    The National Debt Relief negotiators I spoke to were nice people. They are trying to take care of outstanding bills, and the question I have is that they take from my bank once a month but I never get anything back from them telling me what I still owe and how much has gone out. Since being with them, I haven't had the 9,000,000 phone calls daily anymore. I would recommend them.

    Our debt was piling up and at first, I hesitated going with National Debt Relief. I had actually signed up before but we canceled them. I was paying $500 bucks a month but it wasn't even making a dent. I was in such a pinch and National Debt Relief was more of a way to get out of debt. They described exactly how they work and so far, it's been to a tee. They also set up a payment plan as a sales pitch. They take a certain amount of money every month and that goes into a pot then they work with the creditors from there. They told me the program would take inside of three years but I was always encouraged to make additional payments to the pot. I've been with them for about ten months and so far, it's been good.

    The program was actually knocking the debt and I wasn't worried about getting more credits cards. The program is well worth it. It seems like they've cut every debt that I had in half. If you have a 20-grand debt, they could get rid of it for 10. You gotta pay them five but you're still not paying five grand. It's such a small price to pay to get your head back above water. Now, I'm gonna try and rebuild my credit. They said it would drop and I think it may have dropped a little bit but it's actually gaining momentum, which I didn't think was possible for the program.

    I only recently signed up with this program but so far the representative I worked with was very patient and very helpful. He made me feel very comfortable with the process and explained everything clearly along the way.     We applied for National Debt Relief and I was initially happy with David as he took our information. I was told we could opt out at any time without penalty. After thinking about it and reading online about the way this is done (let your accts go into collections) we decided we didn't want all of those calls, threats and possible lawsuits of not paying. I called the very next day to cancel. I talked to another representative that tried to convince us to stay on this program but was very respectful of the decision we made.

    I hung up and within minutes David ** called me from National Debt Relief and was very, very, very rude. His tone was loud and he was pushy. Not at all like he was when I was signing up. The true colors come out. I knew immediately that I was happy with my decision as I'm sure the future of being on the program was going to be constant stress. I can't speak to the program and its success but I can speak to the extremely rude and actually evidently mad representative David.

    I had too many payments going on so I sought National Debt Relief's services. I saw their ratings so I went with them. Also, they made it easier on the payments. I tried two other companies but they would do one payment a month while NDR would do two payments a month. They also had everything accessible for me like their online banking and they were always available anytime that I called them. Their negotiators informed me of every arrangement they receive once they were completed and everything that goes on on my account. They were polite and really nice too.     I was in debt and saw the commercial for National Debt Relief. I talked to a gentleman and then I went in because I was close by. It was really nicely explained to me and I felt comfortable with them. Also, people were saying their debts were reduced to half and that was what got my attention. NDR showed me that that's a possibility. I was impressed and I took a leap of faith.

    Their customer service was excellent. They explained the process and everything in detail and any question that I had at that time. It's good that their office is pretty close and that I could talk to people and get a feel of confidence talking to somebody who can help you out. I'm about halfway through the program and I'm happy with it. Whenever a debt was negotiated, they reached out to me immediately and I reached back out. It's good to have people that you can call and not have to be on hold for hours or get transferred to another country to help you out. I think I made a good choice of doing a program. Also, the program made things quite easier. We've only been enrolled for less than a year and, so far, the negotiators have been great. They always answer my questions.     When calling for information on a withdraw made on July 11th 2018 from my global account I reached customer service and then was transferred to legal. Waited for 15 min before anyone picked up. Person could not tell me why and asked me to be put on hold again. First person I reached disconnected when they had to ask a supervisor the question I was asking. Had to call back and start all over with another person. Need better communication from you!!! You have my phone and email. Why was I not told about this payment to discover not going through in March? Now have a zero balance in my account. Keep me informed on matters that I need to be aware of.

    Updated on 06/02/2019: At this point, I'm very happy. National Debt Relief calls me when they're able to do something. They've taken care of 4 of my debts which I really appreciate. I just have two more to go and I'll really be happy. But I have one concern and I've been trying to address it with the bank who takes my money every month. They don't answer the phone. I get some computer and do all the things it tells me. Then it says they'll call me back, but they don't. They're charging me $95 for a service charge that could go towards my debt. National Debt Relief doesn't take that much. Why would Global do? I was told by National Debt Relief that there was no other charge other than the charge that was built-in to whatever they came up with. But as far as National Debt Relief goes, I'm very satisfied.

