NDR was able to review all needed items and were very transparent throughout the process. I was made to feel at ease with a tough situation. While planning the transition with repayments, It did seem as though NDR representatives contacted me as much if not more than my creditors to get me to complete my sign up after the initial quote and starting the process, however I was never made to feel obligated to move forward and all phone interactions were professional.

The Welcome Call representative from National Debt Relief reviewed and explained the process from start to finish very well, and she was polite and kind. My only complaint was that the call was so obviously scripted from beginning to end that she barely took a breath. A script that allowed for the occasional pause would be a vast improvement!

When I looked online for debt relief service companies, National Debt Relief had a good rating or comments from people. I enrolled in their program and then they didn't contact the credit card companies right away. They just kept calling and calling, and they never got contacted for a little while. But once they got it all down, they're doing it a lot faster than they said and has already done half of what they said it was gonna be. They negotiated a lot of them down. Also, my interactions I had with the negotiators have been great. They're very easy to work with and they've done great on our payment plan. National Debt Relief is awesome and they do such a good work. I'm still in the middle of the program and I got ways to go but it's been great.

I researched about National Debt Relief on the internet and I saw that they had good remarks and good comments. I got them to take over most of my credit cards and they’re negotiating with all of the companies and paying them. Their enrollment process was by phone then they did everything online like the electronic signing of paperwork. They have negotiated down most of my debt saving me at least $1,000 on each credit card and I’m just very hopeful on the rest of them getting done. So far, they’ve paid off three of them and I have three others that are being paid off.

I got to where I was having trouble making ends meet and I wanted to solve the problem. I've done a consolidation loan, but that only helps so much by itself. I needed something. I was very worried knowing I needed help with more than four credit cards and my finances was just enough to make only the minimum payments resulting in my balances barely changing meaning that I would be paying and going nowhere. However everything flow easier than I expected. Recently I was accepted. My monthly payments are much less than I was paying on all actually five cards and the wonderful thing is that I am allowed to break my payments in two and pay biweekly instead of one lump sum. Based on the reviews, I am expecting a successful experience.
