    I had some hardships and I needed some consolidation on my bills. I don't want any annoying calls and I want to make sure that my creditors were taken care of and re-establish myself with my credit. I looked online and National Debt Relief's program seems to be good. I didn't know a lot about them so I had to do a little bit of research on the program and I like it so far. I made sure that they are a member of the the Better Business Bureau then I did an application to see how everything works. They explained everything to me and sent me copies of everything online.

    I still have about a year and a half to go in the program and my experience has been good. I haven't had any problems and my payments have been paid in schedule. They were able to settle some debts and one of the largest ones that I have will be paid in full in September. Also, all the people that I've spoken with have been courteous and kind. The negotiators have been good and very informative too. If something changes or if there's an update or a settlement, they contact me and go over everything. Communication is very good and the customer service is excellent. Overall, National Debt Relief has helped me structure my credit data and stop the annoying phone calls.

    I wanted to consolidate all the debts with the cards and I saw National Debt Relief and it sounded good. Overall, the enrollment process was good and the interactions with the NDR rep were good as well. When they say that they have to do it, they did it right away. Their cost is also good. I already paid one year and I'm happy with their service. They are taking care of business right away and in less than a year, I already settled four debts. I can tell that they are helpful if someone is trying to get out from the debt like what I’m having. They are truthful with what they say and that’s what I like about them.     I had a lot of credit cards where the payments were out of hand and the interest on them was sky-high. My husband and I have had a lot of debt and he has all of it in his name, while all on my name were our credit cards. It was hard to make all the payments and we got to a point where we couldn't anymore, and so I chose to do all the credit cards in a debt relief program with National Debt Relief. There was a really nice guy that I talked to initially, and he was the one that did everything. He was super nice, he led me through all of it and I was signed up before I knew it. When I called I was in a state of desperation, and he knew exactly what I needed to hear and knew what he was doing.

    First, they took my debt and told me what I would need to pay. I was a little hesitant ’cause I didn’t know if that was really me saving anything, but it worked out okay. I was using all the credit cards that I have, I'd make the payment and I would use them right back up. I was in that constant cycle of depending on them and I would have never gotten them paid off. Now two of my accounts have been resolved and I'm making payments on another one, and I've got three left. It’s still stressful but NDR is working everything out with all my creditors and it's calming me. They are very good in handling debt that’s gotten out of control and they want to get you in a better place with your debt, and overall they seem like a good company.

    The amount of debt I had and not being able to meet the minimum dues made me seek out National Debt Relief. Brian, the negotiator, was pretty much available and he walked me through. I told them what I had owed and they said, “Okay.” It sounded like they could help me out and they would be able to work on my behalf with the creditors. They told me the amount that they would need monthly and then it wasn’t doable in one, so we split it and that seemed to be helping. The program I availed tried to get the balance down. Right now, I have three creditors that they were able to work out. However, there was this time that I thought it was 24 months, and then when I got the paperwork it was 48 months. But, at that point, I just needed to do something. The service could be better. I would like an update monthly or every so often as to their negotiations, whether if they’ve gone out and they’ve spoken to someone.

    I had a ton of medical costs and I was in debt. Being on a fixed income, I didn’t have a way of paying it back all at once. I’m totally disabled now. I saw a commercial and talked to someone about NDR. I called them and after talking to the guy who answered the phone, I did not make the decision right then and there. I made the decision later and they gave me the payment plan upfront. They had the payment plan arranged before they even offered anybody a settlement, which meant that they must have a formula. It works and it's affordable. I never missed a payment or had a problem, too.

    Every time they came up with a settlement, they brought it to me. If the terms were good, we accepted it. If the terms weren’t, they went back until they were acceptable. NDR was fantastic and it was right for me. Now that I have paid most of my debts off, there is less stress and I'm not worried about somebody calling, whether or not it is a collector. I’m happy with NDR.