After initial agreement, I received call from customer service welcoming and offer to assist with questions. I checked with BBB and found out this was number company and I am satisfied.

    I researched about National Debt Relief on the internet and I saw that they had good remarks and good comments. I got them to take over most of my credit cards and they’re negotiating with all of the companies and paying them. Their enrollment process was by phone then they did everything online like the electronic signing of paperwork. They have negotiated down most of my debt saving me at least $1,000 on each credit card and I’m just very hopeful on the rest of them getting done. So far, they’ve paid off three of them and I have three others that are being paid off.

    Right now, there’s a problem with American Express which they’re negotiating with. American Express sent me an offer but I would have to pay an additional almost $200 every month. So, NDR’s rep explained to me that I can decline it as it’s an offer and that we’ll go back to the table and figure something else that will be more beneficial to me. They are pretty flexible and hopefully, the problem with American Express will be resolved soon so that they can go through all the rest of the debts.

    I usually work with somebody different every time and it’s always very positive. When I speak to them, it’s usually because they have another creditor willing to do something. So, I have to approve everything and they make sure that I’m called or I have to call them back if I don’t answer. They explain everything to me and they tell me about the payments that I’m making. They give me calls every month and they tell me what they’re doing or ask if everything was okay or if anything has changed. They encourage me to go on the website and I can see everything there. Working with NDR has made my normal everyday life a little simpler. I’m not worrying about what I have to juggle this month to get the card paid so that the people aren’t hassling me. Also, there is no out of pocket costs and I know that what I send them every month has a fee off the top they get. But they provide the legal service and they do all the negotiation and all I have to do is say “Yeah.”

    I got to where I was having trouble making ends meet and I wanted to solve the problem. I've done a consolidation loan, but that only helps so much by itself. I needed something. I Googled debt relief and National Debt Relief was one of the first names that came up. I called them late at night and the person I talked to was very helpful with regards to the information that I needed to know and answered questions I had.

    The enrollment process was simple. They just needed basic information and then they looked up my accounts through the credit bureaus. Also, their people were really easy to talk to. My negotiator kept me informed which I liked. Then, whenever I called, they had no problem answering the questions I had. I get a call for an update every once in a while but when I want an update, I just look at the website and call them up with the number there. Furthermore, their website is really easy to use. Their reps also call me and update me if they settle things or get close to settling things.

    Since signing up with NDR, the program has been working well. I'm making my payments twice a month and that money goes into an account that is used to pay the settlement. I'm also paying a lower amount a month and I'm not having to pay towards all of it. It was also consolidated to one thing instead of settling to lower amounts and stuff like that.     When I looked online for debt relief service companies, National Debt Relief had a good rating or comments from people. I enrolled in their program and then they didn't contact the credit card companies right away. They just kept calling and calling, and they never got contacted for a little while. But once they got it all down, they're doing it a lot faster than they said and has already done half of what they said it was gonna be. They negotiated a lot of them down.     The original phone call and contact I made to inquire into this program was handled very professionally by Sheryl and my further contact with her was always friendly and courteous. She answered my initial questions and we agreed upon a time to speak again that was convenient for me. After sharing information with my wife, I spoke with Sheryl again with a list of questions we'd thought of which she answered in detail and explained items I did not understand. With this new batch of information, we again agreed upon a time to speak again and after consulting with my wife we decided to enroll. The enrollment process was quite easy as I had my information already laid out in front of me.

    After receiving my "welcome" call and speaking with another representative I was sent digital forms to sign and return. The representative was understanding of my wanting to read through these legal documents and get back with their department. After carefully reading and making another list of questions, I called back and got the answers I wanted, then scanned and e-mailed back the signed papers. The representative also helped me in setting up my "client portal" account while we spoke.

    Overall, the whole enrollment and initial signing of documents process was easy to complete and was always handled with professional attitudes. I would recommend that if you are serious about this service you need to read the information online, even print out the pages and write down your questions to get answers prior to enrolling. The same goes for any of the legal documents that are presented. Each time I asked, the representative fully understood my desire to take time to read the paperwork and discuss it with my spouse before proceeding. I never felt pressured or rushed into the program, but then I feel I'd done my part to research it and prepare my documents needed to enroll. Hopefully in the near future I can comment on the great results that I'm looking forward to with NDR.
