My husband took a big pay cut and we were trying to figure out how to get out from under a bunch of credit cards that we had. My husband called National Debt Relief, and we are on a program where we put a certain amount into an account every other week and they are trying to settle all of our cards for a smaller amount. Enrolling with NDR was easy. We had to get some information together for them. And it took a phone call or two and we got them the information. They told us it would be a wait while they started negotiating, and several months later, we started getting the offers for the settlements. And the last time we checked, we’re at 20% settled.

I had a credit card debt and National Debt Relief helped me a lot. They have good customer service. Also, their application process was quick and easy and their payment plan was way better than before.

I heard that National Debt Relief was a good company to go with so I went with them. They handled all the creditors for me, so I didn’t have to deal with it. I like the fact that they put all my payments into one low monthly payment instead of me having to try to get all the payments at once. And they set my payment to where it was doable for me where I could still meet my every day living expenses. The portal that they have where I can log into to stay up-to-date was efficient and thorough. So far, I have completed the program. National Debt Relief helped me get out of debt.

Customer service rep was very kind, supportive and helpful. The program details were explained in detail. This is a very difficult situation and unfamiliar territory, they seem to be quite supportive in that aspect. I hope to maintain that support throughout the entire program.

My experience with Safia and Gabriella was a good one. They were very informative with every details of the debt settlement program, contact information and the entire process. Safia contacted me almost daily via phone and email for the past two weeks providing me with detailed and specific information of the program. I've only spoke to Gabriella once and she was thorough as well.

Both (representatives) were very patient, understanding and helpful. I have an older phone and no computer, I was on the phone with the reps while trying to put my signature on the spots I needed to sign on the contract but my phone wasn't allowing me so they actually went on through the whole contract and security info and then called me back after I was able to get everything signed. I had a very positive experience with National Debt Relief. I got ill and missed some work. I missed some of my scheduled bills and then I had medical bills to pay as well. Also, the insurance was a high deductible, so it caught me in a bind. I then went on the internet and from what I read there, NDR seemed like a good option. The enrollment process with NDR was very simple. They called, did an online interview and everything seemed straightforward. There were no intervening hidden costs. And then after the online interview, they sent me documents to sign.

It has been six months since I joined the program with National Debt Relief. I was drowning in debt. And then when I went online, they were rated number one. The program helped me as far as dealing with all the credit cards that I had. They communicated with the companies and they're settling a lot of the balances. And while I'm paying monthly for them to take care of everything, the price for their services is included in what I'm paying. So I'm not complaining about it. Besides, I was constantly getting phone calls from companies and all that had stopped since I signed with National Debt Relief. Moreover, they keep me informed. I receive emails whenever they settle one of the accounts. As a matter of fact, I received a summon on one of the accounts recently and NDR is handling it for me right now. Overall, working with National Debt Relief has impacted my life greatly. I'm satisfied.

Updated on 05/03/2019: I have done a similar debt program years ago, but I didn't get the same thing as with what I got from National Debt Relief. I liked the way that National Debt Relief was set up. I also liked that I just have one payment every month and they took care of it. The enrollment process was really smooth. I spoke to someone immediately, and he was very helpful and talked us through the whole process. And every time I've needed anything or contacted someone, they've helped immediately. I recently added a new debt, and the young lady that I spoke to was very helpful. She managed to adapt much easier than I had even thought. I just called, sent in the paperwork and she said okay and went from there.

The customer service was awesome! They were very informative and helped me understand the entire program. They promptly called me back like they said they would. The online portal is easy to read and understand. I am excited to get on with this journey and see some of my debt get paid off!

The Credit Card companies have the same payment plans that these debt relief programs do without affecting your credit score. Plus everything you pay in, goes directly to the debt and not a middleman. I started out with NDR, however they took the 2nd payment out prior to the agreed upon date and it left me overdrawn. Now I've called my credit card company's and worked out a payment plan.

I liked National Debt Relief's payment term and flexibility, and their enrollment process was simple. They worked with me on the payment plan and we found a sweet spot. I’ve been making consistent payments with NDR and so far, they have paid off two or three of my cards. Being able to have that small decrease in payments really helps. Their reps have been good. They’ve reached out every time there’s a settlement or things that they need to call in. And I just log in on the account online to check most of what’s going on where I can also email. With what I’m gonna get at the end of the program, the cost is definitely fair. Moreover, I liked the fact that I had another card that popped up on the radar and they took it in and apparently, it’s gonna be covered in the initial agreement. That was helpful. So far, I have seen my credit score go up and hopefully it continues to improve.

I had credit card debt issues. I did some research and took a little assessment online and I was pointed in the direction of National Debt Relief. Their enrollment process was good. The person I talked to was really informative, patient and helpful throughout the whole thing. They walked me through everything and explained everything clearly. However, when I send out an email regarding anything, I never get a response in which I need to call every time. Also, when I send over a document, there’s radio silence whenever I ask if they received it. So I have to call to make sure they got it.

I wanted to try to consolidate, and it was easier to get under control through National Debt Relief. They are the ones that I saw the most and some of the reviews I read made me go with them for debt settlement service. They sent me emails saying that they worked this out and when I called them and asked about it, the representatives always said, "The negotiators are doing this, this, and this." The reps have also called a couple of times because they have seen that I wasn't on my account. The payment plan that they worked with me on was fair. It was the equivalent to one of my bills. It seems a little high but considering what I had to pay or having to pay off, it is not bad.

I know I have just got started, but I have been very happy with the staff. They all just seem to want to make this easy as possible for me and my family. We are already dealing with enough because of health issues. The staff has answered all my questions and trained me how to deal with debtors. There does seem to be a lot of emails that are duplicated.

