The representative was very knowledgeable, respectable and very patient. I was very worried knowing I needed help with more than four credit cards and my finances was just enough to make only the minimum payments resulting in my balances barely changing meaning that I would be paying and going nowhere. However everything flow easier than I expected. Recently I was accepted. My monthly payments are much less than I was paying on all actually five cards and the wonderful thing is that I am allowed to break my payments in two and pay biweekly instead of one lump sum. Based on the reviews, I am expecting a successful experience.

National Debt Relief provided consolidation of our credit card debt where we paid them and then they paid the creditors. The enrolment process was easy, fast and convenient. It took about two weeks to get everything sent to them and get everything going. And the negotiator answered every time I emailed them. He was awesome. One time, we had to skip a payment and they were really nice and weren’t mad at all. Then they also helped up because there was another person out there with the same name as my husband and it really put us in a bind. We had to pay some money out to get his name cleared. Everything went nice and smooth. National Debt Relief is easy going and I've told many people about them.

I heard National Debt Relief's advertisement one time and I followed up on them, and they were helpful. They walked me right through the enrollment and it was very easy. I’m still in the process but so far, everything's been great. They keep me up to date on every move.

I’m addicted to paying my bills on time and I was clearing up my checking account. One of my checking accounts was getting cleared because I was paying the bills every week. They’re pricey, but it’s worth it and I’m not going to worry about it as long as everything has been taken care of in a good way. I wanted to consolidate all the debts with the cards and I saw National Debt Relief and it sounded good. Overall, the enrollment process was good and the interactions with the NDR rep were good as well. When they say that they have to do it, they did it right away. Their cost is also good. I already paid one year and I'm happy with their service. They are taking care of business right away and in less than a year, I already settled four debts. I can tell that they are helpful if someone is trying to get out from the debt like what I’m having. They are truthful with what they say and that’s what I like about them. I highly recommended NDR to others.

I had some hardships and I needed some consolidation on my bills. I don't want any annoying calls and I want to make sure that my creditors were taken care of and re-establish myself with my credit. I looked online and National Debt Relief's program seems to be good. I didn't know a lot about them so I had to do a little bit of research on the program and I like it so far. I made sure that they are a member of the the Better Business Bureau then I did an application to see how everything works. They explained everything to me and sent me copies of everything online.

I am just now starting with NDR... so far the people I have associated with have been patient and worked with me when I had my doubts if I wanted to do forthwith doing this... but they have made me feel rest assured that it is in the best interest for me.

The representatives I've spoken with have been patient, listened well, and explained the process clearly. That said, a welcome packet with a form I need to sign to allow contact with my creditors has not arrived yet and I'm unsure of where we are now in this process. That makes me uneasy.

I had a lot of credit cards where the payments were out of hand and the interest on them was sky-high. My husband and I have had a lot of debt and he has all of it in his name, while all on my name were our credit cards. It was hard to make all the payments and we got to a point where we couldn't anymore, and so I chose to do all the credit cards in a debt relief program with National Debt Relief. There was a really nice guy that I talked to initially, and he was the one that did everything. He was super nice, he led me through all of it and I was signed up before I knew it. When I called I was in a state of desperation, and he knew exactly what I needed to hear and knew what he was doing.

I had a ton of medical costs and I was in debt. Being on a fixed income, I didn’t have a way of paying it back all at once. I’m totally disabled now. I saw a commercial and talked to someone about NDR. I called them and after talking to the guy who answered the phone, I did not make the decision right then and there. I made the decision later and they gave me the payment plan upfront. They had the payment plan arranged before they even offered anybody a settlement, which meant that they must have a formula. It works and it's affordable. I never missed a payment or had a problem, too.

The amount of debt I had and not being able to meet the minimum dues made me seek out National Debt Relief. Brian, the negotiator, was pretty much available and he walked me through. I told them what I had owed and they said, “Okay.” It sounded like they could help me out and they would be able to work on my behalf with the creditors. They told me the amount that they would need monthly and then it wasn’t doable in one, so we split it and that seemed to be helping. The program I availed tried to get the balance down. Right now, I have three creditors that they were able to work out. However, there was this time that I thought it was 24 months, and then when I got the paperwork it was 48 months. But, at that point, I just needed to do something. The service could be better. I would like an update monthly or every so often as to their negotiations, whether if they’ve gone out and they’ve spoken to someone.

I would like to give National Debt Relief an excellent review. Kester Harding was so helpful and patient as we (Craig and I) listened to him explain how the program worked and then helped us complete the application. With his excellent assistance, we were able to complete the application and get a prompt answer as to whether we were approved. Once we were approved, he continued to explain how the process would proceed. We are confident that National Debt Relief will be successful in negotiating with our creditors and helping us to eliminate our credit card debt.

Fully delighted with the Certified Debt Specialist (CDS) when the account was opened o July 7, 2018. The CDS was very courteous and thorough throughout the application process and ensures that the customer fully understands the process and encourage questions. The Welcome Call put more emphasis on the details to ensure success of the program and journey with NDR.

When I was transferred to the Welcome Center the second man, sorry I forgot his name, was just as thorough.

I just got a call yesterday about something that NDR's supposed to be handling but so far, they said they haven’t got in touch with them so I’m trying to get in touch with NDR now to see what was going on with my situation and I’m trying to find out if they were able to do anything about it. But their enrollment process wasn’t that difficult. They explained to me what the situation was and how they could do this and that and get it settled for me in a certain amount of time. I was trying to get this taken care of because I was going through a rough time with all the calling, so I agreed with them. They got rid of the main ones but that one was giving me the most calls so I was trying to get it resolved and I thought it was taken care of. I wanted to get back and talk to them and find out what was going on.

I'm trying to pay off all my credit cards. The amount wasn't that much but there was a lot of them. National Debt Relief was more professional than the other ones when I looked at the ratings. They told me that I had the option to pay everything off in 12 or 24 months and since it was a little bit too high with the 12 months, I decided to go with the 24 months. Working with NDR has taken out some stress out of me so I feel more confident every day. All I have to worry about is having the amount they want me to have every month and they'll handle the rest. They negotiate the balance that I owe and I end up paying less, so they're great. They also send me statements of what I'm paying off every month. It’s been pretty good and I'm very happy with them.

Paul was so much help to me and I feel such a relief over my debt. He explained everything to me and I am very happy right now that I won't be stressing so much every month over bills. I did some research and went with National Debt Relief. The interaction with their rep was great. They clearly answered all the questions that I needed them to answer and the enrollment process was great. They lowered my bills however, it feels like they’re taking a lot more than I thought they would. I did get an offer from the last credit card that if I were to cancel now I don’t have to pay the rest of the money that I owe them. I wish NDR could do something else when it comes to that, but I don’t wanna screw them over because they did help me. It would be great though if the cost would be a bit smaller. But they need to pay their employees and themselves so I understand that concept. It is what it is. Other than that, it’s a good program and I recommended National Debt Relief to people. So far, I’m paying NDR so once that drops off then my life would be much better because I wouldn’t have to pay them that huge amount of money per month.

I sought National Debt Relief's service for my credit and the enrollment was fine. But when I called them with follow up questions, the person who enrolled me said that he wasn't the one to talk to and then I've talked to general service members since then. The payment plan works okay and I should have two months left in the program.
