. However, National Debt Relief also suggested I go with Liberty Lending to get a loan to pay off the debt faster. That's great.

Kim ** explained everything perfectly and seemed genuinely happy to help me. She went over the application, answered any questions and was very thorough. The welcome call was equally informative and helpful. I feel I have made the right decision and hope National Debt Relief can help me achieve my financial goal toward financial independence and credit solvency. I feel like I have someone in my corner who will help me achieve this goal within, if not before the time allotted.

I never thought that anything will be resolved but thanks to NDR those debts will be resolved. I had lost the funds that I had in my account when I joined Yahoo back in 2016 and those funds were never recovered. Yahoo had an email glitch at that time and many people's bank accounts were compromised including my account.

I was bombarded by bills and I wanted to file bankruptcy. My brother does all my finances and he was the one that found out about NDR. He was like, "I heard a lot about this." I told him I heard about the service too, but I wasn't really sure about it. NDR is rated really well and a couple of people I know use them. They said they had a very good experience with them. The enrollment process was fast and easy and it went very well with the negotiator. They were very aggressive and very thorough. They explained everything to me, so I was not led into the dark.

I'm in debt and I was not able to keep up with the bills that I have. I then got consolidation services from National Debt Relief and they were very helpful when I was enrolling. Overall I was very happy with my experience. The only criticism I would have is that the first tier of employees was not able to explain the process clearly at all. They were always professional and courteous, but not well informed. When I went to the supervisor level, it was a much more satisfactory experience by far. I would suggest better training for those with whom you first speak, as it is truly frustrating and not easily understood. Other than that, I deeply appreciate your services.

My welcome caller (Blake) was very thorough and knowledgeable. He did speak VERY quickly throughout the call and I felt I was being rushed at times. This is such a big decision/commitment for your clients and we are going to have questions that need to be answered in detail... perhaps even the same question twice. I would rather have my question answered at that moment, rather than being told "that information was already discussed in this email" or "that welcome brochure" and "please refer to it". That approach feels very cold.

Actually chose your company over another because of the transparency of the information your representative provided to me. While also making sure I clearly understood the facts, rules, and implications of the process before I signed the contracts. Chris was easygoing, seemed concerned about my situation and was very eager to help. He also had a good sense of humor, if a bit too willing to toot his own horn.
