    I originally spoke with Chris ** regarding debt relief enrollment. He was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining all that is involved in this process.     When I first joined NDR in October 2016, I was in a huge financial hardship. They were able to sign me up over the phone (and emails too) without fail. Since joining, I’ve had to lower my monthly payment but it’s always gone back to the original agreed upon amount. NDR has worked with me continuously and I couldn’t be more grateful!     I was making minimum payments on everything and it wasn't getting us anywhere. It's gonna take us 37 years to get out of debt. So I researched a couple of companies and then my wife and I decided that the information provided by National Debt Relief was more than helpful enough, thus, we made that decision to go with them. The enrollment process wasn't too intrusive. You fill out some paperwork and they determine what type of financial obligation I have. They then take my debt, negotiate with particular creditors, and they say what my monthly response will be. So far, so good. We still got our financial hardship but it's something we're gonna have to tolerate for the entire duration of the program. And then once that's obligated, we can get back to where we were and try to be debt-free. Overall, they have answered all my questions and if I had to call, I'm able to talk to somebody at any time.

    First off, the Customer service was good, so I did not have an issue there. My issue is with the fees and savings. I originally had a debt of $53,892.00 on 5 credit cards. National Debt Relief was able to negotiate the final settlement amount to $27,654.00. So I originally saved $26,237.00, which is great. However, the debt settlement fees and other fees were $11,716.85. Which brings the savings to $14,521.15. Still that is good savings. However, National Debt Relief also suggested I go with Liberty Lending to get a loan to pay off the debt faster. That's great.

    The only issue with that is the loan has a 23.706% interest rate. Therefore, after I pay off the loan in 4 1/2 years, I would have paid $16,885.21 in finance charges. If you subtract that from $14,521.15 that I save, it now leaves me paying $2,364.06. So in actuality, I would have been better off paying the credit card companies directly and could have avoided this entire mess. At least my credit score would have been above 600 at this point. It's just very disappointing to know that this just prolonged by debt and actually increased it over the next 5 years.

    I was bombarded by bills and I wanted to file bankruptcy. My brother does all my finances and he was the one that found out about NDR. He was like, "I heard a lot about this." I told him I heard about the service too, but I wasn't really sure about it. NDR is rated really well and a couple of people I know use them. They said they had a very good experience with them. The enrollment process was fast and easy and it went very well with the negotiator. They were very aggressive and very thorough. They explained everything to me, so I was not led into the dark.

    NDR asked me what I could afford, and they laid out this strategy for me. Everything was perfect. The program gets everything paid off and I don't have a bad mark on my record. It teaches me how to be stricter with my finances because you could go to the website and you see things getting paid off. You could see everything that's going on with your account. NDR is very upfront, which is extremely rare.

    All around, it's been awesome. I have one friend that I referred to NDR that's using them right now. I tell everybody about the program and I don't see why people do bankruptcy when they could do the program and it helps your credit. I explained to my friend that NDR will help through the process and they negotiate the cost down to a minimal. Capital One even came to me and they said, "Adam, you owe this much. What can you do?" I was like, "I can't afford it, but I'm with National Debt Relief," and they were excited. They knew they're gonna get the money.

    I'm in debt and I was not able to keep up with the bills that I have. I then got consolidation services from National Debt Relief and they were very helpful when I was enrolling. I did that at the beginning of the year and they told me that the program would take a year and a half. I've already paid two of the creditors I owed but because I had the first payment deferred, my program would probably take a little longer.

    However, once I started the program, I started seeing things that I can't do. There are still times where I’m having issues coming up with the money to pay them their payment. There's no way for me to modify anything on their website, such as the date or the amount. I got an email once saying that one of the creditors has agreed to the payments. I agreed with that so I pushed a button and the next thing I knew, whatever I had in my account was going towards a different creditor I owed.

    Also, when I call them to tell them that I have issues and to ask about my payments getting pushed back or skipped, their customer service would tell me that I need to notify them a certain amount of days before or that they're sorry because the amount would be withdrawn. So I’ve learned that in order to handle a payment and/or to push it, I have to call them two weeks in advance, which is a pain. There was once when I told them that I was going through hardship, the rep was able to change three of my payments. But then, she kept reminding me how far back I would be in the program if I alter. Still, National Debt Relief has been helpful. I'm not paying as much money to everybody that I owed. They've also made it easier for me since they do it for me and I don't have to talk to my creditors.

    My welcome caller (Blake) was very thorough and knowledgeable. He did speak VERY quickly throughout the call and I felt I was being rushed at times. This is such a big decision/commitment for your clients and we are going to have questions that need to be answered in detail... perhaps even the same question twice.     I was trying to find a way to get out of a bunch of credit card debt that I had. When I looked up at debt consolidation companies, National Debt Relief was the one that has the best reviews so I went with them. However, every time I call, I talked to somebody different. I didn’t have a dedicated person to my account so there was no personal touch. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied with everything else that they did. They were able to save me a significant amount of money on the three accounts that they have closed. I still have one pending and they’re talking to my last creditor right now, trying to get a settlement.

    National Debt Relief worked really well with me on the payment plan. There were a couple of times where I had to postpone a payment and they just took the payment away and I didn’t even have to worry about it. There were also a couple of times I had to move the payment to the following pay period and they were fine with it. They had been really great with the payments.     Credit-wise, I’m taking the horrible hit to my credit and I might have to rebuild that but I knew that was gonna happen and that was part of the process. I was paying the minimum payment of $800 a month before, to $500 a month with NDR so they saved me $300. They helped me get out of debt and helped my quality of life as far as stress.     I needed to consolidate everything and National Debt Relief did a lot of advertising and proved to have real positive reviews. Plus, the guy from NDR who started with me was a wonderful person and he was one of the main reasons for me to go with them. It's been a bunch of months already and I haven't always paid what I'm supposed to pay every month, but NDR has been working with me. They took care of five accounts already, and those are the big ones with big dollars, not the small credit cards.