    I just got a call yesterday about something that NDR's supposed to be handling but so far, they said they haven’t got in touch with them so I’m trying to get in touch with NDR now to see what was going on with my situation and I’m trying to find out if they were able to do anything about it. But their enrollment process wasn’t that difficult. They explained to me what the situation was and how they could do this and that and get it settled for me in a certain amount of time. I was trying to get this taken care of because I was going through a rough time with all the calling, so I agreed with them. They got rid of the main ones but that one was giving me the most calls so I was trying to get it resolved and I thought it was taken care of. I wanted to get back and talk to them and find out what was going on.

    I'm trying to pay off all my credit cards. The amount wasn't that much but there was a lot of them. National Debt Relief was more professional than the other ones when I looked at the ratings. They told me that I had the option to pay everything off in 12 or 24 months and since it was a little bit too high with the 12 months, I decided to go with the 24 months. Working with NDR has taken out some stress out of me so I feel more confident every day. All I have to worry about is having the amount they want me to have every month and they'll handle the rest. They negotiate the balance that I owe and I end up paying less, so they're great. They also send me statements of what I'm paying off every month. It’s been pretty good and I'm very happy with them.

    I had recommendations to go through National Debt Relief and I was digging myself out of debt, pretty much moving on. So far, the program has helped me really get the debts resolved and not have to worry anymore about it. I'm pretty much done away with any credit cards that I had. I'm down to two credit cards and the quality of the service has been good. I've had a couple of issues but they were nothing major. There's always someone available if I call or they'll call back, and they're very kind. They also give me a heads up on what's going on, what I'm looking at and what options I have. So it's been good.

    I heard about National Debt Relief on the radio. My husband was unexpectedly laid off for six months. We managed to stay afloat for 3 months thanks to his severance. After that we went on unemployment and started to get behind on our credit cards. Although we had reached the limit on all of them we had a 100% on time record for payments and we always paid more than the minimum.

    We started getting calls from creditors and although we explained the circumstances and despite our record of payments no one would work with us to become current. We tried to get consolidation loans through our credit union and another online lending company we had used but were denied. I am not happy about any of this. Although they say on your bill they will work with you when you become behind and that was not our experience. This is a better option than bankruptcy but we still will have a bad credit report for several years. We are 60 yrs old and this is not what where we want to be at this point in life!

    I did some research and went with National Debt Relief. The interaction with their rep was great. They clearly answered all the questions that I needed them to answer and the enrollment process was great. They lowered my bills however, it feels like they’re taking a lot more than I thought they would. I did get an offer from the last credit card that if I were to cancel now I don’t have to pay the rest of the money that I owe them. I wish NDR could do something else when it comes to that, but I don’t wanna screw them over because they did help me. It would be great though if the cost would be a bit smaller.     I had too many credit cards and bills so I looked into a debt relief service and National Debt Relief was rated number one so I decided to go with them. The enrollment was a long process but it was pretty easy The payment plan was pretty high, but they helped me out. I had a couple of loans settled, but I canceled them. I consulted with a credit advisor and he said that National Debt Relief is not gonna help me out in the future because I’m trying to fix my credit. And the debt that I have is already closed and there is no use for me paying it off. But now, National Debt Relief said they had funded me some money for my creditors and they tried to charge me extra.

    Communication with NDR was good. The enrollment process was fairly easy too. It's just that I didn’t have access to a fax machine and the place that I used was UPS and there was something wrong with their machine and it wasn’t getting stuff. And that was my only glitch. I probably could have done it online but I didn’t have an access to that at that time. Now, everything has already been resolved and all the creditors are taken care of. And it’s so much better knowing that I have no more debt and no more credit cards. From now on, I use my debit card. If there’s no money, then we don’t use it. It’s so nice to feel debt-free and that’s fabulous. Even though I still have another year to do the payments, it’s still taken care of and no phone calls from the creditors and it’s great. Overall, I’ve been very happy with their service.