My husband is a contractor and he has gotten stiffed on his last couple of jobs which put me in a financial position that I couldn't pay things. I started with the National Debt Relief in December and the program was for four years. NDR told me they had a central relationship with Chase and with Discover. Then when I went to call Chase, Chase says that they never work with them. They also sent me off to one of the companies they do work with, but they figured a payment that was about $2500 a month and I couldn’t live on that. But the payment plan set up with NDR is something that I can afford. I pay NDR around $1,400 a month and they try to negotiate with my creditors and they have gotten a couple of them paid.

Parker was very patient and worked with us. We spoke multiple times during the week. He went through the entire process with me and then again with my husband when he got home from work. I know the office was technically closed, but Parker continued to work with us.

Reaching out for help is very foreign to me. When I called NDR, they couldn't have been more helpful and forthcoming. Moving forward, I'm able to start putting some money back in savings. For this alone, I'm very grateful.

So far so uncomplicated easy application process and quick response once account is open. There is a lot of information being shared. A lot to comprehend but understand the importance of information included in the process. Waiting for that first offer of creditor acceptance humbled by my need for debt relief but thankful National Debt Relief is not judgmental but very helpful.

This is a very difficult decision to make. The two people I dealt with, Priscilla and Kathleen, were both so great. They were equally patient with me and my many questions. They explained things thoroughly and were so understanding when I was a little scared. This is not something I am pleased to have done, but they made it so much easier. I only hope the whole process is as pleasant!

National Debt Relief has been a totally fine experience. I got them because of their ratings online. Their reps were friendly. Everything else that I was doing was not really working but with them there’s been some movement in my debt payments. Anytime that I wanna make a change, I just call and they change something. But then I’m changing up and not down so it was probably not what the normal interaction would be. The thing I like most is that it’s just kind of a background thing. I don’t really have to think about it. It’s just there and it’s being done and that’s not in my life really. And when you’ve got 15 million things happening, I would do it.

The representatives were very informative and responsive to questions. They were very fast with emailing the forms. The representative were very clear in giving explanations and walked me through the forms page by page. I highly recommend them to other people facing hardships.

Both young ladies who assisted me were awesome and understanding to my needs. Definitely recommend you to my friends and family and anyone else who will listen. Thank you for all your help and great to know you're just a phone call away.

I was laid off from my job and I'm using National Debt Relief to help me lower settlements. They're a member of the Better Business Bureau and they have good reviews. The enrollment process went really well. I talked to somebody on the phone and they did all the work for me. Then my interactions with the rep was perfect, in the way he talked to me and led me through the process. He helped me understand the process and how long it would take. He made it really easy and pain-free. Also, I was impressed with his demeanor with me. He was very understanding. He told me what the cost would be in a month and I agreed to it. My program is for two years and I've already completed six months. And so far, it's been good. They’ve settled two of my debts already. National Debt Relief has made day-to-day expenses a little easier because I don't have a bunch of big expenses. I would definitely tell people to contact them.

I got online looking for some way to get out of debt. National Debt Relief popped up and had good reviews. They’ve been quick during the enrollment process and they answer stuff. I’m in the middle of the process right now and it seems to be going good. They answer the phone pretty quickly. They usually get a hold of me before I get a chance to get a hold of them. Plus I don’t seem to be put on hold very long. There were a few times where the payment bounced but they worked with me pretty well to get it done. I paid off one payment so far. But stuff seems to get closer to getting paid off. NDR has been pretty easy to deal with.

Glen did a very good job in explaining what is expected on the process. He used words easy to understand for someone like us. He had a voice that is pleasant to hear that everyone can easily understand. Good job Glen!

My experience with the team member who called to Welcome me into the NDR family was pleasant and very informative. My only complaint was that she had an accent (and I have 66 year-old hearing) and spoke very, very fast. Because the person who I spoke with initially gave me such a thorough picture of the program, I was able to follow along with the second team member.

I was a little skeptical about calling at first, didn’t know what kind of program NDR offered and if I would even qualify. However the representative sat through the entire call with me and explained in detail everything. 30 minutes after she went over the details with me, she called me back and said I was approved. This program is a very thorough and a great relief. To have legal help to secure my accounts and funding for my debts at lower monthly payments into one is logical. To accumulate less combined interest will reduce years of payments. The process and documents are detailed and supportive to continuing the program.

First time debt settlement. I am very scared to do this, because my credit score is going to down significantly and I won't be easy to get back on my credit score. I really don't think there is other solution to solve this financial issue. Customer service was very helpful and they did an excellent job answering my questions.

I felt National Debt Relief would help me settle the accounts and now my husband and I can keep track of our debt. I send National Debt Relief the copies of all the letters and all the creditors that wanted to settle. NDR can say to them, "Okay, let's work with the settlement," and give them specific dates they can start paying. I've been with NDR for almost six months but so far, I'm still not paid and I haven't heard any settlement. I still get collectors and I'm still getting from my husband's side. So National Debt Relief hasn't done much.

They're up-to-date with anything that pops up on the account and they're quick to notify me. Even the hold times aren't long when I call in.

Whenever the reps at National Debt Relief would have any news, they’d give me a call on cost and they’d check my email or the account. And if I received anything from the creditors, I would make sure to send a copy of the documents to my profile so that they can have the latest update. However, I had to wait for each account to start getting delayed and that took about six months before National Debt Relief could start doing their negotiation. And I had to have a certain percentage available in my balance for them to reach out. It was a little overwhelming but it all worked out.