    NDR has a program and they have the numbers which they have to work with in order to pay off the loans. I got an email today from one of the companies that I owed money to and NDR is taking care of it. There is one company that has already been paid off and a couple of them are still in the works. Working with NDR made my life a lot easier. I still owe a bunch of money, but it doesn’t compare to what it was. At least I could breathe now and I still have extra spending money. For example, my wife had some dental work and it was $6,000. I called NDR a couple of times and I slid for $600 to $1,000 a couple of times so I could give them a chunk of money because I pay them out each month.

    I wish that NDR would spend some time on credit cards. There are eight of them and these are little accounts but they bug me and it's easier to get them off my back if they know that they're gonna get paid a certain amount of dollars so I wish NDR would negotiate with them. But NDR has their own reasons to do everything. I knew that they have a real problem with Discover so I just took care of Discover myself. But other than that, I've been very happy with NDR's service. When I call, somebody gives me an answer and the negotiators have always been kind and understanding.

    We needed to get out of debt, so we sought the help of National Debt Relief and we went with them based on some of the reviews that I read online and an experience of a friend of ours who used them. National Debt Relief is currently providing debt settlement for us. I did the enrollment online and entered in some information. They called me back and we gave them the information and set up an account to use. Our interaction with their reps was great and they were very informative. They didn’t skip anything and went into detail letting us know what they were gonna do and how it works. They also wanted us to know that we could stop at any time and the money that’s in the account that we have is ours. We could pull it out and that would be the end of it.

    They were very good and always nice. We didn’t get online and looked at it all that much because we knew that they were doing what they were supposed to be doing. Every two or three months, we got a call and they said that they saw that we haven’t been online to check our account. They asked if everything was okay and they wanted to make sure that we could still get on. They were very concerned. I felt very comfortable working with their staff and it was probably one of the best interactions I have done. I’ve done debt consolidation, but the other companies that we used a long time ago weren’t very people-friendly. It seemed more like we were just a number to them and not individual people.

    We’re trying to get out of debt, so the program is doing that. There have been three or four things that have already been settled and starting to pay off, so National Debt Relief has made it easier because they handle all the collections and they take care of anybody that has to call. We’re about halfway through based on what we need to pay off. National Debt Relief took everything that we were paying on payment-wise and it’s about half of what we had to pay originally. They took everything and told us what they could work with and asked if that was gonna work with us. They worked with a number, so it was nice.

    The cost of their program is well worth it. The fees that we pay to them are minimal compared to the service that we're getting. There has been less stress without having to deal with everybody calling every week and no matter the situation we try to tell them, they say that they're trying to work on it. Most people that we owe money to want their money and they don’t listen to why we can’t pay them at that time. National Debt Relief works with you, they’re great with customer service and I’d recommend them to anybody. They didn’t make us feel like we were second-class or didn't make us feel bad for being in debt.

    I was in a position that I could no longer handle my monthly obligations to pay on my credit cards. I was making minimum payments each month and this was taking all my income. I was having to charge more each month just to live. So I decide it was time to seek help. I have work with Meisha and Karen and they have both been wonderful.     I had a hard time financially, had two children back-to-back and I’m going to school and working at the same time. I got a little overwhelmed and I looked up National Debt Relief online and checked them out. They looked cool and legit and I gave them a call, did some paperwork, gave them a bunch of information and explained to them my difficulties. They said that they could help me and the reps were nice. They have closed two accounts for me and everything has been good so far. I have four or five more accounts, so I am a third of the way through.

    The payment plan depends on how much I owe and how much I make. It’s almost 500 a month and I’m trying to pay everybody off and get everybody squared away. National Debt Relief is a really good company and I’ve recommended them to two other people. There are so many scandals, fraudulent people and hackers so everybody is weary of scams and sending money, information and bank accounts to the wrong people. So I told people that I have this company and I gave them the paperwork and the number. I told them to hit NDR up and that they’re legit.

    I got fired at work about a year and a half ago, and I was gonna be off for six to eight months. I knew I wouldn’t be able to survive if I didn’t do something and when I did some research online, National Debt Relief seemed to be the most reputable out there to what showed on Consumer Reports. I called them and talked to one of the individuals. And then after they went over it, they said that I qualified. They got me enrolled and I had to start sending all of my creditor’s information and what stuff I wanted to close out and get help with. Their staff has been a great pleasure and they’re courteous, polite, and very kind people. They call me once a month to follow up and I also log in the portal and then it'll say if I need to decide to get a settlement.

    National Debt Relief took all the debt which what I had, my income and what bills I have, and asked I if could survive on a particular amount and I said, “Yes.” And I just increased it about another 50 bucks every two weeks. The cost of the service is very reasonable and they still gotta make their money to pay the people that they help with. So I do a bi-weekly payment and then they try to get reduced rates and get settled. They are resolving my credit issues right now and they would call and ask my opinion if I wanna do a settlement and if the amount is reasonable to accept. I’m still getting by, but it’s improving my stuff and I’ve been paying off stuff so I won't turn my head from paying my own responsibility. Overall, National Debt Relief is a good way to fix a problem that somebody has gotten himself in.
