I received an email, not sure of. I have been trying to figure out different loans to cover up others. Then this email. I called, scared of fraud, all was good. I am still thinking. My first phone call Mr. **, was great he understood. BANG! I was signed up. Knew my payment and how many months. Very Good. All very official. Great relief, one payment @ month. 24 hrs into this have their numbers, address, email & fax. I Believe???

NDR representative was very professional and explain the program until I had a clear understanding. They walk me through each step efficiently and accurately. My experience was great and I would recommend anybody trying to go debt free. I had no doubt in going debt free the moment Amir ** enrolled me the program and walk me through the necessary steps to become financially stable.

Michele was wonderful, she answered all of my questions, even allowed me to conference my mother into the call so she could explain the program to both of us so that we could reach an informed decision. I went online and I did some research, and from all of the reviews that I saw, National Debt Relief had the best reviews.

I was doing the search online and National Debt Relief was the first company that popped in Google. It requested enough information from me to move forward with the company. I had gotten some debt consolidation to get free from my debt from credit cards. I've been with them since October and the program has been working fine. Plus, I've had pretty good communication with the negotiator. I like my payment plan. It is reasonable and helps me out a lot. Working with NDR, I've been able to save money and lower my debt.

Everything went good with National Debt Relief. I told the guy everything that I had and bills I needed to try to consolidate when I talked to him. He worked with me and got everything down to a good price. The payment plan and the cost of the service are reasonable. It's been about 5 months since I started and it has been coming along pretty good so far. They paid off two or three of my debts within the time I got started and it was probably half the amount that the debtor wanted. As soon as they get agreement with the debtor, they send me an email or give me a call. I call them back and we work it out right then and there. They're excellent. National Debt Relief has gotten me out of what I put myself into.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was a bit of a long process especially when I just wanted random information. Though it took about 20 or 30 minutes, it was worth it. Since then, the program has helped me lower my debt. I did the automatic bill pay and it made it easier for me to advance on the program. Their reps told me what my monthly payment was gonna be and that I would have a $9.95 fee until I graduate. During the time I worked with them, their reps made me really comfortable. At first, I thought it was weird that they waited six months before they negotiated but they did that because they wanted to have a lower rate. Overall, NDR provides excellent service for the cost. Though it hurt my credit, it's a great program to have gone into and it really changed my life.

I found the Green boys Wayne and Greg easy to deal with. It wasn't their fault it took so long. Was pleased most of the information came on through E-mail and was easy to make paper copies. I doubt if I will ever be happy about stopping payment on four credit cards. I have paid my bills for 83 years and only reluctantly stopped because I had to.

The people I talk to were so helpful, explain everything in detail, I’m glad I choose you! The experience just talking on the phone and feeling like these people are here to help, when I first call the guy was talking to me and telling if I didn’t qualify he would try to find something else that could help and that says a lot.

I had multiple credit cards that I wanted to pay off and I wasn’t able to keep up with the payments as they were, and they were compounding. I saw National Debt Relief's accreditation and the reputation, so I got their debt consolidation program. I told them what I wanted, they gave me a call, I listed everything that I had, and they sent me an email, I put everything in there, and everything was done through DocuSign. Then one document was shipped to me that I had to physically sign, and I sent it back, and then they took care of everything.

Satisfied with experience except one of the customer service persons talked too fast with the welcoming and explanations of your service. I kept asking them to slow down but only did so for a few sentences. Original 1st person I talked with seemed to get irritated when I asked for additional explanations on something they had already gone over. He would say "I already went over that", but.once again....

I have just begun this journey to be debt free. It was very hard for me to make that first call. Instantly, I felt relief just from talking with someone about our situation. Jeff (Jeffrey **) made that first call so easy. We talked about my family's situation, and what my options were. He helped us come up with a plan. This plan will change our lives. As I said this is just the beginning for us but you have to start, in order to get somewhere. We feel good about the choice we have made. We feel confidence in the plan that Jeff came up with for us. We feel protected, legally, by this plan. We look forward to working toward being debt free and stress free. We will keep you posted on our progress!

Anthony ** and Hector were very helpful determining the right solution for me, and did a great job walking me through all the quirks and perks of the program I selected. It was thanks to them and the level of attention they gave me that I ended up selecting the National Debt Relief program as a recommendation from the NFCC. I have tried other avenues, but this was the only one that genuinely expressed an interest in helping me. I am looking forward to work with them.

We called and talked to National Debt Relief. We liked what they were offering and they were very pleasant about it. They went about doing stuff and telling us what to do right along from the beginning like when we get letters. We should just ignore it and they would take care of it. The enrollment to their program went very well. We did the electronic signing over the internet. Their people were very friendly and they gave us a name and a number. They told us if we had any concerns to just call them. If we still keep getting bugged by the creditors, we should call them and they were ready to call us. National would send them another letter. They were very helpful. We haven't heard from any of the companies at all. National got us to go forward and it's been a good experience.

I found the service was respectful and always done in a timely manner. I particularly liked that the program had full transparency. Not only did the counselor have a full knowledge of the program but everything was followed up with on-line information to better understand and review later. I had apprehension about joining an on-line program of this magnitude but if the follow up service and outcomes are similar to the program's introduction, all my concerns would have been for nothing!

My experience thus far with Nat'l Debt Relief has been excellent. Our initial consultant (Jennifer **) was very professional & courteous & explained the program very well & gave us every opportunity to ask questions. Once we provided all the required info, everything was very well organized for us to review & approve. The next day we conducted the client enrollment call & that was also done very professionally with that representative. So far, I am very impressed with this company & look forward to working with them to help us resolve our outstanding credit card debt.

I liked the convenience of National Debt Relief. I went with them to consolidate my loan. Enrolling was pretty easy. They sent all the paperwork in the mail after I did all the applications online and verified everything that I had and I needed. Their rep was very straightforward and he explained the program. With it, I wound up getting a lower debt and NDR handled all the hard work. Because of NDR, I've been on time and my credit has gone up. My debt is almost paid off too. Though there were a couple of times when the monthly was too high, I asked NDR if they could get it lower and they worked with me. It’s a great program for people who need to pay some of their debt that didn't anticipate having so much.
